Very bad hotel, looks like night club, in fact on ground level in the back there is one, very unsafe area, very bad installation, horrible!! Never ever more!! Don’t go by any means!! Neighborhood dirty, unsafe, ugly, no food, breakfast looks like a mess on roof! Reception unfriendly!!

Very nice location in the middle of shopping area, Worth money, variety of cuisine, food very delicious, friendly staff, clean and quiet room, Mr. Ashraf food and beverage manager is very friendly and helpful offer us a variety of tasty food

not a great for Family stays. its quite old and facilities are all worn out. Breakfast is bad. service is all extra charge. I do not recommend this to anyone that wants to visit with their family or children.

The place is in the heart of Cairo, short distance to restaurants and cafes. The room was quiet big and comfortable and the staff were friendly and prompt. The hotel, however, need to have more attention to the internet which was not very stable and to the breakfast buffet which may need more varieties in hot food and beverages.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice rooftop restaurant, generous breakfast. But location inconvenient, far from nearest metro station. We walked into Downtown from the hotel. This was exciting, especially when crossing larger roads, but would not want to repeat.

Excellent 4 day stay in the Hotel Zayed, Cairo. Very good food, spacious room, friendly and efficient staff, conveniently located - all these with a touch of Egyptian culture and heritage. What more one can ask for?

If you need internet while staying in your hotel, I would avoid coming here. For 2 days we couldn't connect properly from our room, making very difficult organising our trip from the hotel. We needed to stay in the lobby (although internet was not guaranteed even there). We asked the hotel to fix it for us multiple times, but sometimes they ignored us or tried to explain how to put the password -while that was not the problem). Breakfast was very poor, cheeses and yogurts were served outside (from 8am till 11am) with no fridge/cooling system with a temperature of least 30/35 degrees. Rooms are clean but very old, especially the toilets.

Actually it is one of the best hotels in Giza I enjoyed every single day there All the staff members were frindely and professional They all do their best in order to help each guest I personally recommend it to everyone who wants to have a remarkable time

5/5 The experience was lovely. The people is very nice and the welcoming was pleasing. The view is wonderful a beautiful garden to look at in the morning. The breakfast was lovely and there is a variety in the food the breakfast was oriental so i was so happy with the food . In general the place is special with a good location close to alot of places. It was a good experience.

Lovely Staff and good breakfast. I don't mind staying at cheap hotel, but I don't tolerate fake pictures as this hotel, particularly bathroom which is small and the bathtub is absolutely tiny just for standing. Also there is no facilities at all, no restaurant, no café, and no even roof top sitting as they said. it is just for breakfast.
