The original hotel was built in the Nubian style. Friendly, approachable staff, good service. A lot of tourists among Europeans (mostly Germans). Recommend for a relaxing family holiday.

6. The beds at the beach are many, but have to be reserved early as everyone reserves them at night.
7. Beds linen has to be updated (a bit old) and pillows comfort needs to be improved.
8. Very attentive staff to people. I have seen many people with some limited abilities and i think this hotel is comfortable for them.
9. During the day they offer different activities such as darts, aquagym, stretching, yoga, dancing, bocce and so on. Animation staff does great job.
10. Rooms are old but quiet and spacious, the balconies to beautiful lagoon with nice quiet waters.
11. In the evening you can also play billiard if you wish.
12. Water bottles are provided daily.
My reccomendations to improve:
1. Matrasses and pillows need to be changed for new, same i can say about the rooms - they need renovation (especially the bathroom with bathtub and curtain)
2. Food can have more variety and more of fresh sea fish can be added.
3. Internet is not working in the rooms (at the balconies sometimes and weak in all hotel)
4. Sunbeds at the beach are wooden and old - need to be changed (for wooden better)
5. As all inclusive the hotel should provide some more non alcoholic drink options for free like fresh juices.

A huge shout-out to the Animation Team — they were absolutely incredible! Full of energy, fun, and positivity, they made every day unforgettable. Their activities were well-organized, engaging, and suitable for all ages. They created such a warm and lively atmosphere, and they were always approachable and kind. They definitely added a special touch to my vacation.

Ice cream is available every day, but it doesn’t taste good — very artificial.
The hotel area is connected to several other hotels, and it’s large and beautiful. The sea water here doesn’t go away, making it a great spot for snorkeling and diving. The hotel is located in a very windy area, but it’s not suitable for kitesurfing, as there’s no place to launch or land a kite.
Reception is rather weak.
Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is not new, but for a 3-star one, it’s really good.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Service: Very good. The food was okay, and although you don't have high expectations, it was delicious. Soft drinks and water were plentiful.
Environment: Absolutely stunning, right next to the ocean. I loved it. There's a coral reef below the restaurant, and after dinner, taking a stroll and getting close to the ocean was a wonderful experience.
Worth a return visit.
Very beautiful hotel! The facilities are very new and complete, the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, and the drinks are also abundant. Recommended!
