The good: the hotel is well located, with plenty of shops and plenty of places to stroll; the food is well prepared (we got food poisoning once, not at the hotel, but at the nearby Pomodoro restaurant); the beach is nice with a gentle slope; reception quickly resolves issues when possible (for example, they gave us an extra room with a connecting door for a fee, and everyone was happy)

Water slides are great, and pools are heated except one of them. Simce we had colder weather then expected, it was great to use the heated pools

Wonderful Stay at Charmillion Club Resort! Our overall stay was truly wonderful and exceeded expectations. We had so much fun enjoying the pools and especially diving in the beautiful sea

We recently stayed at Parrotel Lagoon Waterpark Resort, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their professional and friendly attitude

The Waterpark is definitely the highlight of the resort! There are so many slides and attractions for both kids and adults. Everything is well-maintained and felt very safe with plenty of lifeguards on duty

Excellent hotel, everything is clean, beautiful, the food is delicious, a nice coral reef from the pontoon. You can't run into the sea from the shore, slippery rocks and shallow.

Had access to the empire beach hotel too which has a lovely private sandy beach. Staff mainly friendly and helpful, and the shops are full of beautiful items. And Mr bombastic is a very friendly and helpful shop owner

The pool was clean and the waiters came round throughout the day getting you drinks. The guy you get your towels off came straight over as soon as you get to the pool with your towels

The main restaurant was closed on our visit so we had to walk the gauntlet of the shopping street to the restaurant near the beach for breakfast/evening meal
