I accidentally left my wallet at the property and checked out. The staff kindly found the wallet and stored it safely for me. It was very impressive because I thought I almost gave it up. I think this is very safe and reliable property.
My friend wanna extend for 1 more night, but the reception says is not available, so she have to leave, but at night I check in the website, it’s still available, I feel angry, truly racist.
The hotel features a common area that’s perfect for socializing and getting to know other travelers. It creates a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, which is enhanced by the helpful and friendly staff. The check-in process is smooth and easy, ensuring a hassle-free start to your stay.
Overall, Holy Sheet Hotel offers excellent value, a prime location, and a welcoming environment. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cairo!
Throughout my week-long stay, I found the accommodations to be nothing short of exceptional. The dormitory rooms, each equipped with 10 bunk beds, provided a comfortable and convenient living space. What truly impressed me was the thoughtful inclusion of charging points and individual lights for each bed, allowing guests to enjoy privacy and convenience during their stay.
Furthermore, the hostel staff went above and beyond to ensure that my time in Cairo was memorable. Their recommendations for local dining establishments proved to be excellent choices, offering a delightful culinary experience that truly enhanced my trip.
However, as with any accommodation, there were a couple of minor drawbacks that I encountered during my stay. Firstly, while the breakfast provided by the hostel was best in quality, I couldn't help but notice that it remained the same throughout the entirety of my visit. A bit of variety would have been appreciated, especially during a longer stay.
Additionally, I found the cost of laundry services to be somewhat overpriced compared to other hostels in the Downtown area. At two dollars per kilogram, it felt a bit excessive and could potentially deter budget-conscious travelers from utilizing this amenity.
Despite these minor inconveniences, my overall experience at Holy Sheet Hostel was undeniably positive. The exceptional cleanliness, stylish interiors, and helpful staff contributed to a truly enjoyable stay. I would not hesitate to return to this hostel in the future and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers. With that said, I would rate my experience a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars.
The accessibility of this hostel is probably the best selling point.
The room turned out to be very basic (unlike the pictures) and claustrophobic. The building in which this is located seems to be in shambles.
For the price we paid (which was hotel like, ~$50/n in Feb'24), the whole experience was just a basic hostel - even the private bathroom seemed like a makeshift one.
Avoidable for couples, maybe fine for solo travelers.

Hospitality was good as they will let you sit in the reception after your checkout time. My flight was late evening. So this was really kind from them. Overall I will recommend Holy Sheet Hostel for backpackers especially.
