I don’t think this hotel five stars is. The location is very goed, but hygiene and cleaning are not good, in the bathroom I saw mold and very small worms. cleaner woke me up at 7:30 to get a tip
Greeting you with a smile, all staff were very helpful and nothing too much trouble
Such a great place to stay in Luxor, you have private swimming pools, restaurants, room service, ATMs, mini golf carts that can drop off at your room and back and they have a very good service where you can book your tours for west and east bank
i would like to say thank you for the friendly worker of the hotel. I am pleasant with the beautiful view of the hotel.
Really enjoyed the stay and the rooms that we stayed in had a private balcony with a large room inside
I always stay at this hotel and I am glad to say it never really changes. Its in such a great location and it is so peaceful and relaxing.

Good Location. Clean and Comfortable. Lying on the sun-bathing chair at night to see the stars there is really cozy. Need to be aware that the shower facilities is just soso, the water pressure is not strong enough
+ very good service from everyone at the reception to the staff at the restaurants +excellent location- very close to Luxor Temple and Karnak temple and not very far from the other major sites such as Valley of the Kings +breakfast buffet was lovely, fresh eggs made to order, pancakes and waffles and big selection of other foods you’d find in a hotel buffet +I paid about $33 for a dinner buffet, which...
Customer Service is outstanding. Location is convenience and close to stores and attractions. Strongly recommended this hotel. We were very happy to stay in this hotel
Great hotel on the Nile. In a good location but on the main street so can be noisy at times. Many restaurants in walking distance
Very nice hotel. Can see the nile river from my room. Staffs were very nice. Especially the young men who can speak a little Chinese, he is super friendly and always giving you a smile whenever he sees you.
Great contemporary hotel, situated right in the heart of Luxor's East Bank with an amazing pool side and deck to the Nile. Brilliant concierge services offered by Hany and team

The sunsets by the pool are also gorgeous. Great location as base for day trips in Luxor
Booked two rooms here. Breakfast was good. Rooms were renovated to have wooden floors so they were clean. Water pressure for the shower was really low though. Sheets also not crisp. But overall, higher than average.
The hotel was very clean and it was near the center of interesting places of visit. The breakfast was topnotch and the workers were very helpful. I would recommend the hotel for singles and couples with children.
I really don’t have anything negative to say. The food is wonderful 10 out of 10. I dropped my passport here, and I realize this once I got to the airport. The staff searched for it and gave it to my guide
The festive Christmas decorations added a touch of magic, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The rooms were nothing short of exceptional, providing both comfort and breathtaking views
I made my flight on time! I’m so thankful

The sun rises and the sunsets are so beautiful from this Resort & Spa. A very peaceful quaint little hotel that offers great views in the morning and during sunset highly recommend catching both everyday we can
The location, at the side of the Nile, is beautiful - and sitting by the river at sunset was also memorable. We would definitely stay there again
Hands down, the best place to stay in Luxor. Modern and up to date with the best view of the Nile. Two swimming pools, three unique high quality restaurants and a beautiful spa and infinity pool overlooking the Nile
The food at one of the on-site restaurants ,Olives, was incredible! The two infinity pools overlooking the Nile were simply gorgeous. All of the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful
Amazing hotel with a magnificent view over the Nile. Rooms are in excellent condition. Has a highly equipped thermal SPA with an infinity heated swimming pool. I highly recommend this place
The staff and service is great. They prepared an excellent breakfast in a box despite being quite early. The shared facilities are very well maintained. The room is good but a bit dated

Perfect location next to Luxor temple, travel agency at the lobby has very good prices, we book a taxi to Marsa Allam for the half of the prices we were offered from other hotels, The breakfast is ok! But honestly for us was very difficult to find good food in Luxor, so we were happy to have that option
Friendly staff and easy check-in. Location is ideal.
Great location to major attractions and restaurants. Aly (manager), GiGi, and Badwin took great care of us the entire time. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Food at restaurant out of this world amazing
The restaurant food is decent and caters to the tourist palette (if you are after delicious, authentic food best to go into the city centre). We also visited the spa and had a salt treatment and full body massage
All round an extremely enjoyable stay! I loved the location and the staff, which made my time in Luxor very pleasant. The rooms too are great and the prices are great value for money.
Very nice hotel in a great location on the East Bank. Friendly and helpful staff, great pool, nice spacious rooms with many Nile views

anyway the best part of staying here is the amazing royal garden, this is impressive. Swimming pool is also gorgeous, deep and 25m lengths. Breakfast is not impressive, but enough
An affordable way to stay in the same grounds as the Winter Palace and to enjoy the same facilities as guests of that hotel. The Pavillion Winter hotel is a cheaper and more modest property
Best location ( walkable distance to Luxor Temple) , market place and Nile river opposite to the hotel. Also I had dinner in the Palace and it was mouth watering, mostly had French cuisines and wines
Well worth a visit, surprisingly the Sakara beer I had in the bar was cheaper than other locations in Luxor. The gardens are extensive and contain numerous plants, shrubs and trees, probably the best garden in Luxor
But then I also encountered a so-so serviceman at breakfast buffet who stood ignorantly watching me struggled with bread cutting. It seems that service training has rooms to improve
On the second morning of our stay (mid December 2024), a wait staff handed me a basil leaf from the garden which smelt so pungent. It made a great start of my day

Loved it, great view to luxor temple, and food was awesome at the restaurant, mr. Mateus was extremely helpful and super nice. Rooftop pool was amazing.
Very good hotel. Great dinner, nice clean rooms, balcony. Very kind staff! Just problem to get warm water fast, but anyway highly recommand.
I love it! It's clean, nice and it have great view, aslo the people work here are so kind
The staff is very welcoming and they are very warm. Still the rooms were pretty tight and i couldn't move around. Still one of the best hotels if you are on budget.
Rooms were clean and well kept. The rooftop pool was a great lounge area at night . Awesome view of the temple and avenue of the sphinx!

For a three star. its okish. Its not bad, witch is good when you compare to other 3 star hotels. Good location, friendly people, fresh sheets. Bad Internet and if you have the chance go eat elsewhere, go.
This hotel is very cheap, for one day it's the price of 4 BigMac. So for the price it s a good deal. The carpet of the bedroom exudes a strong smell.
Beautiful hotel with beautiful view, very kind staff
What more could you ask for! Without spending a fortune you get all the mod-cons of the more expensive motels in Luxor, the rooftop pool accompanied by a bar (with cold beer) and quite excellent food was a fantastic surprise! The rooms were all you need with tidy bathrooms, and airconditioning and were comfortable enough that I would definitely sleep here again
Great, clean and nostalgic, loved the old furnishing and style of the hotel, food was great specially rice pudding ?, friendly staff and moderate prices ?
Certainly though, the rooftop makes this place!

The pool is beautiful as is the courtyard. The thing that really sets this place above the competition is the friendly and helpful staff. They are all wonderful and fun to talk to and are a big help when needed
Cannot recommend this place enough. This was my 3rd time to Luxor and this was by far the best place to stay. Also the food in the upstairs restaurant (along with it's views) are the best I've had in Luxor
Went here for dinner with my tour group. Excellent staff, great scenic views, and probablly one of the best meals we had in Egypt.
The location is perfectly located on the quiet side of the Nile but the local ferry to get to the other side is 100meters out the door, costs 1 Egyptian pound and leaves every 5-10minutes
After spending the past 140 days driving from Cape Town South Africa up to Cairo Egypt, this has been the best place I have stayed and the only review I will write
Nice food and polite staff. Very nice views from the restaurant.

Clean, cute, and well cared for. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast is included, and the location is very close to Valley of the Kings. I would definitely stay here again.
We didn't actually stay at this hotel, but had lunch at the associated restaurant after visiting the Colossi of Memnon, and the food was truly excellent - one of the best meals we had during 3 weeks in Egypt! Our guide expressed a very high opinion of the hotel among other tourists as being excellent for a small, non-luxury hotel, and conveniently close to the Valleys of the Queens (such as for pre...
The best place to stay in Luxor. Sayid the host was really kind and helpful, the room was clean, comfy and fresh. The whole staff made me feel at home and also the food was amazing. book with them no questions asked
the reception man is very nice and the owner too. the hotel has a wanderful sight from the top of the building. it was the most beautiful night sight that i ever seen in my life

This is a great location for anyone who wants to explore the many splendours of Luxor but also wants to get a feel for Egyptian life
The hotel has great location very near to the riverbank and the boats
Twenty years ago I really hated Luxor and El Gezira Garden totally changed my mind, if there is a paradise in Egypt it is thas place. The staff, the calm, the restaurant ( rare in Egypt) everything is pleasant there
Comfortable family apartment, superb breakfast buffet and a pool to refresh you after a hot day in the sun. A few restaurants and shops to try locally, plus the boats across the river are only a 5 minute walk away
The staff are very friendly and hospitable and happy to help with anything from taxi rides to special dietary requests. The food is fresh and delicious and even tastier on the rooftop at sundown
All the staff and the owner were friendly and helpful. The rooms are little outdated but it matches the surrounding village vibes and still very comfortable and air-conditioned
