Very family friendly SPA. There are at least 4 pools that are suitable for a baby (meaning pool temperature). Staff was super nice!
Diverse breakfast buffet, nice food in the restaurant which you also can order by room service. Clean room equipped with what you might need. Possibility to choose type of pillow. Nice spa/pool area with a bar
The pool area and saunas were also excellent, providing a perfect place to relax. A big thank you to the staff—we will definitely be returning!
Most of the showers in the ladies' dressing room where however in need of repairs. Only 2 of 6 of the "massage chairs" in the big pool worked
the children were very satisfied with the swimming pool, and it was very convenient for us that the hotel is close to the old town. Our three day stay was pleasant and wonderful
My wife and I recently stayed at the Tallink Spa Hotel for two nights, having booked the romance package. The price was reasonable for the package, which included massages for both of us and a three-course dinner

There is no room service in this hotel, and cleaning of rooms only on demand. But due to price, spa in price and location it’s a very good hotel to go to as it’s also in a quite part of town, while next to the old town
Rooms are clean, but a bit old could get renovation. Great big windows in the rooms - so on higher floors you can see the old town Walk to city center old town just over the hill in 5-7 minutes
Parking is not included, costs 18 eur per 24h
- Staff is discreet but ready to help. - Rooms are clean and ours was quite spacious. One important note: cleaning of your room is only made under request
Also the bathroom floor tends to be wet because of how the shower and drains are built. We did not get to use the sauna, etc. Would stay there again without any problem
Beautiful room with a view to Old Town, nice breakfast and friendly staff - perfect!

A hotel that meets the highest standards at all levels. Our room was clean, comfortable, with a great view, nice sheets. A pleasure to return to after a long day. More than you could wish for and of very superb quality
Also the elevator was amazingly fast. Went to the 17th floor in a few seconds! I would definitely stay again and recommend it to other travelers
The staff didn’t for availability or the rewards status and just said it wasn’t possible. On the positive note we really enjoyed the breakfast
Allergens well marked and a separate gluten-free section with gluten-free snacks and breads
While my initial experience was far from ideal, I appreciate the hotel’s efforts to fix the problem and their genuine approach. With this resolution, I’ve updated my rating accordingly
The status recognition was sufficient and got a complimentary upgrade for our stay (2 categories with the VIP status). Early check-in possible, late check-out on Sunday wasn’t possible

Very good location, super friendly staff. Nice bed, good pillows. It was a bit complicated to get there because all the fences etc. but that's not the hotel's fault. I really can recommend Tallink hotel express.
Quite big hotel under the main brand as Tallink Hotel. The room is spacious. Reasonable price.
Amazing location, friendly staff. Spa attached to hotel was perfect, we all enjoyed it.

All was great- location, room, swimming pool, saunas and breakfast, our top place to stay in Tallin.
Always stay in this hotel. Nice rooms, swimming pool, breakfast. Near a sea
It is such a nice place to spend time and to enjoy scenario of nature from the hotel territory.
Built for the olympic games in 80s. Quite ok place to stay. Good prices
Free Parking in front of the hotel. Conventional 25 - meter pool with cool water. Wi-Fi only in reception or the first floor. Good Breakfast (included in the price), but often not to sit, no seats or prygaesh looking for
Wi-fi in our room did not pull at all, had to go out into the corridor. There is free Parking in front of the hotel. The Breakfast was fantastic! The normal choice

Arrived there quite a bit early and I was checked in and upgraded as a Diamond member. The hotel is immaculate, staff is great, rooms were very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent
We were upgraded to a corner suite and the views were stunning! We stayed during a 30 degree heatwave and the air con worked perfectly! We also enjoyed the swimming pool and spa, which includes perfect loungers in the shade which was perfect in the heat
The hotel staff were phenomenal, from the front desk staff to the bartenders. Breakfast was phenomenal! Rows and rows of food and can have a chef cook you almost any breakfast item
We had a very nice event at Hilton Tallinn Park. The lobby, setup and conference room were amazing. It was also convenient to be next to the park for walks on breaks
Best Hilton Hotel I have ever stayed. Tally is a beautiful little city and this Hotel is located right on it. Rooms are beautiful and up to date
Incredible stay at the end of June - the hotel is stunning and the staff are so friendly and helpful

I appreciated the gesture, however we do not give her this type of sweets, so I would suggest offering some healthy choices as well - Appreciated the free of charge cot in our room Cons - The bathroom shampoo was completely empty
The room was very clean and bed comfortable. The location is very close to the harbour which made leaving very efficient
This was a nice quiet hotel, very close to the harbor (200 meters or so away), and about a 15-20 minute walk into old town. You also have a reasonable shopping mall and grocery store nearby, which is great
Stayed on my own and got a regular room and not a ridiculous single room. Bed super comfortable, close enough from the old town for a nice walk, quiet you do not ear whatever your neighbours decide to do
The staff and room were great. The breakfast and facilities were also very good for the price. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and found the convenience and included amenities a great vale
The hotel’s location is perfect, situated in a convenient and beautiful area, making it easy to explore the city. I would highly recommend Hestia Hotel to anyone visiting Tallinn

Near the main road parking lot. The surrounding environment is average.
The hotel has an apartment-like atmosphere, all with card keys. It has coffee machines and it is possible to buy drinks and snacks on the second floor of the hotel. Super attentive receptionist
It is a wonderful, clean and comfortable hotel that is a short walk to the Old Town and to the port to take the ferry to Helsinki. There is a grocery store nearby where we bought coffee and pastries for breakfast
Parking is plentiful and is 10 euro a night. Get the parking ticket validated at the front desk
The room is small but very clean and makes you feel at home. It takes only eight minutes to walk to the ancient city and fifteen minutes to the port. It is very convenient and suitable for city walk
It takes about ten minutes to walk to the old town and about thirty minutes to walk to the pier. It is close to the shopping mall and is a quiet location. The gate is a bit difficult to find

There is only one person at reception during the day. I had to carry my heavy suitcase up 6 or 7 steps to the elevator myself. There is nothing in the hotel - no sauna, swimming pool etc
The room was spacious and they provided a cot for baby. Although everything was old eg lacquered wood cupboards drawers, bedside tables, it was clean and hotel provided extra pillows
Decor is 'classic' rather than modern and could be considered slightly dated, but actually works well in the context of the hotel and it's location in the old quarter of the city
Room was clean so were the bedsheets, toilet etc. taps had hot and cold water, soaps and shampoos, body lotion, provided. Service was good and all staff spoke english well
Now that the outside entrance is closed, it is used only by hotel guests. The hotel's location is superb. It's at the edge of Old Town, yet close to most attractions and public transportation
It was very cold, although we turned on the heating to 28 degrees, but cold air blew into our heads, the windows were blowing through... the hotel is perfectly located in the old town, the staff is friendly

Nice hotel, great bed and breakfasts. Always perfectly clean room. Good location between the center and the shopping center Christine.
I asked the receptionist for conditioner and they gave me some. Also, I asked for slippers to wear inside the room, so be sure to ask if you're staying there.
Very clean and comfortable sir conditioning hotel. The bed is very comfortable. Totally recommend it.
Good hotel. Slightly outdated design, furniture and equipment, but everything is well maintained. Very clean. Great breakfast. Not far from the old town.
Good breakfast saves with very wide options... Location is central to easy walk anywhere.
Hotel is ok but not that special, I would give it 3 stars.

I’m so happy about my stay in Jonathan’s hotel “Merchants house” and can recommend it genuinely to everyone! The rooms are very clean, tidy, there’s a lot of light coming in and even at nighttime it is so calm that you don’t really hear any other noise
Located right in the old town so great for exploring on foot but not so great if you are lugging a heavy suitcase because you have to drag that over cobbled streets from the closest point where a taxi can drop you off
The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Given the overall ambience of the hotel, I had expected a modest breakfast buffet you find at 3-4 star hotels. It was much better than that both in terms of variety and quality
Excellent option right by major attractions in Tallinn. It is an older building and that makes it cool and interesting. I stayed in one across the courtyard, quiet with a nice hot tub
The employees at the front desk were extremely helpful and tried to help me have the best experience of the city. Also, when I came back to the hotel soaked in rain, the owner kindly gave me a cup of coffee for free
I highly recommend Merchants House Hotel. Room: The room is clean but small. I didn't like how the bathroom sink was right next to the shower, as I could never walk in with my socks on

Room unfortunately was not the same as the one we booked. The one showed had wooden floor, the one that was given to us had carpet which I am not a particular fan of. There was a terrible smell coming from the toilet
The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very handy for public transportation in getting to/from the airport, bus station, train station, or ferry terminal. Easy walking distance into Old Town
The money/value balance is ideal. The common spaces and rooms are clean. The place is quiet. The breakfast is really nice and it is included. The WiFi is fast enough.
Pretty good location, breakfast available for 10 euro which is totally worth it. Room was small but it was pretty clean. That could be better if there were sliopers
Location is good, very near to the place where tourists will visit. Breakfast food is good. You are not allowed to take away their food btw.
The only thing we didn't like it was kinda noisy due to the main road in front of the hotel

The location is perfect for visiting Tallinn. The old building is very beautiful. The service was polite overall. A few notes: My trip was not ruined but the smell was a little annoying at the hotel
Amazing hotel! Truly great experience! Central location, spotless clean rooms, comfy beds, delicious buffet breakfast, nice staff can't find any faults!!! Loved it there!!
We used this hotel as a base for our short trip to Tallinn and it was perfect. The hotel is old but it's very clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was great and all the staff were very friendly.
The room has personal fridge and coffee machine. It would be nice if there would be additional power sockets on the bedside for charging electronics. The room carpet can use some extra washing
We loved this hotel for its quaintness and location, right in the old town. Easy to walk everywhere in old town from here. Built in the 50's from the ashes of WWII destruction and modernized
Unfortunately the sauna doesn't work (already for months) but we didn't really come for that anyway. Glad we booked and if we ever intend to come to Tallinn again this would be our choice to stay

Vehicle traffic is restricted in this area which makes it pleasant for walking. The hotel has beautiful updated rooms with preservation of old aspects of its character such as the old school phones
This should be the best hotel in the old town of Tallinn. The room is very spacious, the hotel lobby gives people a very luxurious feeling, the service is warm, and the room is rarely provided with slippers
The restaurant Tchaikovsky was excellent for dinner serving Russian food, and the lobby bar was also very good. Overall a very comfortable stay and nice hotel with very friendly staff as well
This is one if not my favorite hotels in the Baltic. It has very good service at the bar and reception is very helpful. It respects the old town feel with the rooms however it is not to old
The location is good and the room is convenient. It is a very good choice for me!
There’s a small parking lot (you first need to check in at the hotel, and they will open the gate that has the name of the restaurant on it; it’s a bit narrow, but we managed to park there fine but you need to book it in advance)

Good location, helpful staff, great Breakfast, comfortable bed. Overall, a very pleasant hotel.
The conference hall is excellent, the snacks are good, did not stay in the hotel itself

Biggest negative - road construction on the street below literally went all night long. Kept us up - room was hot and needed windows open, had to shut to reduce noise. During checkout they did not seem to care
Very clean and friendly staff. Location is great - close to Old Town, not far from train station and harbor if taking a car. Breakfast was not as good as I remember last year
Everything was perfect, we were supposed to stay one night, but we stayed three days. Simply everything, food, serive, room. I highly recommend if you respect f. Good food & peaceful, clean hotel with great staff also
Perfect location to old town, staff were super friendly thank you to the gentleman last Friday night that made us a pack lunch as we were heading to Helsinki and would miss breakfast time
Wonderful staff, friendly and professional, helpful. Good solid diversified breakfast, vegan options included. Nice street view in rooms towards the old city. Strong recommendation, best sofar after 5+ trips to Tallinn👍

Also appreciated the sweet treats and sparkling wine in the room. Really made the day that much better. Staff throughout our stay were really nice, particularly Vadym, who is more than a consummate professional
Magnificent charming hotel in the heart of Tallinn! I was given the free upgrade to the Presidential Suite, which I really appreciated - not least because it happened to be my birthday at the same time
A great hotel right in the old town of Tallinn, super friendly staff. Super rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast with fresh egg dishes and more, highly recommended.
Spent 4 nights at this great hotel and besides an absolute perfect location for a brief exploration of Tallinn this hotel has everything you can wish for and more
One of the best hotel I have stayed. The staff were great and very tentative. We had the one bedroom suite, the place was very regal and filled with history

Very good location, easy access Clean and nice room Amazing spa, very good quality Great stuff, the nicest people, very willing to help! I needed help and they found a creative way to accommodate it and were very sweet and lovely, especially Tatyana Highly-highly recommend
Great service, easy check in process and even quicker check out. Rooms are kept clean, I had a room with a balkony, kitchenette and all necessary utensil for longer stay
Fully automated hotel, no need to wait someone or interrupt with stuff, everything can be done using tablets in the lobby. Great SPA, peasefull and relaxing atmosphere
My stay was perfect, couldn't wish for more! If I happen to visit Tallinn again, I'm definitely booking myself a room here
The location has a couple of bus stops in a few minute walking range, plus a Maxima store right across the road

This hotel is so well situated that its a great place also this room was clean and easy to use the only thing I noticed was that I couldn't go to wc in the lobby they told me that didn't have one but real close by in the hotel there is one so I think it was miscommunication
Old stylish, please don’t expect very comfort environment due to the outdated and nonsense design of some rooms; but for the staff members, very glad to see the passionate lady with smile all the time and let me in my room before the official check in time
This hotel room was very stuffy with no air circulation at all and a funky smell. When the window was open for air it was extremely loud outside from cars and passers by
Perfect location for the old town visit and Christmas market. Hotel was full of character and our room was an adventure to find. Breakfast was a good variety spread, something for everyone with a choice
There was a bit of a draft through the window and randomly the shower gel supplied smelt of absolutely nothing. Would recommend and stay here again
Room was a bit smaller than we were expecting after the size of the halls and walkways but comfy and we got extra pillows when we asked for them

With wonderful restaurants just across the street, you can't go wrong staying at this hotel. Rooms are a little small but there's plenty of room available for 2 people per room
Everything about this hotel was first class, especially the customer service. We were greeted with a glass of bubbly on check in and specially prepared coffee and a take away breakfast for our early check out
Our room was large and well appointed. And everything in Old Town Tallinn was 5 minutes from our door
Very nice rooms, good location in centre of old town
We resorted to opening the double glazed windows (and they are double glazed for a reason), which was fine on the Friday night but proved less so on Saturday given the amount of people shouting/singing just below your window at 3am
Perfect location to the old town square. (just around the corner) Opening up the window, you get a fantastic view of the narrow streets below
