People in there are so nice, rooms almost perfect, good quality of food and drinks, I’ll recommend it to everyone who want to visit Egypt, trust me you have so much to see there! We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort! The place is very clean, and the food was tasty with plenty of variety. The staff were extremely friendly, and management was very responsive. They kindly let us return to our rooms after check-out due to a flight delay and even allowed us to have lunch after checking out. Excellent service and hospitality all around. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing resort! Cold water readily available to drink. Entertainment team work really hard and are engaging with the guests. Special mention to Klaudia on entertainment team, she made us so welcome and informed us of the programme. We had a fly board show today which was really professional and so much fun!! Two restaurants that have an immense choice of food at all meals and snacks available...

The animation team and the waiters were very attentive, and I liked that there was a wide variety of food. However, the rooms were not hygienic—there were hairs on the bed. I think the beach was clean, and the pool was also clean. There are enough play areas for children, and the pool is suitable for kids.

It was beautiful, I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked thru the lobby. The waitresses here are all so nice and very helpful. I always got a smile when I walked past them. The pool is the perfect depth, I was swimming all day, and still not bored.

The resort was like anticipated and really enjoyed my time there.Rooms are ok.All staff members are enthusiastic,cheerful and helpful.First impression from reception was amaxing and made excited for this experiment.Wifi all over the resort and food was amazing.Would love to repear my visit again.

The hotels greatest asset is their staff Every member of the team were exceptional making our stay a very relaxing and enjoyable experience The guest relationship team helped sort out a small issue I had and the bar manager Walid was excellent Also special mention for the animation team who put a real effort in to ensure we were entertained with Sam being very much a leading light

The service is great, every one is kind and helpful. The aquapark is fantastic, you can spend many hours on slides, and don't get bored. We really enjoyed our stay.

The animation team is awesome! Food is excellent, rooms are big and clean and the beach is well maintained and clean. Extra good value choice.the kids loved the aquapark and I enjoyed the slides too! The personnel made us feel welcomed, taken care of and safe at all times.

hotel and room service was excellent the transport to the aqua park was the best attractiont. Chef asked every day how the meal tasted and it was always delicious

The most outstanding positive of the hotel is the abundant, delicious and wide selection of dining options. They were meticulous about cleanliness, perhaps trying to compensate for the run-down appearance. Overall, it was acceptable.
