I’ll be honest, I had higher expectations for this hotel. The service was great, people really wanted to help you. It’s great to see great service when you stay in a hotel…but I gotta say something, it was very dirty the first room they gave us. Towels had marks, bathroom was dirty, the shower glass was uneven so water will filter underneath, the coffee table wasn’t clean at all. It had coffee marks…anyway, we complained to reception and they changed the room for us. That was better. Also, the breakfast is too expensive I believe. 16 dollars each person, here in this app it says 13 dollars.

This is the worst accommodation I had in my Egypt trip. It's not safe, I had an intruder to my room at midnight. It was scary and horrible. My sons lost around $ 200 in this hotel. For sure I won't do it again

I really enjoyed my stay here. The bedroom was spacious. The Italian restaurant has amazing food. Staff is friendly and tends very well. Overall highly recommend coming here.

Excellent mattress and pillows allowed me to sleep well. I stayed for one night between flights. The hotel is located 15 minutes from the airport. Great staff, great lounge. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Corresponds to the level of the hotel chain. The hotel needs to update the interiors of the rooms, otherwise everything is great.

Location is near the airport with 15 mins(max) drive away. Room is very aged and the old furnitures are falling apart with squeaky sounds. Bed is okay, shower water heat can be hot in a surge from time to time. Make sure to keep all bookings information with you as they do take some effort to extract those. Nothing interesting in the vicinity but the high end restaurant below is really good and cheap. They dont provide toothbrush so you have to call for them to provide. Not all power sockets work. The room card reader takes time to read and open. Recommend for short transit guest but for longer stay, do consider others.

I wanted to share my positive experience during my recent two-day stay at your hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and my room was both comfortable and well-equipped. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the relaxing spa facilities. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I look forward to visiting agian

We had a very pleasant stay, the staff is exceptional and the Manager Mr Khaled was very helpful in accommodating an issue we had.

We went to have our Breakfast at the MoX restaurant. Food was very good along with the special service they provided. However , they need to add on more variety regards to some of their own specialities as the breakfast was more focused on continental items.

I give 4star for food out of 5 and 5 out of for service.
