Spent 3 days at Jolie Ville Resort with SkyOne as we flew Paramotors over Luxor. Rooms were clean and the staff very welcoming and friendly. Front desk was very quick and responsive to any issues or requests for toiletries. Food buffet was superb and dining in the evenings near the Nile River was very relaxing.

After a stay of 14 days with a group in this great place I am definately coming back with my husband and daughters! Many thanks to the lovely Rovena from the reception, the always friendly people from the restaurant, swimming pool, spa, gardeners and not to forget, the man who took care of our rooms every day. We spent two nights at Jolie Ville and wished that we could have stayed longer. The rooms are decent and clean and the property is just marvelous. Any trips out need taxi or hotel's shuttle bus. But hotel in great location for visiting west bank sites and Luxor Rooms well serviced daily. Public areas clean, no rubbish laying around. Greeting you with a smile, all staff were very helpful and nothing too much trouble.

Staff was polite and friendly! My partner and I ended up having a free day in Luxor, so we purchased entry to the pool. The pool area was clean and maintained, with a lovely view over the Nile. We had plenty of beverages and some burgers - those were all great. My main concern is the ATMs in their building - I used one to withdraw cash and, with no warning or notice, it charged me double!

To be honest, the facilities inside the rooms are quite disappointing. But the view of Nile is just amazing. The restaurants and bars are good, especially the Italian restaurant. There is live music at night and the vibes are so good. The spa is reasonable price and all the staffs are nice and helpful. We do enjoy our stay!

We’ve been here just for the lunch while we were visiting Luxor’s temple: the hotel itself is situated on the Nile, having a pool by the river. The lunch was good yet, since we weren’t actual hosts of the hotel, the waiters were a bit rude with us, forcing us to sit in a specific zone and hurrying us to leave the table while still eating. Nonetheless this hotel seems nice for it guests.

Steigenberger has to be one of the best hotels I lodged during my stay in Egypt. Really friendly staff, their service was top notch, the ambience was just amazing and the rooms were really neat and functional. I had a view overlooking the Nile. Good to return for my annual stay at the Winter Pavillon, everything was perfect as usual. An enjoyable breakfast to start my day, a nicely furnished room with good wifi connection for my work, and wonderful, well maintained gardens.

The Winter Palace Hotel is excellent. The service is refined and attentive, with staff who truly care for every detail. A great hotel with lots of history. Really beautiful grounds. Convenient having hassle-free shops inside. Really centrally located - walkable to key sights. The bathroom design was a bit strange, specifically the showers. But overall very comfortable rooms. The service little old-world stuffy for my liking, but would be loved by an older crowd.

All I can say is WOW! We came on our honeymoon and got upgraded to a suit. The staff went above and beyond for us and made our stay one of the best in Egypt. From arrival to leaving everyone was super nice and assisted in anything you needed.
