It was a good room but there are cheaper rooms across the river.
Rooms were nice, but my bed had hair in it. The toilet also was not fully cleaned.
The breakfast was excellent with slightly different dishes prepared each day. I was not expecting the good selection they provided. The dining staff, the staff at the desk, and the cleaning staff were all very very nice and helpful. Excellent staff! Excellent breakfast! Good rooms. Good price.
There is a school outside and traffic is a little noisy, but proximity to shopping is good.

The hotel is barely a two-star hotel, they don't change the linens, replenish the water bottles or tea/coffee during the stay, and the breakfast options are very limited. Above all, the staff is very rude and uncooperative. I made a booking for my elderly parents while I was staying nearby at another property. The staff at the reception did not allow me to go up to their room when helping them pack of unpack telling me that I couldn't stay with them, despite the fact that I showed them I was already checked in and staying at another (much better) property nearby and that this booking at their property was in my name.
I would never book at this property again and would recommend to avoid this place.

Clean hotel with very Good service 👌and near of every things you need ( restaurante , coffees, cinema, Niel , 6 m on your feet you will be in ( Mamsha ahle Masr ) the best in Cairo .... Nancy and her staff are very helpful 👍 thanks

For me, it was ok. I spend the time in sweet room.
Clean, quiet, room was big.
One day ago, I spend my time in another airbnb apartment in Zamalek but it was bad like ghost apartment and expensive.
I think this hotel is 3-stars hotel. Nice. Kind stuffs.

Clean rooms , friendly staff, accepted facilities, not a luxury hotel. It is suitable for modest accommodation with reasonable prices compared to the service level.

A very basic place to stay. Beds are uncomfortable and very noisy in the front rooms. The staff tried hard and were friendly. The location is awesome. I would not normally stay in a three star hotel, but it was part of a tour. It was definitely not a 3-star rated facility.

I booked a room with river view, but the room we were given only had a view of the fire escape.
We had to ask for towels, there were none present in our room - forget the pictures on the internet! The shower was luke warm until we complained.
No cups were provided with the kettle, when we asked we were given paper cups.
None of the staff were particularly friendly or welcoming. The breakfast staff seemed particularly grumpy and resentful they had to serve us.

Me and my friend stayed there for a week a few years ago. The place was clean and well maintained. The rooms were good sized for two people. The bathrooms were big. It was located on island on the Nile River where many embassies are located so walking around at night was safe. The beds were comfortable and the staff friendly. Good value for the money.

The location was excellent, the room as spacious enough for two people. The breakfast was so limited and not tasty.
