Inexpensive accomodations in Tallinn

All was great- location, room, swimming pool, saunas and breakfast, our top place to stay in Tallin.

OUR RUSSIAN PROJECT OF INCREDIBLE PROPORTIONS!!! Everything we love! We arrived September 20th it's cold outside and the heating in the room are already INCLUDED , that can not but rejoice! Built for the ages! Here Russian Spirit! It smells!

Most of the rooms have sea and city view! Which is amazing at evening/night from the hotel bar! The staff ia really friendly and helpful! Drinks are delicious and dinner/breakfast buffet is ok! Reccomending it highly!

Great service, easy check in process and even quicker check out. Rooms are kept clean, I had a room with a balkony, kitchenette and all necessary utensil for longer stay

Fully automated hotel, no need to wait someone or interrupt with stuff, everything can be done using tablets in the lobby. Great SPA, peasefull and relaxing atmosphere

My stay was perfect, couldn't wish for more! If I happen to visit Tallinn again, I'm definitely booking myself a room here

The location has a couple of bus stops in a few minute walking range, plus a Maxima store right across the road

The only thing, it is location, there are no any restaurants nearby, the nearest is about 30 mins on foot

We resorted to opening the double glazed windows (and they are double glazed for a reason), which was fine on the Friday night but proved less so on Saturday given the amount of people shouting/singing just below your window at 3am

The bathroom was 2* at best and not much bigger than the wardrobe. Toilet immediately on the left as you open the door, basin almost immediately opposite and the bath with shower above immediately next to the basin

The bed was comfortable but the bottom sheet wouldn't stay on the bed, revealing a well used mattress beneath, and one of the pillowcases had a tear in it but was not changed during our stay

Imagine what it's like in the summer with the dodgy a/c and larger number of merry tourists! Request a high floor if you stay here, especially in the summer

The room and hotel were incredibly hot as we visited in November but the a/c in our room didn't seem to work, no matter how much we lowered the temperature

Hanging space was so compact that we had to leave some of our clothing in cases

Nice hotel in the center of Tallinn. The rooms are spacious and nicely equipped. Unfortunately the bathroom was not cleaned when we checked in, I found a lot of dark long hair, therefore only 4 stars

Hotel offers superior and spacious rooms for pretty low prices. However such prices can be significantly higher during the high season. Nice location in the historical center of city.

Pros - Location is great, almost in the heart of old town and also close to other interesting areas of Tallinn. - Room is large, larger than an average hotel room in Tallinn. - There's no noise despite many bars nearby

Spacious rooms! Bathtubs! Good air conditioning. Separate building from the main hotel (Barons). The lift was a bit loud but works fine. Overall very good hotel but nothing exceptional

Bargain bin hotel without anything fancy. Cheap but clean and very basic. Price performance ratio is good and to my surprise breakfast was included. By no means the biggest but basic and good.

Cheap as in Talin, but expensive to compare with other Baltic capitals. It is kind a old hotel, not very comfortable.

No bar in the hotel, but they do sell canned drinks (cider, long drink) at reception, along with some snacks (crisps, etc). Just wish the fridge at reception was turned on so that the drinks would have been chilled!

Decent value for money, does what it says on the tin. No fridge or other amenities in the room, but a Rimi food shop very nearby. Plus the window opened, so could use the windowsill to keep drinks chilled

Breakfast had all the usual things - scrambled eggs, cereal, vegetables, hard boiled eggs, tea and coffee, etc

Rooms are small and outdated even Tv is too old. Staff is friendly but some of them don’t speak English. Location of hotel not far from city center and Tallinn Old town. Cleanness needs to be improved

I cannot even count on my fingers anymore how many times I have flexed to my friends that I don’t need keys to enter my home, I can wash three loads of laundy at the same time, I can play games and watch Netflix in the mornings at the commune space AND I can have my home office with such fast and convenient Internet connection

I used to not believe in love at first sight but seeing Campus Larsen house apartment I was immediately in love! This has been so far my best living experience in Tallinn and I have lived in various places including city center with all its amenities as well as a big apartment near Noblessner

And don’t even get me started on the shoe shelves!!! Makes me only wanna buy more and more pretty shoes! All and all I appreciate all the support from the Happiness Team and would say everyone in the house so far has been very nice and friendly! 10/10 recommend!!!

I am always so excited to come home and spend time in this beatiful little place which has everything you need for every day life - best storage options as everything is so well put together and you will never run out of place where to place your things

Very good place, the closest solution you can find if you work at TalTech; the gym inside the building is minimal but there is everything you need to train yourself

a lot of events and gym classes are organized by Larsen, it is a place adapt for young students searching for fun and friends

Very cozy accomodation in nice area of Tallinn. It has lots of supermarkets nearby and a good transportation to Tallinn old town.

Whoever comes to Tallin for a short or long period. Do choose Larsen. A perfect place to stay.

It was a very good experience overall, even though the pricing was kind of expensive for a 15 square meters apartment. Everything is quite clean and modern. Furthermore, the common zones are great!

Reception was responsive with emails, regarding being late for check-in. One room is enough for 2 people and was quite enough for an impulsive dog. (forgot to take a photo of toilet/shower, but it was nice)

Pretty decent, cozy and really quite. Pros: quite surroundings, clean, has almost all utilities, parking, a/c. Cons: no hairdryer, little hassle to get to Tallin (20 min by car)

Place is clean but run down, bad price/value.
