Resort , was very nice clean . Food was delicious no complaint . Only down part was door card lost replaced cost €10 change

Some place if you want it a bit more relaxing in Egypt, it is away from the cities and here aren't 20 vendors running after you every 15 minutes like in some other place

We stayed in this village for a week. Compared to other tourist villages that I have had the opportunity to visit on the Red Sea it is very different. The buildings are people-friendly and leave a lot of space for nature

The house reef you get to is a walk away over the hotel own jetty and snorkeling here is a blessing a truly colourful variety of fish and other can be found there

But careful and follow the rules! Snorkeling equipment can be hired here. This hotel is also not far from one amazing kite spot to where you can get by an organised shuttle. Hotel staff was always very friendly

Awesome place with amazing staff. We attended environmental activity in Mangrove beach and collected trash. Thanks to the duty manager Sherif, who organize this event every month. Very calm place with amazing sea

I really found this hotel was money versus quality so good but it need some improvements in trips organized by hotel later

And there was no other option it was the same restaurant for room service too! The cleaning staff were uncomfortably over friendly, well - of course to get a big tip, and you didn’t tip them they will not show up the next day! As for the front desk employees, the one who we checked in with was so nice and funny the kind of positive energy you want to start your experience with

If you sign up for a sea trip, you usually have to pay an additional $5 per person for pick-up and drop-off. If you don't want to pay this money, you can consider taking a taxi to the city pier by yourself

We enjoyed room service in our lounge or garden every night! Really generous portions, spent less on eating at the hotel than we'd expected. I feel totally rejuvenated after our 4 night stay

Because I stayed one more night and booked two more times, I'll say a few more words. The weather was cold when I went there, so I didn't go to the sea

The hotel's beach is average, but the sea view is beautiful from a high place. This hotel and the castle hotel are both in a relatively far area

Except for the monotonous food (mainly Western and Indian food, Chinese stomachs are still a little unaccustomed to it, and the seafood grilled dish ordered for dinner is OK), everything else is pretty good, especially after playing in Luxor for a few days, I felt relaxed physically and mentally (I know everyone knows:)

The location is good and the choice of restaurants is very good, we found the Italian was one of the best and we're very critical being avid Italian food devotees. There are plenty of pools and lots of sunbeds

And Islam, Peter - everybody was friendly and welcoming! But at the end I have to mention the best and the nicest manager we have ever met - Mr. His invisible hands made our stay one of the best in Egypt

I had e class all inclusive option with excellent morning and lunch buffet and a great variety of a la carte restaurants with excellent quality of food and great variety

The hotel is a perfect family vacation in elm gonna. Great management and staff. Wonderful food. Beach and pool facilities are great.

The beach is artificial but that is the way it is. The breakfast is outstanding, on of the best ever, and god knows how many breakfasts I have eaten in hotels

The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of fresh fruits, and a barista making coffees. We joined lovely yoga classes on the jetty in the morning.

I enjoyed my stay Cook’s Club, had no complaints whatsoever other than the gym could get a little bit more attention.

The breakfast is good, but the room is really small. The fitness equipment is very special. The hotel is in the center of El Gouna town, next to the beach and Chedi

Great adults only hotel in el Gouna. Relatively small hotel with pool and beach lagoon. Great food, plenty of choices for breakfast, different menu every night

Little deception with the buffet that we took at dinner on our arrival, but you have so many options to dine out as the hotel is located 50 meters from the "center", an open air food court with very good restaurants if you choose carefully

The beds at the beach are many, but have to be reserved early as everyone reserves them at night. Beds linen has to be updated (a bit old) and pillows comfort needs to be improved. Very attentive staff to people

I have seen many people with some limited abilities and i think this hotel is comfortable for them. During the day they offer different activities such as darts, aquagym, stretching, yoga, dancing, bocce and so on

Animation staff does great job. Rooms are old but quiet and spacious, the balconies to beautiful lagoon with nice quiet waters. In the evening you can also play billiard if you wish. Water bottles are provided daily

I had a pleasant stay for two weeks in this hotel for the following reasons: 1. Very good location near the port of Hurghada 2. Beautiful protected reef, with lifeguards watching over the sea and people

Sunbeds at the beach are wooden and old - need to be changed (for wooden better) 5. As all inclusive the hotel should provide some more non alcoholic drink options for free like fresh juices

Although the facilities are relatively old, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the swimming pool is also good. The resort is a 10-minute walk from the beach, and the sea is crystal clear

The amazing hotel really ! I been in this hotel before and this time it’s my second time , and i went there to my room and it was cleaned 100%!!!! The housekeeper they are really loyal and funny

There are 2 pools, the main one was pretty cold but it is early in the year and the heated pool was comfortable. If I had one complaint - the pool is not easy to get in and out of as the steps are very steep and slippery

All done in secrecy, but was well beyond what I expected. I couldn't of dreamed of anything better. We have already booked to come back and can see this becoming a regular destination for us

The hotel complex consists of two hotels located in the SoHo area. This hotel is located far from the sea, in contrast to its more cool fellow Garden View, located on the first line

The rooms could do with a refurb but the staff do a good job of cleaning every day and they'll always leave you some bottles of water

Everything was fantastic: the good price, the breakfast buffet and drinks, the swimming pool and the scenery around the beach; the environment and the natural decoration with beautiful trees and flowers

In fact, the room facilities of Egyptian hotels are generally old, but the beach water of the Red Sea is really a plus. There is a small shop 50 meters to the left of the hotel gate

we stayed three nights there with my family,it were very good , Hotel small but was very beautiful and clean, room was clean and nice and all staff beginning from reception and service were very good and they were helpful with us, food was very tasty every day, different and Varied food

I spent most of my time on the beach as I knew from day one the hospitality I was set to receive. The staff despite the attitude of some holiday makers was always 10000% pleasant

The manager and beach staff went above their duties and made me very welcome. They advised me when there was dolphins and reserved a space on the beach for me

When first arrived we had a few issues with room but quickly sorted out by hotel manager and upgraded hotel staff work very hard beach is lovely and relaxing restaurant cooks can't do enough to help you good location weather brilliant beach cleaned regular

The beach is small, which, for me, was great because I don't like huge long beaches but the more private ones. The water is very clean and there were always some fish swimming around us

This is the most relaxing holiday we've had, and we go away twice a year. Hotel room is spacious with everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. The food was really good with always something for everyone

The food was tasty and variable day to day. AI bars working 11-20, The Caribbean bar is out of AI, so everything for money. Wifi is available but only at reception, so I used local SIM for 20$

Cellular coverage is not everywhere, for example, in restaurant it was bad, but in my room I was able to watch streaming videos and post tons of photos in Instagram:) Overall impression of staying is positive
