Diverse breakfast buffet, nice food in the restaurant which you also can order by room service. Clean room equipped with what you might need. Possibility to choose type of pillow. Nice spa/pool area with a bar. Most of the showers in the ladies' dressing room where however in need of repairs. Only 2 of 6 of the "massage chairs" in the big pool worked. A modern and beautiful hotel. We stayed with children. the children were very satisfied with the swimming pool, and it was very convenient for us that the hotel is close to the old town. Our three day stay was pleasant and wonderful. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tallinn.

Personally I think the location is perfect . 19. Minute walk to old town , 5 minute walk to bus stops and the sea . The spa is lovely and included if you have a room - the pools are nice and warm and the pool bar is a lovely added touch . I will say the rooms are slightly dated and could do with a little revamp but honestly it’s a great location to stay and it has everything you need and more .

Only used the spa and the beauty centre, but the choice of saunas (hammam, salt, Finnish, lower temperature ans more!) and the pool area were great. A decent spa hotel located near ferry terminal. It's a family hotel but okay for solo travelers. Buffet breakfast is good and has a lot of options for vegetarian and vegan food.

So sad to say the breakfast wasn't as good as expected. The eggs too loose boiled, the white was soggy. The jam tasted nothing. Sausages wasn't fried, just heated. That was a disappointment. But the tunamix was really good! Also sad to say the water in the spa area was way too cold for a spa. I actually felt scammed. The saunas were good, though.

Nice small and relaxing spa section that suit well for smaller kids too. Good service and clean rooms. Breakfast could have been little better and coffee machines had issues both morning. It needs to be renovated from outside, but inside it looks great. The room was clean and it had a view of the sea and sunset. Morning buffet was fresh and not too crowded. Great value for money. Located bang in the middle of Old Town, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The Uber pick-up/drop-off point is just 80m away, which makes it a very convenient location. Nicely decorated hotel with neat rooms and delicious breakfast. Rooms are cozy with old wooden beams that transport you right back to the middle ages (what feels like). Not too spacious and with sloping roof, so for taller people maybe an issue. Beds comfy, everything clean and staff very friendly.

The surrounding area is okay, but it is a little difficult to find the hotel. The room is small and there is no air conditioning. It is not hot even if you turn on a small fan. The soundproofing is not good, so it is not good for those who are sensitive. It is not bad for a cheap stay. Just buy water and other things before you go. It is a wonderful, clean and comfortable hotel that is a short walk to the Old Town and to the port to take the ferry to Helsinki. There is a grocery store nearby where we bought coffee and pastries for breakfast. Parking is plentiful and is 10 euro a night. Get the parking ticket validated at the front desk.

The location is perfect, and the breakfast buffet spread was very nice, with plenty of vegeterian options. However, when it got busy during breakfast time, it felt chaotic and the dishes were not replenished in time. The junior suite we got had very low ceiling, and the bathroom smelled pretty bad. This place is good if you stay for a night before or after catching a flight. There's no reception. You check in on a terminal. The rooms are clean, but basic. The coffee machine in the lobby didn't work. Best to reach by taxi from the airport. Or walk 10min to the nearest bus stop.

Clean and comfortable room! A bit far from the city center but it is very easy to order a taxi to pick you up at the hotel. It is very easy to do the online check-in with the screens. This makes the service more fluid, however, there is only one phone number provided to solve any issues (I didn't have one, I'm just saying in case of somebody needs assistance).

We found the room service was poor as we like to have coffee and tea in the room, but no milk was provided despite having a fridge??? When I asked staff at breakfast for milk we got a pathetic measure of milk in a cup ? If the room has a fridge we couldn't understand why milk wasn't provided. This hotel room was very stuffy with no air circulation at all and a funky smell. When the window was open for air it was extremely loud outside from cars and passers by. The bathroom only had pink industrial hand soap and no shampoo. The TV had a bright light that lit up the room in the dark (when it was off). Good location is all I can say.

Very good service. Great location in the downtown of Tallinn. Tasty breakfast. The only problem was the smell in one of the hotel's corridors. But this isn't that crucial. So this is a brilliant hotel.
