Highly recommended! Great location, near all the major tourist attractions you will want to visit. There’s a small parking lot (you first need to check in at the hotel, and they will open the gate that has the name of the restaurant on it; it’s a bit narrow, but we managed to park there fine but you need to book it in advance). So, it’s best to park by the hotel on the street when you arrive, take...
We enjoyed two connecting rooms with a spacious sitting room in between and found the location of the hotel convenient. The breakfast was underwhelming, the omelet didn't inspire a repeat order on consecutive mornings. Restaurant staff and housekeeping were nice to interact with, however we found the reception staff merely civil and not especially welcoming. This should be taken as a comment for future...
I had a great stay here. The hotel is in the perfect location to explore Tallinn on foot. The room was spacious, and had functioning air conditioning! The shower was fantastic. My room had a bathtub, and it was so big and deep I could actually float in it. The breakfast buffet was decent. It's probably fine for most people, though they did not have very many vegetarian or vegan items. There’s a fridge...
Beautiful hotel, with a great location. We had a french balcony in our spacey room overlooking some garden, very nice views. Spa is very nice and as the hotel wasn't full there was a very relaxing atmosphere, when there wasn't too many people there. But the problem with Telegraaf is the service and cleanliness. A 5 star hotel comes best across through its employees and I'm sad to say that Telegraaf...
I am 100% certain that this is the #1 best hotel in all of Estonia! To start with, the location cannot be beat — you are literally right in the middle of Tallinn’s Old Town. Everything that you would want to explore in Old Town is literally a 30-second walk from this hotel. Next, the staff at this hotel is absolutely wonderful, especially Alina and Max at the front desk who treated me like royalty...
This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at, business or leisure. The location is perfect in the heart of Old Town, and the spa was likely the highlight of this spot. The sauna, steam room, and pool couldn’t be beat! I’d stay here again tomorrow if I could.

Magnificent charming hotel in the heart of Tallinn! I was given the free upgrade to the Presidential Suite, which I really appreciated - not least because it happened to be my birthday at the same time. Also appreciated the sweet treats and sparkling wine in the room. Really made the day that much better. Staff throughout our stay were really nice, particularly Vadym, who is more than a consummate...
Spent 4 nights at this great hotel and besides an absolute perfect location for a brief exploration of Tallinn this hotel has everything you can wish for and more. Old school excellent level of service, quality rooms and a really nice breakfast buffet including mimosas :D Definitely coming back...
A great hotel right in the old town of Tallinn, super friendly staff. Super rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast with fresh egg dishes and more, highly recommended.
One of the best hotel I have stayed. The staff were great and very tentative. We had the one bedroom suite, the place was very regal and filled with history. I throughly enjoy my stay here with everything walking distance. Also the reception is very cosy with the fireplace and drink service.
The best hospitality experience I’ve had. Just wow! Milena, you are fantastic at checking people in. Just one recommendation: I would have preferred to answer the questions on the iPad myself rather than have you enter it for me. English is my second language and it took me a while to understand the check in questions. It would be faster if I can read them myself. Igor, thank you for making the fire...
One of the best properties we have stayed at. Hospitality and customer service is unparalleled! Hotel is a small boutique property — very cozy. They have a traditional Finnish sauna on site as well as a jacuzzi. Location is also unbeatable in the heart of Old Town. Highly recommend! Restaurant on site, as well as the daily breakfast buffet, is phenomenal. Hotel is quaint and phenomenally designed

The hotel is at a nice location, quite quick access from airport. The views from higher floors were stunning. What can be improved is when they check in guests they can give heada up that the rooms are not ready before 15:00 o’clock, as well as they can check the air conditioning more regularly. For example there was a particular room where it wasn’t working so it was quite cold, and the alternative...
Beautiful hotel. Public underground parking. The top floor bar and restaurant were amazing, I went daily. Also a hidden cigar lounge. The host and bartenders were a great time. Shout out to the new guy. Went daily breakfast at the quarter where the lovely Nigerian lady was great conversation and honestly the best part of my experience. My only complaint was the room light switches. There was not a...
Awesome hotel for any special occasion/business usage. We had anniversary here and the reception offered a special cake and some message card. Sauna/gym are well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for all the visitors.
The hotel is ideally located, offering a breathtaking view from the rooms. I highly recommend requesting a room on the highest floor available to fully enjoy the panoramic view of the city and the sea. The overall experience was excellent. I made daily use of the well-equipped gym, which boasts a wide range of equipment, and the spa facilities. The sauna, steam bath, and the impressive pool on the...
Had an excellent stay here. The hotel is very modern and comfortable. The room was great with excellent views and breakfast is very good. The location is fine, a 15-minute walk to the ferry terminal and 10 minutes to the old town.
Very comfortable hotel, spacious rooms, very good beds. Air conditioning was quite loud. Fabulous buffet breakfast! Pool was nice (saunas could be hotter).

The hotel is a bit dated but is very central and easy to reach. The room was ok, the air conditioning was a bit loud, we hated to keep it low. When we enter the room there was a strange smell due to the fact that the air ci was off and the day was very warm. The breakfast is ok. There is no restaurant service.
Great location for an overall good hotel. Nice room but no view. Front desk quality service below what you would expect from 4 star hotel.
Outstanding hotel. My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in early June. This hotel has charm and character. Large, well appointed room with comfortable twin beds. Very helpful, attentive staff. Fantastic location. Close to the Old City center, easy walking distance, but far enough away that it is very quiet! Very close to both bus and tram lines, which makes it easy to explore the city. Excellent breakfast...
Great location, rooms are bit small, but good quality though. No gym in the hotel. Breakfast is pretty decent. Although same menu everyday. Location is great, if you don’t mind some night time noise coming from club next door.
Good hotel
If you want quiet then this is the place. A small hotel where there is no roomservice outside hours. Restoran was closed too, this really is the only negative. But if quiet needed then this is the place. Also ,located in central tallinn

Excellent quality for the price! The service was very caring, breakfast delicious, room had a great view and was very quiet and the spa was cozy, clean and well detailed. Love my stay!
No complaints. Upon arrival, the reserved room wasn't available, so they upgraded us to a better one. The cleanliness is perfect, and the spa on the fourth floor is very cozy. A very beautiful view from the window.
Stayed at Radisson collection tallinn 21-23.6.2024. Wanted to try something different in Estonia and booked Radisson branded hotel. Absolutely delightful hotel just a short walk away from the old town. We stayed in the premium room with an old town view. The staff were extremely attentive and helped check us in straight away before their check in time. Our room was spectacular and the view was worth the extra money. I will be recommending the Radisson collection for anyone thinking of travelling to Tallinn!
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It is situated within walking distance of the old town, offers an actually useful gym unlike other hotels, a relaxing spa area, a roof top bar, good restaurant and delicious breakfast. The rooms are spacious, quiet and modern. Service is phenomenal and you genuinely feel welcomed.
Appeara brand new from the recent refurbishment. Comfortable rooms, splendid breakfast with attentive staff and a short walk to the old town. The spa was very nice, but not a relaxing experience. It was more like a kindergarden. But then again, how can you dislike sweet kids? 😃

Great Old Town Location. We were on the 1st floor with a heavily (noisily) used pool table situated just feet from our room in a very odd location at the top of the stairs. 👎 The room itself was a reasonable size with quite eclectic decor but the wardrobe was just a small double with several hangers and 50% of it taken up with the fridge and safe above. Hanging space was so compact that we had to...
Perfect location to the old town square. (just around the corner) Opening up the window, you get a fantastic view of the narrow streets below. With wonderful restaurants just across the street, you can't go wrong staying at this hotel. Rooms are a little small but there's plenty of room available for 2 people per room.
Everything about this hotel was first class, especially the customer service. We were greeted with a glass of bubbly on check in and specially prepared coffee and a take away breakfast for our early check out. Our room was large and well appointed. And everything in Old Town Tallinn was 5 minutes from our door.
Very nice rooms, good location in centre of old town
Very pleasant atmosphere and smells. Uncomfortable bed in the room, "killed" Billiards on the second floor, a shame for a hotel that says 5 stars. Fantastic location, large rooms, comfy bed (mattress on a softer side but good). No fridge, which is common these days, but there was a kettle and some tea/coffee. Breakfast area gets busy and more attention should be paid to cleaning the tables as quite a few were dirty. Glass lifts at the end of the corridor had a severe smell od cigarettes event though it is a non smoking hotel.

Only used the spa and the beauty centre, but the choice of saunas (hammam, salt, Finnish, lower temperature ans more!) and the pool area were great. I also had an hour long massage and it was excellent. The right pressure, good quality body oils and lovely staff. A decent spa hotel located near ferry terminal. It's a family hotel but okay for solo travelers. Buffet breakfast is good and has a lot of options for vegetarian and vegan food.
So sad to say the breakfast wasn't as good as expected. The eggs too loose boiled, the white was soggy. The jam tasted nothing. Sausages wasn't fried, just heated. That was a disappointment. But the tunamix was really good! Also sad to say the water in the spa area was way too cold for a spa. I actually felt scammed. The saunas were good, though.
My wife and I recently stayed at the Tallink Spa Hotel for two nights, having booked the romance package. From the first look all is fine but a jacuzzi is old and leaking, but a breakfast I really liked, even if we are in Covid time, you find almost all possible food and some specialties. Really average hotel experience but in a very, very good place. Everything is functional while never being truly great. Coming from London, this spa felt like amazing value for money. For 20 euros you get so much! The variety of saunas is incredible. Nice location with big park in 2 min and surrounding area looks very safe and cozy, great coffee shop downstairs. Small rooms. Extremely disappointing breakfast, 4 limited options and all of them full of allergens (gluten and dairy). Great location for a legendary hotel. I had the cheapest room class with not even coffee in the room. I'd say good value but more modern hotels might be the choice for one looking for some extra comfort.
Cool hotel with a real 70’s Soviet vibe without being dated. The breakfast is great and the location is also great. Nice to have a mall and food court connected. High floors have great views.
Rooms are a little bit outdated. Couch was a bit broken, but the staff got us a new room. Bed was quite comfortable. Location is excellent and the old town is just a little walk away. View to the sea on the north side was excellent from the top floor. Breakfast is good enough, but I would like to have some fish as well (there was only herring served).

Room was clean and comfortable (view from the room wasn't great but that's a side note). The common areas in particular were pretty & tastefully decorated. Breakfast had a really good selection of foods, but wasn't among the tastiest I've had. Location excellent, in the heart of the city.
Good hotel in the center, next to Viru center. Short walk to the old town, not far from the harbour. Cool room in the summer, very good air conditioning. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. The renovation is well made.
This felt like a hotel designed to be luxury but made cheaply. Front desk was understaffed. The rooms are small and the bathrooms extremely tight. The water from the shower floods the bathroom. We booked the sauna but discovered it wasn’t turned on, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do because it would take 2 hours to heat up. Otherwise, the location was good
The deluxe room was better that we expected from the photos, breakfast was alright and the wellness area was luxurious. We even had great luck and got the wellness area all for ourselves for a few hours. Overall we were positively surprised, all the common spaces and the room were fancy. We'll be back!
We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The location was great, at a walkable distance to Viru gate and also next to public transportation. The breakfast was also good. They kept our luggage in the check out day so we could explore the city freely. There is construction work in the street in front of the hotel and in the nearby area. We were mostly out anyway. I found the shower a bit on the smaller side, and it was a bit stuffy, but again - it was sufficient. The most important in a hotel is breakfast. This one is small but everything I wanted was there...
Convenient location. Close to all major attractions in the old town. Friendly staff. Easy check in. Breakfast buffet have good amount of options. Room is spacious enough but the bathroom is quite small especially the shower cubicle. The room has personal fridge and coffee machine. It would be nice if there would be additional power sockets on the bedside for charging electronics. The room carpet can...
We loved this hotel for its quaintness and location, right in the old town. Easy to walk everywhere in old town from here. Built in the 50's from the ashes of WWII destruction and modernized. Excellent breakfast included.
We used this hotel as a base for a weekend break¹ in Tallin , so don't stretch its offerings. That's said there is much to like. It's welcoming, the rooms were clean and well equipped (though why do hotels not offer electric sockets on both sides of the double beds?), and the breakfast was really quite good. Well positioned for the touristy parts of the city. Would recommend.
My City Hotel offers a charming stay in Tallinn, with excellent cleanliness and a superb location. If you’re looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced option, this hotel is worth considering!

Gorgeous hotel and staff - quick walk to Old Town and great Spa
Nice old town feel, and with a modern renovation, space for enjoying your leisure time, convenient to walk everywhere and secured indoor terrace. Old town district literally across the street, and reasonable price restaurants in walking distance also.
Very good breakfast suiting my taste. Room was clean and staff was nice
All at the highest level! Super service! Friendly staff!
Perfect location, excellent service and high quality comfortable rooms with perfect noise isolation. Tasty breakfasts in the gluten free option.
Hotel with history. Like to stay here. Good breakfast. Close to the Old City.

Good location. The hotel was in good location but the noisy main road that leads to the main station. Very very noisy from constant traffic . Shower extremely small no door to close the shower hence water splashes everywhere no way to dry the floor so the floor was very wet after showering. Had to put our towels on the floor to stop water overflowing. Reception told me that all the rooms have the...
Rooms are great size, very modern. Location of the hotel is really great, specially if you have a car and you need to park it. Hotel breakfast is very poor. We went 9:30 AM and it was completely empty, nothing really left there to eat and it wasn’t very tasty whatever was left from it. Tables were dirty and nobody cleaned it on time. Otherwise it’s a great hotel.
Beautiful and really clean room, staff was always available and really kind. Food in the restaurant and wines really good. The only negative thing was the breakfast, not a lot of things to choose from and not everything felt fresh, plus once having a dinner at the hotel's restaurant we didn't get one of our ordered dishes
Simple but nice, clean hotel in the good location. Close to Old Town. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I can recommend to dine in the hotel restaurant. One of the rare places allowing to stay with dogs. We did not have one but all are nicely settled for pets inside the hotel! What could be improved: a. Very limited tables for the breakfast. There was a sign on the wall to proceed to restaurant...
Very nice room with a lovely bathroom. Everything very clean and felt new. Great buffet breakfast in a nice relaxing space. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Great location opposite the park and a pleasant short walk to old town etc. Very easy to travel around the city from here without walking via quick bus or taxi trips. Maybe the best value for money hotel I've stayed in anywhere in Europe.
We loved the location. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and lots of choice. Great price too. A really good stay!!
I tried to extend my stay, but they told me the hotel was overbooked. However, I showed the available rooms on booking websites to them.
This is definitely not a 4* hotel, bad beds, nothing from supplies, old bathrooms, very bad breakfast, pretty much the basics, location 15’ from the city center

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and it was by far the best of the hotels I stayed at in the Baltic region. Not only was the breakfast exceptional, but I was deeply grateful for the coffee and small breakfast that was offered 4-7am. So many hotels ignore us early risers, who can't function without that first cup of coffee at 5am. THANK YOU
Hotel location is just perfect, very central, a short walk away from the old town. The staff is friendly and helpful. You should definitely not miss the extended breakfast. Food was fresh and delicious. The rooms, depending on the standard, are cosy and nicely decorated. During our first stay, we received a good room, but it was facing the opposite wall of the hotel, so the view was somewhat missing...
This was a pleasant surprise. Hotel is super modern, beautiful design and perfect pool/spa in the top floor (also with gym that we did not use). Location is very good, close to the city center. Definitely would recommend.
Large modern hotel with a swimming pool, sauna, steam room gym. Rooms are comfortable and well thought out Breakfast was good with a large selection of foods available. Location is good for easy access to the old city and the new city right behind the hotel, well worth a visit. Bar was good All the staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly.
Quick check in, friendly staff. Hugh room compared to others in Europe. Big bathtub. Brilliant location, theater, old town, shopping. A few touch would be great, in my personal opinion, for example, Receptionist uniform: It should be something more elegant, and luxury. Room service The place and staff have so much potential to be such a luxury, upscale hotel.
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Even the outside of the building spares no detail in its design. Breakfast buffet was excellent but busy. (Go early). I felt the spa and gym were lacking for such a large hotel, but I can’t complain as it was nice and well kept. Thanks, would visit again.

This hotel room was very stuffy with no air circulation at all and a funky smell. When the window was open for air it was extremely loud outside from cars and passers by. The bathroom only had pink industrial hand soap and no shampoo. The TV had a bright light that lit up the room in the dark (when it was off). Good location is all I can say.
Very good service. Great location in the downtown of Tallinn. Tasty breakfast. The only problem was the smell in one of the hotel's corridors. But this isn't that crucial. So this is a brilliant hotel.
Location: excellent. Room: excellent with one note: is the steep staircase to the second floor, where the bed is located. Elderly people definitely can't get in there. Well, or young and *very tired* :) Breakfast: very good Small contra: There is a missing socket near the bed.
A gorgeous, historic-feeling hotel with a generous and delicious breakfast and very clean rooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable, though the room shape was bizarre, forcing both twin beds to be based toe-to-head instead of side-by-side. A good value for the money. And a very walkable location!
Great hotel in a perfect place for exploring the Old Town. Super breakfast with plenty of choice. Rooms a bit small, but bathroom ok.
The room we had was inconvenient and awkward. Sure, it is an old building with a cool history. I like this. But at only 5' 10", I had to lean to the side to navigate our trip down to the room to avoid beams. With suitcases, this was no fun. The room itself was upstairs in an attic or something because it, too, had low beams. We had to lean over to walk around or hit our head. The breakfast was...

The room was extremely hot and had bad ventilation and smelled like sewage. They let me have another room the next day after I insisted on it, but the ventilation was only slightly better. The bathroom in the other room still smelled a bit like sewage.
Why is it so difficult for Estonians to be nice and polite when in customer service? Anyway the spa was small but nice with four hot tubs and one bigger pool. There were four saunas, they were okay. Slight minus not to be able to have drink in the pool, but some people still did it, even signs everywhere. Room was a not new anymore and it didn't smell fresh, but we had "romantic" room so we had chocolates...
The location is perfect, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. However, don’t pay extra for the breakfast. It’s extremely overpriced, there’s practically no option and the food is so blend. The ventilation is quite poor and the room gets very warm at night.
There’s nothing in this hotel except the location. The rooms are too hot, without ventilation. People at the reception - except one kind woman - were disinterested, rude and unwelcoming. Breakfast is okayish. You have to ask for everything separately - kettle, glasses, toiletries etc. Walls are thin as wafers and you can hear your neighbours.
Dont book through travel agent, but go to their website. I got a satisfying discounts when I booked on their website. Thanks! My breakfast experience is remarkable here, 'you get much more than what you pay'. compare to other hotels in nordic or baltic region, worth it. Yeah their location is just like 'hidden gem'. Wish they could improve room sounds insulation. I heard much noisy from next door or...
We had an excellent stay! The room was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. A perfectly serviceable hotel, within easy distance to the airport. Evening supper excellent, as was the buffet breakfast. Rooms clean, tidy and buisness like. Will recommend and use again.
Tried to use business services, printer wit scanner was not available. Scanning documents and emailing has become a basic function of business and the Hotels must provide the same to its guest.
For the location and premises, could be much better in terms of services and facilities. The rooms could be much better furnished for a 4 star hotel and the bed is… let’s call it a one night bunk, not suitable for longer stays.
The best about this hotel is it’s location. 7 minutes walk to airport. The receptionist wasn’t polite and left a bad impression.
Well situated, friendly and helpful staff, well cleaned room, comfortable beds.
This hotel is a great choice for an airport hotel. It is located very close, amicable staff - rooms aren't anything to write home about but the bed was comfy and the room was clean.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and very clean rooms. Deniss and Eva were extremely helpful in helping us get a Romantic Spa Night. I definitely recommend it for just 99€.
Second time we went here, and still as amazing as always. Very clean and comfortable rooms, the sweetest staff, a very good breakfast. Will definitely come back when visiting Tallinn!
Great hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for one night here and everything was perfect. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and there was no noise from the street during the night. Breakfast was also great and we enjoyed it.
Bed was noisy and breakfast was small but after that it was very pleasent stay and would come back again. Thank you.
Convenient location to the city center and a large shopping center. Small parking in front of the house. Quiet, cozy and small foyer. I was pleased with the size of the room on the fourth floor, rwo comfortable separate beds, enough space and sofa. A kettle and a small wine rafrigerator are welcome. Unfortunately, l did'n have time for breakfast and can't rate the foods, so l don't rate the service
Good, quiet location in walking distance from the old City. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and modern. Tile floor in the bathroom is heated. Breakfast has wide viriaty of food and two awesome coffee machines. Excellent value for money.

This hotel is fabulous. It has a castle feeling to it, the corridors are like a maze with exposed stonework and wood beams. The rooms are clean and fully equipped with everything you need. The bathroom was spotless with good shower pressure. Also, the location is very close to everything, especially the main square. Fully recommend staying here
at first time they asked me 20€ for a two-hour EARLY check-in. After a claim by email they gave me a ready room free of charge at 10:00 For the rest, everything is just in the average. The classic furnishings are pleasant. The toilets need updating. The staff is moderately rude and unsmiling. I suggest to take care more customers.
This is such a beautiful historical building. We enjoyed exploring around the hotel 🏨 and reading about the history of the building and it's a gem! The staff are very welcoming and friendly, especially Sergio & Maria at the reception. Our twin room was beautiful on the upper floor by stairs, and it's well decorated! All the amenities are working well and enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay here...
Chose the cheapest room, it was fine but a bit tight to move around the bed since there was like 30cm to pass next to but nothing tragic. Bathroom was really nice, place was clean, staff was kind and helpful and a big advantage is breakfast included. Would recommend 👍
This is a hotel that has alot of charm, it's old and beautiful and the stairs creak but that doesn't take away the great room and great sleep I had, breakfast was amazing, liitle hit dogs, potatoes and ham and cheese served with scrambled egg, who cooked lovely, buffet style salads and cereals, fruit and yoghurts, coffee and cranberry juice, in some reviews people put there was not enough choice,...
Saint Olav Hotel is amazing place to stay in! It's almost in the middle of the old town and very accessible trough out the Vana Linn. The place is it's one piece of history, everything from floor carpets to a ceiling construction is screaming history. The accommodations is more then comfortable and cozy, very nice place. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, location was amazing, could get anywhere in Tallinn in 15-20min time. Rooms were good, only thing I didn't like was the AC which didn't go lower then 18celsius and in hot weather room was rather warm around 20-22 Celsius. Service was very good, even at night some one would assist you if need be.
A modern hotel that is located just 10-15 minutes walk from the old city. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms and very good breakfast. We will definitely book again next time in Tallinn.
Very good stay. The hotel is situated in a very quiet and beautiful area, far enough from the noisy nights of the old town, but withing walking distance from all main tourist attractions and services. Good service and quality breakfast, with good variety of food and drinks. Rooms are new and very well designed and perfectly maintained. The big TV-set was a very good plus, given the football European...
The rooms are nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good and had many things to offer. The Spa was not too big but great. The hotel is located in a good and silent area and you can easily reach the old town by foot.
Will come back to this hotel. Great location since it's very close to Old Town. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The spa rooms are included and definitely a must do. Breakfast is also excellent and has good variety.
Well placed and clean. The breakfast was very mediocre, coffee terrible. Big minus was the closed restaurant. The walks are very thin, so you get to know the neighbours 😉
