Only used the spa and the beauty centre, but the choice of saunas (hammam, salt, Finnish, lower temperature ans more!) and the pool area were great. I also had an hour long massage and it was excellent
The pool area and saunas were also excellent, providing a perfect place to relax. A big thank you to the staff—we will definitely be returning!
It is close to the ferry terminal, and still a walking distance from old town. The rooms are large and comfortable enough, the one I stayed had a view. My stay included Spa and pools, which are the best part of the hotel
My wife and I recently stayed at the Tallink Spa Hotel for two nights, having booked the romance package. The price was reasonable for the package, which included massages for both of us and a three-course dinner
The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel was clean, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was of very high quality. The restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious meals
The only thing that is worth knowing is that the masseuse wears rubber gloves, which I understand is for the hygiene reasons, however some people might not like it!

Very good spa with many saunas and pool areas. Highly recommend the Friday evening saunas experience! The TAI massage was amazing and very relaxing. The service is friendly all around.
SPA: 👍 Like the variety of saunas and the different experiences in each. The proximity of outdoor ice pool is well situated to the hottest sauna. The tropical rain effect at the pool is a nice feature
The temperature of the room was comfortable and the windows are well sealed and didn't let in any cold air or noise. Bathrobes, slippers and an entry wristband to the sauna are provided
They topped up the food and cleared the tables efficiently. A small feedback is the long queue to the coffee machine. Would be nice to have a few more of these machines at different corners to reduce waiting time
Hotel/spa is closer to 3 stars but the overall experience with the hotel stay, breakfast and spa visit is 4 stars. ROOM: The hotel room is spacious, comfortable, clean, a little worn but adequately furnished
Parking is complimentary but needs registration at check-in. BREAKFAST: The breakfast has a good continental and local variety of food. It got pretty crowded around 0900 but the staff managed well

Parking is plentiful and is 10 euro a night. Get the parking ticket validated at the front desk
For monthly rent, there will be daily trash collecting and weekly cleaning services (including changing sheets and towels, filling soaps, toilet papers, and dish cleaning supplies) Cleaning ladies might not understand English very well but they're all lovable and ready to help if you ask
It is a wonderful, clean and comfortable hotel that is a short walk to the Old Town and to the port to take the ferry to Helsinki. There is a grocery store nearby where we bought coffee and pastries for breakfast
The hotel has an apartment-like atmosphere, all with card keys. It has coffee machines and it is possible to buy drinks and snacks on the second floor of the hotel. Super attentive receptionist
Repairing service works really fast (usually in the same day or the following day. ) The room looks new and clean. Small kitchen in the room is convenient and fully equipped
Nice, clean hotel in the city for a very, very fair price. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay such as a shower, a tv and even a little kitchen-area

Further the staff are all very friendly and approachable with any issues. In addition, they make the entire process of booking very easy and seamless even with complex booking requirements
Bathroom has everything, and is very comfortable +1 for "rain" shower. Breakfast has 4 options and what was the best for me, since I was on a diet, they adjusted dishes for me +1 for that. Sea is very near, less then 1km
Located close to park and tram stop. Near the harbour. Quiet street Friendly staff Room is small but comfortable.
It was such a lovely hotel super close to the centre and had a real cosy home feeling which is great after a long day. The rooms are perfect for couples having a weekend away and the view out of our window was amazing
In respect of location, you can quickly get into town via public transport, or scooter (my personal favourite) or taxi — or if you have time, walking (it’s a 30 minute walk, mostly flat terrain, easy route, not a bad shout when the whether is nice) The only suggestion would be, improving the breakfast offerings
That said fairly small gripe given there are many alternatives in town (and available via food delivery services). I certainly will be back in the future

So, it’s best to park by the hotel on the street when you arrive, take the bags out of your car (you’ll need to climb some stairs with those), check in, and then park and forget about your car whilst you’re in Tallinn
We enjoyed two connecting rooms with a spacious sitting room in between and found the location of the hotel convenient. The breakfast was underwhelming, the omelet didn't inspire a repeat order on consecutive mornings
My room had a bathtub, and it was so big and deep I could actually float in it. The breakfast buffet was decent. It's probably fine for most people, though they did not have very many vegetarian or vegan items
Also, there is no bell service, you will need to drag your own suitcase up and down the stairs to get to and from the reception. If you are wheelchair bound, this would not be a good choice hotel overall
Restaurant staff and housekeeping were nice to interact with, however we found the reception staff merely civil and not especially welcoming. This should be taken as a comment for future improvement
There’s a fridge in the room, but they stuff it full of mostly alcohol. It would have been nice to have more soft drink options, and more room to put takeout containers

Stayed at Radisson collection tallinn 21-23. Wanted to try something different in Estonia and booked Radisson branded hotel. My stay at the Radisson Collection Tallinn was excellent from start to finish
Outstanding hotel in a perfect location. Standard room is spacious, with high-quality interior and a superb view. The room was packed with everything you may need from bathrobes and slippers to bath salt
Excellent quality for the price! The service was very caring, breakfast delicious, room had a great view and was very quiet and the spa was cozy, clean and well detailed. Love my stay!
No complaints. Upon arrival, the reserved room wasn't available, so they upgraded us to a better one. The cleanliness is perfect, and the spa on the fourth floor is very cozy. A very beautiful view from the window.
Both rooms and all the premises are very tidy and clean. Conference space is great as well. They even served light snacks, desserts and smoothies there. Staff is very professional and polite, always smiling
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a top-floor superior room due to my Radisson membership status

Very comfortable hotel, spacious rooms, very good beds. Air conditioning was quite loud. Fabulous buffet breakfast! Pool was nice (saunas could be hotter).
The sauna, steam bath, and the impressive pool on the 11th floor are simply astonishing. Try the restaurant at the top floor
The hotel is very modern and comfortable. The room was great with excellent views and breakfast is very good. The location is fine, a 15-minute walk to the ferry terminal and 10 minutes to the old town
Stayed here for 4days, 3 nights. Rooms are great, plenty of room, spacious shower and a tub if you like. Minibar has some basic stock and there’s room to throw in other things you might want to chill
The room was of good size, with comfortable seating by the window and a desk. The bathroom was also sizeable, and the room felt clean and fresh
Awesome hotel for any special occasion/business usage. We had anniversary here and the reception offered a special cake and some message card. Sauna/gym are well maintained

Everything is within walking distance, to the left is the historic centre 500 metres and shopping malls, to the right a little walk and you can swim, and if you drive 3 km to get to a nice beach in Pirita, by taxi about 10€
We stopped in Tallinn for 1 night before going to Helsinki by ferry, hotel location for this was excellent: just 5-7 min walk from the terminal. There is also a shopping center right across so that is also great
Very good breakfast for the foodies. Storage room is very secure & staff locks it - thank you! View over a harbor & boats was a very nice touch & was relaxing
The location of this hotel is really good if you come by boat to Tallinn. Its between the harbor and the old town. The rooms and the hotel in general was very clean and the staff was also nice to us
We also got a free room upgrade (I guess they were overbooked on our room type) which was also a great way to handle overbooking & we're grateful for this
A short stroll brought me to the cobblestoned streets of Tallinn's Old Town, where history comes alive. Shopping and dining options were plentiful, thanks to the nearby shopping centers and eclectic eateries

Very entertaining guide and interesting. A very short tour that can easily be fitted in. however you are best to book ahead of time. I was lucky turned up 10 minutes before the tour started and there was space for me
Great location for a legendary hotel. I had the cheapest room class with not even coffee in the room. I'd say good value but more modern hotels might be the choice for one looking for some extra comfort.
Rooms are a little bit outdated. Couch was a bit broken, but the staff got us a new room. Location is excellent and the old town is just a little walk away
View to the sea on the north side was excellent from the top floor. Breakfast is good enough, but I would like to have some fish as well (there was only herring served)
“The most convenient hotel in Tallinn” The hotel is nearest the old town, department store, and bus station. All staffs are friendly and service-minded. My aunt got sick and needed to see the doctor
It is a historical hotel because it was the hotel built by the Soviets (with KGB station included) for prominent guests from capitalist countries. The lobby & bar are very hip (a-la 80’s KGB)

One of the best hotels!!! Incomparable breakfast. Cleanliness, polite staff. And most importantly, the perfect location.
The hotel is a bit dated but is very central and easy to reach. The room was ok, the air conditioning was a bit loud, we hated to keep it low
Close to the Old City center, easy walking distance, but far enough away that it is very quiet! Very close to both bus and tram lines, which makes it easy to explore the city. Excellent breakfast and service
There's a great outdoor seating area for enjoying some drinks and doing a spot of people-watching
We arrived quite early on the morning ferry from Helsinki but the staff kindly offered us a place to change into warmer weather clothes so we could go off and start exploring the city while our room was prepared
The room was on the first floor and had a dual aspect view along the old town streets. The bathroom was huge and kept very clean - the bath had water jets if you wanted to have a spa-type relaxing soak

We stayed at this hotel for two days, and overall, it was nice. However, when I tried to buy chocolate displayed in the window next to reception, I was told it wasn’t actually for sale
The room information mentioned that this is their newest flagship hotel, but it’s a bit disappointing that the items in the window can’t be purchased
Also, even after more than a week since check-out, my Club One points still haven’t been credited to my account. Overall, this is still a good hotel!
I noticed the prices were slightly cheaper than those at the gift shop they recommended at the train station
Good hotel in the center, next to Viru center. Short walk to the old town, not far from the harbour. Cool room in the summer, very good air conditioning. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. The renovation is well made.
There is construction work in the street in front of the hotel and in the nearby area. Can take a while to manage where to go on foot

The breakfast- every morning something had gone out and people had to ask for food. As the other reviews have told:: the room carpet looked old and dirty. Also the AC in the room 404 was very loud
We used this hotel as a base for our short trip to Tallinn and it was perfect. The hotel is old but it's very clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was great and all the staff were very friendly.
Unfortunately the sauna doesn't work (already for months) but we didn't really come for that anyway. Glad we booked and if we ever intend to come to Tallinn again this would be our choice to stay
We loved this hotel for its quaintness and location, right in the old town. Easy to walk everywhere in old town from here. Built in the 50's from the ashes of WWII destruction and modernized
Close to all major attractions in the old town. Breakfast buffet have good amount of options. Room is spacious enough but the bathroom is quite small especially the shower cubicle
It's welcoming, the rooms were clean and well equipped (though why do hotels not offer electric sockets on both sides of the double beds?), and the breakfast was really quite good

Not only was the breakfast exceptional, but I was deeply grateful for the coffee and small breakfast that was offered 4-7am
I stayed at this hotel for four nights and it was by far the best of the hotels I stayed at in the Baltic region
Great rooms with attention to details, very comfortable beds and very good location. The pool was also very good. The breakfast had many vegetarian and vegan options. Best hotel during our vacation.
So many hotels ignore us early risers, who can't function without that first cup of coffee at 5am
During our first stay, we received a good room, but it was facing the opposite wall of the hotel, so the view was somewhat missing, and the interior was quite dark. The second room was extremely nice, bright and calm
Large modern hotel with a swimming pool, sauna, steam room gym. Rooms are comfortable and well thought out Breakfast was good with a large selection of foods available

Very good service. Great location in the downtown of Tallinn. Tasty breakfast. The only problem was the smell in one of the hotel's corridors. But this isn't that crucial. So this is a brilliant hotel.
The beds were incredibly comfortable, though the room shape was bizarre, forcing both twin beds to be based toe-to-head instead of side-by-side. And a very walkable location!
Room: excellent with one note: is the steep staircase to the second floor, where the bed is located. Elderly people definitely can't get in there
Great hotel in a perfect place for exploring the Old Town. Super breakfast with plenty of choice. Rooms a bit small, but bathroom ok.
Well, or young and *very tired* :) Breakfast: very good Small contra: There is a missing socket near the bed
A gorgeous, historic-feeling hotel with a generous and delicious breakfast and very clean rooms

Why is it so difficult for Estonians to be nice and polite when in customer service? Anyway the spa was small but nice with four hot tubs and one bigger pool. There were four saunas, they were okay
Slight minus not to be able to have drink in the pool, but some people still did it, even signs everywhere
Great location, large modern room, a good breakfast, friendly staff,. Strangely I could hear clear voices in the middle of the night coming from a neighbouring room
The room was extremely hot and had bad ventilation and smelled like sewage. They let me have another room the next day after I insisted on it, but the ventilation was only slightly better
The 2 Hotels were literally joined together by a corridor and the Spa Hotel looked amazing in comparison
Room was a not new anymore and it didn't smell fresh, but we had "romantic" room so we had chocolates and sparkling wine waiting in our room decorated with the rose pedals

While the hotel is fairly basic, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, quiet, and equipped with all the essentials. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist
Great hotel. Lovely breakfasts. Convenient location! Comfortable stay and service!!! Comfortable rooms for families with children!
I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its excellent location and comfort
Rolling into Radisson Park Inn Tallinn Central felt like drawing a good hand in the game of poker – pure luck! Located within a comfortable walk of the legendary Olympic Park Casino, it was like having a Royal Flush draw right at my fingertips
I had a great stay at Park Inn by Radisson Central in Tallinn. The service was fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff throughout my visit. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable place to relax
The hotel’s location is perfect—just a 10-minute drive from the airport and less than a 10-minute walk to the Old Town. It’s incredibly convenient for exploring the city or getting to and from the airport easily

When you just want to eat - it is possible and without showing off)))))) Recommend
A good but rather small room for a convenient price. Good breakfast included. But the service in the evening outside all meals was missing such simple things like tea and coffee!!!
Spa costs 10euro /person if you are staying at the hotel(3hours). Big swimming pools, jacuzzi and different kinds of sauna. Bar next to jacuzzi where you can drink and enjoy the jacuzzi at the same time
The best part of the stay was the opportunity to go to spa and pools, which was 10€ per person, which is really cheap. There were 2 big pools, 3 jacuzzi and 8 saunas
Secondly, the hotel is extremely close and convenient to the port, the old town, and the sea plane harbour (with in walking distance). The new city is just 2 stops away but still within walking distance
Very good location, super friendly staff. Nice bed, good pillows. It was a bit complicated to get there because all the fences etc. but that's not the hotel's fault. I really can recommend Tallink hotel express.

It has a castle feeling to it, the corridors are like a maze with exposed stonework and wood beams. The rooms are clean and fully equipped with everything you need. The bathroom was spotless with good shower pressure
Also, the location is very close to everything, especially the main square
This is a hotel that has alot of charm, it's old and beautiful and the stairs creak but that doesn't take away the great room and great sleep I had, breakfast was amazing, liitle hit dogs, potatoes and ham and cheese served with scrambled egg, who cooked lovely, buffet style salads and cereals, fruit and yoghurts, coffee and cranberry juice, in some reviews people put there was not enough choice,...
We enjoyed exploring around the hotel 🏨 and reading about the history of the building and it's a gem! The staff are very welcoming and friendly, especially Sergio & Maria at the reception
By the way if you need alcohol there is a small connvience store just a few minutes walk turn right out of the hotel, as you reach the waterfall fountain take a left it's on the right

A hotel conveniently located between the Old Town and the sea. If you go there by car, be VERY careful as you have to go through a gate. The rooms are clean and nice
The location is great, 5-10 mins to the centre of the old town, train station, 2 mins to the beach. Will definitely be staying again!
My wife forgot here Kindle @ checkout but when we returned later in the day to collect our bags and take the ferry to Helsinki, the Kindle was at the front desk so the cleaning staff had found it and returned it
Excellent location near the center of the city. Very nice staff, very helpful. Forgot my kindle reader, called the hotel after several days, they found it and I was able to pick it up 10 days since my stay
The breakfast was fotmr the most part ok, especially the smoked salmon, meat cold cuts and bread. However, the scrambled eggs were totally inedible, it is something the hotel has to work really hard on
Too good to be true for this price, but it didn't dissapoint in any way. The room has everything you should expect, washing machine for your clothes is near the lobby and the breakfast was amazing

My double room in the Classical Side Building was one of the best hotel rooms that I've ever been in! The room is quite big, compared to another hotel rooms of the same level, and has a spacious closet within
Decently priced for it's prime location and large rooms, however in the winter you need to adjust each of the heaters located around the room manually. Tasty breakfast.
In addition, there are some helpful furniture items in the room, like the small coffee table, the sofa, the writing desk etc
The location is excellent! The staff is nice, friendly, helpful and service-oriented
Nice hotel in the historical city center, all main sights within walking distance.
A hotel in the centre of Tallinn old town, reasonable prices, cozy atmosphere.
