The hotel offers superior five-star holidays in the heart of Madinat Makadi 300-700 meters in from the beach. The hotel sets new standards for quality and luxury in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

Location: 30 km from the airport of Hurghada, 29 km from the city center, Makadi Bay, a Bay on the second line.

Consists of a complex 3-storey buildings.

The hotel has 325 rooms.

Total area: 90 000 m2.

Beach: private, sand and shingle, coral, pontoon. The beach strip of 100 m. we recommend special shoes. Between the beach and the hotel is roadway. Umbrellas, sun beds– free of charge. Beach towels – free of charge. The pool: umbrellas, chairs– free.

The hotel offers a food on system "all inclusive" (10:00 – 24:00). Continental Breakfast (05:00-07:00; dry Breakfast - only for guests who check out before 05:00am), Breakfast (07:00-10:30), late Breakfast (10:30-12:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:30-22:00) – Breakfast buffet. Fresh juice (during Breakfast except orange juice) free of charge. Ice cream – free 12:00 – 17:00, the bars on the beach and by the pool. Soft and alcoholic local drinks free of charge, served by the glass. Alcoholic drinks imported alcoholic drinks, premium local produce and bottled drinks are chargeable. The working period of restaurants and bars may change depending on the time of year.

Excellent hotel! Checked in quickly. There are Russian speakers at the reception. Almost all the staff understands Russian. The territory is beautiful and well-kept. The food is very tasty - European food with a minimum of spices. Fish and seafood, veal and chicken daily in different variations. Insanely delicious sweets, mostly mousse, light. Cleaning the room and changing towels daily, including beach towels. There are 2 swimming pools on the territory - active and relax, both with heated individual parts. Near the active one there is animation and music during the day. Near each pool there is a bar. They make good cocktails. Near the active one there is also a snack and ice cream from 12:00. The beach is 5-7 minutes walk. The beach is shared by several hotels from the 2nd line. There is a food court on the beach - from 12:00 pizza, hot dogs, shawarma, French fries, vegetables, fruits, waffles and ice cream. Drinks include beer, juices, tea and coffee. The entrance to the sea is shallow, but you need aqua shoes. There are corals, the further you swim from the shore, the more beautiful they are. You can go to the beaches of other hotels and snorkel. In the evening, there is animation for children and adults. There is no disco. Evening show until 22:00. There are many shops on the territory and a pharmacy with a Russian-speaking pharmacist. Aqua Viva water park is so-so) for adults to go for a ride! The hotel is mainly visited by Germans, Englishmen and Russians. I recommend the hotel! Comfortable and very friendly staff!

Excellent hotel. Very green territory. Excellent tasty food. It takes 7 minutes to get to the sea, but it is not at all stressful, you walk along a green and beautiful territory. The beach is sandy and there is where to look at fish. On the beach there is a foot court where you can have a snack. We stayed in room 1352 near the relax pool from October 20 to 27. The location is very quiet. In the pools, as for me, the water should already be heated, it was a bit cold, but we went to the sea there it is warmer-)) The price includes a water park, we visited it once with children, the water park itself is cool, but like in the hotel, the water was not heated and was really cold, which spoiled the impression. The hotel staff are trying their best and are very friendly. In general, I liked the hotel. I can 100% recommend it.

Excellent hotel, very beautiful architecture, clean rooms, delicious food. Incredibly welcoming, friendly staff. Thanks to Anu for the super class in salsa and bochata. And to Yulia for yoga. The guys are great! I recommend the Jaz network to everyone for a great vacation.

Delicious food, a heated pool, and a water park with hot water are available. The nearby beach is beautiful, and you can swim in the summer.

The hotel environment, food and rooms are all good. The only drawback is that some service staff treat Asians differently. The hotel is almost full of Europeans. It is about a 10-minute walk from the beach.

Although the facilities are relatively old, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the swimming pool is also good. The resort is a 10-minute walk from the beach, and the sea is crystal clear. Most of the service staff are very enthusiastic, but some waiters in the sunflower restaurant are cold and even pretend not to see. Egypt has a tipping culture. If you forget to leave a tip in the room, the cleaner will immediately give you a "color". Overall, it's okay, but the cost performance is not high.

The sanitation and environment are OK, but the service and facilities are really bad. The air conditioner is broken. There is no hot water in the room. The problem is handled very slowly or even not handled. The room is very noisy. The breakfast waiter will not take the initiative to ask you what you want to drink. There was a waitress in the restaurant who asked her for a cup of tea and she gave me a face.

Great hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy food was good with a lot of variety. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The entertainment team was great as well. We definitely come back.

Spent our 2nd holiday here this week all the staff are amazing.Animation team are superb they know when to include you and when not to. Special shout outs to Bob, Alberto, Marrieanna and Bogy from animation, Mahmoud the pool waiter, Abdelsheffy our waiter who all went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.
