Room and toilet are small. No tissue, hand towel and no slippers. Air conditioner is a standalone unit which is near the window. So air-conditioning does not fill the room.
nice room, clean and cozy location is near the train station not very far from the city center
The hotel is nice, also the location can connect to tram and central station by walk
Room was very cosy with the best heaters during winter. Bed was comfortable and warm too
The hotel is lovely, clean, and well-managed. The manager is attentive, and the location is convenient. Highly recommended!
Nice and clean hotel, locates in a good central location. Friendly staff and good breakfast range. However one or two improvements could have made it a wonderful stay. No food available in the evenings even though advertised and the most basic of TV's in the room, (limited, and all German language channels), no Internet (you tube or English-speaking channels).

The hotel was not good. The window and a/c did not worked. The mattress was not comfortable. Is an average or below average place.
Everything was great, the room was incredible.
Peacefull area, good service. A little minus for not having real restaurant open at evenings.
The hotel is situated in a pleasantly quiet and friendly environment. However, there isn't much happening in the immediate vicinity, placing it quite a distance from the city center, somewhat in between the exhibition site and the main urban area. The rooms were merely adequate, just "okay." There is definite room for improvement regarding the bathroom amenities; the quality provided was low, and many...
Family vacations-> 2 adjacents rooms = perfect for intimacy and free time Beds were comfortables, washroom small but functional, people at the front desk were friendly and efficient. We did not take breakfast -> 17euros/ person I wish for a small fridge 🤞 Very well located -> there is a parking but the tram and subway are very close and easy to use with good price for 2-3 days of use in a row. I would...
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, despite it being seemingly positioned in a business park. We were surprised to learn the hotel is 20 years old, as it is in such great condition. The beds were nice and firm, the shower hot and the breakfast was incredibly good. Negatives were no fridge and safe in room, no kettle or tea/coffee or bottled water in room and no tissues. Close to supermarkets and a ...

Stayed in the 6 bunk room. It had a private bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The room was nice for the price. The hotel has security at night. Location was great for Oktoberfest. Good breakfast and bar in the lobby.
Stayed four nights with a classmate. It was rather quiet at night throughout my stay. People on my floor observed the "quiet after 22:00" etiquette. Temperature was mild. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff were chill and friendly. Guest kitchen was splendid. Rooms were clean and spacey. Free brezels were high quality. Location was convenient. Neighborhood was safe and entertaining. Many good restaurants...
Great location and very nice staff. The manager is an amazing woman who will go to any length to make your stay a great experience. I had made a mistake with my booking but she fixed evrything in no time. Great experience!
The location is good, a few tram stops from the central station. Dorms have no AC, thus you have to sleep with the windows open. It gets quite loud at night because of the train station nearby. Be sure to bring some earplugs with you. Lockers are really small, you can barely fit something in them. Moreover, they do not close so they’re basically useless. The guest kitchen could be cleaner, otherwise...
First, the positives: good location and an easy walk into the centre of Munich. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. Efficient and friendly reception staff and check-in. Room was clean and spacious (we booked a five-bed but were given a six-bed in three bunks). Breakfast is plenteous and edible. Nice communal spaces. Easy check-out. Reasonable nightly rate. The negatives: only the bottom bunks...
Overall: After staying in hotels in Berlin, this place seemed expensive, though this was the cheapest for value place I could find in Munich. Otherwise I had a nice stay here. Clean and fairly new facilities. Location: 5/5. Pretty close to train station. Near a lot of cafes and restaurants, including a great beer hall just next door! Service: 4/5. Customer service was friendly and helpful. They don...

Fantastic hotel on a budget. We got so much more than what we expected. The beds are comfortable, everything is pristine clean and the decor is very modern and handy. We loved the USB chargers on the powerpoints! Fast and easy to access Wifi too.
I was there couple a days ago at business trip. Room was clean, well tempered, simple and fast check in and other arrangement, like parking and breakfast at site. For this kind of trip and also presume for younger people, this is good choice. All the main transportation are near buy, which are excellent advantage of this hotel. Was afraid that will be loud at night but we get room on inside of building...
A clean modern room, although room size is too small for my liking. Street noises can clearly be heard when we are sleeping. Room is considered extremely close to the central station and adjoining train stations, so getting around is convenient.
The location of the hotel was superb, close to the city centre. The room was quite basic, but had clearly recently been renovated. It was clean but a little on the small side. The room was incredibly warm, a fan was provided but was of little use as it barely worked. The temperature of the room made sleeping virtually impossible
Perfect location, everything is pretty close from this place. Also the rooms were clean and really all you need for a short stay in Munich. If you're travelling on a short budget, this is a very affordable place! To be honest I expected nothing as good as this (breakfast is extra however...but we didn't get up before 11 anyway haha. There are good places for having a small breakfast at the Munich central...
Cons: Very small room. Walls were thin. Bathroom was even smaller. Had to pay for Wi-Fi. Pros: the main central station was half block away and the shopping center was 5 blocks away.

Excellent place to stay. Rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good.
Very cozy, very clean, very comfortable. Friendly desk staff, comfortable beds, good shower. Easy 15-minute walk to Marienplatz. It's in a neighborhood with all sorts of middle eastern and Eastern restaurants, and the streets can get a little rowdy and loud at night.
Front staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Stayed 2 nights and the room and needs were very comfortable.
Very clean rooms and comfortable beds (what matters to me most). Well located within easy walking distance to Old Stad, train, tram and bus stations as well as car hire depots. Christmas markets were great! Overall, a great stay.
Pretty good value during Oktoberfest. The really important thing to know is there are no elevators and some rooms are up three floors of stairs. If you can handle carrying your bags up and don't mind the climb at the end of the day it's a great hotel. Room was spotless and had daily cleaning.
We spent two night in the hotel. The room is very clean and nicely decorated. It also has a great location and it saves us time commuting around the city as it's the first time in Munich. Overall, I'm happy with the experience and service in the hotel.

The hotel is a lot better from what we expected! We arrived couple hours earlier befofe the check-in time, intended to drop our luggages and check-in at 3pm. But the kind staff, he lets us to check-in earlier without forcing any charges🥹 The room is so different from pictures on the internet, in a good way! I think we got the renovated floor (5th) with brand new room design. We were absolutely satisfied...
Facilities: Very simple apartment-style hotel Environment: If you have requirements for sleep, it is recommended not to stay by the road, it is a bit noisy overall Hygiene: Normal without too many problems Service: The guys at the front desk were very friendly and answered questions. They were not impatient at all. This score is for them, it is worth it. I forgot to take photos of the hotel, but they...
The room was OK, but the bedding was terrible. The quilt was lumpy, and in some places there were only two layers of quilt covers. The room rate was over 1,200 RMB for booking on June 24, which was not as good as the one hundred RMB in China. Too bad!
personnel very helpful and agreable
Above all, the reception staff provided excellent service! They were super friendly, so I'd be happy to come back :)
Good location on ubahn line (Sendlinger Tor) walk to karlsplatz (for day trip buses to neuschwanstein) & marienplatz old town. Supermarket rewe in 3min. Hot water kettle ,tea , coffee only available at lobby. Small room but enough for us slimbodies. Tv can cast from your phone (wireless connection). Wifi is patchy, can be weak in my room #4xx

The hotel is just acceptable. Main reason for it is the service being absolutely disastrous. I only wanted to pay for having breakfast at the reception around 10 am, 04.10.2025, (breakfast closes at 10:30), no one came for 20 minutes. This was on a normal Saturday morning. They should have at least 2 people at the reception, there were other people waiting as well apart of me! Went to grab breakfast...
Overall, I had a positive experience. The property is centrally located, with the U-Bahn station just a 5-minute walk away, and supermarkets conveniently located right next to the property. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, I did notice a couple of minor issues: the soap dispenser in the shower was empty, and there was a stain on the pillowcase.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made it very comfortable. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming.
We enjoyed our stay in B&B Hotel München city west. The location is great, it's 3 mins walk to the U bahn & grocery stores are also near by. The area is quiet & it was very easy to reach. The staff was friendly & the room was clean. We can definitely come again.
We stayed in a family room for 2 nights - a perfect base to travel in to the city only 15mins by subway. The room was quite compact however we were only there to sleep. All very efficient to check in and out and the staff we friendly. Only downside was the parking charge of EUR15 per night was quite expensive in my opinion and it’s very narrow to drive in. We didn’t have breakfast there but there is...
Staff didn't seems like they cared much about anything. When we walked into the room the shower glass door where not mounted they were just standing inside the shower, it was very dangerous especially for kids. I've reported it but no one came so I've removed myself. Hotel itself is basic but this was expected, the rooms were not clean enough. If the staff were more helpful it would improve out stay...

the hotel is good that no need to take the room card out, but the room have a bad smell.
This is a modern hotel. All switches can be controlled by mobile phone. The room is very clean and there are plenty of pillows. The most luxurious street is just outside. You can go shopping at Hermes and Chanel! It's a pity that it was a holiday when we went there.
Itwas a clean room but very small. It was ok for the one night we were there. The toilet did not function properly ,and the beds were super soft, no support. Other than that it was a resonable place to stay. Great location
Very easy online check in process, the fact that you can use your phone to open your room door and main entrance is a plus.
This was a great little room. The room was tiny and cozy, and very quiet and secure. It was clean and had a teapot for making tea or coffee. The self-check-in was a little confusing to me, but a staff was on site to help me out. The hotel is very convenient to the Marienplatz train station.
Small, moderised hotel around the corner from the Hofbräuhaus. I spent a single night in a small, modern room. Excellent deal for single traveller also for several days of stay. Location is excellent.

Good Location Quaint area with easy access to the Weisn.
This is a very spartan property. Reception was only open for a few hours everyday. So when Delta lost our bags the airport couldnt deliver them as they couldnt reach the desk. We also tried calling reception and the emergency number they provide without an answer. So be very careful about locking yourself out of a room. The property is actually a 1950 office building with two floors converted to...
Very close and walkable to Octoberfest, with that comes noise and without air conditioning and open windows for cooling…it can get noisy. Be aware of check in procedures if you come in at off hours, the electronic access provided by email worked great.
Had checked in the Mona for twice, satisfied with everything here, pretty much enjoying.
The hotel is good for 3-4 days in Munich. The room is simple but very clean and modern. The hotel is not in the center but very accessible by transport. The arrival is a bit complicated, the reception hours are very short and the hotel does not answer emails, but by sending a WhatsApp message, we had the answer immediately. Good value for money overall
Room was very hot. Street is very loud at night. So window open = loud room, window closed = hot room Other than that, this place is pretty good.

I didn't have big expectations since price and location were main triggers for me, otherwise rooms are clean, cozy bads, hot water, hair dryer and even ironing staff is available in each room. Roof rooms even has good sightseeing and windows including metal curtains for fresh air work ideally. Also tea pot for hot water is available with tea or instant coffee packages. And you will get also vouchers...
No space to swing a kitten, never mind a cat Ok, it was very good value. It has an excellent location - within short walking distance from the main train station which you can catch a train to, relatively easily from the airport - €30 for up to 5 people. Our room was quiet - we had to leave the window open as it was very warm and there are no fans or ventilation (rare in Munich accommodation apparently...
My friends and I stayed at this hostel for a few nights. The advantage is its location, right at Munich Hbf, but beware of the shady street that the hostel is situated in. The rooms and beds were clean. There’s a free luggage room to leave your things in before and after staying, which was useful. There is no kitchen available for travellers, only a small dining room area. You get a free drink card...
The hotel is very close to the train station which is a bonus and there are numerous restaurants close-by. The hotel has a social room downstairs which a nice to have. The Old Town is also not too far away, about a 20min walk away. During our stay there was a miscommunication between the cleaning staff and reception where we came back one evening and found all our luggage packed up in the reception...
Very nice hostel with clean rooms. The showers and bathrooms need a lot of updating, very basic quality and instead of a shower etc per room, it's a shower per floor, one men one women. Staff are very polite and helpful and they definitely do like a convo with guest's. The buffet breakfast is highly recommended, more than ample food. Only downside is the location, street is full of drunks and...
I used it for a couple of times. It has a very convenient location near train station. It has a quiet and noisier sides. It may be a little bit disturbing on the noisy side if you want to sleep early or longer. Staff are friendly and helpful!

Stayed one night here before heading to Zurich Quite nice hostel
The hostel located just nearby central station and consider is the cheapest in that area.
For the price the place was good but don’t expect too much. You have to pay for a lock which was annoying but also the price was 1€ a day for it. The bathroom though was kinda gross, people would leave a soaking wet bath mat on the floor and it just wasn’t pleasant. But that’s not in the hostel. The major thing was it was loud, I could hear people every night screaming in the hall and it had zero sound...
Great location, just a 5 mins walk from the station and with supermarkets and tram stations nearby, recommended
The staff didn't seem motivated to work. I booked this hostel because the other hostels have sold out all of their beds. I probably wouldn't recommend this hostel if you have other chocies. But this is very close to HBF.
The breakfast is disappointing not worth 8euros. The staff is nice. The room is not that great but ok.
