A hotel that meets the highest standards at all levels. Our room was clean, comfortable, with a great view, nice sheets. A pleasure to return to after a long day. The breakfast was superb. More than you could wish for and of very superb quality. Also the elevator was amazingly fast. Went to the 17th floor in a few seconds! Very nice hotel with good staff. We got a guided breakfast tour the first morning, and breakfast itself was very good with a lot of options. The room was comfy with one of the nicer views I've had from a hotel room, at least in the evening. The spa was okay but still a big plus, the regular sauna was good but the steam sauna was to cold for my opinion.

The hotel is very well located making it easy to access many tourist sites from here. I have an autoimmune condition and require a lot of fresh water to drink. We were very surprised that there is no water in the rooms and one is required to fetch water from a single water cooler in reception if you want water in the room. The hotel is a bit dated but is very central and easy to reach. The room was ok, the air conditioning was a bit loud, we hated to keep it low. One of the best properties we have stayed at. Hospitality and customer service is unparalleled! Hotel is a small boutique property — very cozy. Perfectly situated in the city center, many attractions can be reached by foot. Friendly staff. The rooms are of good size, nice colors, good mattress and clean. A decent spa hotel located near ferry terminal. It's a family hotel but okay for solo travelers. Buffet breakfast is good and has a lot of options for vegetarian and vegan food.

So sad to say the breakfast wasn't as good as expected. The eggs too loose boiled, the white was soggy. The jam tasted nothing. Sausages wasn't fried, just heated. That was a disappointment. Went for the KGB museum tour. Very entertaining guide and interesting. A very short tour that can easily be fitted in .....however you are best to book ahead of time. I was lucky turned up 10 minutes before the tour started and there was space for me.

The cleaning of the rooms must be seriously improved. Bathroom of many rooms has a bathtub so tall that it's very dangerous. Breakfast is really wonderful, so it's also kindness of receptionists. Close to center city, it's possible going by walking in 10 minutes.

We stayed here with Gate 1 tours. Very comfortable with excellent buffet breakfast. We arrived a day earlier and stayed in a hotel in the old town, which we're glad we did. Otherwise its about a 20 minute boring walk to old town from the Radisson, or a quick Bolt ride.

Tried to use business services, printer wit scanner was not available. Scanning documents and emailing has become a basic function of business and the Hotels must provide the same to its guest.

We had really an AMAZING time here. It’s worth to fly to Estonia to have a vacation like this. Our child was super happy with all the kids facilities and so were we. This hotel is fabulous. It has a castle feeling to it, the corridors are like a maze with exposed stonework and wood beams. The rooms are clean and fully equipped with everything you need.
