Hotel was nice, very busy, walk across the road to use the beach if sister hotel., small. bar on the beach for users of this hotel also.
Rooms big, mine smelt bad bathroom for first day, but this was dealt with second day and was fine.
2 nice swimming pools grounds very clean.
only problem. I found for such a big hotel, one restaurant for food breakfast lunch dinner, just too busy, but the staff worked very hard non - stop to keep the tables moving after guests had left, in fact all the staff everywhere even reception, it's very busy, but all worked really hard and we're very polite and helpful.
The wine was awful very watered down, the food was not the best breakfast was excellent though, and for the price of hotel I would expect better. I was there at Eid so possibly it's normally better but it was soooo busy in the dining hall.

We went some time ago but got myself to write now. We had an absolute great time. Good, rooms, quality of drinks and our main waiter Mohammed was in ire gold. Definitely recommend. Coming again this September

Excellent hotel, very family oriented. Has a large selection of facilities especially the Aqua park on site or you can chill by the swim up bar, there really is everting. Rooms are basic but spacious. The balconies are big and provide extra space. Customer service was outstanding especially Abdullah in the palm restaurant who went about and beyond to make our stay special. How excellent 1st class service needs to be recognised along with his warm friendly personas that puts everyone at ease and that welcoming smile. Also Mohammed in the aqua park bar made sure we were looked after always being super attentive. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. And if you do stay make sure to ask for Abdallah and Mohammed.

I would like to say separately about the barmen, whose name is Ahmad. He is a professional in his field, a very friendly, kind person. The location is good and the food also a wild vareity of food and the stuff is freindly especially abdallah in the restaurant very helpful guy and always smiling The tables are very clean and the pools also. The beach of parrotel is wide and safe.

We stayed in this hotel for a week. We were satisfied. We especially liked the young man with a beautiful smile named Abdullah. He was very friendly, kind, and attentive. We were taken care of and aslo the hotel is good the pool water is nice staff there is frindly we enjoy thants

This is our 3rd time at Parrotel Aqua park and we loved every minute of it , the bedroom we get every time is great we always get a really big bedroom which is great for us . The staff are fantastic they are great with my wee girl the restaurant always accommodates her who can be a fussy eater . But her favourite member of staff is Yousef he is great with her and she always misses him when we come home probably one of the reasons we keep going back , the pools are great aswell my wee girl would spends the whole day in there if she could .

Hotel is very dirty does not look like the photos at all ! Outdated and old. Food is 1/5 Cleanliness 1/5 Nighttime entertainment 0/5 Music at side of the pool is 15 songs on repeat Pool side is very dirty and floating food packaging in the lazy river Looks like it’s on the blink of closing And if your English don’t bother coming here your looked at like “””” treated like rubbish from other forgeion guests More like a lower 3* hotel

Our holidays in March 2025, was brilliant, good hotel, great location not far from airport, nice room and amazing people. Special thanks for Yousef Serag Eldien and Abdallh Heshman very professional and loyal, so many activities the animation team looking after guests. I will recommend this place to my friends and colleagues.

Visited Egypt for a brief get away and had a lovely time at Parrotel Resort. The best thing about the place was the staff, so friendly and accommodating speaking exceptional English and helping us with our every need. The rooms were comfortable clean and spacious with everything we could need provided. I chose all inclusive and was always find something tasty to eat at breakfast, lunch and dinner with the choice of food being vast. The gym had great equipment and I had a gorgeous spa day with Hammam and massage which was a great stress relief. . The location was great as the beach was opposite and local shops and mall were literally on my doorstep. They made me feel very welcome and like an absolute Queen at Parrotel. Thanks again for a lovely holiday. See you again soon.
