The rooms were almost clean, there was a lot of construction dust and everywhere was full of paint stains, as if a 5-year-old had done repairs. 99.9% of visitors were Russians! The entire program was always in Russian. Really? The Russians should stay at home and think about what they are doing to Ukraine.... Thank you to the waiters and the room cleaner - respect to you. I recommend making a disco room where adults can hang out after dinner... This so-called karaoke event is the best joke... songs in Russian? Take care!
Aqua park area music is everyday one and only, music is 20+ years old.
This hotell seems to be the time had stopped....

The pool cleaners use the pool water to wash the chairs and rinse that rag in the same pool, unbelievable!



Hotel location is good entertainment and facilities is good management and services very bad I think they don’t have any experience or background about hotels services once we reach front desk staff the y don’t know how to find our reservation and once they made our check in they did not say anything about hotel or the facility or resturant timing they took the luggage and just told us you can go from this way the room which we received very bad you can’t find even in one star hotels the room construction try old and not having any maintenance the bath room not having even towels or any soap or shampo electrical connections not working not clean we can’t find any one to reply us after we made issue and complain they changed the room to another one little better food service very bad food not fresh we stay 5 nights and I thinks the food never changed that’s my review as Egyptian citizen if there is any good comments from other nationals that mean the treatment not the same
The only good thing the location and entertainment facilities

Having traveled all the way from Australia with my family for an Eid holiday in Sharm El Sheikh, I was excited to stay at this hotel, following a friend's recommendation. However, my experience turned out to be deeply disappointing. The room I was given was not up to standard; it had evident maintenance issues, including a persistent water leak from the toilet. This leak not only made the bathroom unpleasant to use but also spread onto the floor of the main room, creating a discomforting and unhygienic environment.

Furthermore, the dining experience left much to be desired. The food lacked quality and variety, failing to live up to the culinary standards I had anticipated from a holiday destination like Sharm El Sheikh.

Overall, this was one of my worst holidays in Sharm El Sheikh. The combination of substandard accommodations, bathroom issues, and unsatisfactory dining options made for a thoroughly disappointing experience. I hope that this feedback prompts the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for future guests.

This is the first bad review I have ever given to a place, If you have any respect for yourself DON’T STAY THERE!!!! rooms are disgusting and dusty, bed bugs in almost every room. The AC doesn’t just leak, it pours water from the ceiling, staff is rude and harassed some of the group members that we were with (not to mention we’ve seen them also harass other tourists). and the FOOD, you’d rather be eating dog food than be eating there. if you’re thinking about a vacation and looked at this hotel, you’re better off not going on vacation.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel. Worst management.
We arrived at the hotel 11 am and till 2:30pm we haven’t gotten a room despite the many inquiries if the rooms are ready or not through out these hours.
When we spoke with the representative of the company we booked with, they gave us a story that there is a group of foreigners who are doing late check out and we can’t get a room till 10 pm.
After traveling for over 11 hours they were expecting that we should be ok with such answer.
Such a terrible management and worst staff ever.
If I could have given it a zero star when it comes to management, I would.

The worst hotel in Egypt. It was more of a nightmare not a vacation to turn off. The receptionist was so rude and they robbed us made us pay more money for a second level room and than gave us a first level with all the bugs and sun heat. Second of all the AC was dripping water while we’re asleep and we called the reception multiple times to change the room or come fix it they told me to turn it off and all they had to say “there’s nothing in our hands to do for you sir” worst hotel I’ve been to in my whole entire life. Plus their food was cold and it looked like leftovers from yesterday.
ADVICE DO NOT THINK ABOUT COMING HERE!!!

- Management and staff don't know the minimum level of hospitality and the have attitude issues and not professional at all.
- Room was dirty , electric machines are not working , safe is damaged , AC not working finally room service employee was serving 2 buildings which mean about 36 rooms and the only duty that he was doing is to provide rooms with water after toooo many calls to the reception and no cleaning duties in the hotel concept.
- Food is disgusting and looks like garbage , most of food items was expired and it was the only hotel in the world that only cooks dark meat without other parts of the chicken .
- Restaurants don't have enough dishes,
- Pools are not clean at all and aqua is closed most of time.
- The only words for Bar Man that coffe machine is not working and need to be fixed for all 5 consecutive days.
- No saftey at all.
- No Wifi service
- Booking rate is Fake .

Bad experience. Worst service I have ever seen and very slow. Check in process can take 4 hours. They gave me an occupied rooms!!
Treatment from staff is the worst, and they give all the effort and respect available to foreigners, ignoring Egyptians.
Drinks are artificial and taste bad. Don't go there if you can afford better.

Hotel is not for Europeans. 95 percent guests are local and they get special treatment. First time in my life I felt rasism against me and family. Aqua park is good but everything else is disappointing. It use to be good and nice probably 10 years ago and not a single dollar invested since then. Food is terrible, people serving food looks like they are forced to do it. Alcohol is warm and usually it is hard to get because bartender's wants money. 4 pm asking for beer, get answer it is ended. Although for 3 EUR they have some special beer. All the time we felt as unwanted guests. Pools after lunch full of rubbish. If you respect yourself and live in Europe avoid this hotel.
