So, it’s best to park by the hotel on the street when you arrive, take the bags out of your car (you’ll need to climb some stairs with those), check in, and then park and forget about your car whilst you’re in Tallinn
We enjoyed two connecting rooms with a spacious sitting room in between and found the location of the hotel convenient. The breakfast was underwhelming, the omelet didn't inspire a repeat order on consecutive mornings
My room had a bathtub, and it was so big and deep I could actually float in it. The breakfast buffet was decent. It's probably fine for most people, though they did not have very many vegetarian or vegan items
Also, there is no bell service, you will need to drag your own suitcase up and down the stairs to get to and from the reception. If you are wheelchair bound, this would not be a good choice hotel overall
Restaurant staff and housekeeping were nice to interact with, however we found the reception staff merely civil and not especially welcoming. This should be taken as a comment for future improvement
We used the laundry service as we are travelling through the Baltic states for a few weeks and everything went well. The breakfast buffet was also very good

Would have been a 5-star rating were it not that the sauna/spa is very expensive. Other than that all is more than just good; the spacious and clean rooms, the friendly staff, the great food, parking etc. etc.
Excellent service, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had, and a room that exceeded all expectations. Definitely recommend!
Great price, nice staff, clean and quiet, spacious rooms. Perfect breakfast, a lot of options, tasty food. Would stay again.
Nice hotel, great bed and breakfasts. Always perfectly clean room. Good location between the center and the shopping center Christine.
I really like this Hotel. Close to where I need it. Old world charm
There is Parking on site for 15 euros per day. Not all the staff speaks Russian. The rooms are quite simply decorated, the plumbing is poor. Clean, no noise of the street

Nonetheless, could get 4 or 5 ⭐️ with little additional effort. For instance, reception could sell bus cards that can be uploaded with money with an app
The gym was very clean and modern and for breakfast there was so many healthy options, can’t wait to come back again! Do recommend! 😊 One minor thing - there was a welcome card in our room adressed to someone else, seemed like left from previous guest as macaroons were stale as well, however, the rest of the room was clean and nice
Good service and quality breakfast, with good variety of food and drinks. Rooms are new and very well designed and perfectly maintained. The big TV-set was a very good plus, given the football European Championship
Great location since it's very close to Old Town. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The spa rooms are included and definitely a must do. Breakfast is also excellent and has good variety
The breakfast was very good and had many things to offer. The Spa was not too big but great. The hotel is located in a good and silent area and you can easily reach the old town by foot
The hotel is situated in a very quiet and beautiful area, far enough from the noisy nights of the old town, but withing walking distance from all main tourist attractions and services

Parking is plentiful and is 10 euro a night. Get the parking ticket validated at the front desk
The hotel has an apartment-like atmosphere, all with card keys. It has coffee machines and it is possible to buy drinks and snacks on the second floor of the hotel. Super attentive receptionist
Comfortable beds and pillows, clean, complete bathroom, very cozy room, with a mini stove, kitchen utensils, microwave. It has paid parking for 10 euros per 24 hours
Repairing service works really fast (usually in the same day or the following day. ) The room looks new and clean. Small kitchen in the room is convenient and fully equipped
Nice, clean hotel in the city for a very, very fair price. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay such as a shower, a tv and even a little kitchen-area
It's also walkable to travel to the old town, Tallinn university, and Kadriorg park. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. Staffs are lovely and friendly

The check-in staff were attentive and made me feel very welcome. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide selection of delicious options
Meriton Park Inn offers a pleasant and comfortable stay in the heart of Tallinn, perfect for both tourists and business travelers alike
Highly recommended! Also the hotel provide parking for little amouny of money which is around 18 euros a day and this is very little compared to other hotels that charge 80 for night! The staff are kind but maybe they can smile a bit and be more hospitable
For those driving, parking is available on-site, which is convenient given the central location
One of the highlights is the breakfast buffet, offering a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, including local specialties. It’s a great way to start the day, with plenty of variety for all dietary preferences
Overall, Meriton Park Inn is a great value option for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service without breaking the bank. It’s an ideal base for exploring the beautiful city of Tallinn

Excellent quality for the price! The service was very caring, breakfast delicious, room had a great view and was very quiet and the spa was cozy, clean and well detailed. Love my stay!
No complaints. Upon arrival, the reserved room wasn't available, so they upgraded us to a better one. The cleanliness is perfect, and the spa on the fourth floor is very cozy. A very beautiful view from the window.
Stayed at Radisson collection tallinn 21-23. Wanted to try something different in Estonia and booked Radisson branded hotel. My stay at the Radisson Collection Tallinn was excellent from start to finish
Although I did not have the opportunity to use the spa and gym facilities, they are available for guests. Overall, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. I would definitely visit again
The lobby set a sophisticated and welcoming tone for the rest of the hotel. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a portion of the service provided at the table
The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, making for a delightful start to the day. The staff were attentive and the room quality was impressive

Only used the spa and the beauty centre, but the choice of saunas (hammam, salt, Finnish, lower temperature ans more!) and the pool area were great. I also had an hour long massage and it was excellent
My wife and I recently stayed at the Tallink Spa Hotel for two nights, having booked the romance package. The price was reasonable for the package, which included massages for both of us and a three-course dinner
The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel was clean, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was of very high quality. The restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious meals
The only thing that is worth knowing is that the masseuse wears rubber gloves, which I understand is for the hygiene reasons, however some people might not like it!
The pool area and saunas were also excellent, providing a perfect place to relax. A big thank you to the staff—we will definitely be returning!
The right pressure, good quality body oils and lovely staff

Awesome hotel for any special occasion/business usage. We had anniversary here and the reception offered a special cake and some message card. Sauna/gym are well maintained
The hotel is ideally located, offering a breathtaking view from the rooms. I highly recommend requesting a room on the highest floor available to fully enjoy the panoramic view of the city and the sea
The overall experience was excellent. I made daily use of the well-equipped gym, which boasts a wide range of equipment, and the spa facilities
I highly recommend this hotel for all the visitors
For example there was a particular room where it wasn’t working so it was quite cold, and the alternative to it was to provide me with small radiator - which simply wasn’t enough for the sq
Went daily breakfast at the quarter where the lovely Nigerian lady was great conversation and honestly the best part of my experience. My only complaint was the room light switches

Nice hotel with very clean rooms (dust on the shelves, under the bed, candy wrappers and candy someone). The location is great. There is a paid Parking. Breakfast is expensive but delicious. There is a swimming pool.
A great stay here; the city panorama can be amazing if you're lucky to get a high rise room with good orientation. The breakfast was great, the room was very good, the service was also very good
It was easy for us to go for a walk in the city. Minus: the shower was very small and it had a plastic curtain that kept sticking to my body while showering
Good hotel: location, staff, kitchen. The old town within walking distance. Beautiful view from the window of the room
They should pay attention to small details that can be fixed cheaply and make a difference
The staff were absolutely amazing and they treated you like some king or queen and they were super nice and kind and helped with everything that was needed and the breakfast was fantastic there were all kinds of options and the staff where there and help with anything

Everything is within walking distance, to the left is the historic centre 500 metres and shopping malls, to the right a little walk and you can swim, and if you drive 3 km to get to a nice beach in Pirita, by taxi about 10€
We stopped in Tallinn for 1 night before going to Helsinki by ferry, hotel location for this was excellent: just 5-7 min walk from the terminal. There is also a shopping center right across so that is also great
Very good breakfast for the foodies. Storage room is very secure & staff locks it - thank you! View over a harbor & boats was a very nice touch & was relaxing
The dining experience at Hestia Hotel Europa was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, from local Estonian delicacies to international favorites, all freshly prepared
Walk to old city center is about 15-20 min but it's ok & manageable. Staff was exceptional, very polite & helpful
This hotel is in a perfect location. Great view of the city and the port from our balcony. Having a balcony was great and we could have coffee and drinks there too

I called ahead and KINDLY asked the front desk if they could hold my bags for just a few hours (while I did my morning walking tour of the old town, had coffee & an Estonian cinnamon bun & explored the town until 1 pm
Very entertaining guide and interesting. A very short tour that can easily be fitted in. however you are best to book ahead of time. I was lucky turned up 10 minutes before the tour started and there was space for me
Tannar, the receptionist, he helped calling an ambulance and took care of us until we went to the hospital
Rooms are a little bit outdated. Couch was a bit broken, but the staff got us a new room. Location is excellent and the old town is just a little walk away
NOTE! The buffet products marked with a capital G means they contain gluten - not that they are gluten free as normal, so it's backwards here unfortunately and you have to be super careful! Very important to be observant, easy to make a mistake! Anyways, there's a safe glutenfree area, no problem! The restaurant provides glutenfree breads, buns, muffins etc at a glutenfree section, far away from...
“The most convenient hotel in Tallinn” The hotel is nearest the old town, department store, and bus station. All staffs are friendly and service-minded. My aunt got sick and needed to see the doctor

One of the best hotels!!! Incomparable breakfast. Cleanliness, polite staff. And most importantly, the perfect location.
The hotel is a bit dated but is very central and easy to reach. The room was ok, the air conditioning was a bit loud, we hated to keep it low
Close to the Old City center, easy walking distance, but far enough away that it is very quiet! Very close to both bus and tram lines, which makes it easy to explore the city. Excellent breakfast and service
We arrived quite early on the morning ferry from Helsinki but the staff kindly offered us a place to change into warmer weather clothes so we could go off and start exploring the city while our room was prepared
The room was on the first floor and had a dual aspect view along the old town streets. The bathroom was huge and kept very clean - the bath had water jets if you wanted to have a spa-type relaxing soak
Decor is 'classic' rather than modern and could be considered slightly dated, but actually works well in the context of the hotel and it's location in the old quarter of the city

We stayed at this hotel for two days, and overall, it was nice. However, when I tried to buy chocolate displayed in the window next to reception, I was told it wasn’t actually for sale
The room information mentioned that this is their newest flagship hotel, but it’s a bit disappointing that the items in the window can’t be purchased
Also, even after more than a week since check-out, my Club One points still haven’t been credited to my account. Overall, this is still a good hotel!
I noticed the prices were slightly cheaper than those at the gift shop they recommended at the train station
Good hotel in the center, next to Viru center. Short walk to the old town, not far from the harbour. Cool room in the summer, very good air conditioning. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. The renovation is well made.
There is construction work in the street in front of the hotel and in the nearby area. Can take a while to manage where to go on foot

The location is perfect for visiting Tallinn. The old building is very beautiful. The service was polite overall. A few notes: My trip was not ruined but the smell was a little annoying at the hotel
We used this hotel as a base for our short trip to Tallinn and it was perfect. The hotel is old but it's very clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was great and all the staff were very friendly.
Great room in an unbeatable location. 2 mins walk to Old Town Square. Very good breakfast too
We booked two weeks ahead - I think we got business class in the top floor. It was nice and enough for us - even though I asked for a single double bed instead of two singles
The room has personal fridge and coffee machine. It would be nice if there would be additional power sockets on the bedside for charging electronics. The room carpet can use some extra washing
We loved this hotel for its quaintness and location, right in the old town. Easy to walk everywhere in old town from here. Built in the 50's from the ashes of WWII destruction and modernized

Maybe the best value for money hotel I've stayed in anywhere in Europe
Shower extremely small no door to close the shower hence water splashes everywhere no way to dry the floor so the floor was very wet after showering. Had to put our towels on the floor to stop water overflowing
Rooms are great size, very modern. Location of the hotel is really great, specially if you have a car and you need to park it
Simple but nice, clean hotel in the good location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I can recommend to dine in the hotel restaurant. One of the rare places allowing to stay with dogs
There was a sign on the wall to proceed to restaurant if all tables in breakfast cafe are busy, however this sign is hardly visible. It would be natural that hotel staff informs about it
We were waiting for a while to get a table and did not know we could go to another room. Shower in the room worked in the way that all floor was wet. Not a drama but rather inconvenient

Not only was the breakfast exceptional, but I was deeply grateful for the coffee and small breakfast that was offered 4-7am
Hotel is super modern, beautiful design and perfect pool/spa in the top floor (also with gym that we did not use). Location is very good, close to the city center
Large modern hotel with a swimming pool, sauna, steam room gym. Rooms are comfortable and well thought out Breakfast was good with a large selection of foods available
Location is good for easy access to the old city and the new city right behind the hotel, well worth a visit. Bar was good All the staff were amazing
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Even the outside of the building spares no detail in its design. Breakfast buffet was excellent but busy
A few touch would be great, in my personal opinion, for example, Receptionist uniform: It should be something more elegant, and luxury

This hotel room was very stuffy with no air circulation at all and a funky smell. When the window was open for air it was extremely loud outside from cars and passers by
Very good service. Great location in the downtown of Tallinn. Tasty breakfast. The only problem was the smell in one of the hotel's corridors. But this isn't that crucial. So this is a brilliant hotel.
The beds were incredibly comfortable, though the room shape was bizarre, forcing both twin beds to be based toe-to-head instead of side-by-side. And a very walkable location!
Room: excellent with one note: is the steep staircase to the second floor, where the bed is located. Elderly people definitely can't get in there
Great hotel in a perfect place for exploring the Old Town. Super breakfast with plenty of choice. Rooms a bit small, but bathroom ok.
Well, or young and *very tired* :) Breakfast: very good Small contra: There is a missing socket near the bed

Why is it so difficult for Estonians to be nice and polite when in customer service? Anyway the spa was small but nice with four hot tubs and one bigger pool. There were four saunas, they were okay
The heated bathroom floor is fantastic too. We did face some glitches during our stay which was sorted on request. The hotel is rather busy so no point in expecting personal level service. We loved the breakfast spread
The room was extremely hot and had bad ventilation and smelled like sewage. They let me have another room the next day after I insisted on it, but the ventilation was only slightly better
compare to other hotels in nordic or baltic region, worth it. Yeah their location is just like 'hidden gem'. Wish they could improve room sounds insulation. I heard much noisy from next door or corridor
We had an excellent stay! The room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sauna area, which included a nice bar with many alcoholic and non-alcoholic choices
The location is perfect, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. However, don’t pay extra for the breakfast. It’s extremely overpriced, there’s practically no option and the food is so blend
