It was an amazing experience. The hotel is set by Nile with beautiful layout and surroundings. There are boats and taxis waiting for the customers, many restaurants with good reviews and hotel's own restaurant and 24 hours room service. Staff was very nice and courteous.
The stay was very enjoyable.

My first stay, the room switches, handles, air con control ; all grime & sticky. Awful. I had to scrub them clean, too non-hygienic to touch.

The room is fine, bathroom needs to be cleaner, main staff all very good. except housekeeping & concierge staff, they purposely setup to get & wait for tips. I had just checkin the room. They didn’t replenish the complimentary water & some towels & tissues. I ask housekeeping to bring, i opened the door for him, I was on the phone to a client, housekeeping person interrupted me to tell me they’ve finished placing them in the bathroom & stood there waiting for a tip.

It’s very annoying, I didn’t exists poor attitude from hotel staff, of course, I complained to the manager. They handled the situation. Yet this ought never to even occur.

Very nice hotel with an amazing view of the Nile. Good ratio between price and quality.

The staff were very attentive and the room was very clean and nice. It felt like an oasis amidst the hustle of Luxor city.

Nice nile view
If it is possible choose nile view room. Garden view room has nothing to see. They made us do early checkin and that was so thankful. If you want taxi you need to go to the gate and to luxor airport it costs 200egp from this airport

This was a sadly disappointing stay. It started at arrival. As our rooms were not ready yet, I asked for water. I was pointed to 2 different places and the person at the cafeteria rudely refused. Then the room was run down and looked dirty. The worst part was the fact that the bed sheets slid to the matress, which made my first night very uncomfortable. I was changed to another room that was cleaner and not as run down, but with sheets extremely scratchy. Luckily, the cleaning staff was very nice and helpful. All middle management (except night shift front desk) was very undermining and straight out rude. The breakfast staff were rude for our first 2 days, and then got more polite. Truly not what you expect from a hotel that markets itself as an upscale hotel. It's definitely not up to the image they project and the price you'll pay.

The resort is too old, many manufactures in the room are broken, and the sound of the airconditioner is very loud.

This is a hotel with a great view along the Nile River.
In the morning you can see the balloon climbing.
When I asked to book a transfer to and from the airport, I was told that the hotel would not be able to accommodate me.
They told me to find my own travel agent or negotiate with a cab outside.
The city itself is touristy and the beer was more expensive than at the Cairo Hilton.
