We had an amazing stay  . The property is iconic and location is awesome . Excellent team who listens to guest ( Special mention to Nesma  and team at Front office ) and proactively take action . The hotel is in the perfect location, face to Nile river， working distance to the Temple of Luxor, very convenient,
The hotel is clean, the garden is beautiful, the people in the hotel are very friendly. The only thing not comfortable is the bed sheet pilling, the breakfast is ok.

The room facilities and hygiene are barely one-star hotel standard. I've never stayed in such a terrible hotel in my life; it's comparable to a small inn from the last century... The hotel features pilling and yellowing bed linens, stained carpets, an ancient TV, a bathtub with no curtain or screen whatsoever, and terrible soundproofing. The only two positives are the small garden shared with the Winter Palace and the convenient location. For $120 during peak season, it's absolutely awful!

Pavillon was top notch! From service to customer service it was amazing. The gardens are so pretty you can definitely enjoy the pools and bars and truly a slice of heaven The rooms so clean I slept so well. had an early flight and was able to get takeaway breakfast at around 5 am. Very filling. Loved it.

A lovely hôtel situated in beautiful gardens next to the Winter Palace. Service was excellent. A lovely heated pool area where you can relax. The hotel offers a variety of food options. I will definitely return.

The hotel's location is great; you can catch a boat just across the street, and it's only a few hundred meters walk to the temple. The hotel's internal landscaping is very well done, and the garden is beautiful. The downsides are that the facilities are very old, it didn't feel very clean, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and there wasn't much in the way of service. Overall, I don't think it offers good value for money, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again if I were to return.
