Everything about this hotel was first class, especially the customer service. Fantastic location, large rooms, comfy bed (mattress on a softer side but good). No fridge, which is common these days, but there was a kettle and some tea/coffee. From the first look all is fine but a jacuzzi is old and leaking, but a breakfast I really liked, even if we are in Covid time, you find almost all possible food and some specialties. Small rooms. Extremely disappointing breakfast, 4 limited options and all of them full of allergens (gluten and dairy). Went for the KGB museum tour. Very entertaining guide and interesting. A very short tour that can easily be fitted in .....however you are best to book ahead of time. I was lucky turned up 10 minutes before the tour started and there was space for me.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The location was great, at a walkable distance to Viru gate and also next to public transportation. The breakfast was also good. They kept our luggage in the check out day so we could explore the city freely. There is construction work in the street in front of the hotel and in the nearby area. We loved this hotel for its quaintness and location, right in the old town. Easy to walk everywhere in old town from here. Built in the 50's from the ashes of WWII destruction and modernized. Excellent breakfast included.

We used this hotel as a base for a weekend break¹ in Tallin , so don't stretch its offerings. That's said there is much to like. It's welcoming, the rooms were clean and well equipped (though why do hotels not offer electric sockets on both sides of the double beds?), and the breakfast was really quite good. Well positioned for the touristy parts of the city. Would recommend.

Rooms are great size, very modern. Location of the hotel is really great, specially if you have a car and you need to park it. Hotel breakfast is very poor. We went 9:30 AM and it was completely empty, nothing really left there to eat and it wasn’t very tasty whatever was left from it. Tables were dirty and nobody cleaned it on time. Otherwise it’s a great hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and it was by far the best of the hotels I stayed at in the Baltic region. Not only was the breakfast exceptional, but I was deeply grateful for the coffee and small breakfast that was offered 4-7am. This hotel room was very stuffy with no air circulation at all and a funky smell. When the window was open for air it was extremely loud outside from cars and passers by. The bathroom only had pink industrial hand soap and no shampoo. The TV had a bright light that lit up the room in the dark (when it was off). Good location is all I can say.

The room was extremely hot and had bad ventilation and smelled like sewage. They let me have another room the next day after I insisted on it, but the ventilation was only slightly better. The bathroom in the other room still smelled a bit like sewage.

We had an excellent stay! The room was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sauna area, which included a nice bar with many alcoholic and non-alcoholic choices. The staff spoke excellent English and were always helpful. This hotel is fabulous. It has a castle feeling to it, the corridors are like a maze with exposed stonework and wood beams. The rooms are clean and fully equipped with everything you need. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, location was amazing, could get anywhere in Tallinn in 15-20min time. Rooms were good, only thing I didn't like was the AC which didn't go lower then 18celsius and in hot weather room was rather warm around 20-22 Celsius.
