Amazing resort with the friendliest staff ! Everyone from the receptionists, to the waiters, to the cleaners... so friendly! The pools were amazing and the sea water a dream! The entire resort is spotlessly clean. The resort is so large that you never feel it's overcrowded. A small minus point is the quality of the food and the alcoholic beverages. We stayed here for a week and it was great. Nice swimming pools, good and varied food, clean room and very friendly staff. Cost effective. Amenity quality is not good. But enough. There is a lot of Fly. If hotel manage hygiene condition more, it will be better. I want to visit one more time, if I have a chance. I recommmend it.

the beach and the sea is fantastic and amazing. in total the experience is OK not luxury but is okay as a place to change mood and spend a good time

If you are looking for a cheap vacation, this is it. Everything was clean. The rooms are older but still clean and nice. The food was repeated every day and there were just a few options to choose from. The employees didn't know English, you'd better communicate in German or Russian. I demand a master bed the receptionist gave me double beds and merged them and this was the worst experience ever food is good emloyees was good beach and pool was awesome sometimes soft cold drinks was hot and you have to use ice no drinking water in rooms too

In the center of Sheraton Road. In the center of the tourist area. Everything is within walking distance.

Rooms are basic but clean. They are chalets , and if required, they will change sheets and towels daily. There is plenty of food to choose from. If you are looking for pizza and chips, this isn't for you. All staff are friendly and helpful. Beech is wonderful . Very peaceful, relaxing place to stay.

I'm staying 15 days in this hotel, and I'm absolutely amazed by the quality and the kindness of the staff and managing!! There is a very good atmosphere here, the rooms are perfect, the quality of the room service has even some sense of humour by changing everyday there way of setting the Room None but the least, the restaurant is a Pure pleasure (I'm french), I am everyday surprised by the quality...

Rooms are outdated but clean and spacious( your there to enjoy the weather and sea). Food is very good. Staff are amazing...everybody is so friendly. Beer is good and that is it.....spirits and wine are ermmmmm rubbish. Animation team are eager! All things said though would be happy to go back here anytime.

A very good spot to chill. Even the resort was almost I didn t feel it overcrowded. Beach and sea are amazing and the food is above average and sometimes excellent. Nothing to complain about. Just enjoy the time here

Very nice people, good food with great options, location and rooms seems a bit old and with some needs of renewal. But all in all for a 8 day stay with all inclusive great experience.

The hotel was very nice, well maintained and clean. Staff was very friendly although everything is mostly in German. Food and drinks were ok, but expect to have to pay extra for like fresh juices, real alcoholic drinks etc. Pool side was nice and the beach side is very calm. Animation in the evening was a bit amateuristic though. All in all, we had a great time !

Arrived for a 10 day stay and head home tomorrow 02/05/24. We love this hotel and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Our room was upgraded to a sea view but sadly had 2 single beds for some strange reason! Great size room with walk in shower that was brilliant. Hotel has good free WiFi all over, including the rooms and pool/beach areas. Food was really good and varied and I would say, high end quality...

First time in Egypt. We had an amazing week. The staff are very attentive, the animation team is superb, the food is excellent, the beach is gorgeous with lots of comfy sunbeds and beautiful big natural grass parasols.

The whole family loved this hotel. It is the best located hotel in El Gouna and the best beach. Service is awesome, rooms are a bit dated and could be better but not bad at all. The atmosphere is so lively, recommend for many future visits and revisits.

Can't recommend Club Paradisio and El Gouna enough, we've had a fantastic time. Room are clean, functional and a good size. My only complaint would be the size of the beds as they aren't really doubles. Our room was very close to the beach and the pool so very convenient and it's not noisy at all. Beach and pools are fab. Plenty of loungers, lots of towels and the staff and service are fantastic. ...

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location. Mainly German guests but quite a few English too. Staff were attentive and polite. Rooms are older style but spotlessly clean. Plenty of food choice and plenty of drinks. We will return, and I can highly recommend this hotel.
