Perfectly situated in the city center, many attractions can be reached by foot. Friendly staff. The rooms are of good size, nice colors, good mattress and clean. Bathroom is small, but serves its purpose. In spite of being next to a busy street l was not disturbed by the traffic. Breakfast has a good selection of warm and cold dishes. Worth the extra price, if you are a breakfast person.

A modern and beautiful hotel. We stayed with children. the children were very satisfied with the swimming pool, and it was very convenient for us that the hotel is close to the old town. Our three day stay was pleasant and wonderful. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tallinn.

Personally I think the location is perfect . 19. Minute walk to old town , 5 minute walk to bus stops and the sea . The spa is lovely and included if you have a room - the pools are nice and warm and the pool bar is a lovely added touch . I will say the rooms are slightly dated and could do with a little revamp but honestly it’s a great location to stay and it has everything you need and more .

A decent spa hotel located near ferry terminal. It's a family hotel but okay for solo travelers. Buffet breakfast is good and has a lot of options for vegetarian and vegan food.

So sad to say the breakfast wasn't as good as expected. The eggs too loose boiled, the white was soggy. The jam tasted nothing. Sausages wasn't fried, just heated. That was a disappointment. But the tunamix was really good! Also sad to say the water in the spa area was way too cold for a spa. I actually felt scammed. The saunas were good, though.

Clean and big room. The spa and the swimming pool are so good too! The restaurant of the hotel is over prices but everything else is great. Highly recommended! Also the hotel provide parking for little amouny of money which is around 18 euros a day and this is very little compared to other hotels that charge 80 for night! No point to recharge Plug-in cars there, because electric is so expensive that pay same if use petrol/benzin. Went for the KGB museum tour. Very entertaining guide and interesting. A very short tour that can easily be fitted in .....however you are best to book ahead of time. I was lucky turned up 10 minutes before the tour started and there was space for me.

Great location for a legendary hotel. I had the cheapest room class with not even coffee in the room. I'd say good value but more modern hotels might be the choice for one looking for some extra comfort.

Rooms are a little bit outdated. Couch was a bit broken, but the staff got us a new room. Bed was quite comfortable. Location is excellent and the old town is just a little walk away. View to the sea on the north side was excellent from the top floor. Breakfast is good enough, but I would like to have some fish as well (there was only herring served).

“The most convenient hotel in Tallinn” The hotel is nearest the old town, department store, and bus station. It is very convenient. All staffs are friendly and service-minded. My aunt got sick and needed to see the doctor. Thanks to Mr.Tannar, the receptionist, he helped calling an ambulance and took care of us until we went to the hospital. We are so lucky to stay here.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and it was by far the best of the hotels I stayed at in the Baltic region. Not only was the breakfast exceptional, but I was deeply grateful for the coffee and small breakfast that was offered 4-7am. The cleaning of the rooms must be seriously improved. Bathroom of many rooms has a bathtub so tall that it's very dangerous. Breakfast is really wonderful, so it's also kindness of receptionists. Close to center city, it's possible going by walking in 10 minutes.

I read other reviews and this is mine. The room is pretty good. I would change bathroom because when you wash you have to put one towel on the floor. Otherwise you will have water everywhere. Water pressure in the room was very bad, it also took a long time to get hot water. The bathroom door didn’t close that well, you had to put force to be able to close it. The room was comfy with one of the nicer views I've had from a hotel room, at least in the evening. We had really an AMAZING time here. It’s worth to fly to Estonia to have a vacation like this. Our child was super happy with all the kids facilities and so were we. The hotel is a bit dated but is very central and easy to reach. The room was ok, the air conditioning was a bit loud, we hated to keep it low. Nice hotel. Its located near the tallinn port where ships for helsinki depart. Its almost 10.minute walk from tram stop. There is a shopping mall almost two steps. Stuff was nice ans helpful Room was big enough(always travel.alone). Clean.comfy and with all amemeties. There is also a small friedge in the room My room.had view on the harbour!! Breakfast good enough. Overall a very good choice

We stopped in Tallinn for 1 night before going to Helsinki by ferry, hotel location for this was excellent: just 5-7 min walk from the terminal. There is also a shopping center right across so that is also great. Walk to old city center is about 15-20 min but it's ok & manageable. Staff was exceptional, very polite & helpful. It needs to be renovated from outside, but inside it looks great. The room was clean and it had a view of the sea and sunset. Morning buffet was fresh and not too crowded. I liked that theres a buzyness thermometer for the breakfast in the elevator to let you know when yould be the most ideal time to go eat. Reception could be friendlier but I have no complaints other than that.

Hotel is amazing! Rooms are spacious and clean. The furniture looks new and is really comfortable! Bathroom and toilet are both with room and are separated, meaning you don't have to wait for your husband/wife to finish to go in. Most of the rooms have sea and city view! Whimsical and full of character. Maze like corridors and steep steps. We stayed in the top floor. Basically on the attic. Room's toilet smelled little bit damp. Hence the 4 star review. Amazing location. Dog friendly, but no additional ameneties for pets e.g. bowls, doggybed etc

Loved the old (historic) feeling, and our room was so spacious. Location was amazing, so central in Old Town. Lifts would ruin the historic feel, but it would help if you're on the 3rd floor and have 20kg luggage bags to take up. All part of the funny story we have to tell now - loved the hotel otherwise. If you dont have to pay to include break, rather dont. Its not that great

This hotel is fabulous. It has a castle feeling to it, the corridors are like a maze with exposed stonework and wood beams. The rooms are clean and fully equipped with everything you need. The bathroom was spotless with good shower pressure. Also, the location is very close to everything, especially the main square. Fully recommend staying here

at first time they asked me 20€ for a two-hour EARLY check-in. After a claim by email they gave me a ready room free of charge at 10:00 For the rest, everything is just in the average. The classic furnishings are pleasant. The toilets need updating. The staff is moderately rude and unsmiling. I suggest to take care more customers.

This is such a beautiful historical building. We enjoyed exploring around the hotel 🏨 and reading about the history of the building and it's a gem! The staff are very welcoming and friendly, especially Sergio & Maria at the reception. Our twin room was beautiful on the upper floor by stairs, and it's well decorated! All the amenities are working well and enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay here...

Nice old town feel, and with a modern renovation, space for enjoying your leisure time, convenient to walk everywhere and secured indoor terrace. Old town district literally across the street, and reasonable price restaurants in walking distance also.
