No point to recharge Plug-in cars there, because electric is so expensive that pay same if use petrol/benzin. Also NO bottle water inside rooms because "must drink water from bathroom" (reception advice)

At that room price, i consider bottled water shoud be on the table. No straight connection between parking building and hotel building

When pay parking, message say că de for door to the parking is oncthe bill, actually is not and must search the receptionist to get it. Children say that little candy on their bed is bad

Very entertaining guide and interesting. A very short tour that can easily be fitted in. however you are best to book ahead of time. I was lucky turned up 10 minutes before the tour started and there was space for me

Great location for a legendary hotel. I had the cheapest room class with not even coffee in the room. I'd say good value but more modern hotels might be the choice for one looking for some extra comfort.

The staff were absolutely amazing and they treated you like some king or queen and they were super nice and kind and helped with everything that was needed and the breakfast was fantastic there were all kinds of options and the staff where there and help with anything

A great stay here; the city panorama can be amazing if you're lucky to get a high rise room with good orientation. The breakfast was great, the room was very good, the service was also very good

Amazing experience of our 2 days stay there. Very spacious, clean and good rooms. Restaurant, bar and cafe were all good. Swimming pool and sauna setup on 26th floor is crown on the head for hotel

The desk is not planted under an oversized television. It was by the window allowing for a view while sitting at the desk. The room was small, a single king or queen maybe, but I liked the size of this room

I stayed at this hotel while on a business trip and I really enjoyed my stay here for a number of reasons. As I was traveling for work, the desk set up is really useful for just that purpose

It was easy for us to go for a walk in the city. Minus: the shower was very small and it had a plastic curtain that kept sticking to my body while showering

There is no room service in this hotel, and cleaning of rooms only on demand. But due to price, spa in price and location it’s a very good hotel to go to as it’s also in a quite part of town, while next to the old town

Rooms are clean, but a bit old could get renovation. Great big windows in the rooms - so on higher floors you can see the old town Walk to city center old town just over the hill in 5-7 minutes

- Staff is discreet but ready to help. - Rooms are clean and ours was quite spacious. One important note: cleaning of your room is only made under request

Also the bathroom floor tends to be wet because of how the shower and drains are built. We did not get to use the sauna, etc. Would stay there again without any problem

The spa and the swimming pool are so good too! The restaurant of the hotel is over prices but everything else is great

The status recognition was sufficient and got a complimentary upgrade for our stay (2 categories with the VIP status). Early check-in possible, late check-out on Sunday wasn’t possible

The staff were friendly and attentive and the room service was great. The location was good, being opposite the shopping centre you can cut through here to walk to old town, which was around a 10 minute walk away

The air conditioning can be set to night mode which makes it quiet also. We were travelling by car, so we used the hotels parking lot that's right behind the hotel, (20€ for 24hrs) totally reasonable

And I loved the breakfast choice, all kinds of bread, even Vegan. Lovely variety of fish!! And for sure, cheese, sausages, cakes, yoghurts, quark, fruits and warm eggs, scrambled eggs, hamburgers, vegan hot food

The lot was gated off and guarded. The breakfast was like always, fantastic thank you. We had some drinks at the lobby bar and some snacks. The mocktails for the kids were very good made for an adult's palette

The relaxation area with the Saunas were gorgeous and really relaxing. The room was nice, the window area made a nice window seat, being on the 8th floor it was lovely looking out and watching the snow

I have just stayed here for 2 nights. Thank you to the hotel staff for making my birthday trip so special! The lobby bar next to the fire was a nice place to enjoy an evening glass of wine

When you have opened windows it is a constant hum from the street. Breakfast and actually lunch in the morning. I drove here in my car so although it is 15 minutes to the centre I enjoyed driving here

Top points for all areas - in it's price level / ref to other hotels in Estonia. I can highly recommend for anyone and especially ones travelling by a car

🚗 Parking is included and located behind the hotel. Please note the turn off is just past the main hotel building. Follow the signs in the direction of the Neste petrol station

You enter through one lower building with a restaurant so the fact that the hotel is behind in an old building is irrelevant. Service is almost invisible here and working hard

I read other reviews and this is mine. I would change bathroom because when you wash you have to put one towel on the floor. Otherwise you will have water everywhere

No air conditioning but now in July a fan I have is totally enough. Corridors and lounge spaces are ok

Sadly, the SPA area was under refurbishment during our stay but they did offer an alternative (which we ended up not using as ran out of time), and the Horisont bar was closed due to a DJ event for both Friday and Saturday night with a 35 EUR ticket, which was disappointing

The hotel is very modern and comfortable. The room was great with excellent views and breakfast is very good. The location is fine, a 15-minute walk to the ferry terminal and 10 minutes to the old town

Beautiful hotel, very clean, staff were so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping were great too, they were hot on cleaning our room when we left and were done when we returned. Would love to stay again.

My room was located on the upper floors like requested and came with a great view. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely love to stay here again. Also I’m very pleased with the whole super kind and helpful staff

Especially for the excellent restaurant recommendations. The buffet breakfast was excellent, although I do prefer breakfast a la carte. The only thing missing was a piano in the lobby

Awesome hotel for any special occasion/business usage. We had anniversary here and the reception offered a special cake and some message card. Sauna/gym are well maintained

A wonderful Spa complex with swimming pool, facing the street. Pool bar, Jacuzzi. There are saunas (Finnish, Turkish Hamam, Turkish). The water temperature is comfortable.

Diverse breakfast buffet, nice food in the restaurant which you also can order by room service. Clean room equipped with what you might need. Possibility to choose type of pillow. Nice spa/pool area with a bar

the children were very satisfied with the swimming pool, and it was very convenient for us that the hotel is close to the old town. Our three day stay was pleasant and wonderful

Only used the spa and the beauty centre, but the choice of saunas (hammam, salt, Finnish, lower temperature ans more!) and the pool area were great. I also had an hour long massage and it was excellent

The only thing that is worth knowing is that the masseuse wears rubber gloves, which I understand is for the hygiene reasons, however some people might not like it!

The beds are actually comfortable, the hotel is high tech, and well designed. EXCELLENT breakfast!!! I've never seen such a big selection of food at a hotel before. 😋 The rooms are quiet.

A perfectly serviceable hotel, within easy distance to the airport. Evening supper excellent, as was the buffet breakfast. Rooms clean, tidy and buisness like. Will recommend and use again.

In the dressing room, towel, Hairdryer, toiletries (except toothpaste and toothbrush). One disadvantage with the shower, after showering the whole floor wet, because the drain right on the floor

Tried to use business services, printer wit scanner was not available. Scanning documents and emailing has become a basic function of business and the Hotels must provide the same to its guest.

The hotel is near the airport but absolutely no noise. Quite cozy, all in same style. But to their 4 stars does not hold. The booked double bed, but in fact it is two lorry combined, and the mattress is impossibly soft

This hotel is a great choice for an airport hotel. It is located very close, amicable staff - rooms aren't anything to write home about but the bed was comfy and the room was clean.

On our first night there appeared to be a massive wedding party staying meaning it took about 15 minutes to find a table for breakfast, in which no staff members helped us with this and it was a free-for-all

The man on reception was very friendly, informative and helpful. Even brought us up more pillows when we discovered you're only given 1 very thin pillow per person in the room. The Spa and pool was big and nice to visit

I am often in Tallinn because of business trips and always choose this hotel to stay. It’s very simple but very convenient. You can have tea, coffee for free in the lobby

A very clean hotel with basic amenities. Especially price/performance is very good. Location is almost perfect with easy access to both city and airport. Reception can be more friendly and welcoming during check-in

It was extremely pleasant stay from the very first moment till the last second ! The parking is with lots of vacant places, smooth and very efficient check in with Nikita ( thanks, Nikita) ! The room was clean and cozy, the bed was so comfortable so comfortable

The hotel is in great condition, close to (2 stops by bus) to the old town. Their best asset it’s their staff, always willing to make the customer feel appreciated

Very good location, super friendly staff. Nice bed, good pillows. It was a bit complicated to get there because all the fences etc. but that's not the hotel's fault. I really can recommend Tallink hotel express.

Spa costs 10euro /person if you are staying at the hotel(3hours). Big swimming pools,jacuzzi and different kinds of sauna. Bar next to jacuzzi where you can drink and enjoy the jacuzzi at the same time

The best part of the stay was the opportunity to go to spa and pools, which was 10€ per person, which is really cheap. There were 2 big pools, 3 jacuzzi and 8 saunas

A good hotel to stay on a 1 or 2 day excursion if u r coming from Helsinki for a short trip to Talinn. Hotel is in walking distance to both terminal A, B or D

Very sophisticated decor and the free breakfast is amazing. Bit of a walk from the old city but totally doable as long as you don't plan on returning to your room multiple times a day.

There is Parking on site for 15 euros per day. Not all the staff speaks Russian. The rooms are quite simply decorated, the plumbing is poor. Clean, no noise of the street

From the first look all is fine but a jacuzzi is old and leaking, but a breakfast I really liked, even if we are in Covid time, you find almost all possible food and some specialties

Convenient hotel near the old town (10 min walk). But there is a possibility to Park for free behind the hotel (there are only 5 seats). Nice furniture, comfortable bed. Good soundproofing in the rooms and fast Internet

This is definitely not a 4* hotel, bad beds, nothing from supplies, old bathrooms, very bad breakfast, pretty much the basics, location 15’ from the city center

The money/value balance is ideal. The common spaces and rooms are clean. The place is quiet. The breakfast is really nice and it is included. The WiFi is fast enough.

Some rooms don't offer the best of views but they are a good size and clean. Great temperature of the lobby and room. Full blackout curtains/blinds would be a nice addition

Most of the rooms have sea and city view! Which is amazing at evening/night from the hotel bar! The staff ia really friendly and helpful! Drinks are delicious and dinner/breakfast buffet is ok! Reccomending it highly!

The furniture looks new and is really comfortable! Bathroom and toilet are both with room and are separated, meaning you don't have to wait for your husband/wife to finish to go in

I liked that theres a buzyness thermometer for the breakfast in the elevator to let you know when yould be the most ideal time to go eat. Reception could be friendlier but I have no complaints other than that

Stayed here on a trip to Tallinn and it was a nice hotel, the location was good and an easy walk to anywhere you need to go, staff were very friendly, Breakfast was a buffet style and was very nice with a decent variety

My one downside would be the room was very hot even with the window open and the radiator off. Still had a comftable stay and would stay again

compare to other hotels in nordic or baltic region, worth it. Yeah their location is just like 'hidden gem'. Wish they could improve room sounds insulation. I heard much noisy from next door or corridor

We had an excellent stay! The room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sauna area, which included a nice bar with many alcoholic and non-alcoholic choices

There are no glass walls nor shower curtains to prevent the water from spilling all over the entire bathroom floor whenever you take a shower! Even worse, the shower floors are very slippery, which is very dangerous! They need to put down some sort of traction on the shower floors

The room was spacious and clean. The spa was excellent and the location is a 100m walk from the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant Tchaikovsky was expensive but unbelievable and worth it

We stayed here in December and it’s a 2 minute walk to the Christmas market which was perfect for us! It is also beautifully located in old town within walking distance to several popular tourist sites and restaurants

So, it’s best to park by the hotel on the street when you arrive, take the bags out of your car (you’ll need to climb some stairs with those), check in, and then park and forget about your car whilst you’re in Tallinn

Vehicle traffic is restricted in this area which makes it pleasant for walking. The hotel has beautiful updated rooms with preservation of old aspects of its character such as the old school phones

The restaurant Tchaikovsky was excellent for dinner serving Russian food, and the lobby bar was also very good. Overall a very comfortable stay and nice hotel with very friendly staff as well

The room AC in summer is necessary. Self check out could have been easier by inserting the card first for direct verification, instead of typing in the reservation number first
