The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and ours opened out onto a large balcony with fantastic views over the Nile — a real highlight and a beautiful way to start and end the day. While the interior design is a little dated in places, this is more than made up for by the kindness, professionalism and generosity of the staff.
We didn’t eat or drink at the hotel during our stay, so can’t comment on the food, but there are numerous outlets on site, giving guests plenty of choice.
Overall, a very positive experience defined by exceptional hospitality and a genuinely warm welcome. We’d happily return.

Restaurant staff were very friendly and the food quality was excellent.
Housekeeping was also very professional.
The only downside: during dinner no drinks are included, not even water, and drinks must be paid separately. Prices were surprisingly high, even compared to cities like Milan and New York.
Mr. Ahmed Hassan tried to help, but the policy could not be changed.
Also, no hair dryer in the bathroom, which was unexpected.
Still a great stay overall, with a few things that could be improved.
The Nile view was absolutely breathtaking and one of the highlights of the stay. The hotel itself is very aesthetic, peaceful, and beautifully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The only small downside was that it could get a bit loud at night at times due to music playing loudly in the garden. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It’s very annoying, I didn’t exists poor attitude from hotel staff, of course, I complained to the manager. They handled the situation. Yet this ought never to even occur.
