There is no room service in this hotel, and cleaning of rooms only on demand. But due to price, spa in price and location it’s a very good hotel to go to as it’s also in a quite part of town, while next to the old town

Rooms are clean, but a bit old could get renovation. Great big windows in the rooms - so on higher floors you can see the old town Walk to city center old town just over the hill in 5-7 minutes

Parking is not included, costs 18 eur per 24h

- Staff is discreet but ready to help. - Rooms are clean and ours was quite spacious. One important note: cleaning of your room is only made under request

Also the bathroom floor tends to be wet because of how the shower and drains are built. We did not get to use the sauna, etc. Would stay there again without any problem

Made my visit to Tallinn perfect. Hotel reception safely stored my two pieces of luggage (only 5€ each) for a few hours until my apartment was ready at 1 pm

When pay parking, message say că de for door to the parking is oncthe bill, actually is not and must search the receptionist to get it. Children say that little candy on their bed is bad

a very good stay in the heart of Tallinn. While the hotel is quite basic, it is well-managed. We were accommodated in a business class room on the topmost floor. The amenities were satisfactory

No point to recharge Plug-in cars there, because electric is so expensive that pay same if use petrol/benzin. Also NO bottle water inside rooms because "must drink water from bathroom" (reception advice)

Very entertaining guide and interesting. A very short tour that can easily be fitted in. however you are best to book ahead of time. I was lucky turned up 10 minutes before the tour started and there was space for me

Love this place, love the staff! When we visited them, they provided us with tokens for free drinks, the waiter was kind enough to give us another drink once they got to know that we are here to celebrate a birthday, which i feel is very sweet! The location is at a little walking distance from the old town, so keep that in mind

The hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was very luxurious, the rooms were fantastic and you really felt the quality, and the room had very large windows and there was a fantastic view, especially in the evening

The hotel is about a 10-minute taxi ride from Tallinn Airport. The Old Town is about a 15-minute walk away. The rooms are clean and pleasantly furnished and feature a TV and a bathroom (with shower)

The bed was comfortable, the room had nice lighting. The only inconvenience was the bathroom: it was difficult to get into the shower, the protective wall was in the way near the sink

Also, be aware that parking comes at an additional cost. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of the old town. Clean room. Swimming pool, sauna, and high-altitude sports facilities with stunning views. Delicious and very extensive breakfast buffet.

Location of the hotel is great. It's very near of the Old Town and you can go and see the town by foot. In the bathroom is losion for body and the conditionar for hair. I love that! Breakfast was big and varied

Pool and saunas are great! Only thing I didn't like is parking price

Wonderful SPA Hotel in Tallinn! 🏨🧖‍♂️🌊 A spacious hotel with comfortable beds and cozy rooms, perfectly located near the harbor and Rotermann Quarter full of shops and cafes

The biggest highlight is the SPA area – several pools, saunas, jacuzzi, and even a pool bar where you can enjoy drinks right in the water

Common areas: The lobby was clean and stylish, but there was visible mold on the ceiling of our floor, which immediately made the place feel subpar. Breakfast: A wide and varied selection, with something for everyone

I write my review here, even though we stayed at the Tallink Express Hotel ( hotel itself was also nice, clean and breakfast very good. ) As we arrived later we used Tallink Spa &Conference Hotel reception desk services

Service was excellent and spoke good English, me and my mate coming in with a few special circumstances, were met with a positive surprise going through with no problems thanks to the experienced staff

Rooms are clean and comfy and hotel even has a covered swimming pool !! 4 mins walk to the famous Old Town and 1 min walk to the Rotermann City. Really convenient and spoilt for food choice

Not only was the breakfast exceptional, but I was deeply grateful for the coffee and small breakfast that was offered 4-7am

So many hotels ignore us early risers, who can't function without that first cup of coffee at 5am

The Nordic Hotel Forum is ideal situated to explore Tallinn. In the mall across, you find a food hall with food from all over the world. The breakfast at the hotel is very good

Overall I am satisfied with everything, the room, the location, the staff, will recommend it

If you need to provide a floor squeegee you know there's a problem. The room overall is clean and comfortable. Free parking onsite is a plus as it's far away from old town centre

Plan your driving and parking routes and you will likely save on parking overnight at other hotels. Big shopping centre opposite is convenient

I stayed for 14 days, the room is newly renovated, spacious and clean. The location is great, there’s two shopping center and supermarket next to the hotel. Walk 3 mins to airport. Highly recommended for a quick transit

Couldn't really hear much aircraft noise, probably because it's not a very busy airport, especially at night. However, got unlucky with the window facing a floor which was very loud when it rained the whole night

The standard room bathroom is in desperate need of a renovation. Old style gradient floor tiles for the shower, with a shower curtain too close if you're a normal sized person

Walk in the other direction to find a beautiful park with associations to Catherine / Alexandra (the Russian royal family. It's an easy tram ride if you're less mobile

Nice hotel breakfast with pleasant people when it gets a little crowded - don't worry about busy times. The old town is easily walkable and has great restaurants

Soundproofing is poor; noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms was disruptive at night. Seems to be popular with large coach tour so be prepared for that come breakfast time

Room: Clean, Comfortable, and Cozy Although the room was on the smaller side, it was immaculately clean and comfortable. The bed was plush, and the linens were crisp and fresh

Top points for all areas - in it's price level / ref to other hotels in Estonia. I can highly recommend for anyone and especially ones travelling by a car

Came after midnight and there was a man at the parking to see that everyone fits. All went smooth at the reception, and quick, as you would appreciate if it's a quick stop on the way

When you have opened windows it is a constant hum from the street. Breakfast and actually lunch in the morning. I drove here in my car so although it is 15 minutes to the centre I enjoyed driving here

Breakfast was exceptionally good quality by bacon standard and coffee. It's great to wake up outside the town as it gives you 30-1 h extra in the morning if you continue further to the country

You enter through one lower building with a restaurant so the fact that the hotel is behind in an old building is irrelevant. Service is almost invisible here and working hard

We were upgraded to a corner suite and the views were stunning! We stayed during a 30 degree heatwave and the air con worked perfectly! We also enjoyed the swimming pool and spa, which includes perfect loungers in the shade which was perfect in the heat

As my first time in Tallin, I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The structure was modern and stunning and the room was beautiful and always cleaned while I was exploring the city. I also liked and enjoyed at the sauna

Has two restaurants, visited one of them and didnt disappoint, would recommend. Breakfast is important to me and it sure made an impact on me. Also 2 shopping malls near by

The lot was gated off and guarded. The breakfast was like always, fantastic thank you. We had some drinks at the lobby bar and some snacks. The mocktails for the kids were very good made for an adult's palette

The air conditioning can be set to night mode which makes it quiet also. We were travelling by car, so we used the hotels parking lot that's right behind the hotel, (20€ for 24hrs) totally reasonable

And I loved the breakfast choice, all kinds of bread, even Vegan. Lovely variety of fish!! And for sure, cheese, sausages, cakes, yoghurts, quark, fruits and warm eggs, scrambled eggs, hamburgers, vegan hot food

The family room at this hotel was absolutely perfect for a family of four! With one double bed and a set of bunk beds, it’s really convenient for a couple with two children or four adults

The only negative for me is the lack of storage in the room and lack of single-use items. Whilst I understand the eco point, some travellers do find themselves in situations where extra items could help

Got a free upgrade to a nice and very comfortable suite. While of course not everyone can expect an upgrade, everyone can choose to have the breakfast and it was diverse and delicious

We were offered a complimentary plate of fruits and sweets due to our special stay. Can not comment the breakfast as never had one so far but surely will in the future

Awesome hotel for any special occasion/business usage. We had anniversary here and the reception offered a special cake and some message card. Sauna/gym are well maintained

The bed was extremely comfortable. We also tried the restaurant on the 30th floor, and the food was excellent – I highly recommend giving it a try

The spa facilities were also impressive. There’s a small swimming pool and four different types of saunas. My favorite was the Finnish sauna, where you can create löyly (a burst of steam) simply by pressing a button

Stayed here on a trip to Tallinn and it was a nice hotel, the location was good and an easy walk to anywhere you need to go, staff were very friendly, Breakfast was a buffet style and was very nice with a decent variety

While there’s no traditional cold plunge pool, there’s a cold water shower positioned right in front of the Finnish sauna, which worked perfectly for cooling down between sauna sessions

Clean, good service spa hotel in an excellent location, in the middle of Rottenmann's shopping/restaurant scene. The spa has nice jacuzzis and a sauna section with different saunas.

This was a great hotel, very clean and modern. Every afternoon there is a free chocolate buffet, which I did participate in on one of the afternoons I stayed there - what a great idea

We booked a large family room for our vacation, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the old town, and the bus station is right across the street

I arrived quite early to this Ibis Styles-branded hotel and I was prepared to drop my bags off at the reception and return closer to the check-in time

Room unfortunately was not the same as the one we booked. The one showed had wooden floor, the one that was given to us had carpet which I am not a particular fan of. There was a terrible smell coming from the toilet

The hotel is located in the old town of Tallinn, the drive from the airport is 15-20 minutes. Very quiet area, no noise in the rooms. Rooms are spacious, all amenities are fresh and clean

We had a wonderful 4 days at the Telgraff. Exceptional dining at the Tchaikovsky Restaurant. So well presented in every way. Perfect location to access everything in the historic town

Also, there is no bell service, you will need to drag your own suitcase up and down the stairs to get to and from the reception. If you are wheelchair bound, this would not be a good choice hotel overall

Spa was a nice way to wind down and the facial great. The only comment I would add would be to have the spa open in the morning and during the day

Upscale hotel in a perfect Old Town location. Great service, comfortable rooms, parking available, and late check-out was a plus. The Shower-in-bathtub setup wasn’t ideal, but overall very pleased with the stay.

Hotel Telegraaf, found in the heart of Tallinn Old Town, is the best place to stay when visiting! The staff was extremely welcoming and wanted to ensure that every aspect of your stay was perfect! The Breakfast Buffet in the morning was one of the best I've had in a long time! Looking forward to coming back in the future for another extended stay! 😎
