I stayed here 3 nights. As a single adult who doesn’t speak any Spanish, the good to know is the people at reception know English so that is a big plus for me. However There is Walter who works in the Bar at the hotel and is also responsible for room service. He is really great person, always smiling, speaks English and some one you can have a conversation with.

This hotel has a great location with easy access to restaurants and attractions. However, it's currently undergoing renovations and some of its age is showing.
I experienced many issues during my stay, including excessive humidity in the room (my clothes were actually damp), unreliable wifi, and a toilet that wasn't flushing properly.
Hopefully the renovations will address these concerns.

Very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The toilet in the room didn’t work, and there were issues with the water; I had to contact reception every time. I also found mold on the towels – absolutely unacceptable! On top of that, they charged me twice and refused to return the money. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone – terrible service and poor attitude toward guests. They decided to give us back compensation in bonuses, but I will not return to this hotel again.

Absolutely amazing rooms...loved it here. Very clean,staff tries to communicate but there is a bit of a language barrier, was not overly impressed with the food in the restaurant.... was good but nothing extraordinary.... have no problem recommending this hotel... the taxi service is a little expensive but impeccable....

Never again. Cockroaches and insects in the rooms! It made me to write this review.
Rooms are smelly, windows are sealed and not possible to open them to get fresh air in. Asked to change the room but it was not much better.
Water pressure was very weak took ages to get shower.
Safe box did not work.
Beds were ok though.

This hotel super amazing hatch in the hub of Santa Domingo, perfect location for everything, the staff is exceptional helpful, courteous and very welcoming. What you waiting on to book this hotel you sure won’t regret. Raddisson hotel is the gem of Santo Domingo.

This is my first-time staying here! I’m very familiar with Santo Domingo but was pleasantly surprised by how close this is to my husband's family. The area is excellent, the room is lovely, and we settled in immediately! I cannot wait to come back 🙏🏽
