You can definitely tell the staff care highly about the satisfaction of their guests and it shows. The pool was also well kept and the saunas were very clean. The location was also excellent

There was a Talink hotel next to it, so I had trouble finding the entrance at first, but it turned out they were connected inside. The Express hotel entrance is on the side closest to the old town

It's a short walk from the old town, about five minutes. There are very few places to eat or buy breakfast in the area, so I wish I had included breakfast

We stayed here in December and it’s a 2 minute walk to the Christmas market which was perfect for us! It is also beautifully located in old town within walking distance to several popular tourist sites and restaurants

The building itself is really old(13th century) but it has been modernised in the most tasteful way not taking from the medieval charm. The staff were very accommodating and it felt like they couldn’t do enough for you

Located bang in the middle of Old Town, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The Uber pick-up/drop-off point is just 80m away, which makes it a very convenient location

Rooms are cozy with old wooden beams that transport you right back to the middle ages (what feels like). Not too spacious and with sloping roof, so for taller people maybe an issue

A good small hotel in a tranquil neighborhood near the huge park. All was great except the aircon, the control panel was broken and it was making some churning noise randomly.

Further the staff are all very friendly and approachable with any issues. In addition, they make the entire process of booking very easy and seamless even with complex booking requirements

In respect of location, you can quickly get into town via public transport, or scooter (my personal favourite) or taxi — or if you have time, walking (it’s a 30 minute walk, mostly flat terrain, easy route, not a bad shout when the whether is nice) The only suggestion would be, improving the breakfast offerings

Staff went above and beyond with directions to attractions offered, car parking and baggage assistance. It has a good location just inside the wall of the old town. A bonus was the best hotel breakfast ever

We were delighted to stay in this historic hotel. The room we had was fabulous, comfortable king size bed, excellent bathroom and many other conveniences, including a complementary welcome drink

But one is so comfy, nice and unusual that you feel in him a real king! The hotel is located in the Old town, practically he is the attraction, repeatedly noticed, looking through the window as our hotel was photographed by tourists

The beds were incredibly comfortable, though the room shape was bizarre, forcing both twin beds to be based toe-to-head instead of side-by-side. And a very walkable location!

Room: excellent with one note: is the steep staircase to the second floor, where the bed is located. Elderly people definitely can't get in there

Kind of old-fashioned hotel, very close to everything (Tallinn is rather small anyway). Breakfast (included) with a lot of choices. A few free (for customers) parking places in front of the hotel

The room is small but very clean and makes you feel at home. It takes only eight minutes to walk to the ancient city and fifteen minutes to the port. It is very convenient and suitable for city walk

Also no bath in bathroom, but seems that baths policy is bit off. Towels - one hand towel per person, one bit bigger towel. If you want to wrap dry your hair - bring another towel
