Amazing place in an amazing location. Staff and chefs were very kind, helpful, and respective. Would come back here again without a doubt.

The only downside is the beach on a cliff and the difficult access to the water, with sharp rocks along the shore. I wouldn't recommend it to families with small children

I am so happy I came here by accident as 5star hotel full next door food and staff fantastic they treat me like a king I stopped here 2 times now and intend to stay again next month as so happy here I make many friends with staff we are like family now

Every detail was carefully considered, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Even if you don’t get to explore all the activities in Sharm, just staying at the resort will keep you entertained and relaxed

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and after reading the reviews (mostly complains from Italians) I was very doubtful of how our trip will turn out and for my surprise it was WAY BETTER than expected

The biggest issue is with the beach – all sunbeds are taken very early in the morning, so you practically have to get up at 6 a. , sometimes even before sunrise, to secure a spot

I have come to jasmine palace for 1 week with my friend. The rooms are 10/10 we love our room so much! It is cleaned daily and leave us towel decorations. Bed is made everyday and we have fresh towels each day also

The most controversial hotel we've ever seen

The hotel did positiv surprised me! The food is very good and varied! Every night we had a interesting and different divertisment program! We have had a lot of activities during the day for children but also for adults! The beach is direct in front of the hotel with a beach bar and service on the beach (this are also included in the price)

All the areas here are amazing, we really enjoyed all we could. Entertainment is fabulous, we enjoyed their program, especially the evenings. After all I really hope to come back here soon again

The hotel is excellent and very worthy! The first line, part of Madinat Makadi, and this is a large complex of 10 hotels. Cool promenade! The rooms are good.

The proximity to the beach was another highlight; it's just a short walk away, making it convenient to enjoy the sea whenever we wanted

We stayed at the Steigenberger Golf Resort in El Gouna for 9 nights (10 days) with my wife and our little boy, Leo — and it was truly an unforgettable family vacation! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect

Also, huge thanks to the lifeguards: Mossad, who played football with Leo; Tarek, who built pyramids in the sand with him; and Mohamed, all of them always there when we needed help

Our room was spacious, beautifully clean, with a super comfortable king-size bed, a small terrace, and an incredible view over the lagoon. Every morning felt peaceful and relaxing

We got there quite late at night, but the staff still welcomed us with a smile and offered us dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was a lovely surprise after a long journey

The soundproofing and heat insulation of the room are very good, each area has an independent swimming pool, turn off the air conditioner before going to bed and it's very cool all night, the only downside is that the air conditioner is very noisy, there are some mosquitoes in the room but there is no mosquito repellent

All this combined with the great weather results in a great vacation experience. And so much pool with so much fun activities and parties

It was greatly stay, clean rooms in the new building, there are more than one pool, food was nice all staff were cooperative.

In February, there were a lot of Russian tourists, most of them were families, especially children. It is not recommended for couples to come, it is suitable for families with children

The restaurant is also excellent, except that the restaurant we reserved was very bad. The buffet is very good with a lot of variety. I want to praise the staff of this hotel

Beautiful room with great view. The food is varied and everyone will find something they like! The stuff is so nice and helpful, and animation club comes with lots of different activities and they all are amazing

the room was large and spacious, cleaned everyday and a different animal made of towels! food is lovely, big variety and chefs are present during meal times which i think is a lovely touch

we stayed here for 10 days and it has been perfect, the staff are so unbelievably kind, helpful and cheerful, they take the time to remember your name and greet you everyday with a smile

The swimming pool team is excellent, and the reception staff were helpful. However, we had to wait for about an hour and a half to check into our rooms, and once we did, no towels were provided

But it has been in need of renovation for a long time. Slippers and a robe were listed in the amenities. You need to go to the beach, Terazina is free, Palma is $3

the four pools are great, we personally used two as the ones on the roof were a bit too warm as the sun is obviously more present! the hotel is located in a great area, there’s plenty of shops and restaurants around if you fancy a walk about which we did a few nights

Location is fantastic, it is on a wide stretch of beach with plenty of comfortable sun loungers, loads of gorgeous fish in the water to paddle with, and regular boat trips to a nearby reef for snorkelling with tropical fish

Bring rock shoes for safety and snorkelling gears - both can be purchased at a decent price within hotel shops. Entertainment team 1000-1600 on beach areas and evening at arena. All inclusive menu is varied and exquisite

The hotel itself is lovely and has everything you need from a holiday resort. The beach is superb for Sharm as you can access the water directly from the beach and the water is generally calm and very warm

And last but not least, our main reason for coming back: the food! Loads of options for restaurants, and so much choice of hot and cold dishes in the main restaurant, which changes three times every day and with every meal time

The staff were excellent, really friendly and always helping when required. The cleaning staff were also excellent. Karim who cleaned our room during our stay was really friendly and always provided excellent service

I went last week for a week with some friends and what a fabulous week we had. The staff, the food the setting, all were perfect. Wael the pool bar man really looked after us, he was always there to bring us drinks

For the beach: the only place I've discovered with smooth water entry on the sand unaffected by the tide and the reef, in the same place. The beach is nicely landscaped and airy. For relaxation: the spa is wonderful

Not normally the sort of place or holiday I choose. Layout of the resort very good. Beach was beautiful and in a small bay nicely secluded from some of the wind. The orangery and alfresco restaurants were very good

The infinity pool looked stunning, but we spent most of our time at the beach, which was clean and spacious with a good distance between sunbeds

One downside: the resort doesn’t seem to take environmental issues as seriously as we’d hoped. During our stay, dozens of raffia bags filled with something smelly washed up on the beach or floated in the water

Although staff cleaned them up after we reported it twice, we saw more appear the next day along the empty beach between the Radisson Blu

We had an unfortunate misunderstanding during our stay where we were charged extra for orange juice to a tune of $10. We were at breakfast when a waiter came up and asked us if we would like orange juice, and we said yes
