The stuff were friendly and the reception was welcoming and they even upgraded our room to sea and pool view for our anniversary.
The only remark about the stay was that the sea one day was full of seaweed, but the next day, it was all cleaned up.
This hotel deserves 5 stars.
The choice of rooms is another big plus.
Beautiful complex on the beach, several pools, restaurants, helpful staff.

The paths to the meeting points are well maintained and well distributed so that every point of contact in the complex can be reached safely.
The staff are friendly and mostly attentive. They provide all-round service upon request.
1. The hot swimming pool is very small and only 50cm deep, which is impractical for adults. Guests are directed to use the adjacent hotel's pool instead ( aqua magic ) which is already crowded and smaller
2. There are no evening activities as everything concludes by 9 PM, unlike the neighboring hotel, Aqua Magic, which offers more and longer nighttime activities.
3. There is disturbance from children in the hotel lobby without any management intervention to ensure the comfort of other guests. Additionally, the use of scooters & bicycles in the lobby is not permitted.
4. The spa is non-operational due to maintenance, which should have been communicated during booking as it is listed under facilities.
5. The indoor Jacuzzi and pool were also not operational due to maintenance. These issues should be addressed to manage guest expectations accurately.
The rooms are clean, they all see the sea from the second floor up. The food quality is above perfect. The staff is very helpful and always there if you need anything.
The pool is very big and has many options: hot pool, river,cold pool.
The sea view is very wonderful there.
The looby at night is crowded and quiet.
In my program drinks and snacks were free at any time.
