Located right in front of Viru Gate, the entrance to Tallinn's Old Town, the hotel offers panoramic views of the city from the higher floors. It's a very large hotel, attached to a shopping mall. There were no signs inside the mall, so it was difficult to find my way around on my first visit. The room was clean, and the breakfast was average.

We were here on a weekend -getaway with my significant other. The stay was nice, service was excellent and we really enjoyed the spa. For me the nicest thing were the perfectly heated saunas. I stayed at this hotel for four nights and it was by far the best of the hotels I stayed at in the Baltic region. Not only was the breakfast exceptional, but I was deeply grateful for the coffee and small breakfast that was offered 4-7am. Wonderful hotel in old town Tallinn. Everything from the flowers outside to the decor and little touches in our room made this stay feel really special. The building itself is really old(13th century) but it has been modernised in the most tasteful way not taking from the medieval charm. We had a wonderful 4 days at the Telgraff. Exceptional dining at the Tchaikovsky Restaurant. So well presented in every way. Perfect location to access everything in the historic town. We booked a twin room and then we arrived at our room and it was a double room with a baby’s crib set up. We told reception that we actually wanted a twin room. Hotel has perfect location near to the old town. We booked it online and forgot to order breakfast. We pay it on the place and it cost 12€ per person and is not worth for what you get. Didn't see the what was on the pictures. Beware if you get ground floor room - they are below courtyard level, so only view you have is one people having at you. Stayed here for three nights in the courtyard suite. The rooms were spacious and full of charm but it wasn’t the cleanest of accommodation. The bed had an old mattress with a mattress topper with the base sheet wrapped only around the topper. The bathroom was large but needed updating. Service was often mixed. Perfect location, super close to the main square, restaurants, pubs and shops. Room was perfect, shower power was serious! I didn't snap any pictures of my room. Friendly, helpful service. Old Tallinn has a lot of vibe. I will post pictures of some spots that are all extremely close to the Hotel. I also found Merchant's House affordable.

I am so happy we booked this hotel. We had the most wonderful stay! The service was more than excellent and the location was great. We got upgraded to a suite with our own sauna, which was just amazing. Part of the breakfast was made upon ordering and the staff was very helpful, they even made me a waffle when I was about to do it myself. All in all, I am extremely pleased with this hotel. Highly recommend

I asked the receptionist for conditioner and they gave me some. Also, I asked for slippers to wear inside the room, so be sure to ask if you're staying there.
