Amazing hotel with a magnificent view over the Nile. Friendly, can do staff. Rooms are in excellent condition. Has a highly equipped thermal SPA with an infinity heated swimming pool. Various restaurants. Food is really tasty. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful property right here on the Nile River! Hotel has everything you could need…well equipped gym, beautiful pools, lounging areas, shopping, fantastic spa and nice onsite restaurants. Highlight was the FRESH pita bread served in the mornings!! Would stay here again!

Pure opulence. We were pampered in every way possible. The sheets and featherbed are so luxuriously soft and comfortable. The food at one of the on-site restaurants ,Olives, was incredible! The two infinity pools overlooking the Nile were simply gorgeous. All of the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This is possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in.
The rooms were extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean.
The level of service was also exceptional - especially at reception, the restaurants (both within the hotel and outside by the pool area) and the pool area itself.
The food in the restaurants was, again, extremely good and the staff were courteous, friendly and very efficient.
The location, at the side of the Nile, is beautiful - and sitting by the river at sunset was also memorable.
We would definitely stay there again.

The staff and service is great. They prepared an excellent breakfast in a box despite being quite early.The shared facilities are very well maintained. The room is good but a bit dated. The views to the Nile are spectacular! We will definitely come back and stay more days!

Hands down, the best place to stay in Luxor. Modern and up to date with the best view of the Nile. Two swimming pools, three unique high quality restaurants and a beautiful spa and infinity pool overlooking the Nile. 5 stars all the way. Even the room service was awesome. Service here was fantastic. All the staff remembered my little boy's name and it made him feel special. Yeah, the balcony and the rooms are a little small, but it didn't bother us. Stayed 3 nights and was so thankful I didn't stay at decaying Sofitel (oddly the more expensive option).

The pillows were very fluffy and the sleeping experience very comfy. The personnel exceptionally polite and helpful.
Half-board worth every penny we paid.
Finally, as we were on our anniversary, we were offered free upgrade and a free heart-shaped dessert.
Rosetta restaurant is excellent.
The highlight was Hadeed. The best waitress ever. Absolutely gorgeous service. She is very polite, cultured and clever. Thank you Hadeed.
Overall an absolutely positive experience, so it is strongly recommended.

Service at the hotel was great. The pool, the restaurants, security, the location ... we even use their laundry service, and (take away) "breakfast box" and all was fantastic. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I used the spa facilities as a day guest twice and thoroughly enjoyed my visits, the staff were polite, helpful and friendly and the services on offer were amazing. Everything is clean and tidy and the pool area was well maintained. Really enjoyed coming here and for $30 to relax in this environment was very well worth it. The water beds are so relaxing I wpuld highly recommend. Perhaps the one point which I'd have like to have seen is perhaps free tea and coffee 😊
