The staff were friendly and attentive and the room service was great. The location was good, being opposite the shopping centre you can cut through here to walk to old town, which was around a 10 minute walk away

Perfectly situated in the city center, many attractions can be reached by foot. The rooms are of good size, nice colors, good mattress and clean. Bathroom is small, but serves its purpose

Good hotel in the center, next to Viru center. Short walk to the old town, not far from the harbour. Cool room in the summer, very good air conditioning. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. The renovation is well made.

I have just stayed here for 2 nights. Thank you to the hotel staff for making my birthday trip so special! The lobby bar next to the fire was a nice place to enjoy an evening glass of wine

And I loved the breakfast choice, all kinds of bread, even Vegan. Lovely variety of fish!! And for sure, cheese, sausages, cakes, yoghurts, quark, fruits and warm eggs, scrambled eggs, hamburgers, vegan hot food

The relaxation area with the Saunas were gorgeous and really relaxing. The room was nice, the window area made a nice window seat, being on the 8th floor it was lovely looking out and watching the snow

A wonderful Spa complex with swimming pool, facing the street. Pool bar, Jacuzzi. There are saunas (Finnish, Turkish Hamam, Turkish). The water temperature is comfortable.

Diverse breakfast buffet, nice food in the restaurant which you also can order by room service. Clean room equipped with what you might need. Possibility to choose type of pillow. Nice spa/pool area with a bar

the children were very satisfied with the swimming pool, and it was very convenient for us that the hotel is close to the old town. Our three day stay was pleasant and wonderful

Only used the spa and the beauty centre, but the choice of saunas (hammam, salt, Finnish, lower temperature ans more!) and the pool area were great. I also had an hour long massage and it was excellent

The only thing that is worth knowing is that the masseuse wears rubber gloves, which I understand is for the hygiene reasons, however some people might not like it!

Rooms are clean, but a bit old could get renovation. Great big windows in the rooms - so on higher floors you can see the old town Walk to city center old town just over the hill in 5-7 minutes

There is no room service in this hotel, and cleaning of rooms only on demand. But due to price, spa in price and location it’s a very good hotel to go to as it’s also in a quite part of town, while next to the old town

Also the bathroom floor tends to be wet because of how the shower and drains are built. We did not get to use the sauna, etc. Would stay there again without any problem

Very entertaining guide and interesting. A very short tour that can easily be fitted in. however you are best to book ahead of time. I was lucky turned up 10 minutes before the tour started and there was space for me

Great location for a legendary hotel. I had the cheapest room class with not even coffee in the room. I'd say good value but more modern hotels might be the choice for one looking for some extra comfort.

Cool hotel with a real 70’s Soviet vibe without being dated. The breakfast is great and the location is also great. Nice to have a mall and food court connected. High floors have great views.

When pay parking, message say că de for door to the parking is oncthe bill, actually is not and must search the receptionist to get it. Children say that little candy on their bed is bad

so maybe consider change it with something better. one little old tv not smart tv for kids to watch disney or netflix. Inside room steam evacuation system not working in our room

Rooms are a little bit outdated. Couch was a bit broken, but the staff got us a new room. Location is excellent and the old town is just a little walk away

Breakfast has a large selection (although doesn't include much fresh fruit) and is available until 11am on the weekend. Really centrally located, easy to get to anywhere in Tallinn, especially old town

The desk is not planted under an oversized television. It was by the window allowing for a view while sitting at the desk. The room was small, a single king or queen maybe, but I liked the size of this room

The location of the hotel is great, close to the ferry terminal and the center. the room is okay with such affordable price, breakfast was tasty with quite many options, excellent service from the staffs

The position is very close to the city centre and the breakfast was great, however there were three things I didn't like: - the rooms were very old and minimalistic - check-in and check-out were also possible online so if you arrive in the hotel in the evening there was literally no one and it looked like a ghost hotel - they have a policy of cleaning rooms every 2 days

Very good location, super friendly staff. Nice bed, good pillows. It was a bit complicated to get there because all the fences etc. but that's not the hotel's fault. I really can recommend Tallink hotel express.

Spa costs 10euro /person if you are staying at the hotel(3hours). Big swimming pools,jacuzzi and different kinds of sauna. Bar next to jacuzzi where you can drink and enjoy the jacuzzi at the same time

Sadly, the SPA area was under refurbishment during our stay but they did offer an alternative (which we ended up not using as ran out of time), and the Horisont bar was closed due to a DJ event for both Friday and Saturday night with a 35 EUR ticket, which was disappointing

The room was comfy with one of the nicer views I've had from a hotel room, at least in the evening. The spa was okay but still a big plus, the regular sauna was good but the steam sauna was to cold for my opinion

Especially for the excellent restaurant recommendations. The buffet breakfast was excellent, although I do prefer breakfast a la carte. The only thing missing was a piano in the lobby

went to sauna oasis with my friend and we had the best time ever!!!! $28 and we got access to all the saunas, pools, and WATER SLIDES!!!!!!!! Plus we were there on a special day when there was sauna yoga and a sauna ritual

My review is about Sauna Oasis for adults only 18+ I love it especially because it is so quiet and if you get lucky - you can be there sometimes almost alone 💕and enjoy the spa all jacuzzi and saunas for yourself

Also it’s really close to the center, walk 5 min and you’re in the middle of the old city and 5 min more you’re in the huge shopping street

Oasis is really small one - 4 saunas and 4 jacuzzi- but you have a possibility to go and swim at the main pool - the normal area for everyone You have a bar with refreshments and alcoholic beverages and with compliments fruits water and tea

Only visited the SPA/waterpark area since I live in Tallinn and no reason to use the hotel. There usually aren't that many people there, so not over crowded and there are enough pools to suit all needs

I tried a lot of gym in Tallinn. I finally made yearly contract here. They have small fitness salon but its enough for me. Pool and sauna areas very big and you have a lot of choices

This was helpful, as the air conditioning failed for most of our stay. Our room was at the top of the stairs, which was unfortunate

She cannot reasonably sign in guests, replenish the breakfast, clear tables and maintain the coffee machine (which showed an error saying it needed a service!) The room was ok, but you can hear noises from the street and from the rooms next door- was a bit awkward! Perhaps explore the installation of white noise machines? Think this would be a better solution than the cheap ear plugs in the dresser...

My wife and I stayed here for the first week in September, visiting our daughter, who's an ex-pat living in Tallinn. The hotel is very comfortable, with windows that actually open

Why bother have tea and coffee items in the room if there is no water provided? There are not enough plugs in the rooms to charge electrical items and they are not easily accessible to someone with mobility or dexterity issues

One person to manage all activities the entire breakfast room is not enough, and service suffers

We were told that as the hotel is no longer 5* there is no water in the rooms

To the old town 10 minutes walk. A bunch of USB outlets in the room. In number a bed with a great mattress. A little confused rooms 50 Euro or credit card information. Booked in advance, so not expensive

It practically felt like I stayed inside a really cool museum however, there are certain things I didn't like such as the night club next to the hotel, tight stairway without any option for an elevator not the safest option for someone who's older like my parents (poor accessibility) luckily I am young dude in my 20s so the stairs were a breeze, free Wi-Fi was slower than expected, and the breakfast...

We were upgraded to a corner suite and the views were stunning! We stayed during a 30 degree heatwave and the air con worked perfectly! We also enjoyed the swimming pool and spa, which includes perfect loungers in the shade which was perfect in the heat

This suited us perfectly as during our visit we noticed the old town was very busy even at midnight - in contrast our room was soundproofed and we slept amazingly well! We will definitely be back - thank you for a wonderful stay!

Walking to Old Town Tallinn is about 25 minutes through a safe area. Hotel is clean, modern and very roomy. If gambling is one of your activities, the Olympic Casino is attached to the hotel
