Nice small and relaxing spa section that suit well for smaller kids too. Good service and clean rooms. Breakfast could have been little better and coffee machines had issues both morning. Clean and big room. The spa and the swimming pool are so good too! The restaurant of the hotel is over prices but everything else is great. Highly recommended! Also the hotel provide parking for little amouny of money which is around 18 euros a day and this is very little compared to other hotels that charge 80 for night! Nice hotel in walking distance from the Old Town. Rooms are very nice but aircondition did not work well so it was pretty warm in there and no window to open. View from room was nonexistent. Pool area is fine but would be nice to have a really Bubble bath - warm and jets/bubbles. Very nice breakfast and very good service.

We had a lovely stay at the Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel, which is ideally located. The spa facilities were a real highlight and made for a proper relaxing break. While the hotel isn't perfect, the staff we encountered were consistently warm and helpful, which honestly made all the difference. The breakfast was fairly basic but perfectly adequate. All in all, we'd happily return.

A modern and beautiful hotel. We stayed with children. the children were very satisfied with the swimming pool, and it was very convenient for us that the hotel is close to the old town. Our three day stay was pleasant and wonderful. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tallinn.

It needs to be renovated from outside, but inside it looks great. The room was clean and it had a view of the sea and sunset. Morning buffet was fresh and not too crowded. I liked that theres a buzyness thermometer for the breakfast in the elevator to let you know when yould be the most ideal time to go eat. Reception could be friendlier but I have no complaints other than that.

Hotel is amazing! Rooms are spacious and clean. The furniture looks new and is really comfortable! Nice old town feel, and with a modern renovation, space for enjoying your leisure time, convenient to walk everywhere and secured indoor terrace. Old town district literally across the street, and reasonable price restaurants in walking distance also.

Wonderful hotel in old town Tallinn. Everything from the flowers outside to the decor and little touches in our room made this stay feel really special. The building itself is really old(13th century) but it has been modernised in the most tasteful way not taking from the medieval charm. The staff were very accommodating and it felt like they couldn’t do enough for you. A real 5 star experience.

I hosted my 30th birthday party here and spent the weekend at the hotel. It was absolutely fabulous! The food was amazing and I haven't had better service anywhere. Will definitely be coming here again! ❤️

I am so happy we booked this hotel. We had the most wonderful stay! The service was more than excellent and the location was great. We got upgraded to a suite with our own sauna, which was just amazing. Part of the breakfast was made upon ordering and the staff was very helpful, they even made me a waffle when I was about to do it myself. All in all, I am extremely pleased with this hotel. Located right in the old town so great for exploring on foot but not so great if you are lugging a heavy suitcase because you have to drag that over cobbled streets from the closest point where a taxi can drop you off. We had really an AMAZING time here. It’s worth to fly to Estonia to have a vacation like this. Our child was super happy with all the kids facilities and so were we. Also it’s really close to the center, walk 5 min and you’re in the middle of the old city and 5 min more you’re in the huge shopping street.

Stayed here on a trip to Tallinn and it was a nice hotel, the location was good and an easy walk to anywhere you need to go, staff were very friendly, Breakfast was a buffet style and was very nice with a decent variety. The room was extremely hot and had bad ventilation and smelled like sewage. They let me have another room the next day after I insisted on it, but the ventilation was only slightly better. The bathroom in the other room still smelled a bit like sewage.

There’s nothing in this hotel except the location. The rooms are too hot, without ventilation. People at the reception - except one kind woman - were disinterested, rude and unwelcoming. You can make an online check-in, receive a room number and access code to your room door, so you can go directly to your room after you arrived, no need for assistance from the receptionist unless you decide differently. A great and relaxing birthday leads to this place. Sometimes people on cocaine enter the place and their laughs can be heard from the other side of the building. Cheap 70 euros alcohol bottles. The spa was great, you might see some drunk 40 year olds in locker rooms asking for alcohol.

It is a very worn down spa but it's also much cheaper than other choices. We came early in the morning so it was relatively empty, this is the only way to have a good time there. The black sauna with the cold pool next to it is the best thing there and it has a funny decoration! And you can use a sauna broom! We had a really relaxing stay. The breakfast was wonderful, fresh ingredients and lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. I'd like to give 6 stars -if possible- for the customer service.
