Clean and big room. The spa and the swimming pool are so good too! The restaurant of the hotel is over prices but everything else is great. Highly recommended! Also the hotel provide parking for little amouny of money which is around 18 euros a day and this is very little compared to other hotels that charge 80 for night! Fantastic location, large rooms, comfy bed (mattress on a softer side but good). No fridge, which is common these days, but there was a kettle and some tea/coffee. Breakfast area gets busy and more attention should be paid to cleaning the tables as quite a few were dirty. We enjoyed our stay very much! The hotel is situated in a peaceful district with a big park on the opposite side. It's easy to get to the old town or to the market place. And this is the first hotel ever where children would get colour pencils and colouring pictures during the breakfast! I would definitely stay here again.

Went for the KGB museum tour. Very entertaining guide and interesting. A very short tour that can easily be fitted in .....however you are best to book ahead of time. I was lucky turned up 10 minutes before the tour started and there was space for me.

Great location for a legendary hotel. I had the cheapest room class with not even coffee in the room. I'd say good value but more modern hotels might be the choice for one looking for some extra comfort.

The cleaning of the rooms must be seriously improved. Bathroom of many rooms has a bathtub so tall that it's very dangerous. Breakfast is really wonderful, so it's also kindness of receptionists. Close to center city, it's possible going by walking in 10 minutes.

We stayed here with Gate 1 tours. Very comfortable with excellent buffet breakfast. We arrived a day earlier and stayed in a hotel in the old town, which we're glad we did. Otherwise its about a 20 minute boring walk to old town from the Radisson, or a quick Bolt ride.

Water pressure in the room was very bad, it also took a long time to get hot water. The bathroom door didn’t close that well, you had to put force to be able to close it. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, location was amazing, could get anywhere in Tallinn in 15-20min time. Clean modern room and facilities. Easy to navigate the self check in and check out process. The machines provide clear instructions. Location was perfect. Walkable to cruise station, old town and Rotermanni Quarter where there are a lot of restaurants.

Exceptionally helpful staff. Great level of English and customer service. The beds are so comfortable. I've travelled all over Europe and the beds here are absolutely amazing (on the softer end). I was very happy with my stay at Citybox in Tallinn. I loved the logical efficiency of the hotel. You walk in, enter your reservation number, and you get your room and key in seconds. Great place to stay midway between old town and the ferry terminals. Only 5 minute walk to either. Rooms are compact but very functional so it is comfortable for two. The share kitchen is efficient. Laundry machines are available though expensive @ 10€. Parking is below the hotel @ 10€/day.

Very nice hotel with a good breakfast and very nice pool/sauna area. About 20-25 minute walk or 5-10 minute tram to old town. Very friendly staff and nice rooms. It is next to a casino but we didn’t really notice, there isn’t much crossover between the two.

Arrived there quite a bit early and I was checked in and upgraded as a Diamond member. The hotel is immaculate, staff is great, rooms were very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent. the executive lounge was spacious with great views.

Best Hilton Hotel I have ever stayed. Tally is a beautiful little city and this Hotel is located right on it. Rooms are beautiful and up to date. The hotel staff were phenomenal, from the front desk staff to the bartenders. Breakfast was phenomenal! Rows and rows of food and can have a chef cook you almost any breakfast item. Definitely 5 stars!!!

We had a very nice event at Hilton Tallinn Park. The lobby, setup and conference room were amazing. It was also convenient to be next to the park for walks on breaks. Overall it is a beautiful location and the staff was very helpful and hardworking.

Small rooms. Extremely disappointing breakfast, 4 limited options and all of them full of allergens (gluten and dairy). For a person with health issues that cannot eat gluten/dairy they don't make any concessions. If you ask for an alternative they tell you they cannot do anything and you have to stay hungry.

It was such a lovely hotel super close to the centre and had a real cosy home feeling which is great after a long day. The rooms are perfect for couples having a weekend away and the view out of our window was amazing. My favorite hotel in Tallinn. I am often in Tallinn because of business trips and always choose this hotel to stay. It’s very simple but very convenient. Breakfast is tasty. The hotel is in great condition, close to (2 stops by bus) to the old town. Their best asset it’s their staff, always willing to make the customer feel appreciated. Rooms are very clean and its within walking distance to the bus station.

It was our first time in Ibis hotel and we liked everything. It wasn’t easy to get there from a ferry terminal, but our route to the bus terminal next morning was short and easy.
