Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Just stayed at this hotel for 6 nights during the Oktoberfest. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Some of the reviews on here are very harsh. This is a nice hotel. The hallways are a tad outdated and could use a refresh, but you’re only walking through them for 30 seconds. Staff was friendly. Large hotel close to the city of Munich. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, abeit a little dated in design. The top floor pool area and views are amazing and worth visiting. My room was on the floor below and the sound of gym equipment banging on the roof kept me awake even though the gym was supposed to be closed between 10pm-6am. I complained and was not bothered by the sounds again.

I had a great stay at Hilton Munich City. The location is excellent — very central and conveniently connected to public transport. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night. A solid choice for both business and leisure stays in Munich.

So we have this hotel. It is not new. The staff is amazing. But there are some issues. 1. The key. You can't have keys that don't work with all eligible elevators. I am extremely impressed with the Leonardo, their entire staff were incredibly helpful and most spoke English better than I can speak German. Love the breakfast selection and was very impressed with the bar staff. In fact from reception to housekeeping, everyone was exceptional and I would highly recommend the Leonardo. It's a nice hotel for a family with a kid (it's not so easy to find reasonably priced rooms with 2 beds in Munich) with great public transport connection to both airport and the city center. Breakfast selection was amazing. I'd gladly come back again.

The hotel is lovely and I love the decor in our room but it was so dirty. When we checked in the floor and carpet was full of hair, the surfaces were so dusty, the were poo stains in the toilet. Extremely helpful staff, good price and excellent rooms full of everything you may need (coffee machine included). Comfortable (and big) bed, great desk to work on, and spacious bathroom with everything necessary included. Breakfast and restaurants are great and the wifi works perfectly.

Hotel is great to reach out all the attractions, it had a great breakfast, nice spa zone. The only thing to improve is to clean surfaces, because it looked like the room was cleaned very quickly, without extra attention.

Was able to check in at 1.30 pm, earlier than the standard 3 pm. Large underground car parking available for a reasonable fee. The room was slightly cramped after the sofa bed was deployed but we were still able to flip open our luggage fully for packing. Would recommend and stay again without hesitation.

Nice modern hotel, minimal furniture in the room. Rooms are on the east and west part of the building so the sun will heat up the rooms. Ceilings are high and the AC vent is set lower so cooling the room in the sun is minimal even with the curtains closed. Nice friendly staff, bilingual, and excellent breakfast.

Located about 20 min from city center, but just outside of station of subway line U2. Reception isn’t the most warm and friendly, but ok. Room is spacious, generous coffee and tea supplied in room. Amazing new Hotel with a gorgeous interior design as well as a fantastic team! The subway line is only a few steps away so you are quickly anywhere in town. The big park is just a few steps away (Englischer Garten).

Very good location. The public transportation are directly in front of the hotel. The rooms are large and quite, very good noise cancellation. The fitness room is really nice and we were lucky to have a room at the 7th floor with a nice view. Also pricewise I find it fair.

This hotel was the first one I stayed in with my recently born daughter. The made us feel very welcome and I found the "my first journey" kit for her really sweet. We got a nice room and even tough I had some problems with my food allergies, I must say that the choice was good in the lounge. Overall experience is average. However, on one of the days (29th April), the housekeeping didn't clean our room at all, and the receptionist guy that night kept saying I don't know.. I don't know, without saying sorry. We even have to get the clean towels by ourselves.

The reception was helpful. The first room they gave me, the TV was not working and they changed me to another room. Overall it was a comfortable room. Bed and pillow were clean. Location was pretty convenient from Theresa Giehse-Alle station. A mall was location in walking distance and easy access to convenience stores to grab for quick meal.

Very good and fast check in process even though we asked for a late check in. The room was clean and neat. Check out was also very easy. The only issue in the room was that there was no airconditioning so it could get hot during the summer months. Otherwise it was a perfect stay :)

Very nice hotel (hostel) I took my wife for 5 days, cleaned daily, have a gig in the form of capsules for coffee and, accordingly, the coffee machine. The walls are thick, what's going on in other rooms are not heard. We were charged 16t.R. in 6 days (which for Germany is not very expensive).

Great place to finish out our trip. We went on a 10 day adventure and ended our little excursion here for 2 nights. It was a very relaxing way to wind down the trip. Location is great with good access to the main train station. Rooms are lovely and breakfast gives a great selection. Only gripe is the lack of parking, there is parking using the train station parking but this is quite expensive and if you unintentionally park in the short term parking over night you can expect a €50 parking fee.
