I stayed at Jolie Ville with my family and had a very comfortable experience. The staff were child friendly and helpful throughout our brief stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall service was efficient and smooth. The facilities were good, and everything worked as expected, making it a reliable choice for our overnight stay. The food was good, offering a decent variety,...
Beautiful resort, located on a small island just outside Luxor. We had a family room, which were two interconnect rooms. Good beds, very clean. Huge breakfast buffet. 3 pools, of which one is (slightly) heated. We were there in winter, the unheated pools are too cold to swim then. View of the Nile spectacular. The staff is very friendly. Small things for improvements. Bathrooms slightly outdated and...
Great hotel in Luxor with beautiful views of the Nile. My room was very spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was quite good, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The facilities also appeared to be well maintained. The only downside was that my apartment was a bit far from the main area, but aside from that, everything was perfect.
We had an amazing experience at Jolie Ville in Luxor. From the moment we arrived, we were truly impressed. The staff is incredibly kind, caring and always smiling — they consistently go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for their guests. The rooms are spotless, the housekeeping team does a fantastic job, and the spaces around the pools are beautiful and very relaxing. We loved spending...
We stayed at Jolie Ville in Luxor for seven days as a couple on our honeymoon, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The spa and massage treatments were wonderful — relaxing, professional, and a highlight of our trip. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely surroundings that create a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were always smiling, polite, and exceptionally welcoming, making us feel...
Such a great place to stay in Luxor, you have private swimming pools, restaurants, room service, ATMs, mini golf carts that can drop off at your room and back and they have a very good service where you can book your tours for west and east bank. Really enjoyed the stay and the rooms that we stayed in had a private balcony with a large room inside.
Any trips out need taxi or hotel's shuttle bus. But hotel in great location for visiting west bank sites and Luxor Rooms well serviced daily. Public areas clean, no rubbish laying around. Greeting you with a smile, all staff were very helpful and nothing too much trouble.

Customer Service is outstanding. Location is convenience and close to stores and attractions . Price was reasonable. Rooms well-kept and clean. Strongly recommended this hotel. Breakfast was excellent. We were very happy to stay in this hotel.
Nice hotel with quaint rooms and the service was friendly. We had dinner here and the food was okay, but it was nice to sit by the pool and have a few drinks.
Very beautiful hotel, with nice view to the pool and Nile river Staff very helpful I will stay there again
Very nice hotel. Can see the nile river from my room. Staffs were very nice. Especially the young men who can speak a little Chinese, he is super friendly and always giving you a smile whenever he sees you.
Good Location. Clean and Comfortable. Lying on the sun-bathing chair at night to see the stars there is really cozy. Need to be aware that the shower facilities is just soso, the water pressure is not strong enough
Great hotel on the Nile. In a good location but on the main street so can be noisy at times. Many restaurants in walking distance

I am staying with my husband at the moment in this beautiful hotel. We’ve been before in Egypt ( Luxor , Sharm-El-Sheikh) and I should say that Steingenberger meets every point about our expectation! The hotel has a beautiful interior, very friendly and helpful staff, lovely pool and amazing view of the river Nile ! We’ve dined in Italian and Lebanese restaurants, food and service were great . If...
The hotel, since we had mentioned beforehand that the purpose of our trip was our wedding anniversary, had very warmly decorated the room and gifted us a cake and delicious fruits. However, upon arrival, there was no trace of the warm and friendly Egyptian welcome or the welcome drink, and the hotel and its facilities were not introduced to us at all—we were just given the room cards. I don’t know...
Luxury + Exceptional Views — Ideal for a Photographer! This was my first stay at a Steigenberger property, and I was blown away from the moment I arrived. As a photographer, I’m always paying attention to details — the architecture, lighting, and design throughout the hotel are stunning and make every corner feel worthy of a photo. The staff here are incredibly warm and professional. They were always...
Amazing hotel. The staff and the waiters were really kind. The best view of the Nile. The food is excellent! I love the morning juices at breakfast made by Ahmed and the food at the Italian restaurant Casa Di Napoli, made by the chef Ahmed, with the kind service of all the waiters there, specially Mr. Makar. The hotel has a traditional Bedouin bar where you can smoke shisha and enjoy the view. Thanks...
My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights on our honeymoon. We had a wonderful time. The staff were attentive and friendly. They found out it was our honeymoon and housekeeping made a heart on our bed out of towels and flower petals! The Thai restaurant was particularly good where our server Nira was really lovely. The pool was great, the location is excellent. The gym is solid. Watching the sun set...
Booked two rooms here. Breakfast was good. Rooms were renovated to have wooden floors so they were clean. Water pressure for the shower was really low though. Sheets also not crisp. But overall, higher than average.

The room was a bit old, but the balcony view was great. You could watch hot air balloons in the morning across the way. The front desk manager was very kind and helped us with a few issues. Almost all my best memories in Luxor are tied to that balcony view.
Front desk was very accommodating, Mohammed gave me a room immediately when I walked in early morning and requested for early check-in. The hotel is located just beside KFC and there are many restaurants nearby. Very convenient and nice big garden and swimming pool that’s next to Nile River.
The hotel is closed to most attractions in Luxor. They kindly let us in our room earlier than check in time. My only complaint is that the water from the shower takes a long time to heat up
Keep up the great services. God bless you all with great health and happiness.

The place is amazing, visited in NYs, staff is extremely friendly, food is nice, location and views are beautiful. Drivers working with the hotel are also very friendly and informative, he took care of us during our stay and showed us everything in Luxor.
We had a great time here! The hotel was held up to high standards. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very nice and spacious room, kind and welcoming staff, and great location close to Karnak and Luxor Temples in the East Bank. Good location. Near to Luxor Temple, bus station and train station. Breakfast was good. A lot of choices.
Only one thing bad happened, 10 am today the manager of 5th floor asked me very ramdon wich number of room i have after leaving my room walking in the hall, when i comeback from breakfast 1,200 egyptian money are gone, not there. The rest is very good, nice staff, food, swimming pools, rooms, bed, everything
The hotel is beautiful, clean with good facilities and beautiful views from the garden, pool area, boat restaurant, sultan restaurant etc. It is close to many public amenities you'd need as well but the front desk staff are unnecessarily too serious that it was discomforting. There was no need for the robotic reactions. They have weird pool rules as well. I recommend this place still.
The hotel has a really nice location with a beautiful river view, which we truly enjoyed. The breakfast was also very good and satisfying. However, we found that the staff was not very helpful when it came to cleaning up the tables during breakfast, and the room was a bit noisy due to outside traffic, which affected our sleep. At reception, the personnel provided good service and quality assistance...
Great location, but the infrastructure is a little bit old. Internet was not stable at all. Great breakfast. Overall fair
The hotel is just next to the Nile River which we can directly see the view with hot air balloon in the morning from the balcony. We were staying in the hotel on Christmas Day. Great location to major attractions and restaurants. Aly (manager), GiGi, and Badwin took great care of us the entire time. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Food at restaurant out of this world amazing. I had the spicy chicken kebab and ate all of it. I'm a give foodie! The rooms were clean and had a view of the Nile river. Would stay here again. I booked my stay based on reviews.
The location is perfect, and the service is excellent. Rooms are Ok, style of Mercure hotels, but (as per 2017) needed some renovations. It's 10 minutes walk from Luxor temple, nile view, and I think it's the closest hotel to El Karnak temple.
All round an extremely enjoyable stay! I loved the location and the staff, which made my time in Luxor very pleasant. The rooms too are great and the prices are great value for money.
Gigi is the kindest and most professional hotel host. They took very good care of us when we got sick. Nice breakfast and fruits in the room.
Very nice hotel in a great location on the East Bank. Friendly and helpful staff, great pool, nice spacious rooms with many Nile views. The hotel is in the perfect location, face to Nile river, working distance to the Temple of Luxor, very convenient, The hotel is clean, the garden is beautiful, the people in the hotel are very friendly. The only thing not comfortable is the bed sheet pilling, the breakfast is ok.
The room facilities and hygiene are barely one-star hotel standard. I've never stayed in such a terrible hotel in my life; it's comparable to a small inn from the last century... The hotel was great, and staying here felt very reassuring. The service was also good, and there were two shuttle buses a day to the Luxor Hotel. Overall, I was very satisfied.
The Al-Moudira is a very unique property in so many ways, sitting a few miles outside the city in a green, peaceful, farming area. Best location in very economical price to visit whole east side by walk. Rooms are average as on trip u just went there to sleep so they are good enough for peaceful sleep. Location is the best advantage. Staff and manager is very cooperative
Nice hotel to stay with family. This is an old building, close to the Nile and tourist places. The rooms were clean. To get hot water you need to open the tap and wait for more than 10 minutes. Breakfast and room service were good. Good value for the money.
It's perfect considering the price they are charging. The staff are very friendly, one of the best to ever find in a hotel.
