Room could do with updating, very tied looking. Our room also had a few things that were not working, did report but no one came. It was a great stay there, me and my family enjoyed every single moment, we had delicious food with great cousins, my 5 years girl loved to stay on the kids club with the great toys and super kind stuff, we enjoyed water sports much and the show at night, and I had great experience at the beauty salon with a very professional and welcoming stuff.

Location in the center of naama bay. Close to all the cafes and restaurants. Beautiful hotel lobby. All the staff were very accommodating and polite. On the first morning of our stay we were given. Complimentary Drinks, snacks, and fruit. Which was brought to our room, along with a private invite to have dinner in the restaurant. We had a very pleasant staff.

As i mentioned before , the pools need to be more clean There is no animation

This resort is a great value for money, clean,top level service, rocky beach and great test of food.

The service was very good, but there were a lot of mosquitoes and flies. I was woken up by mosquito bites on the first day. One of the sockets was broken, which was very unreasonable. There was only one plug at the head of the bed in the triple room and it was broken. The bathroom was old. Great hotel, staff is very kind and helpful. Various buffet food for breakfast lunch and dinner but also have other A La Carte restaurants on site. Clean, great sized room with balcony. It is one of the most beautiful and wonderful hotels in the most beautiful area of Hurghada, which is Makadi Heights. The hotel stands out with its prime location, excellent service, cleanliness, friendly staff, outstanding restaurant offering delicious food, diverse pools, aqua park, and the amazing beach.

We recently stayed here. Yhe rooms could definitely do with updating. There clean but fixings in bathroom grotty. Beds uncomfortable. Plug points moving not secured. Or some didn't work its definitely not a 5 star hotel because of the room & bathrooms. This let's the hotel down. The main entrance is nice sister hotel is much more opulent & attractive.
