Best Hilton Hotel I have ever stayed. Tally is a beautiful little city and this Hotel is located right on it. Rooms are beautiful and up to date. We had a very nice event at Hilton Tallinn Park. The lobby, setup and conference room were amazing. It was also convenient to be next to the park for walks on breaks. Overall it is a beautiful location and the staff was very helpful and hardworking.

I am so happy we booked this hotel. We had the most wonderful stay! The service was more than excellent and the location was great. Wonderful hotel in old town Tallinn. Everything from the flowers outside to the decor and little touches in our room made this stay feel really special. The building itself is really old(13th century) but it has been modernised in the most tasteful way not taking from the medieval charm. This place is good if you stay for a night before or after catching a flight. There's no reception. You check in on a terminal. The rooms are clean, but basic. The coffee machine in the lobby didn't work. Best to reach by taxi from the airport. Or walk 10min to the nearest bus stop.

Clean and comfortable room! A bit far from the city center but it is very easy to order a taxi to pick you up at the hotel. It is very easy to do the online check-in with the screens. Great service, easy check in process and even quicker check out. Rooms are kept clean, I had a room with a balkony, kitchenette and all necessary utensil for longer stay. Prices are affordable. Old stylish, please don’t expect very comfort environment due to the outdated and nonsense design of some rooms; but for the staff members, very glad to see the passionate lady with smile all the time and let me in my room before the official check in time.

We booked better double room which occured in the basement. The room was spacious but weird. Beds were comfortable, but the shower was horrible: narrow, if you forget to put the plastic curtains tightly on the shower basement, the shower room will be full of water ( you can swim on the floor:) What happened to me🙄 After every use of toilet, sink or shower you can hear the tubes sound or smth like water...

Perfect location for the old town visit and Christmas market. Hotel was full of character and our room was an adventure to find. Breakfast was a good variety spread, something for everyone with a choice. We found the room service was poor as we like to have coffee and tea in the room, but no milk was provided despite having a fridge??? When I asked staff at breakfast for milk we got a pathetic measure of milk in a cup ? If the room has a fridge we couldn't understand why milk wasn't provided. It seems a pretty basic requirement to us !?

This hotel room was very stuffy with no air circulation at all and a funky smell. When the window was open for air it was extremely loud outside from cars and passers by. The bathroom only had pink industrial hand soap and no shampoo. The TV had a bright light that lit up the room in the dark (when it was off). Good location is all I can say.

Very good service. Great location in the downtown of Tallinn. Tasty breakfast. The only problem was the smell in one of the hotel's corridors. But this isn't that crucial. So this is a brilliant hotel.
