View to the sea on the north side was excellent from the top floor. Breakfast is good enough, but I would like to have some fish as well (there was only herring served)

Very entertaining guide and interesting. A very short tour that can easily be fitted in. however you are best to book ahead of time. I was lucky turned up 10 minutes before the tour started and there was space for me

Great location for a legendary hotel. I had the cheapest room class with not even coffee in the room. I'd say good value but more modern hotels might be the choice for one looking for some extra comfort.

Rooms are a little bit outdated. Couch was a bit broken, but the staff got us a new room. Location is excellent and the old town is just a little walk away

Amazing experience of our 2 days stay there. Very spacious, clean and good rooms. Restaurant, bar and cafe were all good. Swimming pool and sauna setup on 26th floor is crown on the head for hotel

A great stay here; the city panorama can be amazing if you're lucky to get a high rise room with good orientation. The breakfast was great, the room was very good, the service was also very good

The staff were absolutely amazing and they treated you like some king or queen and they were super nice and kind and helped with everything that was needed and the breakfast was fantastic there were all kinds of options and the staff where there and help with anything

There is no room service in this hotel, and cleaning of rooms only on demand. But due to price, spa in price and location it’s a very good hotel to go to as it’s also in a quite part of town, while next to the old town

Rooms are clean, but a bit old could get renovation. Great big windows in the rooms - so on higher floors you can see the old town Walk to city center old town just over the hill in 5-7 minutes

But mostly the staff are happy and so nice! I think the staff is the best quality of this hotel :)

My trusted Tallinn hotel for casual long weekends. Have been there over 10 times. Good breakfast and good night's sleep. Spa is quite basic but really nice; especially the salt sauna is my favorite

I recently stayed at the Radisson Collection Tallinn for a business trip, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional

The status recognition was sufficient and got a complimentary upgrade for our stay (2 categories with the VIP status). Early check-in possible, late check-out on Sunday wasn’t possible

Perfectly situated in the city center, many attractions can be reached by foot. The rooms are of good size, nice colors, good mattress and clean. Bathroom is small, but serves its purpose

In spite of being next to a busy street l was not disturbed by the traffic. Breakfast has a good selection of warm and cold dishes. Worth the extra price, if you are a breakfast person

The room service is excellent, and I just loved it. They had small pillows, which normally hotels don't have. The service at the reception and the breakfast were great

And I loved the breakfast choice, all kinds of bread, even Vegan. Lovely variety of fish!! And for sure, cheese, sausages, cakes, yoghurts, quark, fruits and warm eggs, scrambled eggs, hamburgers, vegan hot food

Good hotel in the center, next to Viru center. Short walk to the old town, not far from the harbour. Cool room in the summer, very good air conditioning. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. The renovation is well made.

Sadly, the SPA area was under refurbishment during our stay but they did offer an alternative (which we ended up not using as ran out of time), and the Horisont bar was closed due to a DJ event for both Friday and Saturday night with a 35 EUR ticket, which was disappointing

In the evening we visited the rooftop bar and had cocktails - the price was affordable and the drink quality was amazing! I very much enjoyed a delicious gin & tonic while having a skyline view over the whole city 🤩 The cigar room was also quite impressive with it's quiet and sophisticated atmosphere

Beautiful hotel, very clean, staff were so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping were great too, they were hot on cleaning our room when we left and were done when we returned. Would love to stay again.

The room was comfy with one of the nicer views I've had from a hotel room, at least in the evening. The spa was okay but still a big plus, the regular sauna was good but the steam sauna was to cold for my opinion

Especially for the excellent restaurant recommendations. The buffet breakfast was excellent, although I do prefer breakfast a la carte. The only thing missing was a piano in the lobby

A wonderful Spa complex with swimming pool, facing the street. Pool bar, Jacuzzi. There are saunas (Finnish, Turkish Hamam, Turkish). The water temperature is comfortable.

Diverse breakfast buffet, nice food in the restaurant which you also can order by room service. Clean room equipped with what you might need. Possibility to choose type of pillow. Nice spa/pool area with a bar

A decent spa hotel located near ferry terminal. It's a family hotel but okay for solo travelers. Buffet breakfast is good and has a lot of options for vegetarian and vegan food.

So sad to say the breakfast wasn't as good as expected. The eggs too loose boiled, the white was soggy. Sausages wasn't fried, just heated

But the tunamix was really good! Also sad to say the water in the spa area was way too cold for a spa

Most of the showers in the ladies' dressing room where however in need of repairs. Only 2 of 6 of the "massage chairs" in the big pool worked

The beds are actually comfortable, the hotel is high tech, and well designed. EXCELLENT breakfast!!! I've never seen such a big selection of food at a hotel before. 😋 The rooms are quiet.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and it was by far the best of the hotels I stayed at in the Baltic region

During our first stay, we received a good room, but it was facing the opposite wall of the hotel, so the view was somewhat missing, and the interior was quite dark. The second room was extremely nice, bright and calm

 Real hangers, and plenty of them!  Number of outlets available (Didn’t have to unplug lamps to get a free outlet) I didn’t give this hotel 5 stars because…  Five stars are hard to earn (four stars are still good!)  Minor nuisance items: Shower was just a bit too small (couldn’t wash without rubbing up against curtain)  No hot water machine in the room  No coffee options in the room  Hotel still...

A perfectly serviceable hotel, within easy distance to the airport. Evening supper excellent, as was the buffet breakfast. Rooms clean, tidy and buisness like. Will recommend and use again.

The best about this hotel is it’s location. 7 minutes walk to airport. The receptionist wasn’t polite and left a bad impression.

Tried to use business services, printer wit scanner was not available. Scanning documents and emailing has become a basic function of business and the Hotels must provide the same to its guest.

A good Stay at Park Inn by Radisson Central Tallinn I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Inn by Radisson Central Tallinn, and I'm delighted to share my experience with you

Lovely stay! We had two superior rooms and they had plenty of room! One thing that I would have liked is to use space somehow, maybe add sofa etc to chill. Other than that, everything was nice and clean

Breakfast was basic but everything was tasty, all good with that. Location is great, we had reservation at nearby escape room, could literally see it from our window. So all was good and price was super reasonable

On our first night there appeared to be a massive wedding party staying meaning it took about 15 minutes to find a table for breakfast, in which no staff members helped us with this and it was a free-for-all

The man on reception was very friendly, informative and helpful. Even brought us up more pillows when we discovered you're only given 1 very thin pillow per person in the room. The Spa and pool was big and nice to visit

The hotel is in great condition, close to (2 stops by bus) to the old town. Their best asset it’s their staff, always willing to make the customer feel appreciated

And restaurant on the first floor offers delicious food 😌

I am often in Tallinn because of business trips and always choose this hotel to stay. It’s very simple but very convenient. You can have tea, coffee for free in the lobby

Really friendly staff at the reception. If you can't find what you like there, you should look at mirrow. It was a really good breakfast with everytihing, salty, sweet, fresh and even pancake and icecream bar

The place for this hotel is great. The room is good, but mostly good, for those not looking for fancy stay. The breakfast was not wide selection

The best part of the stay was the opportunity to go to spa and pools, which was 10€ per person, which is really cheap. There were 2 big pools, 3 jacuzzi and 8 saunas

A good hotel to stay on a 1 or 2 day excursion if u r coming from Helsinki for a short trip to Talinn. Hotel is in walking distance to both terminal A, B or D

This is definitely not a 4* hotel, bad beds, nothing from supplies, old bathrooms, very bad breakfast, pretty much the basics, location 15’ from the city center

The money/value balance is ideal. The common spaces and rooms are clean. The place is quiet. The breakfast is really nice and it is included. The WiFi is fast enough.

Some rooms don't offer the best of views but they are a good size and clean. Great temperature of the lobby and room. Full blackout curtains/blinds would be a nice addition

Would definitely love to stay here again, and would even try to get the same room if possible. Also in a central location, only a ten minutes-or-so walk from the old town in Tallinn

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Even had my own little private balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee

Sockets for charging are under the bedside table. Took me a minute to locate it. The mini bar is reasonably priced

Most of the rooms have sea and city view! Which is amazing at evening/night from the hotel bar! The staff ia really friendly and helpful! Drinks are delicious and dinner/breakfast buffet is ok! Reccomending it highly!

The furniture looks new and is really comfortable! Bathroom and toilet are both with room and are separated, meaning you don't have to wait for your husband/wife to finish to go in

Stayed here on a trip to Tallinn and it was a nice hotel, the location was good and an easy walk to anywhere you need to go, staff were very friendly, Breakfast was a buffet style and was very nice with a decent variety

Bought breakfast at the hotel once, it was 5 minutes before buffet closed, which I didnt know or check. Staff did not point this out to me which is poor service as I barely managed to get one plate of food

The room was extremely hot and had bad ventilation and smelled like sewage. They let me have another room the next day after I insisted on it, but the ventilation was only slightly better

My room did not have a window towards the street and the air quality inside therefore deteriorated quickly. Otherwise basic room with all you need

Location is however prime, short distance to the old city. And the hotel has it's own spa with different saunas and hot pools

The bathroom in the other room still smelled a bit like sewage

The restaurant Tchaikovsky was excellent for dinner serving Russian food, and the lobby bar was also very good. Overall a very comfortable stay and nice hotel with very friendly staff as well

The room was spacious and clean. The spa was excellent and the location is a 100m walk from the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant Tchaikovsky was expensive but unbelievable and worth it

So, it’s best to park by the hotel on the street when you arrive, take the bags out of your car (you’ll need to climb some stairs with those), check in, and then park and forget about your car whilst you’re in Tallinn

Also, there is no bell service, you will need to drag your own suitcase up and down the stairs to get to and from the reception. If you are wheelchair bound, this would not be a good choice hotel overall

This is one if not my favorite hotels in the Baltic. It has very good service at the bar and reception is very helpful. It respects the old town feel with the rooms however it is not to old

We used the laundry service as we are travelling through the Baltic states for a few weeks and everything went well. The breakfast buffet was also very good

This is a budget-friendly hotel, focused on providing the best value for money. For this reason, some services are automated, such as the reception, and the rooms have only the essentials, without daily cleaning

I love the place, but a good night's sleep is a basic expectation, and unfortunately, none of the other facilities can make up for the lack of rest

So, no TV or coffee machine in the room, but comfortable beds and notable cleanliness. In the communal area, you can find, for a fee, drinks, coffee, and washing machines. There are also lounges where you can relax

The location is also excellent, as it is close to the port from which ferries to Helsinki depart, just a few hundred meters from the historic center

A nice model of the future hotel with minimal staff on site. (They still have the polite and smiling staff at the 24/7 counter in the back). Trendy and modern interior designs and the recycling garbage bin

Great level of English and customer service. I've travelled all over Europe and the beds here are absolutely amazing (on the softer end). There's a lovely café/restaurant within the hotel

The only down mark was when I arrived late on Sunday night, no food options available so I had to order, but it was pass 11pm! I would definitely stay again, I’ll be dreaming of their bathroom and balcony for years to come!

Wellness facilities are superb and I really enjoyed the sauna in my room!

A “cherry on the top” was an afternoon chocolate treat. As we were trying breakfast in different places in the city, we can’t comment breakfast and meal, which I have no doubts should be excellent as well

The breakfast buffet was outstanding and they also had a complimentary 4 o’clock chocolate hour with a chocolate fountain, fruit, cookies and brownies. The hotel is also only about 15minute walk from Old Town

Location is great - on a quiet street no more than 10 minutes walk to the old town, with other amenities close by. Room was modern and stylish, and the breakfast had a great selection and all well prepared

The adult part of the SPA is fantastic, very relaxing and quiet. The "normal" part is ok, with good sauna options, but a bit small and children tend to be running around and screaming.

Very good spa with many saunas and pool areas. Highly recommend the Friday evening saunas experience! The TAI massage was amazing and very relaxing. The service is friendly all around.

Obviously this is not the venue’s fault and is probably a common experience in this part of Europe, but just a warning to darker skinned visitors, you might not feel welcome here

There was a diner offer during our stay with 45 euro tor a family of 4 with small kids that was nice addition. The only problem is that can get really busy during late breakfast hours

Coming from London, this spa felt like amazing value for money. For 20 euros you get so much! The variety of saunas is incredible

Parking is complimentary but needs registration at check-in. BREAKFAST: The breakfast has a good continental and local variety of food. It got pretty crowded around 0900 but the staff managed well

My review is about Sauna Oasis for adults only 18+ I love it especially because it is so quiet and if you get lucky - you can be there sometimes almost alone 💕and enjoy the spa all jacuzzi and saunas for yourself

Oasis is really small one - 4 saunas and 4 jacuzzi- but you have a possibility to go and swim at the main pool - the normal area for everyone You have a bar with refreshments and alcoholic beverages and with compliments fruits water and tea

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located on the outskirts of old town in a fairly quiet area. The breakfast buffet was good, The pool area was nice, Our kid (1yo) loved the toys room

Having been renovated, it pleasantly surprised me, especially since a friend who visited a long time ago had not recommended it due to its previously outdated appearance
