Clean and big room. The spa and the swimming pool are so good too! The restaurant of the hotel is over prices but everything else is great. Highly recommended! Also the hotel provide parking for little amouny of money which is around 18 euros a day and this is very little compared to other hotels that charge 80 for night! Nice hotel in walking distance from the Old Town. Rooms are very nice but aircondition did not work well so it was pretty warm in there and no window to open. View from room was nonexistent. We had a lovely stay at the Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel, which is ideally located. The spa facilities were a real highlight and made for a proper relaxing break. While the hotel isn't perfect, the staff we encountered were consistently warm and helpful, which honestly made all the difference. The breakfast was fairly basic but perfectly adequate. Wonderful hotel in old town Tallinn. Everything from the flowers outside to the decor and little touches in our room made this stay feel really special. The building itself is really old(13th century) but it has been modernised in the most tasteful way not taking from the medieval charm. The staff were very accommodating and it felt like they couldn’t do enough for you. A real 5 star experience.

The room was lovely and spacious, we originally booked one standard and one economy as we were a family off five. However the rooms were very far apart I the hotel so the reception kindly upgraded us so we would be next tk each other. We booked a twin room and then we arrived at our room and it was a double room with a baby’s crib set up. We told reception that we actually wanted a twin room. Great location - it takes 40 steps and you are in the old town, literally. Friendly and helpful staff. You can make an online check-in, receive a room number and access code to your room door, so you can go directly to your room after you arrived, no need for assistance from the receptionist unless you decide differently. It is a very worn down spa but it's also much cheaper than other choices. We came early in the morning so it was relatively empty, this is the only way to have a good time there. The black sauna with the cold pool next to it is the best thing there and it has a funny decoration! And you can use a sauna broom!
