Consists of a main 5-storey main building and six 2-storey villas.

UPDATE: I WAS NOT THERE AS A TOUR OPERATOR! I don't know if you don't care about criticism and haven't even informed yourself about the incident or if you got this lie from the security man.
I didn't want to pick anyone up from the hotel or be let in because of this, please inform yourself first before you talk about safety here.
If I had claimed that evening that I wanted to go to the club "B2" which is on their premises, then I would have gotten in.
And the fact that they stand by a security man who insults other people for NO reason shows that you don't have their employees under control.
I have been living near the Continental Hotel for 2 years, I have always been delighted and have recommended the hotel to everyone. My family, my friends and also our guests from our company. Even I myself was always a guest at the hotel, but after today that is over. I have never been treated as disrespectfully as by the security man "badry". We tried to explain the situation to him several times and he just thought it was funny that we didn't fit in, even though several hotel employees explained to him the situation.
He really laughed and smiled, to show us we aren’t important.
No matter how nice the rooms are, the food etc. if you don't have your staff under control then none of this will help.
I will not continue to support such behavior and will advise our guests and my family to cancel their bookings if there are no consequences.
The photos with the view from the balconies, just so no one can claim that we were never there, you can see that these are different vacations.

Small, clean resort, very beautiful garden and beach, spacious, clean rooms. Very good food, impeccable service, smiling, kind staff, always joking with you. The best entertainment team, especially Bedo, a guy full of energy, enthusiasm, communicative and joking. Bedo, don't forget the words in Hungarian!
As a tip, stop cutting bracelets for those who have a late flight, it's too bad to lose customers. It's a very nice resort, with exceptional staff. Thanks for everything.

An old but well-maintained hotel. The buildings and overall architecture are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the view from terrace is stunning. The large, clean, and well-maintained pool is great. The sandy beach is particularly beautiful, with an excellent entry into the sea, no coral, a gentle slope and a suitable depth – a rarity and a big advantage of this hotel. Also, the early opening of the towel service at 7 AM allows for an early arrival to the beach. The food is ok, organized as a buffet with self-service, and there's always something to find, even for those with special dietary needs. The several bars, by the pool and on the beach, are excellent. The staff is very friendly. The animators try to give a best, so it's never boring. Security is high; the hotel complex is covered by cameras, and the police can often be seen patrolling in front of hotel building. Hotel is covered by fast internet even on the beach.
The only problem, for which I give 4 stars, is the early occupation of sunbeds. Although the hotel has more sunbeds and places on the beach and poolside than guests, early in the morning, positions are taken up with towels, which spoils the feeling of relaxation and puts early risers at an unfair disadvantage because when they arrive at the beach at, for example, 7:30 AM, half of the sunbeds are already occupied. I think the hotel management could easily solve this and avoid often argue between guests.
Overall, the hotel is excellent and I recommend it.

It was an amazing experience to have my honeymoon there, everything and everyone were perfect.
If I have an only comment, it will be about the food, it was delicious, but they need to give more attention to the ingredients quality of the presented food.

Classic tourist hotel with big rooms, typical buffet style restaurant and all-in bars. There is an array of different rooms although the hotel is in need of renovation. Our room was a big double room with a walk-in shower. The AC was working well albeit a bit noisy so we had to turn it off at night. Many guests reserve sunbeds early in the morning making for a stressful morning ritual to find a good spot by the pool. More beds were available on the beach. You are haunted by locals trying to sell you all sorts of trips, spa and other treatments, and activities. There is a possibility to indicate that you are not interested. Food is good but not great while restaurant is not very big given the size of the hotel. Although the hotel has a good price quality, I would not recommend. Animation team and program is active but not very inventive or impressive.

I had an amazing 7 nights at this place. From the very start till the end. All the staff were super friendly including Fadi, Mahmoud (Shisha host) Mohammad from reception, Rimon the manager, El badry the cleaner and so many more to name that took so much care of us. All the facilities were up to date and working. This place looks so much more better than what you see on the pictures. They have an amazing pool with the beach right behind it, activities to keep you busy all day. I would definitely recommend you all staying here and booking it. Honestly I had no complaints at all this place. Can’t wait to visit again for sure. Thank you guys once again.

Great place to stay ❤️ My recent stay was an delight.
From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and ensured all my needs were met.
The room was clean, and had a wonderful view of the shimmering Red Sea.
The hotel's amenities were top-notch swimming pool, a private beach, restaurant offering delicious cuisine, and plenty of activities to enjoy.
Hurghada itself is a charming coastal town with a laid-back vibe. I loved strolling along the promenade in the evenings.
From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and ensured all my needs were met.

Overall this is a good hotel. The room was very large and comfortable, if a bit dated. The outside is well maintained and attractive. Great location for the beach and short transfer to the airport. Food buffet was variable, some days ok , other days excellent. But the best thing about the hotel is the truly amazing service by all the staff. They make every effort to deal with your questions and needs with a smiling face and happy attitude, very rare these days. And I never felt that they were fishing for tips, quite the contrary.
If this hotel gets a renovation and more variety and quality in the buffet main courses it would be a truly excellent hotel.
One suggestion, for customers on a gluten free diet it would be great if the labels for dishes indicated gluten free, as I have seen in other hotels.
Special thanks to Ragab Hussein for all his help, and to the animation team for their tireless energy and enthusiasm.

We spent an amazing time in this hotel. First day we arrived late, but they prepared late evening meal for us. All inclusive package is fantastic, we could find everything we needed, or even more (I have a special diet and even I was more than satisfied). The beach is beautiful, and relaxing. The Tea Bar on the 4th floor is worth to try, especially if you catch the sunset there. Very nice 3 km long promenade in front of the hotel, full of bazars, first look around in Cleopatra fixed price store to get an idea about the prices.
