Where to stay in Tallinn

No point to recharge Plug-in cars there, because electric is so expensive that pay same if use petrol/benzin. Also NO bottle water inside rooms because "must drink water from bathroom" (reception advice). At that room price, i consider bottled water shoud be on the table. No straight connection between parking building and hotel building. When pay parking, message say că de for door to the parking...

Went for the KGB museum tour. Very entertaining guide and interesting. A very short tour that can easily be fitted in .....however you are best to book ahead of time. I was lucky turned up 10 minutes before the tour started and there was space for me.

Great location for a legendary hotel. I had the cheapest room class with not even coffee in the room. I'd say good value but more modern hotels might be the choice for one looking for some extra comfort.

The cleaning of the rooms must be seriously improved. Bathroom of many rooms has a bathtub so tall that it's very dangerous. Breakfast is really wonderful, so it's also kindness of receptionists. Close to center city, it's possible going by walking in 10 minutes.

Very nice hotel with good staff. We got a guided breakfast tour the first morning, and breakfast itself was very good with a lot of options. The room was comfy with one of the nicer views I've had from a hotel room, at least in the evening. Personally I think the location is perfect . 19. Minute walk to old town , 5 minute walk to bus stops and the sea . Water pressure in the room was very bad, it also took a long time to get hot water. The bathroom door didn’t close that well, you had to put force to be able to close it. There was a hole in my duvet cover:( It was okay for one night, but I wouldn’t stay there longer. At least you had short distance to the harbor and to old town.

From the first look all is fine but a jacuzzi is old and leaking, but a breakfast I really liked, even if we are in Covid time, you find almost all possible food and some specialties. Tried to use business services, printer wit scanner was not available. Scanning documents and emailing has become a basic function of business and the Hotels must provide the same to its guest.

For the location and premises, could be much better in terms of services and facilities. The rooms could be much better furnished for a 4 star hotel and the bed is… let’s call it a one night bunk, not suitable for longer stays.

Great hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The spa was excellent and the location is a 100m walk from the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant Tchaikovsky was expensive but unbelievable and worth it.

We love the location of the hotel. Absolutely perfect. And the staff service is impeccable. Tho, there are some improvements to make in my opinion. First there is a gap between the lobby decoration and the room decoration. I love authentic old fashion decoration but in the room on that hotel : it’s not a success. The bathroom is not the best part of it. I didn’t like the old picture of naked women...

This is one if not my favorite hotels in the Baltic. It has very good service at the bar and reception is very helpful. It respects the old town feel with the rooms however it is not to old. Also the fruit salad was amazing.

We enjoyed two connecting rooms with a spacious sitting room in between and found the location of the hotel convenient. The breakfast was underwhelming, the omelet didn't inspire a repeat order on consecutive mornings. Exceptionally helpful staff. Great level of English and customer service. The beds are so comfortable. I've travelled all over Europe and the beds here are absolutely amazing (on the softer end). Great place to stay midway between old town and the ferry terminals. Only 5 minute walk to either. Rooms are compact but very functional so it is comfortable for two. The share kitchen is efficient. Laundry machines are available though expensive @ 10€. Parking is below the hotel @ 10€/day.

Really great hotel. Lovely rooms. Good location. Staff were superb. Emil at the front desk was a great host and eager to give great info about the city, he really represented the hotel well. The ‘chocolate hour’ was a lovely touch. The spa was nice, the only thing that was disappointing was how crowded it was, definitely not big enough for the hotel.

Simply a superb hotel. Location is great - on a quiet street no more than 10 minutes walk to the old town, with other amenities close by. Room was modern and stylish, and the breakfast had a great selection and all well prepared. We also loved the spa and visited several times, although found it could be quite busy in the evenings. We really loved this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom had a wonderful deep tub that my wife loved. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and they also had a complimentary 4 o’clock chocolate hour with a chocolate fountain, fruit, cookies and brownies. The hotel is also only about 15minute walk from Old Town.
