Reviews
Location: Very good — about a 10-minute drive from several city attractions and around 15 minutes from the airport.
Price: Reasonable and not expensive.
Room & Service: The room was spacious and included a bathroom and a small kitchen, but the furniture was very old and worn out. Only towels were provided — no soap or tissues. Overall, the service was acceptable.
Staff: Friendly and accommodating. They kindly offered to prepare an early breakfast since we had to leave before the regular breakfast time.
Facilities: The hotel has a restaurant and a bar, and I noticed a couple of nearby shops open until midnight. Internet service was not free. There’s also a private hotel taxi — I used it once; it was an old van but functional and fairly priced.
I didn’t try other facilities like the pool, breakfast, or room service, so I can’t comment on those.
Overall, my short stay (less than 18 hours) was acceptable, but it’s not a place I would choose to stay at again
The only thing that saved this hotel was the staff. The lifeguard and restaurant workers were amazing — friendly and hardworking. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing.
Our room was cleaned only twice in two weeks. We had to repeatedly ask for toilet paper and water. If a towel got dirty, they tried to charge five euros for it. The hotel felt extremely stingy and poorly managed.
Breakfast had almost no variety, and the food was repetitive and only average in quality. There’s no real all-inclusive service — not even basic water or beer included.
The receptionist was unhelpful and didn’t speak any foreign languages. Many guests we met were also unhappy with their stay.
If not for the kind and professional staff, I’d have given this place an even lower rating. Overall, I’d rate it three stars at best — and that’s only thanks to the few great employees.
They also fill the water barrels up from the tap. It isn't fresh mineral water.
Getting severe diarrhoea for over a week is no fun and I didn't eat of drink anywhere else.
It's not right
The hotel is located in Hadaba, not far from the Old Market. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The kids enjoyed the water slides, and the evening entertainment was a nice touch.
During our stay, we wanted to explore more of what Sharm El Sheikh had to offer. We booked a desert safari through a local tour website called PyraSafari. The process was straightforward, and the experience was unforgettable. We rode quad bikes into the desert and came across a life-sized pyramid replica. It was a unique experience that added a special touch to our trip.
Overall, Tivoli Aqua Park is a good choice for families on a budget. The combination of hotel amenities and nearby attractions made our stay enjoyable.
• The rooms were not clean at all — dusty, old furniture, and the bathroom smelled bad.
• Service was terrible: staff were unhelpful and slow to respond to any request.
• The pool area looked nothing like the photos, and sunbeds were broken or dirty.
• Breakfast was very poor quality and not fresh.
• WiFi didn’t work properly, and mobile signal inside the hotel was weak too.
Honestly, for the price there are much better hotels in Sharm el Sheikh. I regret staying here — save your money and book elsewhere!
