For a 3-star hotel, it was okay. But unfortunately, Trip.com advertises 4 stars! So you're a bit disappointed when you enter the hotel. The bath is good for kids, but for someone 186cm tall, you're sitting with your knees touching your chin. You also couldn't fill the bath because they don't have a plug in every room.

It's an old hotel, built in 1994, and you can see how old it is. The facilities are outdated. I stayed there for two days and called three times because the air conditioner didn't cool. The hygiene is average. I suggest you stay in a new hotel.

Nice place , clean , very cheap compared to services offered , all staff are friendly. Black sands have a miraculous result in treating psoriasis + sun rays in Safaga improve too much pain of osteoarthritis . Massage sessions are professionals, same as in Carlovi-Vari in the Check Republic .

Not a bad place at all, they have big rooms, not the cleanest not the dirtiest, you could get more for the price you pay. The housekeeping is not included nut its cheap they could just have included it in the daily rate. The beach is good enough. I would say for hurgarda standard you can get something better for your buck, still not the worst place I ever stayed in.

It's located quite far from Marsa Alam Airport, 180 km, almost a 2.5-hour drive. The area is large, but there's no real beach. The entrance is rocky. There's a pier. The food is good.

Just got back from here and have had a brilliant time. For what we paid for the all inclusive holiday we certainly got value for money. Hotel has got a couple of staff issues. Reception staff need to come across as being friendly and caring instead of abrupt, we only had to deal with them twice so was not so much a problem for us but talking to other people they were upset with their attitude. I went to this hotel with my fiancee this August and our experience was great. We spoke to Mahmoud for our trips to desert, safari and diving. Teams for each of those trips we took were very professional and devoted to their work. We felt safe and it was amazing. Especially the diving team, of course led by Mahmoud.

I went with my fiancee this August. We spent 12 days in Elysees hotel and our experience was amazing. Hotel staff was very kind and polite, especially the animation team. We loved every performance and minute spent with them lads, especially with Shaggy. They surely made our experience there much more enjoyable and lovely. The food is tasty — maybe not a million options, but definitely enough. We also had no problems with digestion. Ice cream is available every day, but it doesn’t taste good — very artificial. First time there. Resort is very nice and spacious. Great swimming pool and also direct beach access. Service staff were fantastic. Food was good and good variety. Rooms are spacious. The entertainment team was also great. Overall, beautiful resort where you can go and relax and no need to go anywhere else.

The setting is beautiful. Since we were traveling with children, they upgraded us to a suite, which was fantastic! The resort has a Mediterranean-style feel, with white houses set against the blue sea. It's stunning. The coastline is clean and beautiful, and we even encountered lionfish, jellyfish, and other small animals. The food wasn't great, but it was manageable.
