Steigenberger Nile Palace - Convention Center Hotel

Booked two rooms here. Breakfast was good. Rooms were renovated to have wooden floors so they were clean. Water pressure for the shower was really low though. Sheets also not crisp. But overall, higher than average.

This hotel is so beautiful. I really don’t have anything negative to say. The food is wonderful 10 out of 10. Everyone here is so kind. I dropped my passport here, and I realize this once I got to the airport. The staff searched for it and gave it to my guide. I made my flight on time! I’m so thankful.

The hotel was very clean and it was near the center of interesting places of visit. The breakfast was topnotch and the workers were very helpful. I would recommend the hotel for singles and couples with children.

Comfort and impeccable service - Steigenberger Nile Palace

We recently stayed at the Steigenberger Nile Palace and the whole experience was amazing! The hotel is in a beautiful setting with great facilities and a stunning view overlooking the Nile.

Special thanks to the entire hotel staff, especially the Guest Relations team, for their attentive service. Surprisingly, one of the staff members in the Guest Relations team spoke fluent Chinese and was very helpful, answering all our questions and explaining all the hotel facilities and services in detail, making our stay smoother and more enjoyable.

From the cleanliness of the rooms to the delicious food in the restaurant, every detail of the hotel made us feel at home. Thank you to everyone at the Steigenberger Nile Palace for making our holiday unforgettable! We will definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Luxor!

We recently stayed at this hotel during a family vacation and I simply can’t fault it.
From the moment you walk in the hotel you are greeted with helpful and knowledgeable staff. The rooms are well appointed, spacious and clean with attention to detail.
The pool is enjoyable with a stunning view of the Nile.
Best of all, is the sunset view from the hotel overlooking the Nile. This promises to be a highlight of your stay.

Perfect location just in the center as well as on the bank of Nile. Reception very professional and welcoming. Got upgarded which was super appriciated since we've had a very long and exhausting trip behind us. Facilities are very good. Staff very polite and professional. Rooms are a bit outdated but it give the hotel a really cool oriental Agatha Christie vibe. We loved the restaurants though breakfast was a bit of ordinary especially pastries were not outstanding. Pool great. Views perfect.
