Fantastic hotel on a budget. We got so much more than what we expected. The beds are comfortable, everything is pristine clean and the decor is very modern and handy. We loved the USB chargers on the powerpoints! Fast and easy to access Wifi too.

The room was OK, but the bedding was terrible. The quilt was lumpy, and in some places there were only two layers of quilt covers. The room rate was over 1,200 RMB for booking on June 24, which was not as good as the one hundred RMB in China. Too bad!

Good location on ubahn line (Sendlinger Tor) walk to karlsplatz (for day trip buses to neuschwanstein) & marienplatz old town. Supermarket rewe in 3min. Pretty good value during Oktoberfest. The really important thing to know is there are no elevators and some rooms are up three floors of stairs. If you can handle carrying your bags up and don't mind the climb at the end of the day it's a great hotel. Room was spotless and had daily cleaning.

Stayed here on a recent trip to go to the Christmas markets and it was perfect for what my family and I needed. The rooms are affordable and the breakfast is absolutely worth the €12. It is a close walk to the nearby train station which drops you off right in the middle of the city for the markets. Convenient check in and out experience.

It was obvious that they didn’t clean the toilet bowl. We could see some orange stain at the bottom of the bowl. There was also awful pee smell in the bathroom. The breakfast was nice. A pretty solid ibis hotel than often offers very fair rates considering the overall price level of Munich. if you're using Flixbus or are traveling by train, the location is good. For city center visits, it's also not an issue if you like walking. Rooms are standard ibis, you get what you pay for.

Elevator was broken and water was spread around emergency staircase (I do not know the reasons why.... ). I think hotel facility is a bit older, even if IBIS is budget hotel brand in ACCOR.

2 min walk to Nordfriedhof U-Bahn station entrance. Also the Lufthansa Express Bus, has a stop outside the U-Bahn station, which is a lot quicker journey to/from the airport than taking a train.

The reception worker (the odler one) was very helpful when we needed to print out the tickets for the game.

Great location, relatively clean – but the air conditioning was broken, the toilet lid was extremely wobbly, the shower head holder was also unsteady, and the shower temperature setting was unavailable because the right outer cover of the knob was apparently broken or missing. Not bad, clean and sanitary, in a residential area.

The hotel is quite standard and clean. The water in the shower is too small and there is basically nothing else provided in the room except towels. The biggest attraction is the supermarket downstairs. The elevator was under maintenance from check-in to check-out.

Nothing but a budget hostel Wires hanging from the walls and ceiling, inside the room and in the hallways. No security cameras anywhere. Only a self installed cheap looking camera in the reception. Also no firealarms were to be seen, either in the rooms, or in the hallway. You are essentially sleeping on a mattress with no legs. Towels smell like straight vinegar. Oh, and AC looks like it’s installed...

Okay Stay, But With Several Issues Our stay at this hotel had some frustrating moments. We arrived two hours after the official check-in time, expecting a smooth process, but when we got to our room, it was completely unprepared—the bed was unmade, and there was trash left from the previous guest. After complaining at reception, the staff was friendly and tried to help as quickly as possible, but...

The cleaning service was not too good. When we asked them for room cleaning, the stuffs just changed the towels. Then I asked them to clean the room, they said they have so much work to do and they don’t have time to clean the room if we ordered them to change towel. it’s not a good cleaning service. But for the price, it’s a it fair.

It's true the stairs and the check-in take some negotiating, but we had a spacious, airy, clean, quiet room with large beds and excellent plumbing. A cot arrived when we requested one. It's also a great location for exploring the city so it may suit you if you are travelling lightish and are reasonably mobile
