Had the best time at Marina Sharm Hotel would never go anywhere else absolutely the best hotel food lovely room cleaned staff all brilliant especially Sara public relation Manager she was absolutely wonderful girl we asked her to arrange my wife birthday and we were impressed for what she offered ! thanks lot really you made our holiday special and unforgettably ! Highly recommend and we will be returning again soon.
From the very first minutes — only negativity. We arrived late and missed dinner, and what they gave us instead was ridiculous: food for eight people consisted of just three plates of vegetables and four plates with buns. Not even a full portion per person. Completely unacceptable.
The staff’s behavior is unprofessional — they laugh at guests near the bar and gossip about people. No respect at all. Unless you give extra cash directly into their hands, nobody will even approach or help you.
The sea is very shallow, more like a lagoon, and there is no live reef at all.
To make things worse, there is some bar (not part of the hotel) right in front of the rooms playing loud music until 3 a.m. — impossible to sleep.
Overall, the vacation was ruined. Total waste of money and time. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
