I really love it. The people are so nice and communicative. The animation team is honestly the best. We also love the waiters. People overall are very open etc. I REALLY recommend. Each day you have actives that you can do (volleyball,waterpolo...). Please go it is really worth coming here!!

The hotel is clean and has an excellent location. The rooms are well-kept, and staff was friendly. Unfortunately, that's where the good ends. First, the food was edible but not good. It was mostly flavorless, and there was no real cohesion. It's clear that this is a hotel that is trying to accommodate the European taste buds by making European dishes but also adding a few traditional Egyptian dishes...

I personally like more rocky beaches, which I didn’t find here, the only con i can give, but it is my subjective opinion. Events are very fun, especially karaoke and fire show. Food is good. Service is way more than excellent. Lastly, I would like to commend Reda from Captain’s Bar, very professional and kind gentleman.

This hotel is truly worth recommending – from the comfortable rooms, the beautiful beach, and the delicious food, to the excellent staff. I would especially like to highlight the beach staff, Mahmoud and Emad, whose warm smiles brighten every day. They are always ready to assist guests and their hard work does not go unnoticed. Traveling with my mother, the hotel allows you to eat breakfast and lunch in advance. The luggage is left at the door, and they don't let you touch the luggage. Great hotel to stay at with very friendly and welcoming staff with many variety of restaurants with different cuisines, outside pool/bar and private beach area, market and shops at the restaurant and many other activities. Locations is far from everything and need to walk atleast 10-20mins to find nearest shop outside, taxi is needed from further places.

The room is spacious, the food is variety and they serve you a good food. The staffs are very friendly, they can speak Italians, Arabic and Englisch mostly. Everything you expect from quality 4* hotel. Friendly bartender, quick reception, tasty food, three pools, great hotel layout, inexpensive prices. You can see hotel is italian oriented, by food choices and spoken language. Two sand beaches at Naama Bay, one walkable 5 min Gavi beach, second 5 min driveable by hotel bus near Kalimera Sharm. Almost dead coral, but few fishes still watchable.

The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and entertaining. You immediately feel welcome. The room has everything you need. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Overall, the value for money is definitely very good.

Breakfasts are below a 4, fruit is not tasty, and there's an omelet every day. Sweets are 5+, but I'm not a fan of sweets, my friend is. Watermelon and melon are 2. Dinner is 5. The nearest beach is a 15-minute walk away and there's only one hotel (they have an agreement between the hotels), and only those with a pink (colored) ticket at reception are willing to give them out (I don't know why?!)....

Breakfast is varied and delicious. Corresponds to the level of the hotel chain. The hotel needs to update the interiors of the rooms, otherwise everything is great.

Location is near the airport with 15 mins(max) drive away. Room is very aged and the old furnitures are falling apart with squeaky sounds. Bed is okay, shower water heat can be hot in a surge from time to time. Make sure to keep all bookings information with you as they do take some effort to extract those. The hotel service is good; the three meals included are acceptable for Egypt and cost-effective; the hotel has other self-funded restaurant options besides the buffet, but it is best to make a reservation at the front desk one day in advance.

Everything is good. I went to Sharm the next day and chose a hotel close to the airport. The sea is definitely not comparable to Sharm, but the recreational facilities and food are very rich. There is a sauna in the room.
