There is no room service in this hotel, and cleaning of rooms only on demand. But due to price, spa in price and location it’s a very good hotel to go to as it’s also in a quite part of town, while next to the old town
Rooms are clean, but a bit old could get renovation. Great big windows in the rooms - so on higher floors you can see the old town Walk to city center old town just over the hill in 5-7 minutes
Parking is not included, costs 18 eur per 24h
- Staff is discreet but ready to help. - Rooms are clean and ours was quite spacious. One important note: cleaning of your room is only made under request
Also the bathroom floor tends to be wet because of how the shower and drains are built. We did not get to use the sauna, etc. Would stay there again without any problem
Beautiful room with a view to Old Town, nice breakfast and friendly staff - perfect!

Location of the hotel is great. It's very near of the Old Town and you can go and see the town by foot. In the bathroom is losion for body and the conditionar for hair. I love that! Breakfast was big and varied
Pool and saunas are great! Only thing I didn't like is parking price
Wonderful SPA Hotel in Tallinn! 🏨🧖‍♂️🌊 A spacious hotel with comfortable beds and cozy rooms, perfectly located near the harbor and Rotermann Quarter full of shops and cafes
The biggest highlight is the SPA area – several pools, saunas, jacuzzi, and even a pool bar where you can enjoy drinks right in the water
Common areas: The lobby was clean and stylish, but there was visible mold on the ceiling of our floor, which immediately made the place feel subpar. Breakfast: A wide and varied selection, with something for everyone
I write my review here, even though we stayed at the Tallink Express Hotel ( hotel itself was also nice, clean and breakfast very good. ) As we arrived later we used Tallink Spa &Conference Hotel reception desk services

We were upgraded to a corner suite and the views were stunning! We stayed during a 30 degree heatwave and the air con worked perfectly! We also enjoyed the swimming pool and spa, which includes perfect loungers in the shade which was perfect in the heat
As my first time in Tallin, I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The structure was modern and stunning and the room was beautiful and always cleaned while I was exploring the city. I also liked and enjoyed at the sauna
Hilton managers, please listen and let her teach customer service seminars! I really can’t think of someone that cares about customer service and small details like checking the ice, is the bread knife correct…
I appreciate a lot the professionalism and empathy of employees working at the front desk. A special thanks goes to Dan (senior Front Desk) who made my stay enjoyable and taking care of my requests
I also liked and enjoyed when I had a dinner with a friend of mine on November 22th at the Able Boucher. The service was really nice and waitress were very friendly
We had a great stay at Hilton Tallinn! First of all, I’d like to thank intern Helena, Oleksandra (especially for all her help before our arrival), and housekeeper Olena. They were wonderful and very helpful

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Tallinn! From the moment I arrived - I was blown away by the hotel’s beautiful design and attention to detail— everything felt luxurious yet welcoming
Modern, well-equipped, well-maintained and comfortable. Probably one of the better hotels I've stayed in Europe for the price point. Was fortunate enough to get a corner room. Had very peaceful and restful nights
Radisson Collection Hotel, Tallinn deserves every bit of praise! From the moment you arrive, the warmth and professionalism of the staff stand out — attentive, courteous, and genuinely dedicated to making your stay seamless
Hotel staff was very helpful and polite as one may except from this level of a hotel. We had some complimentary treats in the room waiting in the evening as we had special occasion
Friendliest staff there is! Room were clean, neat and nicely designed. They have a spa with 3 saunas. Also a gym that has many workout machines and water fountain
Has two restaurants, visited one of them and didnt disappoint, would recommend. Breakfast is important to me and it sure made an impact on me. Also 2 shopping malls near by

All was great- location, room, swimming pool, saunas and breakfast, our top place to stay in Tallin.
Always stay in this hotel. Nice rooms, swimming pool, breakfast. Near a sea
It is such a nice place to spend time and to enjoy scenario of nature from the hotel territory.
Built for the olympic games in 80s. Quite ok place to stay. Good prices
Free Parking in front of the hotel. Conventional 25 - meter pool with cool water. Wi-Fi only in reception or the first floor. Good Breakfast (included in the price), but often not to sit, no seats or prygaesh looking for
Wi-fi in our room did not pull at all, had to go out into the corridor. There is free Parking in front of the hotel. The Breakfast was fantastic! The normal choice

Good & Clean rooms. Staff is friendly & supportive. Breakfast served very good. Parking is paid. Near to fairy to check in to travel to helsinki.
Is my second time here and I am very satisfied will all the services. Is very well located, the breakfast is amasing. You have everything: fish, smoked fish, ham, cheese, fruits, vegetables, potatoes, eggs, sweet corner
The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to provide information about the city and transportation. The hotel has a great location, close to the Old Town and the port, which made sightseeing and walks very easy
They went out of their way to assist me in a difficult situation, and I truly appreciated their support. It's rare to meet such caring and professional people
Sure! Here's a review in English based on your request: --- I had a great experience at this hotel thanks to the amazing staff. Everyone was very kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful
Breakfast was varied and delicious, with options for every taste. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tallinn – excellent value for money and outstanding service!

Great location at the ferry port and close to the old town
Good breakfast. Convenient location.
There was a Talink hotel next to it, so I had trouble finding the entrance at first, but it turned out they were connected inside. The Express hotel entrance is on the side closest to the old town
A good but rather small room for a convenient price. Good breakfast included. But the service in the evening outside all meals was missing such simple things like tea and coffee!!!
It's a short walk from the old town, about five minutes. There are very few places to eat or buy breakfast in the area, so I wish I had included breakfast
It was very close to Terminal A, so I was glad to be able to get there safely when I arrived on a night flight

We loved the Rixwell Savoy Boutique Hotel and will gladly stay here again. Very quiet, terrific location, lovely rooms, and delicious restaurant. We enjoyed the staff they were friendly and helpful
The closer on the fire door was very strong, and made a loud noise every time that someone had opened it. The hotel has a very nice lobby, with comfortable seating. There is also a small, comfortable bar
Its staff, especially the receptionist, were courteous and extremely helpful, especially in suggesting how to get about in Tallinn and what opinions were recommended for dining and entertainment
Breakfast was good, with plenty of hot and cold foods, with help yourself coffee machine. The bar wasn't open while we were there, however there were plenty of local good choices of bars and restaurants
Our room on the 5th floor had a great view, with good amount of space and a small balcony. There was a Nespresso machine and ropes in the room too. There was a mini bar in the room
Great bathroom with jacuzzi and all necessary accessories (air conditioning, minibar, hairdryer, 2 TVs, bathrobes/slippers, coffeemachine, kettle for tea, safe etc

In the room with a large bed in the bathroom there was a bathtub, in the other there was a shower cabin. In the morning, if you open the window, you can hear a hymn. We were very pleased with our choice
We rented two different rooms, with two single beds and one large bed. One room had a view of the central street, the second had a view of the courtyard. It's quiet and comfortable to relax at night
I can't hear the noise from the street. The bathroom has rituals cosmetics. The bathroom is clean, there is no mold or other unpleasant smells that occur in hotels
My City Hotel offers a charming stay in Tallinn, with excellent cleanliness and a superb location. If you’re looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced option, this hotel is worth considering!
We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Centrally located, we could easily walk to all the must see places in the old town
Our stay at My City Hotel has been great. The hotel is situated literally just 5 steps away from the old town so it is very convenient to move around. No need for public transport, everything is in walking distance

Nice room, convenient location two minutes from the old town and close to the train station. Very tasty and varied breakfasts.
We booked a large family room for our vacation, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the old town, and the bus station is right across the street
But I was so pleasantly surprised when the receptionist said my room was ready and let me check-in early. She was friendly and efficient. My room was a good size and I liked having a large, deep bathtub in the bathroom
I stayed for three nights and every morning I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, as well as the hotel's proximity to the Old Town. I experienced good service and great value
I arrived quite early to this Ibis Styles-branded hotel and I was prepared to drop my bags off at the reception and return closer to the check-in time
Room unfortunately was not the same as the one we booked. The one showed had wooden floor, the one that was given to us had carpet which I am not a particular fan of. There was a terrible smell coming from the toilet

The building itself is really old(13th century) but it has been modernised in the most tasteful way not taking from the medieval charm. The staff were very accommodating and it felt like they couldn’t do enough for you
Stayed for 4 nights and had an amazing time. They are friendly and professional. We were particularly grateful to Patrick who didn’t laugh too much when we couldn’t open our room door! He was excellent throughout
I hosted my 30th birthday party here and spent the weekend at the hotel. It was absolutely fabulous! The food was amazing and I haven't had better service anywhere. Will definitely be coming here again! ❤️
My only disappointment was that the restaurant was fully booked when we wanted to eat on Thursday evening, my fault for not booking ahead of time. The helpful desk staff offered some tasty alternatives
Very centrally located in the old town of Tallin, close to great restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable and warm and the breakfast was lovely. The staff were most obliging and helpful
Outstanding staff and location. First time to Tallinn from America and were a little apprehensive about the accommodations and location. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable

The hotel is located in the old town of Tallinn, the drive from the airport is 15-20 minutes. Very quiet area, no noise in the rooms. Rooms are spacious, all amenities are fresh and clean
We had a wonderful 4 days at the Telgraff. Exceptional dining at the Tchaikovsky Restaurant. So well presented in every way. Perfect location to access everything in the historic town
Also, there is no bell service, you will need to drag your own suitcase up and down the stairs to get to and from the reception. If you are wheelchair bound, this would not be a good choice hotel overall
Spa was a nice way to wind down and the facial great. The only comment I would add would be to have the spa open in the morning and during the day
Upscale hotel in a perfect Old Town location. Great service, comfortable rooms, parking available, and late check-out was a plus. The Shower-in-bathtub setup wasn’t ideal, but overall very pleased with the stay.
Hotel Telegraaf, found in the heart of Tallinn Old Town, is the best place to stay when visiting! The staff was extremely welcoming and wanted to ensure that every aspect of your stay was perfect! The Breakfast Buffet in the morning was one of the best I've had in a long time! Looking forward to coming back in the future for another extended stay! 😎

Good location, helpful staff, great Breakfast, comfortable bed. Overall, a very pleasant hotel.
The conference hall is excellent, the snacks are good, did not stay in the hotel itself

Located in city centre, so everything will be pretty close location wise 😀 Gave 4 stars for service, only due to breakfast tho, as in my opinion the breakfast menu is kinda weak and does not have enough menu options to choose from I do recommend the hotel though!
The hotel is not bad, but the room is too small. I was counting on a good breakfast, but I got a small children's portion. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and service in the hotel
If it were 30 percent cheaper, there would be no questions
A good small hotel in a tranquil neighborhood near the huge park. All was great except the aircon, the control panel was broken and it was making some churning noise randomly.
Further the staff are all very friendly and approachable with any issues. In addition, they make the entire process of booking very easy and seamless even with complex booking requirements
In respect of location, you can quickly get into town via public transport, or scooter (my personal favourite) or taxi — or if you have time, walking (it’s a 30 minute walk, mostly flat terrain, easy route, not a bad shout when the whether is nice) The only suggestion would be, improving the breakfast offerings

I stayed for four nights on a business trip however I know Tallinn very well. This is without a question the perfect location for business or leisure. Make sure you upgrade to get a view of Freedom Square
I was with kids and I need to say, I have never been hotel in Estonia (I have been a lot different ones) where the service and quality of everything have been this level
Just by the edge of the Old town. Nice spa area with a sauna and pool, a small gym with basic equipment. Nice room with a good inventory and furniture
The bed was quite comfortable, but the pillows were a bit too firm for me. The room had a greyish carpet on the floor and I would have preferred a wooden floor
The bathroom was tiled and had a large shower area, and the soap/shampoo had a pleasant fragrance. There is a small pool and jacuzzi in the basement. There is also a steam room and a standard sauna next to the pool area
I just loved everything about this hotel. The room was very spacious, with large comfortable bed. Bathroom was spacious with clean towels. Excellent service with a smile throughout our stay

The room (Zen room) is very well equipped, free WiFi, Air-conditioning, own coffee set, double bed, sofa, two big wardrobes, big TV, water massage bath tub and other nice features, not to mention it's very close to the old town
Room upgrade after complaining. Average breakfast. Very small TV, no Netflix
Very clean and comfortable sir conditioning hotel. The bed is very comfortable. Totally recommend it.
Good breakfast saves with very wide options... Location is central to easy walk anywhere.
Old building sets some limits, but the interior has made it worthy to stay in this hotel. Service was good, and tidyness almost fluent. We really enjoyed our stay, and will definately return
I asked the receptionist for conditioner and they gave me some. Also, I asked for slippers to wear inside the room, so be sure to ask if you're staying there.

Very good location, easy access Clean and nice room Amazing spa, very good quality Great stuff, the nicest people, very willing to help! I needed help and they found a creative way to accommodate it and were very sweet and lovely, especially Tatyana Highly-highly recommend
Great service, easy check in process and even quicker check out. Rooms are kept clean, I had a room with a balkony, kitchenette and all necessary utensil for longer stay
Fully automated hotel, no need to wait someone or interrupt with stuff, everything can be done using tablets in the lobby. Great SPA, peasefull and relaxing atmosphere
My stay was perfect, couldn't wish for more! If I happen to visit Tallinn again, I'm definitely booking myself a room here
The location has a couple of bus stops in a few minute walking range, plus a Maxima store right across the road
The only thing, it is location, there are no any restaurants nearby, the nearest is about 30 mins on foot

Really good value for money — the rooms are clean and comfortable, and you can’t beat the location. It’s easy to find with free parking just a five-minute walk away
Old stylish, please don’t expect very comfort environment due to the outdated and nonsense design of some rooms; but for the staff members, very glad to see the passionate lady with smile all the time and let me in my room before the official check in time
Wow! Words fail me! What an extraordinary hotel in the heart of old town. Our 5th floor room in the eaves of the hotel was something out of a great country escape
The breakfast was also great, with plenty of options to suit all kinds of travellers. Overall, a solid stay for the price
Immaculately clean, staff very helpful, quiet, great selection at the breakfast buffet! I could go on and on
Beds were comfortable, but the shower was horrible: narrow, if you forget to put the plastic curtains tightly on the shower basement, the shower room will be full of water ( you can swim on the floor:) What happened to me🙄 After every use of toilet, sink or shower you can hear the tubes sound or smth like water pump working here

With wonderful restaurants just across the street, you can't go wrong staying at this hotel. Rooms are a little small but there's plenty of room available for 2 people per room
Everything about this hotel was first class, especially the customer service. We were greeted with a glass of bubbly on check in and specially prepared coffee and a take away breakfast for our early check out
Our room was large and well appointed. And everything in Old Town Tallinn was 5 minutes from our door
Very nice rooms, good location in centre of old town
We resorted to opening the double glazed windows (and they are double glazed for a reason), which was fine on the Friday night but proved less so on Saturday given the amount of people shouting/singing just below your window at 3am
Perfect location to the old town square. (just around the corner) Opening up the window, you get a fantastic view of the narrow streets below

Local breakfast: kefir, porridge, boiled egg, pancake with jam and 'vanilla cream'. :o) Not sure my mini fridge worked. Also, there are no travel sized soap and conditioner in the bathroom
Loved the hotel for it's location. Rooms could be improved though, there was some noticeable amount of dust around. Breakfast is great.
Location of this hotel was ideal to tour the lovely old town in Tallinn. The room size was adequate, although sparce on furniture. Beds were too low to the ground, and no air condition during a very warm summer
Excellent location within the old town walls. However, no air conditioning, so my room 204 feels like a sauna in July. Room faces street, so is noisy at night with windows opened
What a beautiful hotel! True craftsmanship in both wood and stone. The rooms are very nice, clean and we'll maintained. Service is excellent. Staff is professional and very helpful and knowledgeable.
Kind of old-fashioned hotel, very close to everything (Tallinn is rather small anyway). Breakfast (included) with a lot of choices. A few free (for customers) parking places in front of the hotel
