My sister, daughter and I just had a great week (February 2024 half-term) at Empire Beach Aqua Resort, Hurghada. The rooms are dated and would definitely benefit greatly from a refurbishment but they were clean and comfortable and were spacious with a great private balcony. We all had great night sleeps as the beds were very good with lovely clean bedding. Plenty of towels supplied and rooms were cleaned...

The hotel is very active with lots of activities. We was here three years ago and the difference is so good. We wait every day for the shows and the activities our favorite is the beach shows and we wait for this every time. Even when it is hot like the theatre we stay till the end

This hotel is really fanatic. The staff are so welcoming from the moment that we come into the lobby. We were shown to our rooms almost instantly when we came in. It was absolute fantastic. The pool and beach are close together perfect resort that you don’t need to leave.

Having recently stayed at this hotel. We had a fantastic time. The waiting staff at the meeting point and bar staff by the pool are all amazing. Especially in the heat. The entertainment was great every night,with plenty to see. Rooms were very nice and fridges were always stocked with water and soft drinks.

Location was really nice and all pools and beaches were nice and clean. One issue I had was how early everything closed, pool closes at 5 beach at 7. It is still day? Another thing is the workers kept staring at me! What the freak weirdos. Barely would talk which was nice but would constantly stare! Food was also mid with a lid. Some days it was good some days it was bacon bologna!!!

We had a nice time staying with them. The rooms need some improvement, mainly in the bathrooms. Some parts of the hotel are currently under construction. The staff is very friendly. The space is great. You get to enjoy access to 3 resorts worth of space with full access to all their services. Rooms in Turte Inn are a little small, but we knowed that before. Nevertheless the rooms are nice. Breakfast is very good and staff is very friendly and helpful.

What a lovely hotel. Everything is clean and well thought through. Its location in the marina is glorious and makes for a lovely breakfast.

Turtles inn was a fantastic stay for all of my needs in Gouna. They showed a very high standard for customer service and enjoyment, with the housekeeping being top notch, the breakfast being a nice variety, and the location being perfect. I’ll definitely come again and would recommend others to do so. Thank you!

Very good place, clean rooms and friendly staff . There was no variety of foods. You will have to walk to 200m to the beach. The beach is clean. It's located in front of the airport, attached to Bowling centre and very close to mamsha Street about 200m also. Near to the shops, bars, restaurants and shopping centre.

breakfast here is nice and it has many options. its close to supermarkets and shops and beaches. also the pool is a nice place with good sunlight would reccomend going for a few nights

Cozy, clean and satisfactory. Having a living room, bedroom, kitchen with fridge makes you feel at home. No cooker and no microwave in kitchen is limiting dining possibility inhouse, however Hurghada has a huge variety to dine outside with several budgets

That’s cheap and clean enough. I think that’s the best choice if you wanna have a less expensive hotel. it’s not fancy and everything inside is less than perfect. But quiet and the employees are friendly. They understand English.

Clean and helpful staff. The food is great but complimentary meal doesn't include water, we were charged 10Egp for a bottle of water.

Sun & see hotel - Hourgada - it is a nice and beautiful hotel there are 3 beautiful swimming pools and a very nice beach , people and workers there are very good I spent a very good holiday with my family there from 23-7-2013 up to 26-7-2013 , but the hotel need more proficient management , elevators need maintenance and repairing , air conditions and furniture need adjusting and fixing , bathrooms...

Close to Sheraton Road, Gomla market I got the same room beautifully prepared like a fee weeks ago. The staff is super friendly and respectful, kind. Was everything allright. This is a 2 star hotel, so don't expect 5 star services, but everyone is trying their best. Very modern and clean hotel at beautiful marina, professional staff and super tasty breakfast. I had a wonderful time here.

All is good ,very helpful staff ,great breakfast nice room and very nice view The only thing there is a bar located downstairs that starts playing very very loud music till 2 am in the week ends so if you want to sleep you wont But they said they close at 1:00 a.m.in weekdays

I've tried the restaurants food here.. The steakhouse. The food is great and very delicious. The waiters are extremely helpful and friendly.. The restaurant is clean, tables are well spaced out. Overall, it has been a great experience.

I do not recommend it. Despite the friendly staff the facilities are terrible. The sheets worn out, the tissue was not sufficient, no drink water provided. Breakfast was just so average. With the price in Hurghada you can get better. We booked a junior suite and it looked so different from the picture

Hi The hotel location is very good, close to Sheraton road by walk and to Marina it's 9 mins by car, staff is nice and helpful but room is pathetic, it's big on top with sea view but from balcony you can see another resort hotel construction too. Tea was expensive if we order separately. Breakfast was so good, overall hotel is so dirty, no room cleaning service.

This is a , You get what you pay for, kind of place. The hotel was cheap do I wasn't expecting the best. If you wanna find a place where just sleep is needed, then this is it. Yes the place could do with a revamp but the price I paid, I would stay again.

I liked this hotel, the staff was really friendly there and they didn't ask me to pay tipps for everything. Especially I liked their cheaf who was very friendly and cooked vegetarian dinners and lunches for us. The room was also good and clean, and hot water was provided (we stayed in February). The hotel has its own beach and we didn't have to pay extra to enter there.

Bed comfortable. Air condition worked. Good balcony space but it was not a double bed as booked. Staff were nice and dealt with queries and issues straight away. Particularly loved our dinner waiter. He was very sweet and attentive to us always.

Nice hotel, in a very quiet neighbourhood, stuff is very helpful and friendly, the food was very tasty and the kitchen is open until 12 o'clock at night, the hotel is next to mini market, pharmacy, cash machine, main road which you can take the bus to the city if you don't want to pay for taxi. I enjoyed my stay there and i recommend, i would stay there again

Fantastic modern hotel. Clean and tidy with a great Irish bar. You can sit outside on the balcony or the sunroof. It's location is very good near to local buses close to banks to exchange money. Overall a great hotel. This is not a beach resort just plain simple accomodations. Highly recommended.

First time staying here great value for money spacious rooms great bathrooms . Irish bar downstairs and lovely room top bar and pool area .Bar staff great Sheriff and Seth great guys really good service and good management. A little hidden gem will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Not a bad place at all, they have big rooms, not the cleanest not the dirtiest, you could get more for the price you pay. The housekeeping is not included nut its cheap they could just have included it in the daily rate. The beach is good enough. I would say for hurgarda standard you can get something better for your buck, still not the worst place I ever stayed in.

Affordable place with great location. Room is clean and tidy, with a little kitchen if you want to prepare meals. The beach is clean and nice with a small cafeteria for snacks. The only downside was the weak WiFi, hope they improve that soon.

BEST PLACE I’VE EVER STAYED Let’s start with the living room and rooms, the view was amazing, so clean. They have a such a nice private beach just down stairs. The staff it was really nice (Mohamed) made our time there special and we felt like at home, so kind, friendly and helpful. I’ll go back there thousand time more.

After three days at Alia beach resort I decided to stay two more weeks, since it’s a beautiful place and they made a really good price offer. But also the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was really nice and the view was also great. It’s a great location and if there’s a problem the staff is always there to help out, for example if you want to change rooms or need anything else....

Getting our rooms took a while because other people infront, rooms are basic with TV fridge and wardrobe everything you will need and are cleaned everyday if you wish. Food was basic, could be changed up more because it was almost the same everyday and not much flavour. Animation team try to make the holiday as fun as possible however the people don't get involved as much as you would want they are...
