Room is ok; not great, not terrible. I miss a coffee machine in the room. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is friendly, but check-in took 45 minutes due to a long waiting line…

Very good hotel woth a great rooftop bar.
Room is a bit dated but breakfast is best in Germany so far.

A solid hotel option in Düsseldorf. Room was tidy, clean and practical. Location a bit off the beaten track. Overall good value for money.

Had a fantastic stay here during our conference. The staff was a large part why my stay was so pleasant, Tony especially made my stay welcoming when i arrived ahead of check in. The rooms are updated and comfortable and you are very close to stops for the train and busses to get around this beautiful city.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and very friendly. we booked a standard room with a queenbed. Due to our booking agency those rooms were gone and we got a upgrade. The deluxe rooms are great but does not contain a bath or balcony. Breakfast is great and has a high standard. Overal you get great value for your Euro or Dollar.

I had a fantastic solo stay at this hotel! Modern, comfy rooms, and a very clean bathroom. The Sky Bar offers a breathtaking Düsseldorf view - perfect for cocktails. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, especially the guy with glasses at reception. Breakfast for nine was a breeze. My only wish? A room menu. Can't wait to return!

Really nice room, warm decor, very comfy bed, nice pillows, love the balcony blind, wish I'd discovered it the night before when I went to sleep, instead of in the morning of my check out.
Polite staff, very happy to accommodate our late check out due to only being able to check in at 4am and oversleeping.
I wish I'd had more time to explore, but it was a flying visit, I'll definitely stay here again though.
We booked at 2am after finding our usual hotel was fully booked, unfortunately there were no family rooms available, or any cots either, so I had to pull the armchair and footstool next to the bed and make an impromptu mini bed for my 2 Yr old, and we had our 5 Yr old in the bed with us, despite all of this, we all slept really well. So this hotel has definitely pipped our previous choice to 1st place.

A few niggles.
1. the kettle is in a cupboard really high up above the TV, you have to bring the drinks tray down out of the cupboard, find a plug and place it somewhere before you can use it.
2. There are no plugs near the bed, so your phone must be plugged in halfway across the room.
3. the kettle cable doesn't reach the plug by the desk, so I had to place it on the tiny glass coffee table near the bed to be able to make a drink.
4. Bottles of water aren't provided outside of the €3 per drink mini bar, so the kettle must be filled at the tap in the bathroom sink, which has always put me off.
