Great hotel in Luxor with beautiful views of the Nile. My room was very spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was quite good, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The facilities also appeared to be well maintained. Such a great place to stay in Luxor, you have private swimming pools, restaurants, room service, ATMs, mini golf carts that can drop off at your room and back and they have a very good service where you can book your tours for west and east bank. Really enjoyed the stay and the rooms that we stayed in had a private balcony with a large room inside.

Any trips out need taxi or hotel's shuttle bus. But hotel in great location for visiting west bank sites and Luxor Rooms well serviced daily. Public areas clean, no rubbish laying around. Greeting you with a smile, all staff were very helpful and nothing too much trouble.

The room was a bit old, but the balcony view was great. You could watch hot air balloons in the morning across the way. The front desk manager was very kind and helped us with a few issues. Almost all my best memories in Luxor are tied to that balcony view.

Front desk was very accommodating, Mohammed gave me a room immediately when I walked in early morning and requested for early check-in. The hotel is located just beside KFC and there are many restaurants nearby. Very convenient and nice big garden and swimming pool that’s next to Nile River.

The hotel is closed to most attractions in Luxor. They kindly let us in our room earlier than check in time. My only complaint is that the water from the shower takes a long time to heat up

The location is perfect, and the service is excellent. Rooms are Ok, style of Mercure hotels, but (as per 2017) needed some renovations. It's 10 minutes walk from Luxor temple, nile view, and I think it's the closest hotel to El Karnak temple.

It's 2 mins walk from the Nile, the family room was great but no hand held bidet in the bathroom. The people at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. We experienced WiFi issues due to the extremely thick walls preventing the signal as the WiFi router is outside.
