Clean and big room. The spa and the swimming pool are so good too! The restaurant of the hotel is over prices but everything else is great. Highly recommended! Also the hotel provide parking for little amouny of money which is around 18 euros a day and this is very little compared to other hotels that charge 80 for night! We had a lovely stay at the Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel, which is ideally located. The spa facilities were a real highlight and made for a proper relaxing break. While the hotel isn't perfect, the staff we encountered were consistently warm and helpful, which honestly made all the difference. The breakfast was fairly basic but perfectly adequate. We booked a large family room for our vacation, and everything exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful 4 days at the Telgraff. Exceptional dining at the Tchaikovsky Restaurant. So well presented in every way. Perfect location to access everything in the historic town. Wonderful hotel in old town Tallinn. Everything from the flowers outside to the decor and little touches in our room made this stay feel really special. The building itself is really old(13th century) but it has been modernised in the most tasteful way not taking from the medieval charm. This place is good if you stay for a night before or after catching a flight. There's no reception. You check in on a terminal. The rooms are clean, but basic. The coffee machine in the lobby didn't work. Best to reach by taxi from the airport. Or walk 10min to the nearest bus stop.

Clean and comfortable room! A bit far from the city center but it is very easy to order a taxi to pick you up at the hotel. It is very easy to do the online check-in with the screens. This makes the service more fluid, however, there is only one phone number provided to solve any issues (I didn't have one, I'm just saying in case of somebody needs assistance).

Great service, easy check in process and even quicker check out. Rooms are kept clean, I had a room with a balkony, kitchenette and all necessary utensil for longer stay. Prices are affordable.
