The resort is very good with a nice view of Red Sea. It is a very large resort and has many restaurants to choose from. The room is very calm and has shuttle to go between room and main building. We can have all 3 meals included and even can have happy hour time. We can walk along the resort to enjoy a nice and relaxing time in Red Sea.

This is the best resort in hurgada. It's worth coming to hurgada to visit here. Not only the facilities here, but the service here is really great. In February the swimming polls and the sea was cold but the garden around and restaurant service was very good. Especially our waiter Mohammed Al-Tayeb and the pasta chef had exceptional customer service, behaviour and work.

Good food with very limited variety, an unpleasant experience in the restaurant regarding the refill of the dishes takes a very long time.swimming pool very nice with bad guard and towel man. This is a great hotel. We visited as a family of 4 (kids 12 & 16) over the Easter period for 10 nights. Very old hotel, needs a lot of refreshments but the employees are really making a difference. The biggest problem is the top floor dining room for breakfast with only 5 elevators. Rooms are not bad and bathrooms need renovation.

One of the first resort built in Sharm. It is really huge and it is split in 8 different wings due to position and service levels. Overall a nice hotel. The rooms are very old and definitely need a renovation. The beds are good btw. At the reception the girl always says, “I have e very nice room for you”, but in reality all the rooms are old and nothing special. The food is good and there is enough choice. The hotel has a main building with sea view, and a lot of bungalows. It was 5* hotel, when it builded, but now it need to be renovated. The staff were amazing. All of the guards, supervisor and staff in the aqupark and swimming pools and beach were not only extremely friendly but also extremely conscientious. We witnessed how quickly they acted when a child got into difficulties. We felt welcome and safe and the children adored them.

Beautiful resort. I stayed in a separate building with a room upgrade. The room was big and clean, and I really liked it. The breakfast, dinner buffet, and room service were all delicious.
