They just need to clean the rooms more often and work a bit on the hospitality side — it feels more like an Airbnb than a proper hotel. Overall fine for a short stay, but not a full hotel experience yet.
We were given a different room to the one we booked. When we then asked to downgrade to get a feature we wanted, they first tried to talk us out of it but then only offered €10 a night difference in price, despite the online difference being much higher. We booked 4 months prior to staying so I would expect we could be given the room we had booked.
The rooms are basic, but overall no issues with the size or what's in the room. I would definitely not stay here if it is hot as there is no AC in any rooms other than the suites on the fifth floor.
The staff at the front desk are okay. No complaints. The cleaning staff were friendly and very accommodating for any needs.
Location is good, close to the train and old town.
Overall it's a very average hotel, I'm surprised it's advertised as 4 stars, definitely felt more like a 3 star hotel especially without aircon. Unlikely to stay there again.
Housekeeping was very well made, all room amenities and provision were adequate and sufficient. Especially love the many neat places they have within the room which provides for plenty of table space and yet doesn’t compromise on the room space.

However, if you take the subway, you can get to Lehel Station in 5 minutes from the central station, and from Exit A you can reach the hotel in about 5 minutes.
The location was very quiet.
There was a small air conditioner and fan in the room I stayed in, so I couldn't keep the room at the right temperature.
The whole room was very clean.
