The location is good, the price is reasonable, the front desk is easy to communicate with, there is a kitchen where you can cook, and the tableware is complete, but the hygiene conditions are average. It is recommended to bring your own disposable sheets and quilt covers

Although they wrote in the reviews that the apartments are on a hill, we did not notice anything difficult, the climb is smooth and not long at all. The apartments correspond to the photos, which was very pleasing. The bedroom and shower were excellent, you could even see the sea from the balcony. There is a construction site opposite, but the noise did not bother us much. The location is very convenient, right in the center, there are many shops, cafes and beaches nearby. The only negative is that there was a strong musty smell from under the sink, although they came to us and turned on the water at full capacity, saying that the water was stagnant and it should spill, but this did not help, all 4 days there was a strong smell. The administrators were very polite and tried to help with everything.

The hotel is a great option in terms of price-performance. Especially if you prioritize exploring Egypt, it provides an ideal place to stay at night. There are two breakfast options: an open buffet and the Seashell breakfast. The open buffet costs between $7 and $9, which is a bit expensive but offers great variety and quality. The Seashell breakfast is $4 and has two menu options: a croissant or a traditional Egyptian breakfast. Since you can buy a croissant cheaper from a nearby market, the traditional breakfast is the better value for the price.

The hotel staff is very helpful, and the rooms are clean with WiFi and air conditioning available. On the top floor, there is a terrace with a sea view, where you can enjoy your breakfast, or you can have it in your room or at the private beach. There is also a pool on the terrace. The only major downside of the hotel is the poor sound insulation. Noise from the corridor or unexpected sounds from some appliances in the room can be disturbing. Other than that, it is a comfortable and enjoyable hotel for a pleasant stay.

The flat is good, I did not mind having to walk 6 minutes to have breakfast in another hotel, but what I did not like was that they block youtube from their wi-fi so you can not access the website only thru hotspot. checking in was very slow also but...

The location is good and the room is big. The apartment is not as clean as a hotel and the room is not cleaned every day. For some reason, the water in the room is sometimes very yellow and contains a lot of sand, which is not suitable for drinking.

I couldn't go in the rooftop pool, but the ocean view was beautiful, so I had breakfast on the rooftop. There was a washing machine with a dryer in the room. I had trouble opening and closing the door, but the front desk staff came to help me.
