Such a great place to stay in Luxor, you have private swimming pools, restaurants, room service, ATMs, mini golf carts that can drop off at your room and back and they have a very good service where you can book your tours for west and east bank. Really enjoyed the stay and the rooms that we stayed in had a private balcony with a large room inside.

I don’t think this hotel five stars is. The location is very goed, but hygiene and cleaning are not good, in the bathroom I saw mold and very small worms. cleaner woke me up at 7:30 to get a tip. I asked one king size bed, I got a part two persons bed.

I always stay at this hotel and I am glad to say it never really changes. Its in such a great location and it is so peaceful and relaxing.

This hotel is perfectly equipped with all you can imagine. Situated in a nice park on the Kings Island, a bit out of town at this splendid view on the Nile River. There are rooms with Nile view. Any trips out need taxi or hotel's shuttle bus. But hotel in great location for visiting west bank sites and Luxor Rooms well serviced daily. Public areas clean, no rubbish laying around. Greeting you with a smile, all staff were very helpful and nothing too much trouble.

Customer Service is outstanding. Location is convenience and close to stores and attractions . Price was reasonable. Rooms well-kept and clean. Strongly recommended this hotel. Breakfast was excellent. We were very happy to stay in this hotel.

Nice hotel with quaint rooms and the service was friendly. We had dinner here and the food was okay, but it was nice to sit by the pool and have a few drinks.

Very nice hotel. Can see the nile river from my room. Staffs were very nice. Especially the young men who can speak a little Chinese, he is super friendly and always giving you a smile whenever he sees you.

Good Location. Clean and Comfortable. Lying on the sun-bathing chair at night to see the stars there is really cozy. Need to be aware that the shower facilities is just soso, the water pressure is not strong enough

This hotel is located in very good location right in front of the Nile River. It’s very enjoyable to sit on the balcony to watch the sunrise and sunset. Breakfast is okay. Hotel is a little bit outdated but the price is reasonable. Overall I recommend it.

Great location to major attractions and restaurants. Aly (manager), GiGi, and Badwin took great care of us the entire time. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Food at restaurant out of this world amazing. I had the spicy chicken kebab and ate all of it. I'm a give foodie! The rooms were clean and had a view of the Nile river. Would stay here again. I booked my stay based on reviews.

Perfect environment to live in, great infinity pool with sunrise or sunset, but not convenient to go to town center.

It is a very beautiful resort, and the best in Luxor. Enjoyed the spacious compound and view of the Valley of the King and Nile River from the hotel resort. The staff has been very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I like the spa, thermal area and infinity heated pool, which was the most relaxing experience. Highly recommended stay.

Beautiful property right here on the Nile River! Hotel has everything you could need…well equipped gym, beautiful pools, lounging areas, shopping, fantastic spa and nice onsite restaurants. Highlight was the FRESH pita bread served in the mornings!! Would stay here again!

Good location and rooms, but still missing a good service

Rooms were clean and well kept. The rooftop pool was a great lounge area at night . Awesome view of the temple and avenue of the sphinx!

Great place where all maids are available

Elegant ship with very adequate rooms and a good bathroom. Great food and great times on the top deck overlooking the Nile. I only missed the fact that the cabin windows could be opened.

The best I've been, exquisite attention and luxury food. The ship is a small yacht with 28 rooms but the attention is very close and they go out of their way to make you feel like a pharaoh, hahaha. They leave you free bottles of water every day in the room

Fantastic cruise on the Nile. It has one of the best cuisine of all the cricerosn that there is on the Nile. It is very comfortable, with very attentive and helpful waiters. It has a pool that is enough for the occupants on the cruise ship. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The views of the Nile from the deck of the cruise are fabulous. A 10 cruise.

It's 2 mins walk from the Nile, the family room was great but no hand held bidet in the bathroom. The people at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. We experienced WiFi issues due to the extremely thick walls preventing the signal as the WiFi router is outside. The food at the hotel is excellent and very cheap and the hotel swimming pool is fantastic with great water quality

Beautiful and spacious hotel, the rooms were nice and spacious. The staff was incredible welcoming and took care of our requests, as well as provided suggestions for the local area. Also, very beautiful cats hang around the hotel! Highly recommend, would stay here again

Great location, inside was extremely quiet and pool was great. Only issue was the wifi is very spotty and does not reach most rooms.

Such a beautiful and welcoming hotel! The rooms were clean and the beds really comfortable, we had good breakfast as well. It's really close to the ferry docks so it's in a great spot for moving around as well. The owner Nubi and Rafael were both incredibly nice to us, I couldn't have asked for more and couldn't have felt any more welcome. I really recommend this hotel!
