A spotlessly clean and perfectly serviceable in town Hilton. We’ve been to better executive lounges, but the service at this one made up for some lackluster choices in food. This hotel offers services at a very high level. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. 1 of the reception counter reluctant to help to reheat packed food from supermarket nearby. Being told only for staff only. Luckily we try again and another staff assist to reheat the food. The hotel environment was decent, but the stay was disappointing. There was no hot water for showering at night, and no one answered the phone when I called the front desk. Service and maintenance need significant improvement to enhance the guest experience.

WELL LOCATED FOR BUSINESS TRAVELLERS

Friendly team, big rooms , cafes and supermarket, pharmacy is 2 minutes walk. 5-10mnt drive by car from most of the locations we had to go.

I stayed here for a conference so the location was not in my control. However, it’s 30mins by tram from the center of Munich. Surrounding there is not many restaurants but there is a supermarket within 5 mins walk. The reception has a Starbucks so it’s very handy for the mornings if you don’t get their breakfast.

I am extremely impressed with the Leonardo, their entire staff were incredibly helpful and most spoke English better than I can speak German. Love the breakfast selection and was very impressed with the bar staff. In fact from reception to housekeeping, everyone was exceptional and I would highly recommend the Leonardo. My only negative was that I was not able to stay longer!

It's a nice hotel for a family with a kid (it's not so easy to find reasonably priced rooms with 2 beds in Munich) with great public transport connection to both airport and the city center. Breakfast selection was amazing. I'd gladly come back again.

A lovely hotel situated super close to the train station! Members of staff were very helpful and lovely! Decent size rooms and the breakfast was excellent - handy it is till 11:30 on weekends too! The pool was such a great facility! Only thing to note is the area of the hotel isn’t the safest if you are a solo female traveller.

The rooms are quite nice apart from the bathroom. The paint on the door frame is peeling off and the tap and shower are very difficult to control as too much water comes out. Hotel is great to reach out all the attractions, it had a great breakfast, nice spa zone. The only thing to improve is to clean surfaces, because it looked like the room was cleaned very quickly, without extra attention.

Clean and modern and most importantly AIR CONDITIONED. Comfortable beds with TWO PILLOWS! It's also very quiet despite being close to a busy area. The hotel is set back off the street which is good because its in a bit of a rough close to the main train station. I enjoyed my stay here and recommend it for visiting Munich.

Was able to check in at 1.30 pm, earlier than the standard 3 pm. Large underground car parking available for a reasonable fee. The room was slightly cramped after the sofa bed was deployed but we were still able to flip open our luggage fully for packing. Would recommend and stay again without hesitation.

Novotel Muenchen Messe is very well located right next to the U-bahn (Subway) station and the big shopping mall. Very practical stay. Connections were easy and anything we might need was a walk away from the shopping mall. Hotel staff is extremely nice and rooms very clean.

Very good location. The public transportation are directly in front of the hotel. The rooms are large and quite, very good noise cancellation. The fitness room is really nice and we were lucky to have a room at the 7th floor with a nice view. Also pricewise I find it fair.

This hotel was the first one I stayed in with my recently born daughter. The made us feel very welcome and I found the "my first journey" kit for her really sweet. Overall experience is average. However, on one of the days (29th April), the housekeeping didn't clean our room at all, and the receptionist guy that night kept saying I don't know.. I don't know, without saying sorry. We even have to get the clean towels by ourselves.

The reception was helpful. The first room they gave me, the TV was not working and they changed me to another room. Overall it was a comfortable room. Bed and pillow were clean. Very good and fast check in process even though we asked for a late check in. The room was clean and neat. Check out was also very easy. The only issue in the room was that there was no airconditioning so it could get hot during the summer months. Otherwise it was a perfect stay :)

The customer service has been very good. When we got in the room, the air conditioning was not working well then we asked to change the room and the staff understood the situation and very quickly we had a new room. The hotel room are spacious and clean, hotel staff is friendly, with a big useful underground parking lot. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel and in 20/25 minutes you can be in the city center. Totally recommended!

This hotel is new and the environment is good, but the space is average and not very spacious. There are parking spaces on the road. When parking in Germany, it is best to download the app in advance (you need to register in advance for handyparken. Using the app to park is very convenient. The management is extremely chaotic. I gave the room card to open the door and found someone staying. Then I opened the door again and there were two people lying on the bed. I was afraid that someone would come in again while I was sleeping at night.

This hotel got offered to me as my train was cancelled. The room was small but cozy, it was clean, and the staff was friendly. A good breakfast was included and i got extra coffee on the go. There's stairs to enter though, so accessibility is a bit hampered for wheelchair users. But I'm sure staff would help if they are aware.

Location is great with good access to the main train station. Rooms are lovely and breakfast gives a great selection. Only gripe is the lack of parking, there is parking using the train station parking but this is quite expensive and if you unintentionally park in the short term parking over night you can expect a €50 parking fee.
