Rooms are clean, but a bit old could get renovation. Great big windows in the rooms - so on higher floors you can see the old town Walk to city center old town just over the hill in 5-7 minutes

There is no room service in this hotel, and cleaning of rooms only on demand. But due to price, spa in price and location it’s a very good hotel to go to as it’s also in a quite part of town, while next to the old town

Nice hotel close to the old town and city center. Good breakfast and nice spa area with different types of saunas. Room was clean and the bed big and comfortable.

Thanks to Park Inn for an amazing staff at the front desk, and a nice clean room. Our ship from helsinki arrived at 05:30 and everything in Town was closed and it was very cold outside

Also the bathroom floor tends to be wet because of how the shower and drains are built. We did not get to use the sauna, etc. Would stay there again without any problem

Hotel gym where you can actually get a proper workout in! Probably the machines/racks aren’t strong enough for maxing out, but they look like the can handle 150kg-s or so

When we visited them, they provided us with tokens for free drinks, the waiter was kind enough to give us another drink once they got to know that we are here to celebrate a birthday, which i feel is very sweet! The location is at a little walking distance from the old town, so keep that in mind

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of the old town. Clean room. Swimming pool, sauna, and high-altitude sports facilities with stunning views. Delicious and very extensive breakfast buffet.

The bed was comfortable, the room had nice lighting. The only inconvenience was the bathroom: it was difficult to get into the shower, the protective wall was in the way near the sink

One thing to note: if you plan to use the spa, sauna, and gym throughout the day, it’s advisable to upgrade your room. Standard rooms only include morning access to these facilities

The spa facilities on the 26th floor—especially the sauna, swimming pool and gym—were incredible, and the breakfast was excellent as well

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The views of the old town were absolutely amazing and really added to the experience

Location of the hotel is great. It's very near of the Old Town and you can go and see the town by foot. In the bathroom is losion for body and the conditionar for hair. I love that! Breakfast was big and varied

Wonderful SPA Hotel in Tallinn! 🏨🧖‍♂️🌊 A spacious hotel with comfortable beds and cozy rooms, perfectly located near the harbor and Rotermann Quarter full of shops and cafes

The biggest highlight is the SPA area – several pools, saunas, jacuzzi, and even a pool bar where you can enjoy drinks right in the water

Pool and saunas are great! Only thing I didn't like is parking price

the children were very satisfied with the swimming pool, and it was very convenient for us that the hotel is close to the old town. Our three day stay was pleasant and wonderful

Service was excellent and spoke good English, me and my mate coming in with a few special circumstances, were met with a positive surprise going through with no problems thanks to the experienced staff

Rooms are clean and comfy and hotel even has a covered swimming pool !! 4 mins walk to the famous Old Town and 1 min walk to the Rotermann City. Really convenient and spoilt for food choice

Walk in the other direction to find a beautiful park with associations to Catherine / Alexandra (the Russian royal family. It's an easy tram ride if you're less mobile

Nice hotel breakfast with pleasant people when it gets a little crowded - don't worry about busy times. The old town is easily walkable and has great restaurants

Soundproofing is poor; noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms was disruptive at night. Seems to be popular with large coach tour so be prepared for that come breakfast time

Perfectly situated in the city center, many attractions can be reached by foot. The rooms are of good size, nice colors, good mattress and clean. Bathroom is small, but serves its purpose

The relaxation area with the Saunas were gorgeous and really relaxing. The room was nice, the window area made a nice window seat, being on the 8th floor it was lovely looking out and watching the snow

The staff were friendly and attentive and the room service was great. The location was good, being opposite the shopping centre you can cut through here to walk to old town, which was around a 10 minute walk away

What a wonderful Hotel ! It is centrally located in Tallinn, close to the old Town, close to the cinemas and the film festival in Tallinn. I was so happy to have coffee and tea when I get up very early

And I loved the breakfast choice, all kinds of bread, even Vegan. Lovely variety of fish!! And for sure, cheese, sausages, cakes, yoghurts, quark, fruits and warm eggs, scrambled eggs, hamburgers, vegan hot food

The family room at this hotel was absolutely perfect for a family of four! With one double bed and a set of bunk beds, it’s really convenient for a couple with two children or four adults

The hotel has all the services you need and more: laundry, kitchen, iron board, relax room, Ping-Pong table, luggage storage. Definitely recommended for a short stay in the city

It is near from the harbor. And the room is clean. Also, staffs are so kind. But the room is very small.

The location is also excellent, as it is close to the port from which ferries to Helsinki depart, just a few hundred meters from the historic center

So, no TV or coffee machine in the room, but comfortable beds and notable cleanliness. In the communal area, you can find, for a fee, drinks, coffee, and washing machines. There are also lounges where you can relax

Clean room, fantastic bathroom with a nice shower to enjoy an energizing bath. The position of the hotel is full of means of transportation to reach the city center in a couple of minutes

The only negative for me is the lack of storage in the room and lack of single-use items. Whilst I understand the eco point, some travellers do find themselves in situations where extra items could help

Overall very comfortable night’s sleep on the bed however, and the bench seat was the perfect height for me (limited mobility due to hip disability) i would have liked a shelf in the bath to put my own toiletries on and the water temperature fluctuated lots during a shower

Good budget hotel, very clean, comfortable bed. Nice free coffees and teas from the machine near reception. Sound insulation is not the best as was woken up by moving furniture noises. Walking distance to the bus station

My room was tidy and neat, all amenities were available. There was a spacious and really comfy interior in my room including a queen-size bed, wardrobe, table, chargers, TV, and great private bathroom.

It was a fairly close walk from the bus terminal (unfortunately the paths were iced over and no one had cleared the ice when I arrived. No cabs available so I had to hoof it over with luggage in tow

Got a free upgrade to a nice and very comfortable suite. While of course not everyone can expect an upgrade, everyone can choose to have the breakfast and it was diverse and delicious

Short walk to the city centre as well

I've stayed here a few times, starting way back in 2012, and this place still looks great. The rooms don't feel dated at all. The basic room is actually really spacious, and I slept like a log

The bathroom is spotless and has everything you need. The breakfast is a real plus – lots of choices, and you can get fresh orange juice. The cappuccino is from a machine, but it does the job

The spa facilities were also impressive. There’s a small swimming pool and four different types of saunas. My favorite was the Finnish sauna, where you can create löyly (a burst of steam) simply by pressing a button

While there’s no traditional cold plunge pool, there’s a cold water shower positioned right in front of the Finnish sauna, which worked perfectly for cooling down between sauna sessions

There was something for everyone from pancakes to mixed vegetables, ham and cheese, breads, a variety of juices and good hot chocolate. I will readily recommend this hotel to friends and family!

I had a great stay at Metropool Spa Hotel and would happily come back. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area

Breakfast was a real highlight — for €15 per person, it offered fresh fruits, good coffee, lactose-free milk, soy milk, and even salmon. Everything was fresh and well presented, making it a great start to the day

Great hotel right in the center but still quiet and peaceful. Decent sized spa area, this was our second time at this hotel and I think it won't be the last.

Our stay in Mövenpick Tallinn was wonderful. All the staff was kind and helpful and polite, the facilities was top notch. Breakfast was plentiful and the 4 pm chocolate happy hour was a cute touch we all appreciated

The decoration is simple yet elegant and very clean. The room is very spacious, neat and tidy however, my favorite thing about this place was the lighting. The lamps and lights the rooms had were very warm and cozy

We booked a large family room for our vacation, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the old town, and the bus station is right across the street

The location is excellent – right in the center, yet our room was quiet since it faced away from the street. Unfortunately, our vintage room couldn’t cool below 23°C, even with the AC set to the lowest

This is one if not my favorite hotels in the Baltic. It has very good service at the bar and reception is very helpful. It respects the old town feel with the rooms however it is not to old

Upscale hotel in a perfect Old Town location. Great service, comfortable rooms, parking available, and late check-out was a plus. The Shower-in-bathtub setup wasn’t ideal, but overall very pleased with the stay.

Hotel Telegraaf, found in the heart of Tallinn Old Town, is the best place to stay when visiting! The staff was extremely welcoming and wanted to ensure that every aspect of your stay was perfect! The Breakfast Buffet in the morning was one of the best I've had in a long time! Looking forward to coming back in the future for another extended stay! 😎

The room was spacious and clean. The spa was excellent and the location is a 100m walk from the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant Tchaikovsky was expensive but unbelievable and worth it

Beautiful restaurant with very tasty a la carte menu. Location - near old town,a park,a playground. Waterpark included is a big plus and it has an awesome Olympic pool

However the rooms were very far apart I the hotel so the reception kindly upgraded us so we would be next tk each other. The facilities in this hotel are top notch with a fabulous gym and amazing water park

Although not very big, it had enough to entertain my 4 yo. Comfortable rooms, good AC, modern and clean. For the price should be better. Cleanliness of the waterpark should be improved significantly

They changed the room and as we were going out, we asked if someone could help to move our bags to the new room. The guy behind the desk said no. I protested and he eventually agreed

The room is clean, the breakfast was an english/continental one with all you need, and the location is very good, at the edge of the old town, in the train station and the bus from the airport leaves un across the street

It’s really great located, between the old town and near the Televiski area. Also great if you’re travelling by train like us. The ferry terminal is very good reachable by public transport from here as well.

Recommend Everything went well! Staff was really friendly and helpful when we asked about public transportation and also gave us a kettle for our room after asking.

And even thought it is close to the train tracks, the building is well soundproofed and we did not hear a thing
