A wonderful Spa complex with swimming pool, facing the street. Pool bar, Jacuzzi. There are saunas (Finnish, Turkish Hamam, Turkish). The water temperature is comfortable.

Diverse breakfast buffet, nice food in the restaurant which you also can order by room service. Clean room equipped with what you might need. Possibility to choose type of pillow. Nice spa/pool area with a bar

The pool area and saunas were also excellent, providing a perfect place to relax. A big thank you to the staff—we will definitely be returning!

Most of the showers in the ladies' dressing room where however in need of repairs. Only 2 of 6 of the "massage chairs" in the big pool worked

It is close to the ferry terminal, and still a walking distance from old town. The rooms are large and comfortable enough, the one I stayed had a view. My stay included Spa and pools, which are the best part of the hotel

The temperature in the kids' pool was a bit cool as well as the temperature in the two Jacuzzis

There is no room service in this hotel, and cleaning of rooms only on demand. But due to price, spa in price and location it’s a very good hotel to go to as it’s also in a quite part of town, while next to the old town

Rooms are clean, but a bit old could get renovation. Great big windows in the rooms - so on higher floors you can see the old town Walk to city center old town just over the hill in 5-7 minutes

Highly recommended! Also the hotel provide parking for little amouny of money which is around 18 euros a day and this is very little compared to other hotels that charge 80 for night! The staff are kind but maybe they can smile a bit and be more hospitable

Also the bathroom floor tends to be wet because of how the shower and drains are built. We did not get to use the sauna, etc. Would stay there again without any problem

There is large gym so hotel also fit for training & spa weekend too. Pizza from Italian style restaurant was good

The hotel is located near the old town and port, which is excellent. I very much enjoyed the pool and sauna. There is a hot and normal pool, as well as three saunas: Aroma Sauna, Salt Sauna, and Finnish Sauna

The beds are actually comfortable, the hotel is high tech, and well designed. EXCELLENT breakfast!!! I've never seen such a big selection of food at a hotel before. 😋 The rooms are quiet.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and it was by far the best of the hotels I stayed at in the Baltic region

Hotel is super modern, beautiful design and perfect pool/spa in the top floor (also with gym that we did not use). Location is very good, close to the city center

Great rooms with attention to details, very comfortable beds and very good location. The pool was also very good. The breakfast had many vegetarian and vegan options. Best hotel during our vacation.

The only drawback is, that it can become very busy. The rooms are very big and modern. The gym and the swimming pool give guests a perfect view over Tallinn. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean

The status recognition was sufficient and got a complimentary upgrade for our stay (2 categories with the VIP status). Early check-in possible, late check-out on Sunday wasn’t possible

The staff didn’t for availability or the rewards status and just said it wasn’t possible. On the positive note we really enjoyed the breakfast

The desk is not planted under an oversized television. It was by the window allowing for a view while sitting at the desk. The room was small, a single king or queen maybe, but I liked the size of this room

A great stay here; the city panorama can be amazing if you're lucky to get a high rise room with good orientation. The breakfast was great, the room was very good, the service was also very good

It also has a pool with a sauna offering a great view overlooking the old town. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was adequate, and we loved everything about our stay!

It was easy for us to go for a walk in the city. Minus: the shower was very small and it had a plastic curtain that kept sticking to my body while showering

It felt quaint and personal for the 6 days I was there. Bed: Ive stayed in Airbnb's, B&B's, and whatever else besides a hotel that have had amazing beds

They should pay attention to small details that can be fixed cheaply and make a difference

I read other reviews and this is mine. I would change bathroom because when you wash you have to put one towel on the floor. Otherwise you will have water everywhere

When you have opened windows it is a constant hum from the street. Breakfast and actually lunch in the morning. I drove here in my car so although it is 15 minutes to the centre I enjoyed driving here

You enter through one lower building with a restaurant so the fact that the hotel is behind in an old building is irrelevant. Service is almost invisible here and working hard

Top points for all areas - in it's price level / ref to other hotels in Estonia. I can highly recommend for anyone and especially ones travelling by a car

No air conditioning but now in July a fan I have is totally enough. Corridors and lounge spaces are ok

🚗 Parking is included and located behind the hotel. Please note the turn off is just past the main hotel building. Follow the signs in the direction of the Neste petrol station

A good but rather small room for a convenient price. Good breakfast included. But the service in the evening outside all meals was missing such simple things like tea and coffee!!!

Spa costs 10euro /person if you are staying at the hotel(3hours). Big swimming pools,jacuzzi and different kinds of sauna. Bar next to jacuzzi where you can drink and enjoy the jacuzzi at the same time

The best part of the stay was the opportunity to go to spa and pools, which was 10€ per person, which is really cheap. There were 2 big pools, 3 jacuzzi and 8 saunas

Very good location, super friendly staff. Nice bed, good pillows. It was a bit complicated to get there because all the fences etc. but that's not the hotel's fault. I really can recommend Tallink hotel express.

A good hotel to stay on a 1 or 2 day excursion if u r coming from Helsinki for a short trip to Talinn. Hotel is in walking distance to both terminal A, B or D

Sadly, the SPA area was under refurbishment during our stay but they did offer an alternative (which we ended up not using as ran out of time), and the Horisont bar was closed due to a DJ event for both Friday and Saturday night with a 35 EUR ticket, which was disappointing

The hotel is very modern and comfortable. The room was great with excellent views and breakfast is very good. The location is fine, a 15-minute walk to the ferry terminal and 10 minutes to the old town

Beautiful hotel, very clean, staff were so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping were great too, they were hot on cleaning our room when we left and were done when we returned. Would love to stay again.

My room was located on the upper floors like requested and came with a great view. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely love to stay here again. Also I’m very pleased with the whole super kind and helpful staff

The man on reception was very friendly, informative and helpful. Even brought us up more pillows when we discovered you're only given 1 very thin pillow per person in the room. The Spa and pool was big and nice to visit

Lovely stay! We had two superior rooms and they had plenty of room! One thing that I would have liked is to use space somehow, maybe add sofa etc to chill. Other than that, everything was nice and clean

On our first night there appeared to be a massive wedding party staying meaning it took about 15 minutes to find a table for breakfast, in which no staff members helped us with this and it was a free-for-all

Thoughtful Touches: Takeaway Breakfast As we had an early flight, the hotel kindly provided us with takeaway food in the morning. This was a thoughtful touch that really made our day

No room service available, but there was a restaurant onsite which we did not use. The walk into town was about 10 minutes and nice and easy. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay

Oasis is really small one - 4 saunas and 4 jacuzzi- but you have a possibility to go and swim at the main pool - the normal area for everyone You have a bar with refreshments and alcoholic beverages and with compliments fruits water and tea

Only visited the SPA/waterpark area since I live in Tallinn and no reason to use the hotel. There usually aren't that many people there, so not over crowded and there are enough pools to suit all needs

Been there with both my kids (4 and 8) and they love it! There are 4 slides as well. The air is a bit cold for my taste. So going between the slides and the pools is a bit chilly 2

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located on the outskirts of old town in a fairly quiet area. The breakfast buffet was good, The pool area was nice, Our kid (1yo) loved the toys room

I tried a lot of gym in Tallinn. I finally made yearly contract here. They have small fitness salon but its enough for me. Pool and sauna areas very big and you have a lot of choices

We used this hotel as a base for our short trip to Tallinn and it was perfect. The hotel is old but it's very clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was great and all the staff were very friendly.

A nice hotel in a great location. The best part of this hotel is the hotel restaurant. Exceptionally good food and surprisingly low prices. The rooms are a bit meh, but they were good enough for us.

We booked two weeks ahead - I think we got business class in the top floor. It was nice and enough for us - even though I asked for a single double bed instead of two singles

I found the shower a bit on the smaller side, and it was a bit stuffy, but again - it was sufficient. The most important in a hotel is breakfast

This one is small but everything I wanted was there so that's a plus - I can't complain. Everything was tasty and good. The staff is friendly and efficient and also quite fast to tidy up again

Everything is within walking distance, to the left is the historic centre 500 metres and shopping malls, to the right a little walk and you can swim, and if you drive 3 km to get to a nice beach in Pirita, by taxi about 10€

This was a nice quiet hotel, very close to the harbor (200 meters or so away), and about a 15-20 minute walk into old town. You also have a reasonable shopping mall and grocery store nearby, which is great

We stopped in Tallinn for 1 night before going to Helsinki by ferry, hotel location for this was excellent: just 5-7 min walk from the terminal. There is also a shopping center right across so that is also great

The staff and room were great. The breakfast and facilities were also very good for the price. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and found the convenience and included amenities a great vale

We also got a free room upgrade (I guess they were overbooked on our room type) which was also a great way to handle overbooking & we're grateful for this

Most of the rooms have sea and city view! Which is amazing at evening/night from the hotel bar! The staff ia really friendly and helpful! Drinks are delicious and dinner/breakfast buffet is ok! Reccomending it highly!

The furniture looks new and is really comfortable! Bathroom and toilet are both with room and are separated, meaning you don't have to wait for your husband/wife to finish to go in

I liked that theres a buzyness thermometer for the breakfast in the elevator to let you know when yould be the most ideal time to go eat. Reception could be friendlier but I have no complaints other than that

The most amazing hotel in Tallinn. In my room i had Jacuzzi. Room was very big, the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is English style and so delicious. I stayed for 1 week. I recommend it.

We were upgraded to a corner suite and the views were stunning! We stayed during a 30 degree heatwave and the air con worked perfectly! We also enjoyed the swimming pool and spa, which includes perfect loungers in the shade which was perfect in the heat

This suited us perfectly as during our visit we noticed the old town was very busy even at midnight - in contrast our room was soundproofed and we slept amazingly well! We will definitely be back - thank you for a wonderful stay!

Arrived there quite a bit early and I was checked in and upgraded as a Diamond member. The hotel is immaculate, staff is great, rooms were very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent

The hotel staff were phenomenal, from the front desk staff to the bartenders. Breakfast was phenomenal! Rows and rows of food and can have a chef cook you almost any breakfast item

We had a very nice event at Hilton Tallinn Park. The lobby, setup and conference room were amazing. It was also convenient to be next to the park for walks on breaks

This is definitely not a 4* hotel, bad beds, nothing from supplies, old bathrooms, very bad breakfast, pretty much the basics, location 15’ from the city center

The money/value balance is ideal. The common spaces and rooms are clean. The place is quiet. The breakfast is really nice and it is included. The WiFi is fast enough.

Great hotel! Easy to get to and from the airport on public transport plus around the city. Close enough to walk into the old town. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy and the breakfast was great

Some rooms don't offer the best of views but they are a good size and clean. Great temperature of the lobby and room. Full blackout curtains/blinds would be a nice addition

Would definitely love to stay here again, and would even try to get the same room if possible. Also in a central location, only a ten minutes-or-so walk from the old town in Tallinn

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Even had my own little private balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee

Why is it so difficult for Estonians to be nice and polite when in customer service? Anyway the spa was small but nice with four hot tubs and one bigger pool. There were four saunas, they were okay

Location is however prime, short distance to the old city. And the hotel has it's own spa with different saunas and hot pools

Bought breakfast at the hotel once, it was 5 minutes before buffet closed, which I didnt know or check. Staff did not point this out to me which is poor service as I barely managed to get one plate of food

The room was extremely hot and had bad ventilation and smelled like sewage. They let me have another room the next day after I insisted on it, but the ventilation was only slightly better

Room was a not new anymore and it didn't smell fresh, but we had "romantic" room so we had chocolates and sparkling wine waiting in our room decorated with the rose pedals

There are no glass walls nor shower curtains to prevent the water from spilling all over the entire bathroom floor whenever you take a shower! Even worse, the shower floors are very slippery, which is very dangerous! They need to put down some sort of traction on the shower floors

The room was spacious and clean. The spa was excellent and the location is a 100m walk from the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant Tchaikovsky was expensive but unbelievable and worth it

And the standards are not here. You need to put some vegetal milk options without asking for it and have only one to offert. And more options in general I would say. Yogourts and butter portions must be in a fridge

I mean I am a woman and this is not what I like to see while I’m pampering myself! Can be more glamorous and nice. Breakfast is a disappointment for us. I use to travel everywhere in this category of hotels

There’s a small parking lot (you first need to check in at the hotel, and they will open the gate that has the name of the restaurant on it; it’s a bit narrow, but we managed to park there fine but you need to book it in advance)

The breakfast buffet was outstanding and they also had a complimentary 4 o’clock chocolate hour with a chocolate fountain, fruit, cookies and brownies. The hotel is also only about 15minute walk from Old Town

Location is great - on a quiet street no more than 10 minutes walk to the old town, with other amenities close by. Room was modern and stylish, and the breakfast had a great selection and all well prepared

If you choose this Hotel you will not be disappointed. We stayed for 9 days and loved every minute. The rooms exude luxury, style, fittings and comfort make your stay extra special

We also loved the spa and visited several times, although found it could be quite busy in the evenings. The chocolate hour was also a nice treat! Would happily stay again

Emil at the front desk was a great host and eager to give great info about the city, he really represented the hotel well. The ‘chocolate hour’ was a lovely touch

Very good spa with many saunas and pool areas. Highly recommend the Friday evening saunas experience! The TAI massage was amazing and very relaxing. The service is friendly all around.

SPA: 👍 Like the variety of saunas and the different experiences in each. The proximity of outdoor ice pool is well situated to the hottest sauna. The tropical rain effect at the pool is a nice feature

We have been many times at this hotel in the past but this time we have enjoyed even more our stay

They topped up the food and cleared the tables efficiently. A small feedback is the long queue to the coffee machine. Would be nice to have a few more of these machines at different corners to reduce waiting time

Hotel/spa is closer to 3 stars but the overall experience with the hotel stay, breakfast and spa visit is 4 stars. ROOM: The hotel room is spacious, comfortable, clean, a little worn but adequately furnished

Parking is complimentary but needs registration at check-in. BREAKFAST: The breakfast has a good continental and local variety of food. It got pretty crowded around 0900 but the staff managed well
