Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Noisy Environment

I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The staff was unresponsive to our requests, and even after multiple reminders at the front desk, housekeeping was never done. The hotel is located right next to a busy main road, making it extremely noisy due to constant honking, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

To make matters worse, there was no mobile signal, and the WiFi in the room did not work at all.The bed was not comfortable at all..Overall, it was a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

The worst experience ever. Not good service, rooms and location. We found a rat in the ceiling of our room and the stuff made us wait for more than an hour to just replace the room and that was at 3:00 A.M.

The receptionist lady wasn’t helpful and cooperative. She let us wait once our arrival for so long until somebody else finalize the check-in. (Dated on 26/12/2024).

The location is not the optimal one, too much noise during the day and no restaurants and cafes around.

When you see the name of this hotel run!! You will never be able to sleep! I had terrible nights with my wife when we barely slept! The floor above us was the kitchen, and there was a lot of noise! Every time we speak with the reception, they will say we are sorry for the noise but we were having some people coming from abroad and we deployed the whole staff. Every night you will have a new scenario from the reception. Totally unacceptable.

Unfortunately, I had a big problem entering hotel room. The reception refused to let me in, so I am from Qalyubia, and they told me that the hotel does not allow anyone from Qalyubia, Cairo or Giza to stay. Although I called the hotel before I booked and told them all the details and wanted to stay gor a few days, there are renovations in my apartment and I will not be living with a one and a half year old girl on the streets. He told me that this is the policy. Can I bring the touriem police to talk to you? The tourist police, because i wanted to check in me, my mother and my daughter at 4:30 in the morning. I arrived from the airport with my bags and my daughter sleeping is on my arms, and the receptionist tells me that it is not allpwed to check you in because you are from qalyubia, what the hell is that policy.
the room, not good at all. There is a footprint on the floor of whoever was in the room. The bathroom is very loud, the exhaust fan is very loud and the bidet handle is broken.

I do not recommend this place at all, nor that you pay money to come and be humiliated by the staff

We were lied to that there are no rooms free; when I checked online there where rooms free. Then he admited there are rooms free and gave a much higher price. Then it was not possible to see the rooms before paying. Very strange behaviour
