I always stay at this hotel and I am glad to say it never really changes. Its in such a great location and it is so peaceful and relaxing.

This place makes a nice stay. It has its own zoo which is pretty cool. Sunset views by the pool are great. Great amenities. Service is a little slow. Pool is nice and massive. Few different restaurants at the property. Overall it’s a decent stay.

Any trips out need taxi or hotel's shuttle bus. But hotel in great location for visiting west bank sites and Luxor Rooms well serviced daily. Public areas clean, no rubbish laying around. Greeting you with a smile, all staff were very helpful and nothing too much trouble.

The location is far from the city, but it's good. Is there a bus or you can just walk Met well. The number was provided immediately. There are people from the staff who were very helpful, this is in the Arafa restaurant - very friendly and made delicious coffee and much more. Customer Service is outstanding. Location is convenience and close to stores and attractions . Price was reasonable. Rooms well-kept and clean. Strongly recommended this hotel. Breakfast was excellent. We were very happy to stay in this hotel.

Nice hotel with quaint rooms and the service was friendly. We had dinner here and the food was okay, but it was nice to sit by the pool and have a few drinks.

Very nice hotel. Can see the nile river from my room. Staffs were very nice. Especially the young men who can speak a little Chinese, he is super friendly and always giving you a smile whenever he sees you.

Good Location. Clean and Comfortable. Lying on the sun-bathing chair at night to see the stars there is really cozy. Need to be aware that the shower facilities is just soso, the water pressure is not strong enough

This hotel is located in very good location right in front of the Nile River. It’s very enjoyable to sit on the balcony to watch the sunrise and sunset. Breakfast is okay. Hotel is a little bit outdated but the price is reasonable. Overall I recommend it.

Great location to major attractions and restaurants. Aly (manager), GiGi, and Badwin took great care of us the entire time. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Food at restaurant out of this world amazing. I had the spicy chicken kebab and ate all of it. I'm a give foodie! The rooms were clean and had a view of the Nile river. Would stay here again. Pure opulence. We were pampered in every way possible. The sheets and featherbed are so luxuriously soft and comfortable. The food at one of the on-site restaurants ,Olives, was incredible! This is possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms were extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean. The staff and service is great. They prepared an excellent breakfast in a box despite being quite early.The shared facilities are very well maintained. The room is good but a bit dated. It's 2 mins walk from the Nile, the family room was great but no hand held bidet in the bathroom. The people at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. We experienced WiFi issues due to the extremely thick walls preventing the signal as the WiFi router is outside. The food at the hotel is excellent and very cheap and the hotel swimming pool is fantastic with great water quality

Great location, inside was extremely quiet and pool was great. Only issue was the wifi is very spotty and does not reach most rooms.

Such a beautiful and welcoming hotel! The rooms were clean and the beds really comfortable, we had good breakfast as well. It's really close to the ferry docks so it's in a great spot for moving around as well. The owner Nubi and Rafael were both incredibly nice to us, I couldn't have asked for more and couldn't have felt any more welcome. I really recommend this hotel!
