Room and toilet are small. No tissue, hand towel and no slippers. Air conditioner is a standalone unit which is near the window. So air-conditioning does not fill the room.
nice room, clean and cozy location is near the train station not very far from the city center
The hotel is nice, also the location can connect to tram and central station by walk
Room was very cosy with the best heaters during winter. Bed was comfortable and warm too
The hotel is lovely, clean, and well-managed. The manager is attentive, and the location is convenient. Highly recommended!
Nice and clean hotel, locates in a good central location. Friendly staff and good breakfast range.
However one or two improvements could have made it a wonderful stay. No food available in the evenings even though advertised and the most basic of TV's in the room, (limited, and all German language channels), no Internet (you tube or English-speaking channels).

Good for those with a train trip next morning
I had a wonderful experience at Ibis Muenchen City Arnulfpark! The hotel is just a short ride from the city center, making it super convenient for exploring Munich. My room was cozy and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bar and restaurant were great spots to relax after a day of sightseeing. I loved being close to public transport, which made it easy to hop on and...
Super good hotel, convenient location, acceptable price, i love ibis forever
Air conditioner not working. The receptionist was generous to give one hour before check in
Very good location Neat and clean and quiet room munich main bus station is within walking distance.
A pretty solid ibis hotel than often offers very fair rates considering the overall price level of Munich. if you're using Flixbus or are traveling by train, the location is good. For city center visits, it's also not an issue if you like walking. Rooms are standard ibis, you get what you pay for.

The rooms are ok, not fansy, very basic with old funiture. However, the matress and pillows are very comfortable and spotless clean. We had very good quality of sleep with that.
The breakfast is quite good with variety of food. Even though it is not fansy continental breakfast but good enough for business people.
The service is good. Friendly staff. We would recommend this hotel as a short stay when...
Nice and clean hotel
Big but quiet
The only problem is the parking place but only if you are a bus driver
There are only 2 spots only if you're lucky
Compact rooms, comfortable for a quick trip. Friendly and helpful staff. I had a good experience.
Overall it's a good hotel. The only downside was that the waffle maker for breakfast was broken.
The sanitation is quite good, the bed is very comfortable, the room is very soundproof, although the room is small, it has everything you need. You need to bring your own toiletries. The breakfast is very rich, and the guy at the front desk is also very interesting.
The room is very good, the service is great, the transportation is convenient, the subway station is just downstairs, and it is convenient to travel

The best to say about this place is its "very spacious" 8-bed dorm room where I stayed for 3 nights which was really one of the biggest (if not the biggest) among many various dorms I've ever stayed at (really enough room for 8 people to comfortably move around with also an ensuite bathroom for just the people in the room). And also great were the lounge room connected to the lobby on the 1st floor...
I (22m) took my teenage brother (15) to Munich for a trip and knew Meininger was good from the hostel/hotel they used to have in London, so I booked 3 nights. Affordable, friendly bilingual staff, nice relaxed atmosphere, their reputation holds up! Although the additional paperwork required for an under 18 staying with someone who isn’t their parents was an unexpected rule I hadn’t spotted on the...
Stayed in the 6 bunk room. It had a private bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The room was nice for the price. The hotel has security at night. Location was great for Oktoberfest. Good breakfast and bar in the lobby.
Stayed four nights with a classmate. It was rather quiet at night throughout my stay. People on my floor observed the "quiet after 22:00" etiquette. Temperature was mild. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff were chill and friendly. Guest kitchen was splendid. Rooms were clean and spacey. Free brezels were high quality. Location was convenient. Neighborhood was safe and entertaining. Many good restaurants...
Great location and very nice staff. The manager is an amazing woman who will go to any length to make your stay a great experience. I had made a mistake with my booking but she fixed evrything in no time. Great experience!
The location is good, a few tram stops from the central station. Dorms have no AC, thus you have to sleep with the windows open. It gets quite loud at night because of the train station nearby. Be sure to bring some earplugs with you. Lockers are really small, you can barely fit something in them. Moreover, they do not close so they’re basically useless. The guest kitchen could be cleaner, otherwise...

Fantastic hotel on a budget. We got so much more than what we expected. The beds are comfortable, everything is pristine clean and the decor is very modern and handy. We loved the USB chargers on the powerpoints! Fast and easy to access Wifi too.
I was there couple a days ago at business trip.
Room was clean, well tempered, simple and fast check in and other arrangement, like parking and breakfast at site.
For this kind of trip and also presume for younger people, this is good choice. All the main transportation are near buy, which are excellent advantage of this hotel.
Was afraid that will be loud at night but we get room on inside of building...
A clean modern room, although room size is too small for my liking. Street noises can clearly be heard when we are sleeping. Room is considered extremely close to the central station and adjoining train stations, so getting around is convenient.
The location of the hotel was superb, close to the city centre. The room was quite basic, but had clearly recently been renovated. It was clean but a little on the small side. The room was incredibly warm, a fan was provided but was of little use as it barely worked. The temperature of the room made sleeping virtually impossible
Perfect location, everything is pretty close from this place. Also the rooms were clean and really all you need for a short stay in Munich. If you're travelling on a short budget, this is a very affordable place! To be honest I expected nothing as good as this (breakfast is extra however...but we didn't get up before 11 anyway haha. There are good places for having a small breakfast at the Munich central...
Cons: Very small room. Walls were thin. Bathroom was even smaller. Had to pay for Wi-Fi.
Pros: the main central station was half block away and the shopping center was 5 blocks away.

Fast room service and the complementary drinking water.
Polite staff, great about the parking in the hotel , close to center and metro is like 5 min walk. Alot of shops and places around it for coffee, breakfast or diner! Would be back here next time in Munich
The staff were nice and friendly, but the hotel is pretty simple and old fashion. The rooms look like from the 90’s. I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.
Overall good. Didn't have the breakfast as it seemed expensive. Would have been good to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. But warm, clean and a decent enough pkace to sleep
Nice hotel. Clean and central next to the Oktoberfest area. Gentle service, very good breakfast and all for a reasonable price.
Hotel is a decent, inexpensive hotel - our room every had a small kitchenette. They're doing major construction on the roadway though, so it's quite noisy at times. Since we were on the 2nd Floor, and the noise was loud in the morning from construction, and at night from people visiting the local bars, we requested a fan for our room, as there is no AC, and the room was sweltering with the windows...

Nice hotel with lots of good restaurants around.
Nice hotel in Unterföhring, 10 minutes by foot from the S-Bahn station. Clean tidy rooms, they are missing the hair-dryer for some reason. Decent breakfast. Nice and polite staff
Nice rooms, very polite and courteous staff. Really liked it. WLAN wasn't reliable all time, that' reason for reduction by 1 star. All in all I can recommend for business and private reasons.

● THE POSTIVES- Great location. Only 5 mins walk to local train station into city centre. Convenience shop directly attached. Lovely local coffee shop. Amazing Italian eatery 2 mins away. ●THE NEGATIVES- This hotel has a bug/insect problem. Please address. Previous reviews have highlighted this serious concern. OVERALL- Room for improvement but would definitely return. Ps: I came home & washed...
I needed a hotel to stay at while visiting the city that also had good wifi. Booked a single room at short notice with assurances from the owner that my wifi connection would work properly. Provided a comfortable bed, wifi connection provided by means of the TV's wifi hotspot, worked perfectly. Hotel has no restaurant, but a kitchen and refrigerator are provided free of charge, and there is a bakery...
I would highly recommend this hotel. The price is very reasonable. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My favorite part of the hotel is the kitchen. You get your own space in the fridge where you can lock up your food. All condiments as well as cutlery and crockery is provided. We made a huge South African breakfast the one morning in the kitchen. There is a vending...
Stayed 3 nights (Visiting friends in Solln). Friendly check-in; very convenient location (also near the S-Bahn station / did not use our car during our stay) and free parking (underground). No breakfast served but a fully equipped kitchen (free coffee) with a patio. Good bakery (with seating) just across the road. Coffee machine in the room. All-in-all a comfortable stay. However, the room is extremely...
Nice and clean hotel for stay. Parkings are available outside and also underground. Room was clean with a coffee maker.
All good 👍

Good service!
Nice and friendly staff and welcome
Stayed there in Dec 2019 when Tottenham played Bayern.Hotel was really nice and comfy,The highlight for me was the breakfast. It was amazing.Think anything you could have for breakfast and it was there High;y recommended.
We enjoyed staying in the hotel. There weren't many other guests. All was clean and getting the key was easy.
normal place, compare to some other fancy it very ok, yes, not fancy, but all what need
Cosy and quiet; very friendly English spoken personnel. Be attentive on Saturdays breakfast: there can be many people, and all seats may be taken. So it's wise to come earlier for your breakfast on Saturday :)
Nice stay in a single room, kind personnel, good breakfast, well connected. One minor problem with the WC, they'll probably have already solved by now

I found this place after browsing Lonely Planet's Munich selections and decided it sounded quirky enough to check out. I was aware that their reception desk closed after a certain time and was a bit stressed initially that I wouldn't make it in time. Lo and behold, my flight was severely delayed leaving LAX and by the time I arrived in Munich, I had only one hour until the cutoff when Cafe Pini would...
Very nice and individually furnished rooms. Everything is decorated with great taste. Great central location. Everything is within easy walking distance. Good breakfast and extremely friendly and informal service of the hostess. You feel welcome.
Good sized and clean rooms at an affordable rate. There is no elevator so beware if you have heavy luggage.
This is a great place in a nice part of Munich. It's pretty easy to get to from the airport because it's right by an U-bahn station, and you can arrive as late as 10pm because the owner has a deal with the cafe on the ground floor to hold room keys.
Rooms are simple, but the bed was firm. The shower was pretty big by European standards, and there are a ton of channels on a reasonably-sized LCD TV...

Room is good and cheap. Its budget hotel. Shower is svailable inside your room but toilet is at outside of your room. Coffee machine is available for 24 hours. You have to reserve parking places before you go there. You can also park on the street from 18:00 . It costs around €10.
4.5 stars really, almost everything is wonderful. The beds are comfortable, there is a mini fridge, microwave, and TV in the room, hairdryer, towels, and linens are provided, and breakfast is included! Only downside is the bathroom inside the room, it has a dank, unpleasant odor and the shower is pretty small, especially with the cloth curtain enclosing you. That can be overlooked though since everything...
The hotel is very close to the subway which we appreciated. Our room had a large flat screen TV (all the stations were in German), a bathroom with a shower, and comfortable beds. The receptionist was very nice and made sure we enjoyed our stay! He provided us with a map of the city and information about what to do during our stay. We especially enjoyed their extended breakfast hours on the days we...

5-stars for the hospitality. The breakfast is excellent. The room is small but clean and well-equiped. A cold water bottle in the fridge free of charge was prepared when we arrived. Appreciated! There is an adorable dog in the house as well. The madrass is a bit too soft for me but i was fine with that because we stayed just one night.
Was a lovely place ,we stay for 2 night, but hospitality of the worners was nice , helpful ,rich breakfast,we be back dear.Thanks.
The mattress are very bad quality. Breakfast was great. Room is also very nice. There is a very big dog at the downstairs. That's why there is very bad scent and it barks when it see you...
This is overall the best place ever, we was in touch all the time friendly, place clean, quiet and all the time they were trying to help you as much as possible, breakfast, mmmmm OMG its simply the best reward lol, I'd returned just for the breakfad, congratulaciones for bed and breakfast
Fantastic place, the owner is very polite and engaging. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had something for everyone and very tasty. Wifi was fast and reliable. Absolutely 10 out of 10 for me.
Clean place, great breakfast. Some accessories could use some freshening to keep up with the times, but everything is generally good. Place is a bit hard to find if you've never been, but once you do find it, it's fairly convenient--close to bus stops, with some parking. I would consider staying there again.

Haus International Hostel
Munchen, Elisabethstr. 87 🧭 Map
Room was a tad small but we didn't mind too much. There is a sink in the room which actually comes in quite handy. The breakfast was standard and but not a lot of variety. The staff was nice, in specific the receptionist was lovely. Bathrooms were clean. The location is good as it is well connected to the public transport and has plenty of stores and supermarkets near by.
The price for this hostel was very good. The bedroom was simple and they offer lockers with keys for safe storage. There is also a security guard at night which is nice.
The shared bathroom could include more stalls since there was a lot of people in there at once, and a more private shower (there was just a short shower curtain).
For a hostel the breakfast was good. It included buns, spreads, yogurt...
The rooms were clean but the bathroom too small, and it was actually separated from the shower. The food was OK, nothing exceptional but still good.
The receptionist was very welcoming.
There is also a disco so we had a good time here.
Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, good food and great location.
The hostel Haus International is a cool place with its own Charme. Alcohol is prohibited in all rooms but you can give it up at the counter an can get it back anytime if you'll drink it outside. Coffee is available for free with breakfast and apart from that always for 1.50€. The employees are well informed and mostly polite. The ÖPNV is nearby (tram and bus) and you can easily reach a REWE market...
Great service and facilities. Relatively accessible location. May be a bit noisy if your room is next to the road.
