Highly recommended! Also the hotel provide parking for little amouny of money which is around 18 euros a day and this is very little compared to other hotels that charge 80 for night! The staff are kind but maybe they can smile a bit and be more hospitable

For those driving, parking is available on-site, which is convenient given the central location

Only used the spa and the beauty centre, but the choice of saunas (hammam, salt, Finnish, lower temperature ans more!) and the pool area were great. I also had an hour long massage and it was excellent

My wife and I recently stayed at the Tallink Spa Hotel for two nights, having booked the romance package. The price was reasonable for the package, which included massages for both of us and a three-course dinner

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel was clean, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was of very high quality. The restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious meals

The only thing that is worth knowing is that the masseuse wears rubber gloves, which I understand is for the hygiene reasons, however some people might not like it!

The pool area and saunas were also excellent, providing a perfect place to relax. A big thank you to the staff—we will definitely be returning!

So, it’s best to park by the hotel on the street when you arrive, take the bags out of your car (you’ll need to climb some stairs with those), check in, and then park and forget about your car whilst you’re in Tallinn

We enjoyed two connecting rooms with a spacious sitting room in between and found the location of the hotel convenient. The breakfast was underwhelming, the omelet didn't inspire a repeat order on consecutive mornings

My room had a bathtub, and it was so big and deep I could actually float in it. The breakfast buffet was decent. It's probably fine for most people, though they did not have very many vegetarian or vegan items

Also, there is no bell service, you will need to drag your own suitcase up and down the stairs to get to and from the reception. If you are wheelchair bound, this would not be a good choice hotel overall

Restaurant staff and housekeeping were nice to interact with, however we found the reception staff merely civil and not especially welcoming. This should be taken as a comment for future improvement

We used the laundry service as we are travelling through the Baltic states for a few weeks and everything went well. The breakfast buffet was also very good

Would have been a 5-star rating were it not that the sauna/spa is very expensive. Other than that all is more than just good; the spacious and clean rooms, the friendly staff, the great food, parking etc. etc.

There is Parking on site for 15 euros per day. Not all the staff speaks Russian. The rooms are quite simply decorated, the plumbing is poor. Clean, no noise of the street

It is possible to have breakfast indoors and also on the outdoor terrace. The spa area is at a very good level. There are various salt baths, a pool of 25 meters and several small pools and Jacuzzis

Very good spa with many saunas and pool areas. Highly recommend the Friday evening saunas experience! The TAI massage was amazing and very relaxing. The service is friendly all around.

They topped up the food and cleared the tables efficiently. A small feedback is the long queue to the coffee machine. Would be nice to have a few more of these machines at different corners to reduce waiting time

There are several high temperature saunas as well as an outdoor pool. I recommend visiting both with children and with friends. 20-25 minutes drive to the center

Hotel/spa is closer to 3 stars but the overall experience with the hotel stay, breakfast and spa visit is 4 stars. ROOM: The hotel room is spacious, comfortable, clean, a little worn but adequately furnished

Parking is complimentary but needs registration at check-in. BREAKFAST: The breakfast has a good continental and local variety of food. It got pretty crowded around 0900 but the staff managed well

Breakfast was brilliant, however, the orange juice was rather muted I felt. If you are coming by ferry from Helsinki then it is fantastically located. It is also very close to the bus services into the centre of Tallinn

the hotel is in a good location, in a nice modern area, but 10 min. from the old town on foot. the hotel is neat simple but cozy. There is large shopping center nearby, and the Tallinn - Stockholm ferry.

The room was excellent, however it is showing its age but not in a bad way, i. e no issues or anything like that just stylistically old fashioned perhaps. Reception was very attentive

I had a member of staff who had only been there a month and she handled things well- I asked if I could pay with a different card to the one I had initially given the hotel

In respect of location, you can quickly get into town via public transport, or scooter (my personal favourite) or taxi — or if you have time, walking (it’s a 30 minute walk, mostly flat terrain, easy route, not a bad shout when the whether is nice) The only suggestion would be, improving the breakfast offerings

That said fairly small gripe given there are many alternatives in town (and available via food delivery services). I certainly will be back in the future

It’s fairly limited, set menu (four options), with no cooked options (from what I could tell…) — it gets boring quite quickly

Extremely disappointing breakfast, 4 limited options and all of them full of allergens (gluten and dairy). For a person with health issues that cannot eat gluten/dairy they don't make any concessions

I was staying in one of the smallest corner rooms: very small without a table or a closet, weird shower that got the bathroom flooded and very cold in the morning (when -5 outside)

The room was ok, clean but nothing specjal , when it comes to the location it is ok if you have a car because it is something about 4km from the city centre.

Nice hotel somewhat outside of Tallinn city centre. Clean and comfortable, tram station for line 2 is a three minute walk away. Would stay here again.

We were upgraded to a corner suite and the views were stunning! We stayed during a 30 degree heatwave and the air con worked perfectly! We also enjoyed the swimming pool and spa, which includes perfect loungers in the shade which was perfect in the heat

This suited us perfectly as during our visit we noticed the old town was very busy even at midnight - in contrast our room was soundproofed and we slept amazingly well! We will definitely be back - thank you for a wonderful stay!

It’s located in the heart of Tallinn Great service. This is definitely value for money. Great breakfast spread suitable for all. We had a dinner night too. More suitable for European taste. Desserts were delicious

We had a very nice event at Hilton Tallinn Park. The lobby, setup and conference room were amazing. It was also convenient to be next to the park for walks on breaks

The views from the rooms and restaurant are stunning, and the location is ideal. It’s about 10 minutes to Kadriog park and 15 mins to the old town

It is difficult to imagine a more convenient location from the center, the bus station and the most beautiful park. Rooms are not luxurious but have everything you need

Magnificent charming hotel in the heart of Tallinn! I was given the free upgrade to the Presidential Suite, which I really appreciated - not least because it happened to be my birthday at the same time

Just one recommendation: I would have preferred to answer the questions on the iPad myself rather than have you enter it for me. English is my second language and it took me a while to understand the check in questions

Location: It is in Old Town close to the boat terminal and close to everything in the old town. Favorites: The fireplace in the lobby in the winter. They make it so enjoyable, that was our favorite part of the stay

Also appreciated the sweet treats and sparkling wine in the room. Really made the day that much better. Staff throughout our stay were really nice, particularly Vadym, who is more than a consummate professional

Shower extremely small no door to close the shower hence water splashes everywhere no way to dry the floor so the floor was very wet after showering. Had to put our towels on the floor to stop water overflowing
