the facilities are great, and the rooms are large and spacious. The hotel has a luxury feel to it, some of the staff are great and helpful and others let this place down.
I've marked this place as a 4 out of 5 star rating due to my experience. Some of the staff have openly asked for tips, making me feel quite uncomfortable. The kids' clubs are not the best for entertaining the kids or providing activities to keep them engaged.
The food is below 5 star standard, I know it is a buffet selection, so quantity over quality should be expected, but not when you are paying upwards of £200 per night.
The food was delicious – a wide selection of dishes, both local and international, so everyone can find something they like. Overall, staying at this hotel was a real pleasure, and I would definitely love to come back!
The rooms are large and we'll equipped with plenty of storage space. The resort is huge with loads of stuff to do whether you want a chill out or a full on action packed time. Animation team friendly and fun but not pushy. The restaurant staff are awesome and super helpful. Cannot recommend this hotel enough 5💫
Additionally, the animation crew was exceptional. In particular, the Polish girl Pola stood out and deserves appreciation for her excellent work.
This is my 3rd visit to this hotel, and wouldn't hesitate to return, again, and again! Most enjoyable.
