I stayed at Jolie Ville with my family and had a very comfortable experience. The staff were child friendly and helpful throughout our brief stay.
The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall service was efficient and smooth.
The facilities were good, and everything worked as expected, making it a reliable choice for our overnight stay.
The food was good, offering a decent variety,...
Beautiful resort, located on a small island just outside Luxor. We had a family room, which were two interconnect rooms. Good beds, very clean. Huge breakfast buffet. 3 pools, of which one is (slightly) heated. We were there in winter, the unheated pools are too cold to swim then. View of the Nile spectacular. The staff is very friendly.
Small things for improvements. Bathrooms slightly outdated and...
Great hotel in Luxor with beautiful views of the Nile.
My room was very spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was quite good, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The facilities also appeared to be well maintained.
The only downside was that my apartment was a bit far from the main area, but aside from that, everything was perfect.
We had an amazing experience at Jolie Ville in Luxor. From the moment we arrived, we were truly impressed. The staff is incredibly kind, caring and always smiling — they consistently go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for their guests.
The rooms are spotless, the housekeeping team does a fantastic job, and the spaces around the pools are beautiful and very relaxing. We loved spending...
We stayed at Jolie Ville in Luxor for seven days as a couple on our honeymoon, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The spa and massage treatments were wonderful — relaxing, professional, and a highlight of our trip.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely surroundings that create a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were always smiling, polite, and exceptionally welcoming, making us feel...
Such a great place to stay in Luxor, you have private swimming pools, restaurants, room service, ATMs, mini golf carts that can drop off at your room and back and they have a very good service where you can book your tours for west and east bank. Really enjoyed the stay and the rooms that we stayed in had a private balcony with a large room inside.
Any trips out need taxi or hotel's shuttle bus. But hotel in great location for visiting west bank sites and Luxor Rooms well serviced daily. Public areas clean, no rubbish laying around. Greeting you with a smile, all staff were very helpful and nothing too much trouble.

Customer Service is outstanding. Location is convenience and close to stores and attractions . Price was reasonable. Rooms well-kept and clean. Strongly recommended this hotel. Breakfast was excellent. We were very happy to stay in this hotel.
Nice hotel with quaint rooms and the service was friendly. We had dinner here and the food was okay, but it was nice to sit by the pool and have a few drinks.
Very beautiful hotel, with nice view to the pool and Nile river
Staff very helpful
I will stay there again
Very nice hotel. Can see the nile river from my room. Staffs were very nice. Especially the young men who can speak a little Chinese, he is super friendly and always giving you a smile whenever he sees you.
Good Location. Clean and Comfortable. Lying on the sun-bathing chair at night to see the stars there is really cozy. Need to be aware that the shower facilities is just soso, the water pressure is not strong enough
Great hotel on the Nile. In a good location but on the main street so can be noisy at times. Many restaurants in walking distance

I am staying with my husband at the moment in this beautiful hotel. We’ve been before in Egypt ( Luxor , Sharm-El-Sheikh) and I should say that Steingenberger meets every point about our expectation!
The hotel has a beautiful interior, very friendly and helpful staff, lovely pool and amazing view of the river Nile !
We’ve dined in Italian and Lebanese restaurants, food and service were great .
If...
The hotel, since we had mentioned beforehand that the purpose of our trip was our wedding anniversary, had very warmly decorated the room and gifted us a cake and delicious fruits. However, upon arrival, there was no trace of the warm and friendly Egyptian welcome or the welcome drink, and the hotel and its facilities were not introduced to us at all—we were just given the room cards. I don’t know...
Luxury + Exceptional Views — Ideal for a Photographer!
This was my first stay at a Steigenberger property, and I was blown away from the moment I arrived. As a photographer, I’m always paying attention to details — the architecture, lighting, and design throughout the hotel are stunning and make every corner feel worthy of a photo.
The staff here are incredibly warm and professional. They were always...
Amazing hotel. The staff and the waiters were really kind. The best view of the Nile.
The food is excellent! I love the morning juices at breakfast made by Ahmed and the food at the Italian restaurant Casa Di Napoli, made by the chef Ahmed, with the kind service of all the waiters there, specially Mr. Makar.
The hotel has a traditional Bedouin bar where you can smoke shisha and enjoy the view.
Thanks...
My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights on our honeymoon. We had a wonderful time. The staff were attentive and friendly. They found out it was our honeymoon and housekeeping made a heart on our bed out of towels and flower petals!
The Thai restaurant was particularly good where our server Nira was really lovely.
The pool was great, the location is excellent. The gym is solid.
Watching the sun set...
Booked two rooms here. Breakfast was good. Rooms were renovated to have wooden floors so they were clean. Water pressure for the shower was really low though. Sheets also not crisp. But overall, higher than average.

I am loving it. Currently threre! The manager and his staff are so professional. I am sure that i will come again. Prices are reasonable and you feel really welcomed. I love it! A++
The place is amazing, visited in NYs, staff is extremely friendly, food is nice, location and views are beautiful.
Drivers working with the hotel are also very friendly and informative, he took care of us during our stay and showed us everything in Luxor.
We had a great time here! The hotel was held up to high standards. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us resolve any issues and provided us with a very high customer service experience. I really enjoyed the hotel itself, the atmosphere, the location on the Nile River and the room cleaniness. I also really liked the convenience of the taxi service so you don't have to worry about finding...
Awesome quiet place . I know its far from things to do and city but still worth it. I loved it.. the staffs are already ready to help and so friendly . Your satisfaction is most important for them. I didn't like the first room without views they changed it as soon as I told them and this made me so happy. The food was so yummy and they were ready to help with whatever we wished for. Everything was...
Very nice and spacious room, kind and welcoming staff, and great location close to Karnak and Luxor Temples in the East Bank. I didn’t use the pool, but the area looks very nice with lounge chairs and very beautifully landscaped with palm trees. The hotel restaurant also has a decent-sized menu. I ordered the tuna sandwich, the veggie pizza and the tomato soup and all were excellent! The breakfast...
Very peaceful and friendly staff with excellent atmosphere. Good value for money.

We had a really lovely stay here and were struck immediately by the warmth of the hospitality on check-in. Mustafa and Yamil were absolutely wonderful — Mustafa in particular was exceptional and surprised us with a complimentary upgrade, which was completely unexpected and hugely appreciated. Both of them genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure we had a special experience...
This is a proper resort hotel with full facilities like gym and outdoor swimming pool. The hotel is near the end of the stretch of river nile hotels on the East Bank. There is a gate protecting guests from outsiders. The room we had is facing the Nile river with large sharing patio. Rather spacious room. Breakfast is great with many choices and live stations. Service is great and sharp if you need...
Great hospitality and amazing kind staff. The rooms are very clean and have enough space. The service is great and the breakfast amazing. The food is of high quality and tastes really good. The location of the hotel directly beside the nile is priceless and gives you time to relax having a coffee just beside the nile. It's always a pleasure being here.
We stayed as a family and booked two Nile View rooms with breakfast and dinner included.
Overall, a very nice experience thanks to the amazing staff.
Special thanks to Mona and Mustafa at reception for their warm welcome.
Restaurant staff were very friendly and the food quality was excellent.
Housekeeping was also very professional.
The only downside: during dinner no drinks are included, not even...
We stayed at Steigenberger Resort Achti in a Nile view room and the experience was truly amazing. The room was incredible, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The shower was especially outstanding and felt very luxurious. Housekeeping did a fantastic job and kept everything spotless throughout our stay. It was an amazing experience. The hotel is set by Nile with beautiful layout and surroundings. There are boats and taxis waiting for the customers, many restaurants with good reviews and hotel's own restaurant and 24 hours room service. Staff was very nice and courteous.
The stay was very enjoyable.

Perfect environment to live in, great infinity pool with sunrise or sunset, but not convenient to go to town center.
Staff, view, location, services all perfect
It’s quite old but clean.I like the interior.
nice hotel but the buffet is a bit off
It is a very beautiful resort, and the best in Luxor. Enjoyed the spacious compound and view of the Valley of the King and Nile River from the hotel resort. The staff has been very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I like the spa, thermal area and infinity heated pool, which was the most relaxing experience. Highly recommended stay.
Beautiful property right here on the Nile River! Hotel has everything you could need…well equipped gym, beautiful pools, lounging areas, shopping, fantastic spa and nice onsite restaurants. Highlight was the FRESH pita bread served in the mornings!! Would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay . The property is iconic and location is awesome . Excellent team who listens to guest ( Special mention to Nesma and team at Front office ) and proactively take action . Very well kept property with well maintained iconic garden . We have stayed with best properties across the world and this one we will remember for a very long time . Thanks Team Pavillion for a wonderful...
The hotel is in the perfect location, face to Nile river, working distance to the Temple of Luxor, very convenient,
The hotel is clean, the garden is beautiful, the people in the hotel are very friendly. The only thing not comfortable is the bed sheet pilling, the breakfast is ok.
The room facilities and hygiene are barely one-star hotel standard. I've never stayed in such a terrible hotel in my life; it's comparable to a small inn from the last century... The hotel features pilling and yellowing bed linens, stained carpets, an ancient TV, a bathtub with no curtain or screen whatsoever, and terrible soundproofing. The only two positives are the small garden shared with the Winter...
Pavillon was top notch! From service to customer service it was amazing. The gardens are so pretty you can definitely enjoy the pools and bars and truly a slice of heaven The rooms so clean I slept so well. had an early flight and was able to get takeaway breakfast at around 5 am. Very filling. Loved it.
Book it you won’t regret it
Worth every penny
The hotel garden is amazing. It’s very calm and quiet.
A lovely hôtel situated in beautiful gardens next to the Winter Palace. Service was excellent. A lovely heated pool area where you can relax. The hotel offers a variety of food options. I will definitely return.

Luxor, Hager El Dabayah, Luxor West Bank 🧭 Map
Omar, the tour guide organized by Al Moudira, was truly the highlight of our entire trip to Egypt. He picked us up in Aswan and drove us to Luxor, stopping along the way at Kom Ombo, Edfu, and Esna. Each stop was thoughtfully paced and incredibly informative, and his storytelling brought the history to life in a way that felt personal and engaging rather than scripted. Omar is the most personable...
great property, very creative with beautiful ambience , but the staffs are not warm gave a wrong room to my adult son with 2 bed and when asked they replied that they are nit charging for other room, that is the most abnormal and awkward reply we ever received from a luxury hotel. also we went to their farm to table restaurant with a huge expectation but it was a disaster -firt they didn't have any...
This hotel is different - in the very best sense. Great architecture with gardens, courtyards and water features. The pool area is lovely. Food was locally sourced and excellently prepared. Very professional staff.
The hotel was great, and staying here felt very reassuring. The service was also good, and there were two shuttle buses a day to the Luxor Hotel. Overall, I was very satisfied.
The Al-Moudira is a very unique property in so many ways, sitting a few miles outside the city in a green, peaceful, farming area. It consists of many interconnected low-rise buildings and courtyards, landscaped beautifully, with a very large luxurious pool area. The rooms are in the style of an old Egyptian villa with high ceilings, thick walls, and filled with antiques and period pieces. We were...
I want to live at this hotel - everything is special and thoughtfully placed. Wish I’d had more time - don’t sleep on the food here either, this one probably the best meal I had in Egypt. Everything was so fresh and flavorful and good - amazing place.

Beauty and pleasure ❤️❤️
Friendly and professional staff. Nice food
Good hotel but bad service and bad food special for Egyptians
Good food, friendly staff. Staff prepared breakfast box for us on the day excursion to Abu Simbel.
Condition of whole ship is in need of upgrade. I give it a 3.5 star for the ship not a 5 as informed by agents
A wonderful cruise. The service is very good and the staff is the friendliest. Offers excellent food with a variety of dishes and dishes. Drinks are not included though. Excellent solarium with small, lovely pool (towels included). There is no elevator so not recommended for people with mobility issues.
Lovely cruise. Service is very good & staff, most amiable. Offers excellent meals with variety of courses and dishes. Drinks not included, though. Great sun deck with a small, lovely pool (towel service included). No lift, so not recommended for people with mobility problems.

Clean and comfortable room, good food. Friendly staff .The souvenir shop is not bad but it has little variety. The housekeeper (Islam), very attentive and professional. Thanks for keeping my room spotless and for the towel origami 😀
Got a stomach virus on the ship while eating a seafood salad, so be sure to skip that dish.

All I can say is WOW! We came on our honeymoon and got upgraded to a suit. The staff went above and beyond for us and made our stay one of the best in Egypt. From arrival to leaving everyone was super nice and assisted in anything you needed.
Food was great couldn’t have been any better as we even got a private dinner on top deck and a private breakfast on a Egyptian boat before leaving.
Thank you...
The cruise was excellent & above all our expectations. The services, staffing and cleanliness are all 5 star!! The food top of the top!! It’s a cruise that I recommend everyone!
Good cruse , but take care from where is go off
Part of a TripADeal tour would not of chosen this cruise if doing independently.
Room 220 level of foyer. 4 nights.
I wouldn’t say this is a 5 star cruise as listed on itinerary.
Old looking and in need of refurbishment.
Boats are moored 8 deep and to get to your boat you walk through the foyers of all the other moored boats until you get to yours. Very funny I thought.
The boat has 4 levels. Restaurant...
Expected better from a 5 star ship. Food good but did not expect to have to pay for every cup of tea or coffee outside breakfast. Crew very scraffy with flip flops for a 5 star
I liked it so much I stayed for 4 night it was amazing in everything the room nd the staff the tour guide everything was perfect and for sure I will repeat it again
