The hotel has a great location. Rooms have stunning sea view. The standard rooms are big and very comfortable for families. Rooms are clean and tidy and the room service is very cooperative.
The animation team is nice, everyday there are interesting shows.
But sometimes there are loud parties and late at night so for those who want to have a quiet early sleep it might be somehow annoying.
The beach is amazing, sandy and the water is clear, suitable for kids and also snorkeling.
There are 3 pools, one for small kids. The pools are clean and the life guards are very awake to any one who breaks the rules.
The restaurant staff are friendly and helpful.
Overall it was an interesting experience and for a 4-star hotel it is very good.

How INCONSIDERATE to the hotel guest of other hotels!!! This is such a bad publicity for this hotel & the business of other hotels nearby — there is a loud party at 1.30 am at night! ( I am so glad this was not at least my very 1st night here, because I would leave immediately!! ) they don’t just play music — the music is soo loud the floor in my hotel that is next door was vibrating!! So disrespectful to people that flew thousands kilometers to enjoy the peace and quiet while this hotel had to put up this loud music party! So disappointing! I know I will not return to my hotel & not to any nearing hotel in this location to experience this obnoxious teenage party in expense of my rest !!

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire pool team. We especially want to commend Mr. Mohammad at the pool bar, who was always open and welcoming to all guests, instantly making everyone feel comfortable. The two lifeguards at the relax pool were also outstanding and did a great job.
A big thank you also goes to Amr and his colleague at the Italian restaurant. Amr is a very helpful and conversational person who explained everything wonderfully and made great efforts to ensure we had a perfect evening.
The rooms were good – spacious and very comfortable. However, the room service was not particularly excellent. We had to remind them multiple times to replace the clean towels, and unfortunately, the toilets were not cleaned thoroughly. They also frequently forgot to supply new toilet paper rolls.
Thank you so much for the wonderful week with you. We will definitely come back again.

I have been at Marina Sharm and I had a great experience me and my family. The buffet was perfect, the staff were really helpful and nice. The rooms were very clean and every thing went perfect. The pool and beach were perfect totally recommend❤️❤️❤️❤️

the hotel is perfect, everything is good. the working staff are very helpful and nice. also the beach is amazing as well as the pool. there are shows everyday which are really nice. totally recommended for amazing vacation with family.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic hotel with a great location, the beach is right off the hotel. All the staff deserve a huge thank you, you can see a lot of work. Employees friendly, smiling and helpful! One of the employees Marwan very involved, helpful, nice, gives a lot of positive energy in this place! A small suggestion, if there is any food left from the hotel request if it is possible to leave for the cats, by the hotel there are a lot of them. Thank you for a wonderful stay 🙂

Amazing experience with my kids
I enjoyed the beach and pools kids loved it and the mascots were a nice gesture.

Amazing hotel with amazing people and amazing location. Every single person is a gem there starting from reception to the restaurant staff, as well as the staff who were responsible for towels and pools. They all are absolutely very caring and professional!! The only thing we didn’t like about the hotel was the dark-skinned woman who was sitting at the management desk. We have been staying in the hotel for 10 days with a big family from Armenia and she refused to provide us with at least one room for extra 1 hour despite the fact that the room wasn’t reserved by anyone else for that day (our check out was at 12 pm and we requested to leave the room at 1 pm). Probably she wasn’t Egyptian because during my whole trip among the whole country I didn’t meet any other rude and unprofessional person like her!!
