Only used the spa and the beauty centre, but the choice of saunas (hammam, salt, Finnish, lower temperature ans more!) and the pool area were great. I also had an hour long massage and it was excellent. The right pressure, good quality body oils and lovely staff. The only thing that is worth knowing is that the masseuse wears rubber gloves, which I understand is for the hygiene reasons, however some...
A decent spa hotel located near ferry terminal. It's a family hotel but okay for solo travelers. Buffet breakfast is good and has a lot of options for vegetarian and vegan food.
So sad to say the breakfast wasn't as good as expected. The eggs too loose boiled, the white was soggy. The jam tasted nothing. Sausages wasn't fried, just heated. That was a disappointment. But the tunamix was really good! Also sad to say the water in the spa area was way too cold for a spa. I actually felt scammed. The saunas were good, though.
My wife and I recently stayed at the Tallink Spa Hotel for two nights, having booked the romance package. The price was reasonable for the package, which included massages for both of us and a three-course dinner. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel was clean, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was of very high quality. The restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious...
This hotel is well located. It is close to the ferry terminal, and still a walking distance from old town. The rooms are large and comfortable enough, the one I stayed had a view. My stay included Spa and pools, which are the best part of the hotel. They offer breakfast buffet for purchase with a good variety of options including hot ones. It just doesn't feel like a 4 stars hotel. The towels, the...
Close to port. Beautiful pools, exactly like the pictures. Walking distance from Old Town and shopping. Walking can be faster than public transportation, ride share or taxis unless you’re going far. PLEASE read about the Estonian culture before visiting. The food was very good to delicious. Easy check in and out. Bring your own wash cloth, shampoo and travel size conditioner unless you decide to purchase...

Excellent service, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had, and a room that exceeded all expectations. Definitely recommend!
From the first look all is fine but a jacuzzi is old and leaking, but a breakfast I really liked, even if we are in Covid time, you find almost all possible food and some specialties. With WiFi also all was fine and friendly staff always are ready to help. The room is warm that is especially important in winter.
Clean, friendly staff and all just perfect.
I really like this Hotel. Close to where I need it. Old world charm
Great price, nice staff, clean and quiet, spacious rooms. Perfect breakfast, a lot of options, tasty food. Would stay again.
Nice hotel, great bed and breakfasts. Always perfectly clean room. Good location between the center and the shopping center Christine.

Very good spa with many saunas and pool areas. Highly recommend the Friday evening saunas experience! The TAI massage was amazing and very relaxing. The service is friendly all around.
Coming from London, this spa felt like amazing value for money. For 20 euros you get so much! The variety of saunas is incredible. Unfortunately though, my experience at the spa was ruined by the constant stares from some of the other guests who I guess have never seen a black person before. The worst part was the little kids pointing and running away from me in fear and disgust, while their parents...
Hotel/spa is closer to 3 stars but the overall experience with the hotel stay, breakfast and spa visit is 4 stars. ROOM: The hotel room is spacious, comfortable, clean, a little worn but adequately furnished. The shower was good. The temperature of the room was comfortable and the windows are well sealed and didn't let in any cold air or noise. Bathrobes, slippers and an entry wristband to the sauna...
Great hotel with good breakfast and a nice spa. Affordable access to waterpark. Only negatives are minimalistic air conditioning in the rooms (it gets very warm even in the winter) and paper thin walls so you will hear everything from the neighboring rooms.
18+ spa was clean and nice. They offer frech fruits and cold water but absolutely did not like that do drink water you have to use this plastic cups.. most of spas in Estonia has this paper cones for some sip of water. Less plastic!!!
We have been many times at this hotel in the past but this time we have enjoyed even more our stay. The water park has been renovated and has been simplified the access to it, making it easier to move around with kids from the room to the spa and the water park. In rest the breakfast was nice as usually. There was a diner offer during our stay with 45 euro tor a family of 4 with small kids that was...

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, location was amazing, could get anywhere in Tallinn in 15-20min time. Rooms were good, only thing I didn't like was the AC which didn't go lower then 18celsius and in hot weather room was rather warm around 20-22 Celsius. Service was very good, even at night some one would assist you if need be.
A modern hotel that is located just 10-15 minutes walk from the old city. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms and very good breakfast. We will definitely book again next time in Tallinn.
Very good stay. The hotel is situated in a very quiet and beautiful area, far enough from the noisy nights of the old town, but withing walking distance from all main tourist attractions and services. Good service and quality breakfast, with good variety of food and drinks. Rooms are new and very well designed and perfectly maintained. The big TV-set was a very good plus, given the football European...
The rooms are nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good and had many things to offer. The Spa was not too big but great. The hotel is located in a good and silent area and you can easily reach the old town by foot.
Will come back to this hotel. Great location since it's very close to Old Town. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The spa rooms are included and definitely a must do. Breakfast is also excellent and has good variety.
Well placed and clean. The breakfast was very mediocre, coffee terrible. Big minus was the closed restaurant. The walks are very thin, so you get to know the neighbours 😉

It is a wonderful, clean and comfortable hotel that is a short walk to the Old Town and to the port to take the ferry to Helsinki. There is a grocery store nearby where we bought coffee and pastries for breakfast. Parking is plentiful and is 10 euro a night. Get the parking ticket validated at the front desk.
Very good Hotel , very good prices. the only problem is that, breakfast is not served here, But rums have a small kitchen . I recommend this hotel
Big room, central position, friendly stuff. Ketle and Walter în the room. The bed is a litteram bit small
Wonderful experience. Excellent location. Comfortable beds and pillows, clean, complete bathroom, very cozy room, with a mini stove, kitchen utensils, microwave. It has paid parking for 10 euros per 24 hours. The hotel has an apartment-like atmosphere, all with card keys. It has coffee machines and it is possible to buy drinks and snacks on the second floor of the hotel. Super attentive receptionist...
Nice, clean hotel in the city for a very, very fair price. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay such as a shower, a tv and even a little kitchen-area. The centre was only a walkimg distance away and the staff was very nice.
New hotel with a very good location, yet quiet. Everything was new, the bed is very comfortable. There's a small kitchen corner in the room. We didn't have the breakfast.

Great value for money. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and have all the basics you might require — including a television with a generous selection of channels, waterfall shower in a modern shower room. Further the staff are all very friendly and approachable with any issues. In addition, they make the entire process of booking very easy and seamless even with complex booking requirements....
Located close to park and tram stop. Near the harbour. Quiet street Friendly staff Room is small but comfortable.
Nice location with big park in 2 min and surrounding area looks very safe and cozy, great coffee shop downstairs. I was staying in one of the smallest corner rooms: very small without a table or a closet, weird shower that got the bathroom flooded and very cold in the morning (when -5 outside). Can't deny that the room itself is very stylish. Breakfast didn't offer gluten or lactose free options. Staff...
Small rooms. Extremely disappointing breakfast, 4 limited options and all of them full of allergens (gluten and dairy). For a person with health issues that cannot eat gluten/dairy they don't make any concessions. If you ask for an alternative they tell you they cannot do anything and you have to stay hungry.
Hotel room - great price/quality ratio, quiet, next to a park, 24/7 reception, option for quite a late check out. Hotel breakfast - it is not a buffet. instead, there's an option to choose between 4 pretty limited breakfast options a la carte (such as 2 crossaints with a side of cut fruit). The breakfast comes with only filter coffee - no espresso, cappuchino or other specialty drinks - not worth...

Highly recommended! Great location, near all the major tourist attractions you will want to visit. There’s a small parking lot (you first need to check in at the hotel, and they will open the gate that has the name of the restaurant on it; it’s a bit narrow, but we managed to park there fine but you need to book it in advance). So, it’s best to park by the hotel on the street when you arrive, take...
We enjoyed two connecting rooms with a spacious sitting room in between and found the location of the hotel convenient. I had a great stay here. The hotel is in the perfect location to explore Tallinn on foot. The room was spacious, and had functioning air conditioning! The shower was fantastic. Beautiful hotel, with a great location. We had a french balcony in our spacey room overlooking some garden, very nice views. Spa is very nice and as the hotel wasn't full there was a very relaxing atmosphere, when there wasn't too many people there. But the problem with Telegraaf is the service and cleanliness. Very nice hotel with a good breakfast and very nice pool/sauna area. About 20-25 minute walk or 5-10 minute tram to old town. Very friendly staff and nice rooms. It is next to a casino but we didn’t really notice, there isn’t much crossover between the two.
Arrived there quite a bit early and I was checked in and upgraded as a Diamond member. The hotel is immaculate, staff is great, rooms were very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent. the executive lounge was spacious with great views.
Best Hilton Hotel I have ever stayed. Tally is a beautiful little city and this Hotel is located right on it. Rooms are beautiful and up to date. The hotel staff were phenomenal, from the front desk staff to the bartenders. Breakfast was phenomenal! Rows and rows of food and can have a chef cook you almost any breakfast item. Clean and big room. The spa and the swimming pool are so good too! The restaurant of the hotel is over prices but everything else is great. Highly recommended! Also the hotel provide parking for little amouny of money which is around 18 euros a day and this is very little compared to other hotels that charge 80 for night! Fantastic location, large rooms, comfy bed (mattress on a softer side but good). No fridge, which is common these days, but there was a kettle and some tea/coffee. Breakfast area gets busy and more attention should be paid to cleaning the tables as quite a few were dirty. Glass lifts at the end of the corridor had a severe smell od cigarettes event though it is a non smoking hotel.

Absolutely delightful hotel just a short walk away from the old town. We stayed in the premium room with an old town view. The staff were extremely attentive and helped check us in straight away before their check in time. Our room was spectacular and the view was worth the extra money. Great location for a legendary hotel. I had the cheapest room class with not even coffee in the room. I'd say good value but more modern hotels might be the choice for one looking for some extra comfort.
Cool hotel with a real 70’s Soviet vibe without being dated. The breakfast is great and the location is also great. Nice to have a mall and food court connected. High floors have great views.
Rooms are a little bit outdated. Couch was a bit broken, but the staff got us a new room. Bed was quite comfortable. Location is excellent and the old town is just a little walk away. View to the sea on the north side was excellent from the top floor. Breakfast is good enough, but I would like to have some fish as well (there was only herring served).

Room was clean and comfortable (view from the room wasn't great but that's a side note). The common areas in particular were pretty & tastefully decorated. Breakfast had a really good selection of foods, but wasn't among the tastiest I've had. Location excellent, in the heart of the city.
Good hotel in the center, next to Viru center. Short walk to the old town, not far from the harbour. Cool room in the summer, very good air conditioning. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. The renovation is well made.
This felt like a hotel designed to be luxury but made cheaply. Front desk was understaffed. The rooms are small and the bathrooms extremely tight. The water from the shower floods the bathroom. We booked the sauna but discovered it wasn’t turned on, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do because it would take 2 hours to heat up. Otherwise, the location was good
The deluxe room was better that we expected from the photos, breakfast was alright and the wellness area was luxurious. We even had great luck and got the wellness area all for ourselves for a few hours. Overall we were positively surprised, all the common spaces and the room were fancy. We'll be back!
We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The location was great, at a walkable distance to Viru gate and also next to public transportation. The breakfast was also good. They kept our luggage in the check out day so we could explore the city freely. There is construction work in the street in front of the hotel and in the nearby area. We loved this hotel for its quaintness and location, right in the old town. Easy to walk everywhere in old town from here. Built in the 50's from the ashes of WWII destruction and modernized. Excellent breakfast included.

Good location. The hotel was in good location but the noisy main road that leads to the main station. Very very noisy from constant traffic . Shower extremely small no door to close the shower hence water splashes everywhere no way to dry the floor so the floor was very wet after showering. Had to put our towels on the floor to stop water overflowing. Reception told me that all the rooms have the...
Rooms are great size, very modern. Location of the hotel is really great, specially if you have a car and you need to park it. Hotel breakfast is very poor. We went 9:30 AM and it was completely empty, nothing really left there to eat and it wasn’t very tasty whatever was left from it. Tables were dirty and nobody cleaned it on time. Otherwise it’s a great hotel.
Beautiful and really clean room, staff was always available and really kind. Food in the restaurant and wines really good. The only negative thing was the breakfast, not a lot of things to choose from and not everything felt fresh, plus once having a dinner at the hotel's restaurant we didn't get one of our ordered dishes
Simple but nice, clean hotel in the good location. Close to Old Town. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I can recommend to dine in the hotel restaurant. One of the rare places allowing to stay with dogs. We did not have one but all are nicely settled for pets inside the hotel! What could be improved: a. Very limited tables for the breakfast. There was a sign on the wall to proceed to restaurant...
Very nice room with a lovely bathroom. Everything very clean and felt new. Great buffet breakfast in a nice relaxing space. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Great location opposite the park and a pleasant short walk to old town etc. Very easy to travel around the city from here without walking via quick bus or taxi trips. Maybe the best value for money hotel I've stayed in anywhere in Europe.
We loved the location. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and lots of choice. Great price too. A really good stay!!
I tried to extend my stay, but they told me the hotel was overbooked. However, I showed the available rooms on booking websites to them.
This is definitely not a 4* hotel, bad beds, nothing from supplies, old bathrooms, very bad breakfast, pretty much the basics, location 15’ from the city center

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and it was by far the best of the hotels I stayed at in the Baltic region. Not only was the breakfast exceptional, but I was deeply grateful for the coffee and small breakfast that was offered 4-7am. So many hotels ignore us early risers, who can't function without that first cup of coffee at 5am. THANK YOU
Hotel location is just perfect, very central, a short walk away from the old town. The staff is friendly and helpful. You should definitely not miss the extended breakfast. Food was fresh and delicious. The rooms, depending on the standard, are cosy and nicely decorated. During our first stay, we received a good room, but it was facing the opposite wall of the hotel, so the view was somewhat missing...
This was a pleasant surprise. Hotel is super modern, beautiful design and perfect pool/spa in the top floor (also with gym that we did not use). Location is very good, close to the city center. Definitely would recommend.
Large modern hotel with a swimming pool, sauna, steam room gym. Rooms are comfortable and well thought out Breakfast was good with a large selection of foods available. Location is good for easy access to the old city and the new city right behind the hotel, well worth a visit. Bar was good All the staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly.
Quick check in, friendly staff. Hugh room compared to others in Europe. Big bathtub. Brilliant location, theater, old town, shopping. A few touch would be great, in my personal opinion, for example, Receptionist uniform: It should be something more elegant, and luxury. Room service The place and staff have so much potential to be such a luxury, upscale hotel.
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Even the outside of the building spares no detail in its design. Breakfast buffet was excellent but busy. (Go early). I felt the spa and gym were lacking for such a large hotel, but I can’t complain as it was nice and well kept. Thanks, would visit again.
