My stay at Egypt Pyramids Inn was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like family — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They offered great local tips, helped organize my tours, and even arranged an airport pickup that made my arrival stress-free.

The absolute highlight of the stay was the rooftop terrace. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the Pyramids and the Sphinx from the comfort of the hotel was an experience I’ll never forget. It’s hard to imagine a better view anywhere in Giza. Breakfast on the rooftop was also excellent — fresh, delicious, and served with genuine hospitality.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, with everything you’d expect for a relaxing stay. The Wi-Fi worked well in most areas, and the location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the Giza Plateau entrance.

If I had to mention one downside, it would be a bit of street noise at night, which is quite common in Cairo. However, the overall experience more than made up for it.

Egypt Pyramids Inn offers outstanding value for money and a level of personal attention you won’t find in larger hotels. Whether you’re visiting for a night or a week, this place combines comfort, culture, and one of the best views in the world. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cairo or Giza!

A great choice! The view from the rooftop terrace is absolutely incredible — you can see the Pyramids and the Sphinx from the hotel, rooms and balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome, even arranging transport and excursions at fair prices. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Choosing Egypt tours with Abbderaman Nasr, from the hotel, was wonderful, he negotiated for me when I was shopping, made me feel safe in Egypt, calling on him for anything I needed. It was a unique vacation, which I will never forget. I would like to conclude by sincerely thanking all the staff working at the hotel! Even though I arrived in the middle of the night, they accommodated me right away. Everything was excellent – from the service, food and drinks, to the excursions and the connection with the pyramids and the sphinx that are opposite the hotel. I would like to end the review by sincerely thanking all the staff working at the hotel, but in. special way to Abbderaman. The first night I received the most beautiful room in the hotel for free because I chose to stay there. A wonderful experience! I will definitely return to this wonderful place.

Originally we were going to stay here 6 nights, but decided on 2, thank God!!
We had a panoramic room with a balcony which didn’t fail to deliver the views and experience that came with the exorbitant price tag. Rooms were spacious and clean, bathroom was large and clean, but the noise in the afternoon and night was relentless. People shouting and the honking of horns were the culprits!
Staff were great but their English was minimal at best. They did offer a pick up service at the airport which was great, but communication with the driver wasn’t great. We tried to get Uber from the airport, and that’s where the attempted scamming started. Luckily the driver made contact .
The rooftop bar was way overpriced for drinks, and no shade to be had , our room with a view and air conditioning was a way better option.

Was staying at Pyramid Inn for 3 nights.
Their room is clean and service oriented, Especially the receptionist Aya who was super details in introducing the surround area and the culture of Egypt to us, I was impressed by her kind and friendly approach.

Balcony view is fantastic as the name of “pyramid inn”.

I was very well received, the room was clean and air-conditioned, and the hotel staff were very friendly. They helped us with tours and even helped us buy things at local prices. The place seems intimidating at first, but it's pleasant and very good.

Egypt Pyramids Inn is located right in front of the great pyramids of Giza. They have a roof top restaurant from where one can see the pyramids and also see the light and sound show. It is about an hour away from the airport. Roads are well maintained and the journey till the hotel gives you a nice overview of the intensities of Cairo city.

My and my husband booked a room for one night, but we decided to stay for another 4 night to see Cairo. ANDDD… They tried to scam us. We told the manager that we want to reserve for another 4 nights at booking and he said there is no need you can pay here no booking and told us the price doubled than booking. The guy who was not manager told us that if we book the place on booking it is not sure that we will have place where to sleep becouse thw rooms are busy ( we were only guest at that time there) and when we said to them we will go to another hotel the guy told us let mw check with the owner and comw back after half an hour and told us you can stay for the price on booking but we left. We felt so insecure there staying so they could left us sleep on the steeet . Veryy disappointing

Was my first time flying to Cairo from London , never been to the country and I wasn’t expecting much … first is not easy to impress me , but god this hotel past my expectation , as soon as you arrive you greeted with refreshing drinks , the room was ready so so clean , quiet at night and so much space and the view my god breath taken , every morning I just open my panoramic window view and I stare at the 3 pyramids and sphinx which is kinder unique position ( later I find out ) ..they even have roof top cafe where u can watch the light&sound show , enjoy food and drinks … everyone is so nice and kind , and very very safe , honestly I felt like I belong and I really had good time in there

The terrace has absolutely stunning views of the 3 pyramids and the sphinx. You can watch the light and sound show while having dinner (the actual show is alright). Food is okay, it does take a while to get it once ordered. Staff are super friendly and helpful. It was my first time in Giza, once the car dropped me off in front of the hotel, I was pretty much in a state of shock - it was late afternoon full of people, cars, camels, horses, such madness. There are those boys working for the hotel downstairs that frankly were like saviours to me. Helped me get upstairs and settled and also went out later with me when I needed to find a pharmacy, which was super helpful especially saving me from all the hassle with vendors. The owner Mohammed is very nice but indeed quite pushy to arrange tours, currency exchange, etc. so it is consistent with what others have noted. He is very honest though - when I was exchanging money, I accidentally gave him an extra 50 usd without realizing it and he immediately gave it back to me. The rooms are good, clean and functional. I was worried how noisy it might be at night for during the day, outside is madness but it turned out it was fine actually. Having a breakfast on the terrace looking at the pyramids was truly special. Would recommend this hotel.
