Wonderful hotel in old town Tallinn. Everything from the flowers outside to the decor and little touches in our room made this stay feel really special. The building itself is really old(13th century) but it has been modernised in the most tasteful way not taking from the medieval charm. The staff were very accommodating and it felt like they couldn’t do enough for you. A real 5 star experience.

This is one if not my favorite hotels in the Baltic. It has very good service at the bar and reception is very helpful. It respects the old town feel with the rooms however it is not to old. Also the fruit salad was amazing.

We had a lovely stay at the Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel, which is ideally located. The spa facilities were a real highlight and made for a proper relaxing break. While the hotel isn't perfect, the staff we encountered were consistently warm and helpful, which honestly made all the difference. The breakfast was fairly basic but perfectly adequate. Very nice hotel with a good breakfast and very nice pool/sauna area. About 20-25 minute walk or 5-10 minute tram to old town. Very friendly staff and nice rooms. It is next to a casino but we didn’t really notice, there isn’t much crossover between the two.

Arrived there quite a bit early and I was checked in and upgraded as a Diamond member. The hotel is immaculate, staff is great, rooms were very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent. the executive lounge was spacious with great views.

This hotel room was very stuffy with no air circulation at all and a funky smell. When the window was open for air it was extremely loud outside from cars and passers by. Old Tallinn has a lot of vibe. I will post pictures of some spots that are all extremely close to the Hotel. I also found Merchant's House affordable.

I am so happy we booked this hotel. We had the most wonderful stay! The service was more than excellent and the location was great. We got upgraded to a suite with our own sauna, which was just amazing. Part of the breakfast was made upon ordering and the staff was very helpful, they even made me a waffle when I was about to do it myself. All in all, I am extremely pleased with this hotel. Highly recommend

Located right in the old town so great for exploring on foot but not so great if you are lugging a heavy suitcase because you have to drag that over cobbled streets from the closest point where a taxi can drop you off. Rooms are small and basic but the bed is comfortable and the breakfast choices are good.

No point to recharge Plug-in cars there, because electric is so expensive that pay same if use petrol/benzin. Also NO bottle water inside rooms because "must drink water from bathroom" (reception advice). At that room price, i consider bottled water shoud be on the table. Went for the KGB museum tour. Very entertaining guide and interesting. A very short tour that can easily be fitted in .....however you are best to book ahead of time. I was lucky turned up 10 minutes before the tour started and there was space for me.

Great location for a legendary hotel. I had the cheapest room class with not even coffee in the room. I'd say good value but more modern hotels might be the choice for one looking for some extra comfort.

Cool hotel with a real 70’s Soviet vibe without being dated. The breakfast is great and the location is also great. Nice to have a mall and food court connected. High floors have great views.

Rooms are a little bit outdated. Couch was a bit broken, but the staff got us a new room. Bed was quite comfortable. Location is excellent and the old town is just a little walk away. View to the sea on the north side was excellent from the top floor. Breakfast is good enough, but I would like to have some fish as well (there was only herring served).

Perfectly situated in the city center, many attractions can be reached by foot. Friendly staff. The rooms are of good size, nice colors, good mattress and clean. Bathroom is small, but serves its purpose. In spite of being next to a busy street l was not disturbed by the traffic. Breakfast has a good selection of warm and cold dishes. Worth the extra price, if you are a breakfast person.

The hotel is about a 10-minute taxi ride from Tallinn Airport. The Old Town is about a 15-minute walk away. The rooms are clean and pleasantly furnished and feature a TV and a bathroom (with shower). The elevators (four of them) are also very fast!

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and it was by far the best of the hotels I stayed at in the Baltic region. Not only was the breakfast exceptional, but I was deeply grateful for the coffee and small breakfast that was offered 4-7am. Very good spa with many saunas and pool areas. Highly recommend the Friday evening saunas experience! The TAI massage was amazing and very relaxing. The service is friendly all around.

Great hotel with good breakfast and a nice spa. Affordable access to waterpark. Only negatives are minimalistic air conditioning in the rooms (it gets very warm even in the winter) and paper thin walls so you will hear everything from the neighboring rooms.

18+ spa was clean and nice. They offer frech fruits and cold water but absolutely did not like that do drink water you have to use this plastic cups.. most of spas in Estonia has this paper cones for some sip of water. Less plastic!!!

We have been many times at this hotel in the past but this time we have enjoyed even more our stay. The water park has been renovated and has been simplified the access to it, making it easier to move around with kids from the room to the spa and the water park. The standard room bathroom is in desperate need of a renovation. Old style gradient floor tiles for the shower, with a shower curtain too close if you're a normal sized person. Very expensive for a basic hotel nearly £90 with no breakfast for 1 person. Very noisy! Was near the airport so that was the only plus only 15 min walk to the terminal. Lots more better hotels but unfortunately I was very tired and needed to sleep ! I will not be staying at this hotel again, but need must when tired.
