I always stay at this hotel and I am glad to say it never really changes. Its in such a great location and it is so peaceful and relaxing.

This place makes a nice stay. It has its own zoo which is pretty cool. Sunset views by the pool are great. Great amenities. Service is a little slow. Pool is nice and massive. Few different restaurants at the property. Overall it’s a decent stay.

Any trips out need taxi or hotel's shuttle bus. But hotel in great location for visiting west bank sites and Luxor Rooms well serviced daily. Public areas clean, no rubbish laying around. Greeting you with a smile, all staff were very helpful and nothing too much trouble.

The location is far from the city, but it's good. Is there a bus or you can just walk Met well. The number was provided immediately. There are people from the staff who were very helpful, this is in the Arafa restaurant - very friendly and made delicious coffee and much more. Customer Service is outstanding. Location is convenience and close to stores and attractions . Price was reasonable. Rooms well-kept and clean. Strongly recommended this hotel. Breakfast was excellent. We were very happy to stay in this hotel.

Nice hotel with quaint rooms and the service was friendly. We had dinner here and the food was okay, but it was nice to sit by the pool and have a few drinks.

Very nice hotel. Can see the nile river from my room. Staffs were very nice. Especially the young men who can speak a little Chinese, he is super friendly and always giving you a smile whenever he sees you.

Good Location. Clean and Comfortable. Lying on the sun-bathing chair at night to see the stars there is really cozy. Need to be aware that the shower facilities is just soso, the water pressure is not strong enough

This hotel is located in very good location right in front of the Nile River. It’s very enjoyable to sit on the balcony to watch the sunrise and sunset. Breakfast is okay. Hotel is a little bit outdated but the price is reasonable. Overall I recommend it.

Great location to major attractions and restaurants. Aly (manager), GiGi, and Badwin took great care of us the entire time. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Food at restaurant out of this world amazing. I had the spicy chicken kebab and ate all of it. I'm a give foodie! The rooms were clean and had a view of the Nile river. Would stay here again. I booked my stay based on reviews.

Booked two rooms here. Breakfast was good. Rooms were renovated to have wooden floors so they were clean. Water pressure for the shower was really low though. Sheets also not crisp. But overall, higher than average.

This hotel is so beautiful. I really don’t have anything negative to say. The food is wonderful 10 out of 10. Everyone here is so kind. I dropped my passport here, and I realize this once I got to the airport. The staff searched for it and gave it to my guide. I made my flight on time! I’m so thankful.

The hotel was very clean and it was near the center of interesting places of visit. The breakfast was topnotch and the workers were very helpful. I would recommend the hotel for singles and couples with children.

The interior is good, room is clean in general. But we visited in end Nov which is very cold at night, no heating in the room is really not ideal, not sure if it’s common in Luxor. Also the internet is not working well.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Luxor! The location was perfect for exploring the city's main attractions, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a great visit. Would definitely stay here again!

We were here only for lunch. The atmosphere is very nice and the location directly at the Nile is amazing. The food is good. The service is good as well, although it was bit hectic and payment wasn’t that easy.

We’ve been here just for the lunch while we were visiting Luxor’s temple: the hotel itself is situated on the Nile, having a pool by the river. The lunch was good yet, since we weren’t actual hosts of the hotel, the waiters were a bit rude with us, forcing us to sit in a specific zone and hurrying us to leave the table while still eating. Nonetheless this hotel seems nice for it guests.

Steigenberger has to be one of the best hotels I lodged during my stay in Egypt. Really friendly staff, their service was top notch, the ambience was just amazing and the rooms were really neat and functional. I had a view overlooking the Nile. I loved every bit of my stay here. ☺️ Would definitely recommend their establishment

Pretty old rooms and facilities, but the staff were excellent and extremely accommodating, while the complimentary breakfast was of a high standard.

More than reasonable in regards to cleanness and staff service

Really it was a most wonderful time that I spent our vacation on Luxor City. Gaddis Hotel is became my favorite place to me to stay in, hope to visit it soon. Great service and friendly staff with a wonderful hospitality that gave me the feeling of being in my own place.

We called ahead and booked a room for day use while waiting for an evening flight. The hotel is in a central location, fairly calm, room was a decent size and the hotel management and staff were friendly and efficient - perfect for a rest to escape the heat

Stuff was so helpful and Mr. Ehab was so nice person. I highly recommend it because the staff are very nice and the hotel is fairly cheap but the food is very good and its close to downtown. You get good service and a clean room for a relatively cheap price.

Beautiful property right here on the Nile River! Hotel has everything you could need…well equipped gym, beautiful pools, lounging areas, shopping, fantastic spa and nice onsite restaurants. Highlight was the FRESH pita bread served in the mornings!! Would stay here again!

Amazing hotel with a magnificent view over the Nile. Friendly, can do staff. Rooms are in excellent condition. Has a highly equipped thermal SPA with an infinity heated swimming pool. Various restaurants. Food is really tasty. I highly recommend this place.

Pure opulence. We were pampered in every way possible. The sheets and featherbed are so luxuriously soft and comfortable. The food at one of the on-site restaurants ,Olives, was incredible! The staff and service is great. They prepared an excellent breakfast in a box despite being quite early.The shared facilities are very well maintained. The room is good but a bit dated. An affordable way to stay in the same grounds as the Winter Palace and to enjoy the same facilities as guests of that hotel. The Pavillion Winter hotel is a cheaper and more modest property. The rooms are basic and have a bit of wear and tear, but the garden view from the balcony is lovely, so it was a great hotel to have a stopover on the way to Aswan - but there are nicer, modern, hotels in Luxor...

We did not stay in the hotel but enjoyed 3 hours looking round the main building, gardens and having a drink in the Royal Bar. Incredibly WOW. Best location ( walkable distance to Luxor Temple) , market place and Nile river opposite to the hotel. Worth the money. Also I had dinner in the Palace and it was mouth watering, mostly had French cuisines and wines.

Of all many hotels we stayed in various towns of Egypt, I remember this one because we had breakfast at tables facing the lovely open garden. On the second morning of our stay (mid December 2024), a wait staff handed me a basil leaf from the garden which smelt so pungent. It made a great start of my day. But then I also encountered a so-so serviceman at breakfast buffet who stood ignorantly watching...

The hotel is in a great location for getting to Luxor Temple and the museums. The pool is also great for relaxing after getting up early to see the sights. The rooms are VERY dated and feels like staying in a 3 star hotel. Could do with some renovations.

A wonderful cruise. The service is very good and the staff is the friendliest. Offers excellent food with a variety of dishes and dishes. Drinks are not included though. Excellent solarium with small, lovely pool (towels included). There is no elevator so not recommended for people with mobility issues.

Rooms were clean and well kept. The rooftop pool was a great lounge area at night . Awesome view of the temple and avenue of the sphinx!
