In the context this is for a upper-middle range hotel, I have nothing but praises for this hotel.
The room is well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Good size for a single / couple. Unlike other reviewers noted, the air conditioning seems to work quite well for me (albeit a bit noisy, but it's no worse to any other hotels). I was there in first week of Aug when it's fairly hot, and I have no complaints. I also love the scheme they have that if you forgo housekeeping, you get a coupon for a drink. For a traveler who travels light, I feel more comfortable to not having housekeeping so they don't find me hanging clothes every nook and cranny (>_

The breakfast buffet has problems with the staff not cleaning the tables fast enough. We were there for three breakfasts around 8:30-9:00am and we had to wait for a clean table. The staff tried to clean as quickly as possible but the problem could be new staff being trained and lack of service (for example, ordering off the menu) while the focus was on cleaning the tables. The hot food was not being rotated with new batches. While we were there, they had the same eggs, sausages, etc. on the hot plates. A supervisor was providing instructions to her staff in a not so cordial tone. One last complaint is we were charged for the room using US dollars and not euros and this was not approved by us. There was small print at the bottom of the bill with this information. We were short changed by 25 USD for the unfavorable exchange rate used by the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. They were very friendly during check in and check out. The room was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was acceptable.
Being titanium, I felt that they went above and beyond for me, complimentary water, chocolates and a box of soaps as a gift during check out. These details really made my stay memorable.
The only minor dislike I had with the room was the glass partition between the bed and the bathroom, in this case being a solo traveller it wasn't an issue, but if I am travelling with someone I really would like complete privacy in the bathroom.
All in all I would be back, thanks.

AVOID THIS HOTEL. Hot water was broken during our stay in November. The reception CALMLY said they knew this issue and this happened not only to our room but ALL rooms. Instead of offering another room, they asked us to check out...at 11pm! And no refund was offered since we booked the room thru 3rd party agent.

Upon arrival they noticed that the hotel was overbooked and called one of their competitors down the road to get me a room for the night. The rate was the same but the bed was super uncomfortable. The next day I was able to check in with NH and got a 1 drink voucher to make up for it.

It was a marvellous stay in the centre of Nuremberg. The breakfast was opulent and lovely (especially the sausages!!) The service magnificent and i recommend this hotel for your next trip!!

The hotel is very well located, in the center, close to tourist attractions.
Room was comfortable, quiet ans clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. In the room was a coffee capsule machine, it is a plus.
Breakfast varied and tasty.
Ample parking for many cars.

Would have been better if had working air conditioning. Rooms were uncomfortably hot even with the window open. Everything else was great- clean, breakfast was good/fresh, friendly enough

Amazing hotel in terms of breakfast, location and rooms. Furthermore the receptionist named Ritto was extremely polite.

Very nice meeting room, enough drinks were always available. At lunch there were also no complaints. It was fresh and delicious.
