The hotel is a great location. It is close to public transportation and many bars/ restaurants. However, the beds are not the most comfortable. The pillows could use some improvement, as well. I am extremely impressed with the Leonardo, their entire staff were incredibly helpful and most spoke English better than I can speak German. Great location with a cafe, supermarket, and pharmacy just 2 minutes walk. There are plenty of electric scooters parked outside which could get you to places a little further down. The hotel is situated in a great location for conferences rather than a holiday with family. Unfortunately the service was average. We were charged for disposable cutlery; there were sooooo many fruit flies in our room which was gross!!!!!!!! We asked for shower gel to be topped up and it took so long for them to do that! Rooms are relatively cold at night when they shut off the central heating. Bed covers are small for my standards. Breakfast is excelent as well as the service we received from all the staff which helped us in a friendly way. Keep up the good work !

Rooms were sufficient for what was needed, sauna was lovely and quiet, on site gym is a converted bedroom but it has equiptment needed, bar service was a little slow to non existant but not an issue overall, close access to the underground and a supermarket On the route to the underground there is an establishment that was suprisingly busy on the daily which i wasnt expecting in broad daylight 🤣🤣

Hotel is a little long in the tooth. I picked it due to it's reasonably priced for Oktoberfest. We had a terrific time in Munich at this holiday inn. Good hot breakfast in a sit down restaurant, free for kids to eat. Pool was still closed unfortunately, but we had so much fun swimming in the Eisbahn. Very close to the Ubahn.

Start a day with a good breakfast, clean room and the nearest metro station is around 7 minutes walking. The Lidt Super Market just nearby (1-2 minutes walking) is a plus.

Great location, only a 15 min walk or 3 min by S Bahn from the train station. We opted out of the €20 breakfast and got a delicious cup of coffee and a croissant 2 houses down the street. Very good hotel close to the Munich center. It's only 5-10 minutes away from the center by tram and very close to the coach station. The room is big, very comfortable and modern. Good location and the staff is great! While the room was a good size and the beds were comfortable, we found it a bit dusty and not always clean. it was disappointing that the premium apartment-sized room was not cleaned up to standard.

They chang my room to a room with functional hitting system control panel , unfortunately the shower had in both room luck of water pressure . Room is clean and comfortable, Reception is very friendly, breakfast is good, Bar is very good.

Very nice hotel (hostel) I took my wife for 5 days, cleaned daily, have a gig in the form of capsules for coffee and, accordingly, the coffee machine. The walls are thick, what's going on in other rooms are not heard. We were charged 16t.R. in 6 days (which for Germany is not very expensive).

Great place to finish out our trip. We went on a 10 day adventure and ended our little excursion here for 2 nights. It was a very relaxing way to wind down the trip. The rooms were very nice, staff was friendly and English spoken and understood by front desk staff without issue. Plenty of towels, well stocked mini bar, complimentary tea and coffee. Very nice

A bit sterile, no soul. I had a bad room in the corridor, could hear people in the bar and had to close the room door, but the room was already hot, and I could not get the airco to work. Large breakfast buffet. So OK if you need to be at e.g. ICM Messe. But I know better hotels at this price and better NH Hotels in the world. Looks rather like an IBIS Express.
