The spa and the swimming pool are so good too! The restaurant of the hotel is over prices but everything else is great

Highly recommended! Also the hotel provide parking for little amouny of money which is around 18 euros a day and this is very little compared to other hotels that charge 80 for night! The staff are kind but maybe they can smile a bit and be more hospitable

Only used the spa and the beauty centre, but the choice of saunas (hammam, salt, Finnish, lower temperature ans more!) and the pool area were great. I also had an hour long massage and it was excellent

It is close to the ferry terminal, and still a walking distance from old town. The rooms are large and comfortable enough, the one I stayed had a view. My stay included Spa and pools, which are the best part of the hotel

They offer breakfast buffet for purchase with a good variety of options including hot ones. It just doesn't feel like a 4 stars hotel. The towels, the toiletries, the bedding is all on the cheap side

So, it’s best to park by the hotel on the street when you arrive, take the bags out of your car (you’ll need to climb some stairs with those), check in, and then park and forget about your car whilst you’re in Tallinn

Also, there is no bell service, you will need to drag your own suitcase up and down the stairs to get to and from the reception. If you are wheelchair bound, this would not be a good choice hotel overall

We used the laundry service as we are travelling through the Baltic states for a few weeks and everything went well. The breakfast buffet was also very good

The staff was top notch and everyone spoke excellent English. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The beds were great, we slept very well

There’s not a huge choice but just enough to please everyone and the food quality was really good. We didn’t try the spa nor the restaurant for dinner

We enjoyed two connecting rooms with a spacious sitting room in between and found the location of the hotel convenient. The breakfast was underwhelming, the omelet didn't inspire a repeat order on consecutive mornings

It is possible to have breakfast indoors and also on the outdoor terrace. The spa area is at a very good level. There are various salt baths, a pool of 25 meters and several small pools and Jacuzzis

Very good spa with many saunas and pool areas. Highly recommend the Friday evening saunas experience! The TAI massage was amazing and very relaxing. The service is friendly all around.

The water park has been renovated and has been simplified the access to it, making it easier to move around with kids from the room to the spa and the water park. In rest the breakfast was nice as usually

The worst part was the little kids pointing and running away from me in fear and disgust, while their parents were there and did nothing. It left me feeling extremely uncomfortable

They topped up the food and cleared the tables efficiently. A small feedback is the long queue to the coffee machine. Would be nice to have a few more of these machines at different corners to reduce waiting time

I've been staying here for over a year. (monthly rent) The rent price is affordable comparing to the good location for transportation and grocery stores

It is a wonderful, clean and comfortable hotel that is a short walk to the Old Town and to the port to take the ferry to Helsinki. There is a grocery store nearby where we bought coffee and pastries for breakfast

Comfortable beds and pillows, clean, complete bathroom, very cozy room, with a mini stove, kitchen utensils, microwave. It has paid parking for 10 euros per 24 hours

It has everything you need and even more, the location is good, the workers are nice, my stay there was perfect and i would choose the hotel again

The only bad part about my stay was there is no air-conditioning at all, during my visit in the middle of summer. For the price it's a good hotel, 10-15min walking distance to the cruise terminal and city center

the hotel is in a good location, in a nice modern area, but 10 min. from the old town on foot. the hotel is neat simple but cozy. There is large shopping center nearby, and the Tallinn - Stockholm ferry.

The room was excellent, however it is showing its age but not in a bad way, i. e no issues or anything like that just stylistically old fashioned perhaps. Reception was very attentive

All in all, a very good advert for Estonia and a place I will consider staying at again should I visit Tallinn again

The beds are thin mattress covers over a mattress kind of frame, not very comfortable with one very thin pillow and thin bed cover. Breakfast was actually very good. Hot dishes and breads with cereals and yogurts

Pros: the hotel has a very good location. Cons: too soft bed and that you can hear every step that your neighbours make as a loud bang. There were people rushing early in the morning (5-7 am) to the ferry

Basic, no-frills hotel with clean rooms and an excellent breakfast that is usually found at more-expensive hotels. Close to bus stop to/from city centre. Note that the foam beds sleep very hot.

4 stars as its good value for money. Just a decent place to stay overnight. But it's a low value hotel.

Very entertaining guide and interesting. A very short tour that can easily be fitted in. however you are best to book ahead of time. I was lucky turned up 10 minutes before the tour started and there was space for me

Great location for a legendary hotel. I had the cheapest room class with not even coffee in the room. I'd say good value but more modern hotels might be the choice for one looking for some extra comfort.

Really great hotel! Even through difficult corona situation the host was amazing! I arrived early to the hotel but after a quick call the owner came in and let me check-in early and looked after me whole stay! The Staff is really amazing and helpful as well

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The location was great, at a walkable distance to Viru gate and also next to public transportation. They kept our luggage in the check out day so we could explore the city freely

During our first stay, we received a good room, but it was facing the opposite wall of the hotel, so the view was somewhat missing, and the interior was quite dark. The second room was extremely nice, bright and calm
