The bed is firm and comfortable ( no "pot holes" from loosened springs). I've 1108, possibly the best room in the hotel with a fantastic view of the park, old town and the sea

I loved the breakfast and the service. Everyone was very friendly and committed to guest satisfaction from check-in to check-out. Maria explained to me the places where the locals usually go

This suited us perfectly as during our visit we noticed the old town was very busy even at midnight - in contrast our room was soundproofed and we slept amazingly well! We will definitely be back - thank you for a wonderful stay!

Arrived there quite a bit early and I was checked in and upgraded as a Diamond member. The hotel is immaculate, staff is great, rooms were very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent

We were upgraded to a corner suite and the views were stunning! We stayed during a 30 degree heatwave and the air con worked perfectly! We also enjoyed the swimming pool and spa, which includes perfect loungers in the shade which was perfect in the heat

Can say though, there’s parking outside the hotel and it looks quite empty so should be fine. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you’re in Tallinn

Coffee machine in room (stayed in a suite) is lavazza and this could be improved by getting Nespresso. We did not have a car so can’t say anything about parking

There might have been some room for improvement concerning the cleanliness of the room. It was abit dusty but that did not affect to the over all experience. Not too many options but all seemed to be very well made

You can stream both via chrome cast and airplay. Breakfast is nice with a good selection. Coffee tastes good and you can have a pretty decent espresso even

Most of the rooms have sea and city view! Which is amazing at evening/night from the hotel bar! The staff ia really friendly and helpful! Drinks are delicious and dinner/breakfast buffet is ok! Reccomending it highly!

It needs to be renovated from outside, but inside it looks great. The room was clean and it had a view of the sea and sunset. Morning buffet was fresh and not too crowded

The building itself is really old(13th century) but it has been modernised in the most tasteful way not taking from the medieval charm. The staff were very accommodating and it felt like they couldn’t do enough for you

My only disappointment was that the restaurant was fully booked when we wanted to eat on Thursday evening, my fault for not booking ahead of time. The helpful desk staff offered some tasty alternatives

The room was comfy with one of the nicer views I've had from a hotel room, at least in the evening. The spa was okay but still a big plus, the regular sauna was good but the steam sauna was to cold for my opinion

I tried a lot of gym in Tallinn. I finally made yearly contract here. They have small fitness salon but its enough for me. Pool and sauna areas very big and you have a lot of choices

Beautiful restaurant with very tasty a la carte menu. Location - near old town,a park,a playground. Waterpark included is a big plus and it has an awesome Olympic pool

However the rooms were very far apart I the hotel so the reception kindly upgraded us so we would be next tk each other. The facilities in this hotel are top notch with a fabulous gym and amazing water park
